In this paper, two new concepts—“main out-of-step mode” and “minor out-of-step mode”—are proposed for power system reliability analysis. Large-scale power system studies found that out-of-step generator groups may have characteristics of the main out-of-step mode and the minor out-of-step mode. The generator groups with main out-of-step modes can determine the out-of-step interface of the large-scale power system, while generators with the minor out-of-step modes cannot play such a role. Therefore, the method of capturing the out-of-step interface by seeking the lowest voltage point(the out-of-step center) can only group the generators with the main out-of-step modes, and may fail to combine the generators with the minor out-of-step modes into proper coherent generator groups. Thus,it is necessary in engineering applications to equip the generators that are likely to have the characteristics of the minor out-of-step modes with separation devices based on off-line simulation studies in order to reduce the risk of further accidents caused by these generators after system separation. 展开更多

The rapid spreading of the Photovoltaic (PV) Systems as Distributed Generation (DG) in medium and low voltage networks created many effects and changes on the existing power system networks. In this work, two methods have been used and applied to determine the optimal allocation and sizing of the PV to be installed as DGs (ranging from 250 kW up to 3 MW). The first one is to determine the location according to the maximal power losses reduction over the feeder. The second one is by using the Harmony Search Algorithm which is claimed to be a powerful technique for optimal allocation of PV systems. The results of the two techniques were compared and found to be nearly closed. Furthermore, investigation on the effects on the feeder in terms of voltage levels, power factor readings, and short circuit current levels has been done. All calculations and simulations are conducted by using the MATLAB Simulation Program. Some field calculations and observations have been expended in order to substantiate the research findings and validation. 展开更多

Based on the geochemical, seismic, logging and drilling data, the Fuyu reservoirs of the Lower Cretaceous Quantou Formation in northern Songliao Basin are systematically studied in terms of the geological characteristics, the tight oil enrichment model and its major controlling factors.First, the Quantou Formation is overlaid by high-quality source rocks of the Upper Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation, with the development of nose structure around sag and the broad and continuous distribution of sand bodies. The reservoirs are tight on the whole.Second, the configuration of multiple elements, such as high-quality source rocks, reservoir rocks, fault, overpressure and structure, controls the tight oil enrichment in the Fuyu reservoirs. The source-reservoir combination controls the tight oil distribution pattern. The pressure difference between source and reservoir drives the charging of tight oil.The fault-sandbody transport system determines the migration and accumulation of oil and gas.The positive structure is the favorable place for tight oil enrichment, and the fault-horst zone is the key part of syncline area for tight oil exploration.Third, based on the source-reservoir relationship, transport mode, accumulation dynamics and other elements, three tight oil enrichment models are recognized in the Fuyu reservoirs:(1)vertical or lateral migration of hydrocarbon from source rocks to adjacent reservoir rocks, that is,driven by overpressure, hydrocarbon generated is migrated vertically or laterally to and accumulates in the adjacent reservoir rocks;(2)transport of hydrocarbon through faults between separated source and reservoirs, that is,driven by overpressure, hydrocarbon migrates downward through faults to the sandbodies that are separated from the source rocks;and(3)migration of hydrocarbon through faults and sandbodies between separated source and reservoirs, that is,driven by overpressure, hydrocarbon migrates downwards through faults to the reservoir rocks that are separated from the source rocks, and then migrates laterally through sandbodies.Fourth, the differences in oil source conditions, charging drive, fault distribution, sandbody and reservoir physical properties cause the differential enrichment of tight oil in the Fuyu reservoirs.Comprehensive analysis suggests that the Fuyu reservoir in the Qijia-Gulong Sag has good conditions for tight oil enrichment and has been less explored, and it is an important new zone for tight oil exploration in the future. 展开更多

关键词 GOAF laser scanning visualization integration system 1 Introduction The goaf formed through underground mining of mineral resources is one of the main disaster sources threatening mine safety production [1 2]. Effective implementation of goaf detection and accurate acquisition of its spatial characteristics including the three-dimensional morphology the spatial position as well as the actual boundary and volume are important basis to analyze predict and control disasters caused by goaf. In recent years three-dimensional laser scanning technology has been effectively applied in goaf detection [3 4]. Large quantities of point cloud data that are acquired for goaf by means of the three-dimensional laser scanning system are processed relying on relevant engineering software to generate a three-dimensional model for goaf. Then a general modeling analysis and processing instrument are introduced to perform subsequent three-dimensional analysis and calculation [5 6]. Moreover related development is also carried out in fields such as three-dimensional detection and visualization of hazardous goaf detection and analysis of unstable failures in goaf extraction boundary acquisition in stope visualized computation of damage index aided design for pillar recovery and three-dimensional detection

Based on the analyses of generation, migration and accumulation of oil and gas in the structures of Kela 1, Kela 2 and Kela 3 in Kasangtuokai anticlinal belt using a series of geological and geochemical evidence, this paper proposes that the rapid rate of hydrocarbon generation, main drain path for over-pressured fluid flow and converging conduit system are indispensable conditions for the rapid, late-stage gas accumulation in the Kelasu thrust belt in the Kuqa depression. Due to structural over-lapping and the resultant rapid burial, the maturity of the source rocks had been increased rapidly from 1.3 to 2.5% Ro within 2.3 Ma, with an average rate of Ro increase up to 0.539% Ro/Ma. The rapid matura-tion of the source rocks had provided sufficient gases for late-stage gas accumulation. The kelasu structural belt has a variety of faults, but only the fault that related with fault propagation fold and cut through the gypsiferous mudstone cap could act as the main path for overpressured fluid release and then for fast gas accumulation in low fluid potential area. All the evidence from surface structure map, seismic profile explanation, authigenic kaolinite and reservoir property demonstrates that the main drain path related with faults for overpressured fluid and the converging conduit system are the key point for the formation of the giant Kela 2 gas field. By contrast, the Kela 1 and Kela 3 structures lo-cated on both sides of Kela 2 structure, are not favourable for gas accumulation due to lacking con-verging conduit system. 展开更多
