This paper mainly focuses on how to promote Chinese Maritime Culture“going-out”smoothly and successfully.As is known to all,the Belt and Road Initiative advocates economic cooperation,but also involves cultural exchange and cross-cultural communication.And among all the activities,culture is put on the top priority.The Belt and Road Initiative has paved the way for Chinese cultural“going-out”,but there are stills some obstacles need to be coped with.In the paper,we will take Chinese Mari⁃time Culture for example to demonstrate the current situation of Chinese Culture“going-out”,analyzing the obstacles and figuring out the solutions as possible. 展开更多
