Application of Specialized Group Management in the Quality Control of Perioperative Nursing

Objective:To explore the role of specialized group management in the quality control of perioperative nursing.Methods:45 surgical nurses from our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Traditional operating room management was adopted from July 2019 to June 2020,and specialized group management was adopted from July 2020 to June 2021.The surgeon’s satisfaction,surgical nurses’core professional competence,and surgical patients’satisfaction were obtained through surveys and the results were analyzed.Results:Surgeon satisfaction before the implementation of specialized group management was significantly lower than after its implementation(P<0.05).Besides,surgical nurses’core professional competency scores before the implementation of specialized group management were significantly lower than after its implementation(P<0.05).Lastly,surgical patients’satisfaction before the implementation of specialized group management was significantly lower than after its implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Specialized group management helps to improve the quality of perioperative care and should be applied in clinical practice.

Implementation of a risk management plan in a hospital operating room

A risk management program based on ASeNZS4360 risk management standards was developed and implemented in the operating room of Peking University Third Hospital.To accomplish this task,we developed a risk quantification matrix and a risk register form to identify potential risks in the operating room,and then implemented operating room policies designed to reduce or eliminate those risks.We also established a consultation mechanism and risk monitoring system designed to minimize risks to operation room nurses.Finally,we continuously seek to improve our operating room risk management capabilities,so we can continue to improve the quality of service provided and guarantee the safety of surgical patients.

Analysis of the Influence of Operating Room Nursing Care Management on the Incidence Rate of Nosocomial Infection in Orthopedic Surgery Patients

Objective:To analysis the influence of operating room nursing care management on the incidence rate of nosocomial infection in orthopedic surgery patients.Methodology:Fifty six orthopedic surgery patients who admitted into the hospital between January to December 2018 were enrolled into this study and randomly divided into two groups,which were the control group(under general management)and the observation group(under the operating room nursing care management).Further,the incidence rate of nosocomial infections,the incidence rate of irregular nursing care phenomena,the satisfaction score of nursing care management,and the quality of life score were observed and recorded.Result:The incidence rate of nosocomial infection,the incidence rate of irregular nursing care management,the satisfaction score of nursing care management,and the quality of life score of the observation group were compared to that of the control group,and the result showed P<0.05,indicates the statistical significance between the data indicators.Conclusion:The use of operating room nursing care management in patients with orthopedic surgery has shown a significant effect.

Application of CAN Bus in Hotel Guest Room Service and Management System

Technical features about CAN bus are described. One kind of scheme in Hotel Guest Room Service and Management System based on CAN bus is presented. The system's structure and main function are expounded. The work principle and design of the system's hardware and software are explained. The realization of the system's hardware and software is detailed from aspects of improving system's anti-jamming and fault self-examined capability, and the block diagram of each part's circuit is given. Finally, features of the system are summarized, and a comparison with the system based on RS485 was made to prove the advantages of the system. By practice, CAN bus in the system can transmit data steadily and reliably.

Many libraries have built and opened the electronic reading room,electronic reading room security management has been paid more and more attention.In the specific safety management,the prevention and control of reader factors is very important.By comparing and analyzing the prevention and control of reader factors in the safety management of some electronic reading rooms,it can be found that the corresponding prevention and control situation is not ideal,and even there are some obvious problems,which also leads to great hidden dangers in the safety management level.This paper will specifically analyze the prevention and control of reader factors in the safety management of electronic reading room,and put forward more effective prevention and control strategies.

Application effect of safety hazard self-examination mode in nursing risk management in hepatobiliary surgery

Objective:To explore the application effect of safety hazard self-examination mode in nursing risk management in hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:Sixty patients underwent hepatobiliary surgery in two tertiary hospitals in Shandong Province from May 2021 to October 2021.According to the different implementation time,they were divided into 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group adopts routine risk assessment,and the observation group adopts the self-examination mode of potential safety hazards on the basis of routine risk assessment to compare the incidence of nursing risk between the two groups.Results:The observation group had a significantly lower incidence of safety hazards in terms of missing surgical instruments,lack of aseptic operation,and postoperative pressure injuries than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The appropriate hazard self-examination mode in the hepatobiliary operation room is of positive significance to improve the safety awareness of operating staff and the comprehensive ability of operating room nurses.

Obstetrics Risk Management in 5 Iranian Hospitals (Tehran-2012)

Background: Risk management is improving quality of health care services and creating a safer system of care. We determined the main maternal and fetal risks in five Hospitals (Tehran-Iran) to offer some practical strategies to decline obstetric adverse events and provide better pregnancy outcome. Methods: A descriptive, cross-sectional study was carried out in 5 Iranian hospitals (2011-2012).?Twelve Obstetricians/perinatalogists and midwives from 5 hospitalswho were in charge of Maternity Units, were our assistants in these hospitals. We organized a secretariat including Obstetricians/perinatalogists and midwives. The principles of Obstetrics Risk Management were introduced to them in a 2 days’ workshop. Then the delegates from each hospital were asked to report the most common obstetrical complications of their hospitals. The main results were 24 complications. Then for sorting these risks we asked them to do scoring of the 24 complication with 1 - 10 grading in 4 aspects of probability of occurrence, possibility of prevention, priority of interventions and short term response to interventions. Post partum haemorrhage, labor management problems, and neonatal hypothermia got the highest scores in these regards, and then these 24 items were categorized in 2 groups of risk assessment and hospital management. Finally based on Risk Management Rules in Clinical Governance, the complications analysis was done with use of failure mode, effects analysis and practical strategies to decline obstetrical adverse events were suggested. Results: We understood all reported complications had common infrastructural problems: defects in Risk Assessment and Hospital Management Policies. We focused on basic infrastructural management in these 2 main subjects and in these two: our main problems were related to staff management and hospital management issues. Conclusion: Since managerial and staff dependent problems were our main problems, these two should be considered as our main priorities in risk management program.

NICU早产儿母乳喂养链式管理效果评价

目的观察链式管理对NICU早产儿母乳喂养及喂养并发症的影响。方法将180例NICU早产儿按入院时间分为对照组和试验组各90例。对照组实施常规NICU母乳喂养策略,试验组在对照组基础上进行链式管理,构建并实施产房、产科和NICU间横向管理和各科室内部纵向管理。结果最终对照组82例、试验组81例早产儿完成研究。干预后,试验组纯母乳喂养率显著高于对照组,试验组早产儿喂养不耐受、坏死性小肠结肠炎、宫外发育迟缓和新生儿高胆红素血症发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.05),试验组恢复至出生体质量日龄显著短于对照组,出院体质量显著大于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论链式管理有利于提高NICU早产儿的纯母乳喂养率,降低喂养并发症发生率,促进新生儿生长发育。

手术室外麻醉工作单元麻精药品同质化管理的探讨

目的探索运用同质化管理模式在手术室外麻醉工作单元麻精药品管理中的作用。方法从2021年7月开始运用同质化管理模式对手术室外麻醉工作单元麻精药品进行管理,通过制定同质化管理流程,比较和分析同质化管理模式实施后每季度麻精药品质量管理指标的比值率。结果每季度管理指标评分均有明显提升。结论运用同质化管理模式在手术室外麻醉工作单元麻精药品管理中,能有效提高麻精药品的管理质量,达到药品规范化、精细化、安全化管理的目的,值得推广。

医疗机构日间手术开展及规范化管理现况调查

目的:通过对医疗机构日间手术开展情况进行调查,了解日间手术开展及管理现状,为我国医疗机构日间手术建设、规范化管理等提供参考。方法:基于文献研究自行研究设计问卷条目,通过专家咨询形成调查问卷,对我国医疗机构的日间手术开展的机构、科室及病种,管理模式、限制因素、指标监测等进行问卷调查和数据分析。结果:在380所开展日间手术的医疗机构中,有96所(25.3%)是中国日间手术合作联盟机构,196所(51.6%)医院将≤24 h住院时间手术定义为日间手术,184所(48.4%)医院则将≤48 h住院时间手术定义为日间手术。日间手术开展涉及15个临床专科,普外科(275个,占72.4%)是开展最多的专科;开展日间手术最多的专科数量是3个(13.9%);排前5位疾病是白内障(36.3%)、乳房肿物(35.0%)、腹股沟疝(21.6%)、体表肿物(18.9%)和宫腔肿物(13.7%);在管理模式中,45.5%(173所)的医疗机构采用混合模式管理,41.8%(159所)采用分散管理。在7项日间手术安全质量控制评价指标中,日间手术7天内非计划性再入院率(97.1%)、手术30天内非计划再入院率(96.8%)和日间手术后30天内死亡例数(96.8%)的指标检出率在96.0%以上,剩余指标检出率相对较低。限制日间手术开展的前3位因素是日间手术风险高(60.3%)、医院决策层支持力度低(44.2%)和绩效考核分配不合理(43.2%)。结论:日间手术开展专科数量少、病种简单、质量控制薄弱、管理模式模糊、安全保障有待改进,极大阻碍了日间手术发展。未来在大力推进日间手术过程中,应加强医疗机构的临床集中管理、日间手术制度建设和质量安全评价指标督查,构建安全、同质、科学的日间手术诊疗环境,不断提高日间手术技术水平与服务能力。

测井仪被动式热管理系统室温冷却研究

被动式热管理系统能使测井仪内部电子器件的温度在工作时间内不超过耐温指标,然而热管理系统优异的隔热性能导致测井仪需要较长时间冷却,才能投入下一次工作。为此,提出了一种针对测井仪的室温冷却方案。通过将电路骨架从保温瓶内抽出置于空气中实现快速冷却,同时设置芯片保护壳避免内部电子器件与空气直接接触,能够避免较高温差所产生的热应力及水蒸气液化对内部电子器件的损坏,实现快速冷却。模拟和试验验证了该方案的可行性,同时模拟探究了不同因素对冷却方案效果的影响,确定了最佳的冷却方案。研究结果表明,所提出的室温冷却方案可以解决测井仪被动式热管理系统冷却散热的问题,提高测井工作的效率。

JCI理念为框架的模式在消毒供应室医用器械管理中的应用效果

目的 探讨国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会(JCI)理念为框架管理模式在消毒供应室医用器械管理中的应用效果。方法 采用随机数字表法将2019年1月至2020年1月在消毒供应室工作的30例医护人员,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组15例。对照组采用常规管理模式,试验组采用以JCI理念为框架的管理模式。观察2组护理服务质量、综合素质、医护人员满意度和器械管理效果进行评价。结果 2组护理质量比较,试验组护理流程、质量监管、安全意识、感染风险评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组管理前综合素质评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组管理后安全知识掌握、主动服务意识、风险防控能力和专业素养均高于管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组管理后安全知识掌握、主动服务意识、风险防控能力和专业素养均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组医务人员满意率,灭菌、清洗、检查、包装、发放和回收合格率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 JCI理念为框架管理模式在消毒供应室医用器械管理中的应用效果良好,能有效提高护理质量与护理安全性,增加医护人员满意度,可用于医疗管理之中。

信息化辅助全程风险管理在急诊输液室安全用药中的应用

目的探讨信息化辅助全程风险管理在急诊输液室安全用药质量控制中的应用效果。方法在安全用药过程中进行全程风险管理,并依托医院信息系统(HIS)进行质量控制。采用非同期对照类试验性研究,选取2022年7月-12月基础数据为对照组,2023年7月-12月信息化建设后数据为观察组,比较两组用药错误发生率、护士用药工作能力、护士用药环境感知水平、患者用药满意度等。结果观察组用药错误发生率明显低于对照组,护士用药工作能力、护士用药环境感知水平、患者用药满意度明显高于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将信息化辅助全程风险管理用于急诊输液室安全用药质量控制中,实现了全程科学、规范的用药管理,降低了用药错误发生率,提高了护士用药工作能力,改善了护士用药良性体验,提升了患者用药满意度。

危害分析及关键点控制(HACCP)体系在实训室安全管理中的应用

文章通过将HACCP(危害分析及关键点控制)体系管理模式引入高职实训室安全管理中,对实训及实训室安全管理中的危险点进行了全面分析、研判,找出潜在、存在、未知安全隐患的关键点加以控制,将安全隐患风险降到最低,实现实训室安全管理的科学化、规范化、常态化。

精益管理改进肝癌手术患者体温护理的实践与探讨

目的探讨肝癌手术中体温护理现状,利用精益管理方法降低术中患者低体温发生率。方法分析2021年3—12月精益管理实施前和2022年3—12月精益管理实施后肝癌手术患者低体温状况,比较精益管理实施前后肝癌手术患者低体温发生率。结果实施前肝癌患者术中低体温发生率1绿卡1黄卡8红卡。实施后为9绿卡1红卡,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论肝癌手术中患者低体温的影响因素较多,精益管理能够对造成低体温的原因实施干预以降低其发生。

骨科患者术中下肢深静脉血栓风险增高的血流变化及影响因素

目的探讨骨科患者术中下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)风险增高的血流变化特点并分析其影响因素,为手术室护理干预提供临床指导。方法选取151例骨科择期手术患者为研究对象,术中使用多普勒超声诊断仪观察下肢血流改变特征,并收集患者基本资料、手术相关资料、术前实验室检查指标等,患者手术结束24 h内采血行D-二聚体凝血功能检测。结果D-二聚体检测结果显示,DVT高风险患者70例(46.36%),低风险81例(53.64%)。手术结束后DVT高风险患者下肢平均血流速度、血管内径显著低于或小于低风险患者(均P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示,手术时间>120 min、凝血酶原时间(PT)>13.1 s、术中发生低体温和术中失血量>100 mL是骨科患者术中DVT风险增高的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论骨科手术患者术中DVT发生风险较高,存在明显血流动力学改变。手术室护理人员需针对性地开展手术效率管理、术中低体温监测和预防、维持术中血容量稳定,有效降低骨科手术患者术中DVT发生风险。
