MES管控下考虑AGV能耗的路径优化设计

随着车间生产逐步走向自动化、智能化,制造执行系统(MES)以及自动引导小车(AGV)的应用范围越来越广。根据项目实例,设计车间MES中控系统和AGV调度系统的互联以及AGV的搬运过程。考虑到目前AGV大多采用电池储能,能耗效率也成为实际问题... 随着车间生产逐步走向自动化、智能化,制造执行系统(MES)以及自动引导小车(AGV)的应用范围越来越广。根据项目实例,设计车间MES中控系统和AGV调度系统的互联以及AGV的搬运过程。考虑到目前AGV大多采用电池储能,能耗效率也成为实际问题的优化目标,结合MES任务时间窗的约束,建立数学模型解决AGV路径规划的多目标优化问题,并提出一种改进遗传算法,通过随机初始多个路径编码,进行POX交叉、逆序变异和锦标赛选择后得到最优解。经仿真实验,得到最优路径规划,同传统算法相比求解质量更优。 展开更多

Privacy Preserving Demand Side Management Method via Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning

The smart grid utilizes the demand side management technology to motivate energy users towards cutting demand during peak power consumption periods, which greatly improves the operation efficiency of the power grid. However, as the number of energy users participating in the smart grid continues to increase, the demand side management strategy of individual agent is greatly affected by the dynamic strategies of other agents. In addition, the existing demand side management methods, which need to obtain users’ power consumption information,seriously threaten the users’ privacy. To address the dynamic issue in the multi-microgrid demand side management model, a novel multi-agent reinforcement learning method based on centralized training and decentralized execution paradigm is presented to mitigate the damage of training performance caused by the instability of training experience. In order to protect users’ privacy, we design a neural network with fixed parameters as the encryptor to transform the users’ energy consumption information from low-dimensional to high-dimensional and theoretically prove that the proposed encryptor-based privacy preserving method will not affect the convergence property of the reinforcement learning algorithm. We verify the effectiveness of the proposed demand side management scheme with the real-world energy consumption data of Xi’an, Shaanxi, China. Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively improve users’ satisfaction while reducing the bill payment compared with traditional reinforcement learning(RL) methods(i.e., deep Q learning(DQN), deep deterministic policy gradient(DDPG),QMIX and multi-agent deep deterministic policy gradient(MADDPG)). The results also demonstrate that the proposed privacy protection scheme can effectively protect users’ privacy while ensuring the performance of the algorithm. 展开更多

The effect of CMS design effectiveness on cost information quality is investigated. Moreover, the effect of cost information quality on business success is investigated. Furthermore, executive management support and cost accountant competency are assumed to become the antecedents of CMS design effectiveness. Electronics manufacturing businesses in Thailand are samples of the research. A mail survey procedure via the questionnaire was used for data collection from accounting controllers. The results indicate that CMS design effectiveness has a positive significant effect on cost information quality. Moreover, cost information quality also has a positive significant effect on business success. Additionally, both executive management support and cost accountant competency have a positive significant effect on CMS design effectiveness. 展开更多

The system adopts the real-time database and relationaldatabase to collect the scattered structured data, such as evidence information of offshoreoil and gas production facilities personnel, on-site hidden danger information andincident investigation report. Then a unified secure data center platform is established forevery operating area and production site, and the critical safety data of production sitescan be centrally managed. This system has the functions of lawful real-time supervisionof personnel qualification, online supervision and trend analysis of hidden dangers, andcentralized management and sharing of incident investigation report. It is very important for organization to deal with and balance the challenge of environmental complexity and inner resources scarcity. This study considers total quality management (TQM) as a factor linking internal and external of organization and executive ability as linkage to promote and coordinate internal-external elements and then organization obtains its sustainable competitive advantage. The research surveyed effective samples 252 and used Structural Equation Model (SEM) and discriminated analysis for analysis and testing. The results indicate that TQM positively affects executive ability and firm sustainable competitive advantage. Executive ability affects firm sustainable competitive advantage and has the mediating effect between TQM and firm sustainable competitive advantage. Managerial practice implications, limitations, and future research directions have been discussed. 展开更多

Knowledge management is increasingly under attack to show returns on investments and profitable business outcomes. While many companies retain their executive leadership as chief knowledge officers (CKOs) and vice presidents of knowledge management, the trend toward appointing CKOs that developed in the late 1990's has been reversed at many companies and a new trend is to assign the strategic functions of knowledge management to the chief information officer (CIO). This new strategic approach has many ramifications that determine if the firm will be able to meet not only short-term objectives but firm mission strategic outcomes as well. This paper researches over 100 knowledge management executives respondents in a broad cross-section of medium and large US industries and organizations to question why the shift is occurring and what the strategic basis is for this shift? The results of this study clearly show that there are pros and cons to make this strategic shift and that many firms are doing so with little actual factual knowledge of the strategic effects on performance or intellectual capital formation. This paper and empirical ftrm performance and patent research is designed to give that top manager (CEO) the appropriate information to make rational decisions based on facts when considering eliminating or consolidation of CKO into the CIO function. Decisions on CLO and CKO positions should be based on the fu'm related performance in both measurable intellectual property and financial results.
