This editorial explores the impact of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)on postoperative recovery in hand fracture patients,amidst shifting pain management strategies away from opioids due to their adverse effects.With hand fractures being significantly common and postoperative pain management crucial for recovery,the potential of NSAIDs offers a non-addictive pain control alternative.However,the controversy over NSAIDs'effects on bone healing—stemming from their Cyclooxygenase-2 inhibition and associated risks of fracture non-union or delayed union—necessitates further investigation.Despite a comprehensive literature search,the study finds a lack of specific research on NSAIDs in postoperative hand fracture management,highlighting an urgent need for future studies to balance their benefits against possible risks.

Research and Design of IPv6 Network Management and Operations Support System

IPv6 is the foundation of the development of Next Generation Internet (NGI). An IPv6 network management and operations support system is necessary for real operable NGI. Presently there are no approved standards yet and relevant equipment interfaces are not perfect. A Network Management System (NMS) at the network layer helps implement the integrated management of a network with equipment from multiple vendors, including the network resources and topology, end-to-end network performance, network failures and customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) management. Though the NMS will finally realize pure IPv6 network management, it must be accommodated to the management of relevant IPv4 equipment. Therefore, modularized and layered structure is adopted for the NMS in order to implement its smooth transition.

Information technology and information system today play major roles in companies who are competitive in the global market. In this paper, we will study how Suning Appliance Chain changes her operations by using information technology and information system. Emergency department operations and management education in emergency medicine training

BACKGROUND:This study was undertaken to examine the current level of operations and management education within US-based Emergency Medicine Residency programs.METHODS:Residency program directors at all US-based Emergency Medicine Residency programs were anonymously surveyed via a web-based instrument.Participants indicated their levels of residency education dedicated to documentation,billing/coding,core measure/quality indicator compliance,and operations management.Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics for the ordinal data/Likert scales.RESULTS:One hundred and six(106)program directors completed the study instrument of one hundred and fifty-six(156)programs(70%).Of these,82.6%indicated emergency department(ED)operations and management education within the training curriculum.Dedicated documentation training was noted in all but 1 program(99%).Program educational offerings also included billing/coding(83%),core measure/quality indicators(78%)and operations management training(71%).In all areas,the most common means of educating came through didactic sessions and direct attending feedback or 69%-94%and 72%-98%respectively.Residency leadership was most confident with resident understanding of quality documentation(80%)and less so with core measures(72%),billing/coding/RVUs(58%),and operations management tools(23%).CONCLUSIONS:While most EM residency programs integrate basic operational education related to documentation and billing/coding,a smaller number provide focused education on the dayto-day management and operations of the ED.Residency leadership perceives graduating resident understanding of operational management tools to be limited.All respondents value further resident curriculum development of ED operations and management.

Proposal for a Project of Integration of IT Tools With Focus on Planning and Control of Operations on the Shop Floor

Manufacturing system, with high level of complexity and with a mix of semi-repetitive and repetitive products, to become productive, should seek the standardization of products and processes to obtain the optimization of use of production resources. However, it is necessary to measure the productivity, so that the system of measurement and control of manufacturing processes are an element critical as to ensure greater visibility of the flow＇s restrictions, minimized when detected properly. In this case, the automation of factory＇s measurement process can effectively contribute to ensuring the effectiveness of the function control of a manufacturing system. It is important to consider that the automation of the system of measurement and control of manufacturing processes, of complex environment, is heavily dependent of IT tools applied directly in the interface computational between the operation systems and the corporate systems. This heavy reliance, if exploited technically properly, allows that automation of the system of measurement and control of production makes the access to time real of availability of manufacturing process＇s data, such as processing time and setup time that it can export to a specialist software in programming production, for example, feasible. In this paper, the automation of the system of measurement and control of production is approached, in order to identify the main possibilities of the design of an information system capable to integrate the flow of information in an environment internal on manufacturing organizations, with emphasis in the digital manufacturing paradigm.

城市地下综合管廊是保障城市正常运转的“生命线”,关系着广大民众的日常生活和社会的稳定,如何使其平稳、高效运行已成为社会各界广为重视的问题。综合管廊运维管理涉及的主客体众多,以人工监管方式为主的传统运维方式效率低、准确率不足、安全性难以保障,因此,本文基于BIM+技术视角,为城市地下综合管廊的智能运维管理提供一种新思路,以期实现综合管廊管理的标准化、规范化,提高管理效率、降低管理成本。本文包括引言与结语共分为五个部分。首先,介绍本文的研究背景、意义,以及研究思路。其次,阐述综合管廊传统运维管理模式的现状及存在问题。然后,提出综合管廊运维管理的基本目标,并基于BIM+技术,尝试构建城市地下综合管廊的智能运维管理系统。最后,对文章进行总结并提出展望。

上海市级新型冠状病毒肺炎定点医院医疗救治体系构建与运行管理

2022年上海本轮新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称“新冠肺炎”)疫情发生以来,上海申康医院发展中心切实履行办医主体责任,加强市级医院救治能力建设,在原有上海市公共卫生临床中心和复旦大学附属儿科医院2家常态化定点医院基础上,指导7家市级综合医院和3家儿科类医院以最快速度将其中一个院区或独立区域整体转换为新冠肺炎定点医院。同时构建了市级定点医院新冠肺炎患者医疗救治体系,明确了医疗救治原则和运行机制,制定了多项特色核心制度,在全面组织协调市级定点医院开展医疗救治过程中,探索形成了一整套管理举措和工作方法,对做好重症患者救治、提高治愈率、降低病亡率、加快周转率等起到了至关重要的作用,为夺取大上海保卫战的最终胜利作出了贡献。

A literature review of smart warehouse operations management

E-commerce,new retail,and other changes have highlighted the requirement of high efficiency and accuracy in the logistics service.As an important section in logistics and supply chain management,warehouses need to respond positively to the increasing requirement.The“smart warehouse”system,which is equipped with emerging warehousing technologies,is increasingly attracting the attention of industry and technology giants as an efficient solution for the future of warehouse development.This study provides a holistic view of operations management problems within the context of smart warehouses.We provide a framework to review smart warehouse operations management based on the characteristics of smart warehouses,including the perspectives of information interconnection,equipment automation,process integration,and environmental sustainability.A comprehensive review of relevant literature is then carried out based on the framework with four perspectives.This study could provide future research directions on smart warehouses for academia and industry practitioners.
