The professional and moral education of high school mathematics teachers will make classroom management work better,but their work pressure will also lead to classroom management problems.To do a good job in high school class teacher management and organically integrate it with mathematics teaching,we need to start from two aspects:mathematics teaching class teachers and class teacher work teaching,and penetrate mathematical thinking into daily classroom management,moral education,and classroom culture construction.Based on the attributes of the subject,we guide high school students to reflect after class to stimulate their self-management initiative through the cultivation of qualified class representatives.In addition,it is necessary to skillfully resolve classroom generative problems,change the roles of teachers and students,and integrate classroom management with mathematics teaching.

Relationship between Teachers’Leadership and Classroom Climate in Chinese and Japanese Elementary School

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between classroom climate and teachers’leadership through a comparison of Japanese and Chinese elementary school teachers.From this,exploring measures to improve the classroom climate.By creating a positive classroom climate,aiming to create a class that is free from bullying,school refusal,and school violence.184 elementary school teachers in China and Japan were randomly selected as study participants to investigate the relationship between teachers’leadership and classroom climate.As the data analysis results,fostering Maintenance Behavior of teachers’leadership is effective in creating a positive classroom climate.The results showed that Large Performance Behavior and Large Maintenance Behavior of teachers’leadership PM-type leads to an improvement in the classroom climate.

高三学生每天30min课外体育活动的实验研究

文章采用文献资料法,问卷调查法,实验法和数理统计法,对高3学生每天下午30min课外体育活动在改善体能状况,提高心理健康水平以及提高学习成绩等方面的实效性展开研究。研究结果显示,每天下午30min体育锻炼有较强的科学性和实效性,是素质教育形势下实现中学体育改革的有力举措之一。

小学低学段语文优质课堂师生互动特征研究--基于CLASS 课堂评价打分系统的分析

采用美国弗吉尼亚大学研究团队开发的课堂评价打分系统(CLASS),围绕情感支持、课堂组织、教学支持三个领域及下设的十个维度,对20节小学低学段语文优质课堂的师生互动状况进行深度观察,探索优质课堂环境下师生互动的整体水平及各维度之间的相互关系,并综合量化数据和质性分析得出研究结论。研究发现,小学低学段语文优质课堂在情感支持方面,能较好地激发教师的职业热情,并培养学生自主自立的精神与能力;在课堂组织方面,能以课堂实效为目标,创设高品质的教学活动;在教学支持方面,能营造安全的思维环境,促进师生深度互动。

Leadership of Class Teachers(Banzhuren)in Improving Student Learning:Case Studies of Chinese Primary Schools

As a form of teacher leadership,class teacher(banzhuren)leadership has not received sufficient attention in academia.In order to delineate the paths and practices of the class teacher in exercising leadership for improving student learning,this study applies the multiple case studies approach along with in-depth interviews so as to understand this phenomenon thoroughly.The findings suggest that moral management,routine management,collaboration with subject teachers and parents,facilitation of collaboration among students and other leadership strategies can effectively contribute to student learning in these schools.The theoretical and practical implication of this study is also discussed to facilitate research in this regard.

中职生同伴关系对班级凝聚力的影响研究——以新乡市S中职学校为例

随着我国职业教育的不断发展,班级凝聚力不足已成为中职学校发展和人才培养质量的关键问题。同伴关系作为影响班级凝聚力的核心要素,对提升班级凝聚力起到了关键作用。基于群体凝聚力理论,在对新乡市S中职学校440名中职生进行问卷调查的基础上,使用SPSS 23.0软件对获取的数据进行统计分析。研究发现:同伴接纳、友谊关系对班级凝聚力具有显著正向影响。据此,可通过加深中职生相互认识、加强同伴关系正面引导、鼓励学生积极参与班级管理与决策等方式,提升班级凝聚力水平及班风学风建设。

体育课健康体适能循环练习对初中生身体健康的影响

以初一年级五个班189名学生为研究对象,采用5×2×2的三因素实验设计,确定体育课中融入健康体适能循环练习的实验方案,共实施8周干预。结果显示:健康体适能循环练习能有效提高课堂运动负荷,增加学生能量消耗,保障体育课运动负荷维持在较为稳定的负荷区间,与对照班存在显著性差异;健康体适能循环练习有助于改善学生身体成分,对提高学生心肺耐力,肌肉力量、肌肉耐力(大强度班)、柔韧度(静立性和PNF拉伸法班)具有积极作用。在性别方面,男生立定跳远改善幅度大于女生,女生柔韧度改善幅度大于男生。

场域理论视角下小学生课堂沉默的纾困策略

随着对课堂教学研究的深入,课堂沉默现象开始受到广泛关注,并且已经成为教学研究的重要对象。课堂沉默是小学生课堂教学中呈现出的学习状态,在一定程度上反映了师生关系,属于一种社会性行为。文章基于布迪厄场域理论探讨小学生课堂沉默的表现,并分析场域和惯习对小学生课堂沉默的影响,在课堂场域中重构师生关系,为小学生从沉默走向表达提供破解之策。

“双减”政策下中小学课后延时体育服务协同治理的现实挑战与实践路径

“双减”政策下,为破解多主体间协同性不足的问题,促进政家校社协同育人,共同促进中小学生参与课后延时体育服务具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,基于协同治理理论,以治理主体—治理目标—治理方式—治理过程为分析框架,探究课后延时体育服务协同治理的现实挑战和实践路径。研究认为,课后延时体育服务协同治理仍存在“部门墙”现象,表现为治理主体结构失衡,治理目标考核异化,治理方式手段有限,治理过程协同不足等问题,导致非政府组织参与度较低,合作共识尚未达成,多元治理模式尚未形成,协同机制有待建立。提出,以制度建设为保障,以价值理性为导向,以多元联动为根基,以平等协商为手段,确定治理主体参与的合理性,提高治理目标考核的科学性,丰富治理方式供给的多样性,提升治理过程运行的流畅性等实践路径。

在我国高等教育处于普及化阶段的时代背景下,高校学生事务管理工作面临复杂多样的问题与挑战,本文基于文化差异视角,比较研究耶鲁大学、新加坡国立大学两所世界一流大学的学生事务管理的理念与机制、管理模式及特点、文化差异、制度差异、组织架构与队伍建设等,并进行本土化考量,为我国积极推进高校学生事务管理提供一定参考。

从制度的完善建设与规范落实谈“金课”建设

建设中国“金课”是当下各高等学校提高教育教学质量的重要途径。完善的教学管理制度是建设“金课”的基础,规范的制度落实是建设“金课”的基本保证。本文主要从学校管理、课堂教学管理、学生日常管理三个方面的制度建设与规范落实进行分析,并提出有关完整的制度建设和规范的管理在“金课”建设中的一些个人的观点。

高中生班级环境和学业压力的关系:一个有调节的中介模型

为探讨高中生班级环境与学业压力的关系及其内部机制,本研究构建了一个有调节的中介模型,采用问卷调查法对870名高中生进行调查。结果表明:(1)班级环境的师生关系、同学关系负向预测学业压力;班级环境的竞争、学习负担正向预测学业压力;(2)学业社会比较的比较取向、自我贬低在班级竞争和学业压力之间起中介作用;(3)自我概念清晰性可以调节“班级竞争→比较取向→学业压力”中介模型的前半段以及“班级竞争→自我贬低→学业压力”中介模型的前半段。结论:班级竞争通过学业社会比较取向和自我贬低负向预测学业压力,同时自我概念清晰性可以调节比较取向和自我贬低的中介作用。

基于行为驱动的学生管理效果探讨

为探讨学生行为驱动下的学生管理效果,借助问卷调查法进行调研,了解高校不同年级学生在自我管理、课堂参与度等方面的表现及相关因素与整体学生管理效果的关联性。结果显示,学生对管理效果的评价较为积极且相对集中,整体得分较高,说明学生管理效果良好。课堂参与度、自我管理、师生互动及团队协作在1%的水平上呈显著正相关性,说明通过提高课堂参与度、加强自我管理、促进师生互动及鼓励团队协作能够更有效地提升整体的学生管理效果。不同年级的学生在课堂参与度上存在显著差异,且低年级学生的课堂参与度更高。为此,高校应针对不同年级学生制订精准化管理策略,强化学生间的互动与合作,鼓励学生发挥个人优势,全面提升学生的自我管理能力。

强度体育——新时代中国学校体育的理论支脚

体育在新时代迎来了难得的发展机遇,但仍面临着诸多挑战,强度体育集理论与实践于一身,要为促进我国新时代体育建设高质量发展做出更大的贡献。(1)在概念层面,强度于竞技体育是常态,于全民健身是状态,于学校体育中其角色仍不突出,学校体育长期存在强度不够的问题;(2)在政策层面,新课标对体育与健康课程提出了学业质量标准,对体育课的运动负荷标准做出了界定,提出要“科学设置运动负荷”,学校体育进入“强度体育”时代;(3)在操作层面,强度体育并不意味着大强度体育运动,而要让公共体育课达到中等强度,充分利用科技手段,提高科学监控水准。对于强度体育的研究需要进一步深入。
