Medical Functional Experiment Science, a bridge between basic medicine and clinical medicine, integrates classical experimental teaching contents of three courses including physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology. This course not only helps students to verify and reinforce theoretical knowledge, but also cultivates their capability of scientific thinking to discover and solve problems. Based on the characteristics of international students and current situation of the teaching platform in the laboratory at Yangtze University, this paper discusses a series of problems in the Medical Functional Experiment Science teaching for international students and puts forward some measures for teaching reform including optimizing experimental content, innovating experimental teaching methods and establishing effective experimental evaluation mode, in order to cultivate more international medical students with innovative ability. 展开更多

We characterize the hemodynamic response changes near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) during the presentation of in the main olfactory bulb (MOB) of anesthetized rats with three different odorants: (i) plain air as a reference (Blank), (ii) 2-heptanone (HEP), and (iii) isopropylbenzene (Ib). Odorants generate different changes in the concentrations of oxy- hemoglobin. Our results suggest that NIRS technology might be useful in discriminating various odorants in a non-invasive manner using animals with a superb olfactory system. 展开更多

China is in a process of rapid urbanization. However, along with the dramatically economic growth, there constantly emerges environmental and social constraints which may be great challenges of China's future sustainable development. In order to optimize the developmental mode, the latest national plan, "The 12th National Economic and Social Development Plan (2011-2015)", is establishing the "Main Function Zoning Strategy", which could be considered as a new prototype of national spatial plan and may cover all Chinese territories. Based on the latest "Main Function Zoning Strategy" stipulated in "The 12th National Economic and Social Development Plan (2011-2015)", the article builds main interlinks between the spatial development strategy and urban regulatory planning. Secondly, regulation factors in Chinese regulatory planning, which may implement the task of main function zoning, have been clarified and categorized. For each regulation factor, its regulation capability is defined by applying a coding method developed by the author. Finally, according to the output of the study, the spatial regulation approaches to implementing the "Main Function Zoning Strategy" in Chinese regulatory planning are analyzed. 展开更多

The effects of prolonged sitting behavior on resting-state brain functional connectivity in college students post-COVID-19 rehabilitation:A study based on fNIRS technology

Functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)was used to explore the effects of sedentary behavior on the brain functional connectivity characteristics of college students in the resting state after recovering from Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Twenty-two college students with sedentary behavior and 22 college students with sedentary behavior and maintenance of exercise habits were included in the analysis;moreover,8 min fNIRS resting-state data were collected.Based on the concentrations of oxyhemoglobin(HbO2)and deoxyhemoglobin(HbR)in the time series,the resting-state functional connection strength of the two groups of subjects,including the prefrontal cortex(PFC)and the lower limb supplementary motor area(LS),as well as the functional activity and functional connections of the primary motor cortex(M1)were calculated.The following findings were demonstrated.(1)Functional connection analysis based on HbO2 demonstrated that in the comparison of the mean functional connection strength of homologous regions of interest(ROIs)between the sedentary group and the exercise group,there was no significant difference in the mean functional strength of the ROIs between the two groups(p>0:05).In the comparison of the mean functional connection strengths of the two groups of heterologous ROIs,the functional connection strengths of the right PFC and the right LS(p?0:0097),the left LS(p?0:0127),and the right M1(p?0:0305)in the sedentary group were significantly greater.The functional connection strength between the left PFC and the right LS(p?0:0312)and the left LS(p?0:0370)was significantly greater.Additionally,the functional connection strength between the right LS and the right M1(p?0:0370)and the left LS(p?0:0438)was significantly greater.(2)Functional connection analysis based on HbR demonstrated that there was no significant difference in functional connection strength between the sedentary group and the exercise group(p>0:05)or between the sedentary group and the exercise group(p>0:05).Similarly,there was no significant difference in the mean functional connection strength of the homologous and heterologous ROIs of the two groups.Additionally,there was no significant difference in the mean ROIs functional strength between the two groups(p>0:05).Experimental results and graphical analysis based on functional connectivity indicate that in this experiment,college student participants who exhibited sedentary behaviors showed an increase in fNIRS signals.Increase in fNIRS signals among college students exhibiting sedentary behaviors may be linked to their status post-SARS-CoV-2 infection and the sedentary context,potentially contributing to the strengthened functional connectivity in the resting-state cortical brain network.Conversely,the fNIRS signals decreased for the participants with exercise behaviors,who maintained reasonable exercise routines under the same conditions as their sedentary counterparts.The results may suggest that exercise behaviors have the potential to mitigate and reduce the impacts of sedentary behavior on the resting-state cortical brain network. 展开更多

It was completed at the end of 1985. A 300 msw trimixed saturation diving experiment was successfully conducted in the complex by Chinese Underwater Technology Institute(CUTI) from May 22 to June 12 of 1987. During the experiment, 4 divers habitated in the complex for 20 days, and they performed 16 person-time excursion dives and 8 other tests. The result of the experiment indicates that the complex is well designed, suitably configurated, wholly integrated and steadily run, as well as of low leakage. The main functions of the complex have approached to those of the same kind in the world. The complex can be used as a basic facility for serving the nation's saturation diving technology, underwater operation, personnel training, etc. 展开更多

A restricted development zone is a type of main functional area which provides agricultural products and ecological products, assures the supply of national agricultural products and the stability of ecosystems, as well as safeguards the ecological functions and agricultural functions of wider regions by restricting its own development. Therefore scientific, complete and operable industrial policy support is needed. Restricted development zones are distributed widely in western China. With the restriction of their main functions, differential industrial policies should be implemented in the development of the restricted development zones: Dealing well with the relationship between industrial development and ecological protection, developing special industries which are friendly to resources and environment and appropriate for local conditions, guiding and encouraging industries to learn from regions with favorable development conditions, orderly withdrawing industries and enterprises adverse to main functions, facilitating industrial structure upgrading, optimizing industrial organization, improving industrial technological level and rationalizing industrial layout. 展开更多

目的通过运动疗法和颈肌抗阻训练改善飞行员颈部功能,研究抗阻训练对舰母载机飞行学员颈部疼痛水平和表面肌电活动的影响。方法对航母舰载机飞行学员进行颈部疼痛干预实验,实验周期为3个月。纳入23~35岁的男性舰载机飞行学员,运动前进... 目的通过运动疗法和颈肌抗阻训练改善飞行员颈部功能,研究抗阻训练对舰母载机飞行学员颈部疼痛水平和表面肌电活动的影响。方法对航母舰载机飞行学员进行颈部疼痛干预实验,实验周期为3个月。纳入23~35岁的男性舰载机飞行学员,运动前进行健康筛查和风险评估,排除高风险人群。发放调查问卷,包括颈椎功能障碍指数表和中国体力活动调查表。进行颈肌功能测试,包括颈肌最大肌力、颈椎关节活动度和表面肌电。将实验对象随机分为两组,每组各8名。第一组为对照组,每天照常进行部队安排的训练;第二组为抗阻训练组,在照常进行部队安排训练的基础上使用自主研发的舰载机飞行员用颈椎病预防训练器,制订有针对性的训练方案。每周进行3次抗阻训练,每次训练时间为20 min,在干预实验结束时再次测试颈肌最大肌力、颈椎关节活动度和表面肌电值。将所有数据导入SPSS 22.0软件,结果采用平均值±标准差(x±s)表示,以P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结果(1)干预3个月后,抗阻训练对视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)的影响效果显著。(2)干预后受试者颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)的自身前后测试结果表明,其颈椎功能障碍水平得到明显好转。(3)干预后,受试者自身关节活动度的组间对比结果显示,抗阻训练组受试者的前屈、后伸、左屈、右屈、左旋和右旋的自身变化差值比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)干预后,两组受试者的自身颈部肌力结果显示,抗阻训练组受试者的六个动作自身变化差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(5)干预前后在前屈、后伸、左屈、右屈四个动作测试中抗阻训练组的均方根值(RMS)结果显示,左右胸锁乳突肌和左右侧斜方肌上束的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(6)干预前后在前屈、后伸、左屈、右屈四个动作测试中抗阻训练组的积分肌电值(iEMG)结果显示,左右胸锁乳突肌和左右侧斜方肌上束的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论接受3个月抗阻训练可有效缓解舰载机飞行学员的颈部疼痛,改善颈椎功能障碍以及颈部被测四块肌肉深浅肌纤维的载荷,增强颈部肌肉力量、抗疲劳能力和颈部关节活动度,优化颈部深浅层肌肉的激活模式。 展开更多

环网柜作为配电系统中的关键连接点,其状态监测数据通常具有非线性、动态性和多变量相关性等特点。为了克服传统环网柜故障检测模型对状态特征信息提取不够充分导致监测效果不佳的问题,提出一种基于核动态潜变量(KDLV)算法的故障检测模... 环网柜作为配电系统中的关键连接点,其状态监测数据通常具有非线性、动态性和多变量相关性等特点。为了克服传统环网柜故障检测模型对状态特征信息提取不够充分导致监测效果不佳的问题,提出一种基于核动态潜变量(KDLV)算法的故障检测模型。首先利用KDLV算法将提取的多变量信息划分为动态潜变量部分和静态潜变量部分。然后对动态部分构建VAR模型,并构造特征空间的T^(2)监控统计量;对静态部分构建NPE模型,并分别构造数据特征空间和残差空间的T^(2)和SPE监控统计量。最后综合状态数据的动静态统计限,实现对实时数据的在线监控。通过现场试验数据验证,模型的故障检测率为100%,误报率最高为1.20%,相较于传统的环网柜故障检测模型,提出的模型更具优势。 展开更多

“双减”背景下家庭因素对小学高段学生睡眠质量的影响——基于对成渝地区408名小学生调查

为了解成渝地区小学高段学生睡眠质量,探索“双减”背景下家庭功能、感知父母冲突和情绪安全感对小学高段学生睡眠质量的影响,运用家庭功能问卷、父母冲突儿童知觉量表、情绪安全感问卷和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表等研究工具对成都市、重... 为了解成渝地区小学高段学生睡眠质量,探索“双减”背景下家庭功能、感知父母冲突和情绪安全感对小学高段学生睡眠质量的影响,运用家庭功能问卷、父母冲突儿童知觉量表、情绪安全感问卷和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表等研究工具对成都市、重庆市两所学校共408名小学高段学生展开调查。调查发现,67.28%的成渝地区小学高段学生能在22时前入睡,82.20%的成渝地区小学高段学生能保障每日9小时以上睡眠,且睡眠障碍检出率显著低于“双减”前同年龄段多地结果;家庭功能、感知父母冲突、情绪安全感与小学高段学生睡眠质量显著相关,其中情绪安全感能显著负向预测学生睡眠质量,这说明“双减”后成渝地区小学高段学生睡眠质量有所提高,且家庭因素对小学高段学生睡眠质量影响显著。基于此,建议家庭成员间要有合理的角色分工与积极的情感支持,家长要帮助子女建立情绪安全感,并引导子女形成良好的睡眠习惯和健康的生活模式来保障子女拥有良好的睡眠质量。 展开更多
