However, after the policy of reform and open-up was taken in China. the economic development speed and efficiency ofthis area have turned to be evidently lower than those of coastal area and the national average level as well, which is so-called 'Northeast Phenomenon' and 'Neo-Northeast Phenomenon'. In terms of those phenomena, this paper firstly reviews the spatial and temporal features of the regional evolution of this area so as to unveil the profound forming causes of 'Northeast Phenomena' and 'Neo-Northeast Phenomena'. And then the paper makes a further exploration into the status quo of this region and its forming causes by analyzing its economy gross, industrial structure, product structure, regional eco-categories, etc. At the end of the paper, the authors put forward the basic coordinated development strategies for Northeast China. namely we can revitalize this area by means of adjustment of economic structure, regional coordination, planning urban and rural areas as a whole, institutional innovation, etc.展开更多

It is a lake of transit water, the maximum recorded annual runoff, being 1,457× 108m3. Yet the great fluctuation of its runoff in different months and different years renders its function in storing and regulating the water of the Changjiang River limited and inopportune. On the other hand, the Poyang Lake is a high-valued district in sunshine hours, water evaporation and wind energy, it serves as a temperature moderator.Abundant in bioresources, the lake formed an integrated water ecosptem and a water-land alternated landbeach-grassy sandbar ecosystem. Finally, the author put forward the strategy of renovating poyang Lake by harnessing its water system; bringing the lake level under artificial control; harmonizing the relationship between Poyang Lake and the Changjiang River and making full use of the comprehensive advantages of the fake's resouces.展开更多

Feature selection has been widely used in data mining and machine learning.Its objective is to select a minimal subset of features according to some reasonable criteria so as to solve the original task more quickly.In...Feature selection has been widely used in data mining and machine learning.Its objective is to select a minimal subset of features according to some reasonable criteria so as to solve the original task more quickly.In this article,a feature selection algorithm with local search strategy based on the forest optimization algorithm,namely FSLSFOA,is proposed.The novel local search strategy in local seeding process guarantees the quality of the feature subset in the forest.Next,the fitness function is improved,which not only considers the classification accuracy,but also considers the size of the feature subset.To avoid falling into local optimum,a novel global seeding method is attempted,which selects trees on the bottom of candidate set and gives the algorithm more diversities.Finally,FSLSFOA is compared with four feature selection methods to verify its effectiveness.Most of the results are superior to these comparative methods.展开更多

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has been a serious threat to global health for nearly 3 years.In addition to pulmonary complications,liver injury is not uncommon in patients with novel COVID-19.Although...The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has been a serious threat to global health for nearly 3 years.In addition to pulmonary complications,liver injury is not uncommon in patients with novel COVID-19.Although the prevalence of liver injury varies widely among COVID-19 patients,its incidence is significantly increased in severe cases.Hence,there is an urgent need to understand liver injury caused by COVID-19.Clinical features of liver injury include detectable liver function abnormalities and liver imaging changes.Liver function tests,computed tomography scans,and ultrasound can help evaluate liver injury.Risk factors for liver injury in patients with COVID-19 include male sex,preexisting liver disease including liver transplantation and chronic liver disease,diabetes,obesity,and hypertension.To date,the mechanism of COVID-19-related liver injury is not fully understood.Its pathophysiological basis can generally be explained by systemic inflammatory response,hypoxic damage,ischemia-reperfusion injury,and drug side effects.In this review,we systematically summarize the existing literature on liver injury caused by COVID-19,including clinical features,underlying mechanisms,and potential risk factors.Finally,we discuss clinical management and provide recommendations for the care of patients with liver injury.展开更多

To solve the problem of slow convergence and easy to get into the local optimum of the spider monkey optimization algorithm,this paper presents a new algorithm based on multi-strategy(ISMO).First,the initial populatio...To solve the problem of slow convergence and easy to get into the local optimum of the spider monkey optimization algorithm,this paper presents a new algorithm based on multi-strategy(ISMO).First,the initial population is generated by a refracted opposition-based learning strategy to enhance diversity and ergodicity.Second,this paper introduces a non-linear adaptive dynamic weight factor to improve convergence efficiency.Then,using the crisscross strategy,using the horizontal crossover to enhance the global search and vertical crossover to keep the diversity of the population to avoid being trapped in the local optimum.At last,we adopt a Gauss-Cauchy mutation strategy to improve the stability of the algorithm by mutation of the optimal individuals.Therefore,the application of ISMO is validated by ten benchmark functions and feature selection.It is proved that the proposed method can resolve the problem of feature selection.展开更多

In order to optimize the developmental mode, the latest national plan, "The 12th National Economic and Social Development Plan (2011-2015)", is establishing the "Main Function Zoning Strategy", which could be considered as a new prototype of national spatial plan and may cover all Chinese territories. Based on the latest "Main Function Zoning Strategy" stipulated in "The 12th National Economic and Social Development Plan (2011-2015)", the article builds main interlinks between the spatial development strategy and urban regulatory planning. Secondly, regulation factors in Chinese regulatory planning, which may implement the task of main function zoning, have been clarified and categorized. For each regulation factor, its regulation capability is defined by applying a coding method developed by the author. Finally, according to the output of the study, the spatial regulation approaches to implementing the "Main Function Zoning Strategy" in Chinese regulatory planning are analyzed.展开更多
Weak feature extraction is of great importance for condition monitoring and intelligent diagnosis of aeroengine.Aimed at achieving intelligent diagnosis of aero-engine main shaft bearing,an enhanced sparsity-assisted ...Weak feature extraction is of great importance for condition monitoring and intelligent diagnosis of aeroengine.Aimed at achieving intelligent diagnosis of aero-engine main shaft bearing,an enhanced sparsity-assisted intelligent condition monitoring method is proposed in this paper.Through analyzing the weakness of convex sparse model,i.e.the tradeoff between noise reduction and feature reconstruction,this paper proposes an enhanced-sparsity nonconvex regularized convex model based on Moreau envelope to achieve weak feature extraction.Accordingly,a sparsity-assisted deep convolutional variational autoencoders network is proposed,which achieves the intelligent identification of fault state through training denoised normal data.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through aero-engine bearing run-to-failure experiment.The comparison results show that the proposed method is good at abnormal pattern recognition,showing a good potential for weak fault intelligent diagnosis of aero-engine main shaft bearings.展开更多

Firstly, the multilevel elitist roles based dynamics equilibrium strategy is established, and both immigration and emigration of elitists are able to be self-adaptive to balance between exploration and exploitation for feature selection. Secondly, the utility matrix of trust margins is introduced to the model of multilevel elitist roles to enhance various elitist roles' performance of searching the optimal feature subsets, and the win-win utility solutions for feature selec- tion can be attained. Meanwhile, a novel ensemble quantum game strategy is designed as an intriguing exhibiting structure to perfect the dynamics equilibrium of multilevel elitist roles. Finally, the en- semble manner of multilevel elitist roles is employed to achieve the global minimal feature subset, which will greatly improve the fea- sibility and effectiveness. Experiment results show the proposed EERQG algorithm has superiority compared to the existing feature selection algorithms.展开更多
Electrocatalytic N_(2) reduction under ambient-condition is considered to be the most appealing strategy to the conventional Haber-Bosch process for synthetic ammonia to alleviate greenhouse emissions and reduce envir...Electrocatalytic N_(2) reduction under ambient-condition is considered to be the most appealing strategy to the conventional Haber-Bosch process for synthetic ammonia to alleviate greenhouse emissions and reduce environmental pollution, mainly powered by renewable energy. Recent years, rapid advances have been gained in this attractive research field, and numerous electrocatalysts have been exploited. However, its conversion efficiency is still far behind the requirement of industrial applications owing to the breakage of the N≡N triple bond, which is an energetically challenging kinetically complex multistep reaction and the strong competing reaction of hydrogen evolution reaction. Recently, main group metal-based catalysts have been demonstrated promising application prospect for ammonia production, significantly boosting their further application in this field. However, a comprehensive review of main group metal-based catalysts towards electrochemical ammonia production applications is still lacking. In this review, the fundamentals of N_(2) reduction, such as the reaction pathways, the reaction potential and the challenges of N_(2) reduction have been comprehensively discussed. And then, the role, mechanism, and effect of each main group element-based catalysts used for N_(2) reduction (Li, K, Al, Ga, Sn, Sb, Bi, and their compounds) are systematically summarized. Finally, several state-of-the-art strategies to promote their NRR catalytic performance, as well as the existing problems and prospects are put forward. This review is expected to guide the design and establishment of more efficient electrocatalytic N_(2) reduction systems based on main group metal elements in the future.展开更多

In order to know the current pollution situation and the properties of micro organic compounds in the Changjiang River, a test was performed on micro organic compounds in the water, bottom material and fish bodies which were sampled from major city river reaches of the Changjiang River. Based on the test result, researchers described and analyzed the sorts, concentration level and distribution features of micro organic compounds. A comprehensive evaluation was conducted by adopting the method of MEG (Multimedia Environmental Goals). The study indicated that ① the water body of major city river reaches of the Changjiang River has been generally polluted. In the test, totally 12 types with 308 kinds of organic compounds were detected. The main pollutants were paraffins, PAHs and lipids; and ② micro organic pollutant content in fish bodies was generally higher than that in bottom material which is in turn higher than that in water; and ③ pollution is relatively severe in the river reaches of mid-to-large comprehensive industrial cities with fairly great TAS (Total Ambient Severity) of public health and ecological system.展开更多
Rolling bearings are key components of the drivetrain in wind turbines,and their health is critical to wind turbine operation.In practical diagnosis tasks,the vibration signal is usually interspersed with many disturb...Rolling bearings are key components of the drivetrain in wind turbines,and their health is critical to wind turbine operation.In practical diagnosis tasks,the vibration signal is usually interspersed with many disturbing components,and the variation of operating conditions leads to unbalanced data distribution among different conditions.Although intelligent diagnosis methods based on deep learning have been intensively studied,it is still challenging to diagnose rolling bearing faults with small amounts of samples.To address the above issue,we introduce the deep residual joint transfer strategy method for the cross-condition fault diagnosis of rolling bearings.One-dimensional vibration signals are pre-processed by overlapping feature extraction techniques to fully extract fault characteristics.The deep residual network is trained in training tasks with sufficient samples,for fault pattern classification.Subsequently,three transfer strategies are used to explore the generalizability and adaptability of the pre-trained models to the data distribution in target tasks.Among them,the feature transferability between different tasks is explored by model transfer,and it is validated that minimizing data differences of tasks through a dual-stream adaptation structure helps to enhance generalization of the models to the target tasks.In the experiments of rolling bearing faults with unbalanced data conditions,localized faults of motor bearings and planet bearings are successfully identified,and good fault classification results are achieved,which provide guidance for the cross-condition fault diagnosis of rolling bearings with small amounts of training data.展开更多
This paper proposes a new pre-processing technique to separate the most effective features from those that might deteriorate the performance of the machine learning classifiers in terms of computational costs and clas...This paper proposes a new pre-processing technique to separate the most effective features from those that might deteriorate the performance of the machine learning classifiers in terms of computational costs and classification accuracy because of their irrelevance,redundancy,or less information;this pre-processing process is often known as feature selection.This technique is based on adopting a new optimization algorithm known as generalized normal distribution optimization(GNDO)supported by the conversion of the normal distribution to a binary one using the arctangent transfer function to convert the continuous values into binary values.Further,a novel restarting strategy(RS)is proposed to preserve the diversity among the solutions within the population by identifying the solutions that exceed a specific distance from the best-so-far and replace them with the others created using an effective updating scheme.This strategy is integrated with GNDO to propose another binary variant having a high ability to preserve the diversity of the solutions for avoiding becoming stuck in local minima and accelerating convergence,namely improved GNDO(IGNDO).The proposed GNDO and IGNDO algorithms are extensively compared with seven state-of-the-art algorithms to verify their performance on thirteen medical instances taken from the UCI repository.IGNDO is shown to be superior in terms of fitness value and classification accuracy and competitive with the others in terms of the selected features.Since the principal goal in solving the FS problem is to find the appropriate subset of features that maximize classification accuracy,IGNDO is considered the best.展开更多

In order to optimize the developmental mode, the latest national plan, "The 12th National Economic and Social Development Plan (2011-2015)", is establishing the "Main Function Zoning Strategy", which could be considered as a new prototype of national spatial plan and may cover all Chinese territories. Based on the latest "Main Function Zoning Strategy" stipulated in "The 12th National Economic and Social Development Plan (2011-2015)", the article builds main interlinks between the spatial development strategy and urban regulatory planning. Secondly, regulation factors in Chinese regulatory planning, which may implement the task of main function zoning, have been clarified and categorized. For each regulation factor, its regulation capability is defined by applying a coding method developed by the author. Finally, according to the output of the study, the spatial regulation approaches to implementing the "Main Function Zoning Strategy" in Chinese regulatory planning are analyzed.

文摘Weak feature extraction is of great importance for condition monitoring and intelligent diagnosis of aeroengine.Aimed at achieving intelligent diagnosis of aero-engine main shaft bearing,an enhanced sparsity-assisted intelligent condition monitoring method is proposed in this paper.Through analyzing the weakness of convex sparse model,i.e.the tradeoff between noise reduction and feature reconstruction,this paper proposes an enhanced-sparsity nonconvex regularized convex model based on Moreau envelope to achieve weak feature extraction.Accordingly,a sparsity-assisted deep convolutional variational autoencoders network is proposed,which achieves the intelligent identification of fault state through training denoised normal data.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through aero-engine bearing run-to-failure experiment.The comparison results show that the proposed method is good at abnormal pattern recognition,showing a good potential for weak fault intelligent diagnosis of aero-engine main shaft bearings.

文摘To accelerate the selection process of feature subsets in the rough set theory (RST), an ensemble elitist roles based quantum game (EERQG) algorithm is proposed for feature selec- tion. Firstly, the multilevel elitist roles based dynamics equilibrium strategy is established, and both immigration and emigration of elitists are able to be self-adaptive to balance between exploration and exploitation for feature selection. Secondly, the utility matrix of trust margins is introduced to the model of multilevel elitist roles to enhance various elitist roles' performance of searching the optimal feature subsets, and the win-win utility solutions for feature selec- tion can be attained. Meanwhile, a novel ensemble quantum game strategy is designed as an intriguing exhibiting structure to perfect the dynamics equilibrium of multilevel elitist roles. Finally, the en- semble manner of multilevel elitist roles is employed to achieve the global minimal feature subset, which will greatly improve the fea- sibility and effectiveness. Experiment results show the proposed EERQG algorithm has superiority compared to the existing feature selection algorithms.

文摘Electrocatalytic N_(2) reduction under ambient-condition is considered to be the most appealing strategy to the conventional Haber-Bosch process for synthetic ammonia to alleviate greenhouse emissions and reduce environmental pollution, mainly powered by renewable energy. Recent years, rapid advances have been gained in this attractive research field, and numerous electrocatalysts have been exploited. However, its conversion efficiency is still far behind the requirement of industrial applications owing to the breakage of the N≡N triple bond, which is an energetically challenging kinetically complex multistep reaction and the strong competing reaction of hydrogen evolution reaction. Recently, main group metal-based catalysts have been demonstrated promising application prospect for ammonia production, significantly boosting their further application in this field. However, a comprehensive review of main group metal-based catalysts towards electrochemical ammonia production applications is still lacking. In this review, the fundamentals of N_(2) reduction, such as the reaction pathways, the reaction potential and the challenges of N_(2) reduction have been comprehensively discussed. And then, the role, mechanism, and effect of each main group element-based catalysts used for N_(2) reduction (Li, K, Al, Ga, Sn, Sb, Bi, and their compounds) are systematically summarized. Finally, several state-of-the-art strategies to promote their NRR catalytic performance, as well as the existing problems and prospects are put forward. This review is expected to guide the design and establishment of more efficient electrocatalytic N_(2) reduction systems based on main group metal elements in the future.

文摘Changeful and complex rural family structure and climatic features of transitional areas in China make the application of variable strategy in energy-saving rural residence designs possible.Aiming at the low cost,several effective and reasonable variable strategies were proposed for the design of interior spaces,main bedroom,sunshine room,staircase,west wall,door and window design to satisfy changing structure of a family during different periods and their different thermo-technical requirements in winter and summer.In this way,thermal comfort of rural indoor spaces will be improved,more energy saved,useful experience and thoughts provided for the energy-saving residence design in cold regions and regions hot in summer and cold in winter.
文摘It has become general for surface waters being polluted by micro organic compounds. In order to know the current pollution situation and the properties of micro organic compounds in the Changjiang River, a test was performed on micro organic compounds in the water, bottom material and fish bodies which were sampled from major city river reaches of the Changjiang River. Based on the test result, researchers described and analyzed the sorts, concentration level and distribution features of micro organic compounds. A comprehensive evaluation was conducted by adopting the method of MEG (Multimedia Environmental Goals). The study indicated that ① the water body of major city river reaches of the Changjiang River has been generally polluted. In the test, totally 12 types with 308 kinds of organic compounds were detected. The main pollutants were paraffins, PAHs and lipids; and ② micro organic pollutant content in fish bodies was generally higher than that in bottom material which is in turn higher than that in water; and ③ pollution is relatively severe in the river reaches of mid-to-large comprehensive industrial cities with fairly great TAS (Total Ambient Severity) of public health and ecological system.

文摘Rolling bearings are key components of the drivetrain in wind turbines,and their health is critical to wind turbine operation.In practical diagnosis tasks,the vibration signal is usually interspersed with many disturbing components,and the variation of operating conditions leads to unbalanced data distribution among different conditions.Although intelligent diagnosis methods based on deep learning have been intensively studied,it is still challenging to diagnose rolling bearing faults with small amounts of samples.To address the above issue,we introduce the deep residual joint transfer strategy method for the cross-condition fault diagnosis of rolling bearings.One-dimensional vibration signals are pre-processed by overlapping feature extraction techniques to fully extract fault characteristics.The deep residual network is trained in training tasks with sufficient samples,for fault pattern classification.Subsequently,three transfer strategies are used to explore the generalizability and adaptability of the pre-trained models to the data distribution in target tasks.Among them,the feature transferability between different tasks is explored by model transfer,and it is validated that minimizing data differences of tasks through a dual-stream adaptation structure helps to enhance generalization of the models to the target tasks.In the experiments of rolling bearing faults with unbalanced data conditions,localized faults of motor bearings and planet bearings are successfully identified,and good fault classification results are achieved,which provide guidance for the cross-condition fault diagnosis of rolling bearings with small amounts of training data.

文摘This paper proposes a new pre-processing technique to separate the most effective features from those that might deteriorate the performance of the machine learning classifiers in terms of computational costs and classification accuracy because of their irrelevance,redundancy,or less information;this pre-processing process is often known as feature selection.This technique is based on adopting a new optimization algorithm known as generalized normal distribution optimization(GNDO)supported by the conversion of the normal distribution to a binary one using the arctangent transfer function to convert the continuous values into binary values.Further,a novel restarting strategy(RS)is proposed to preserve the diversity among the solutions within the population by identifying the solutions that exceed a specific distance from the best-so-far and replace them with the others created using an effective updating scheme.This strategy is integrated with GNDO to propose another binary variant having a high ability to preserve the diversity of the solutions for avoiding becoming stuck in local minima and accelerating convergence,namely improved GNDO(IGNDO).The proposed GNDO and IGNDO algorithms are extensively compared with seven state-of-the-art algorithms to verify their performance on thirteen medical instances taken from the UCI repository.IGNDO is shown to be superior in terms of fitness value and classification accuracy and competitive with the others in terms of the selected features.Since the principal goal in solving the FS problem is to find the appropriate subset of features that maximize classification accuracy,IGNDO is considered the best.

This phenomenon can mess up the market and lead to huge loss of economy benefits. So we can see clearly it is important for us to translate contracts precisely. To accomplish this goal, we must be guided with proper strategies. The thesis discusses the features of English business contracts and then tries to find the strategies for translating English Business Contracts.
