The concept and characteristics of clinical practice ability in Master Degree of Nursing (specialty)

The concepts of ability, practice ability, and professional practice ability were analyzed using a theoretical research method. Based on the results of the analysis, the concept of clinical practice ability for Master Degree of Nursing（specialty） students was de？ned, and the characteristics were interpreted to provide references for future in-depth studies.

Strategies for Improving the Effectiveness of Professional Practice for Full-Time Professional Master Degree Postgraduate in Mineral Processing Engineering

In order to gain practical experience and hands-on skills,full-time professional master degree postgraduate in mineral processing engineering should engage in professional practices.Nonetheless,a series of problems,including insufficient time for practice,low management level,inadequate implementation of the double-supervisor system,and poor results of professional practice,has reduced the effectiveness of professional practice.In view of the aforementioned problems and the characteristics of the discipline,this paper proposes several strategies for improving the effectiveness of professional practice for postgraduates in mineral processing engineering.

This paper examines the academic-work gap in terms of performance reality and performance expectations by expanding on the cultivation model of Master's students in the university context and the most recent industry requirements for talents'competence.The subjects of this paper are Master's degree holders,both academic and professional.The paper examines common issues encountered by enterprise professionals when employing Master's degree holders and proposes a university-enterprise joint cultivation model to achieve win-win outcomes for both higher education institutions and businesses.

Research on Dynamic Relationship between Agricultural Insurance and Agricultural Disaster Degree

Agricultural insurance is an important system of rural financial support for agricultural development.Based on the analysis of agricultural insurance improving farmers'anti-risk ability and reducing the damage,the dynamic relationship is discussed with the adoption of error correction model and the data of Guangdong province between 1997 and 2010.The result shows that the promotion of agricultural insurance depth is beneficial to reducing agricultural damage degree and there exists long-term equilibrium relationship.More precisely,agricultural insurance depth is the Granger reason of agricultural damage degree while the reverse relationship has not been supported yet.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper discusses the characteristics and foundation of agricultural production as well as market characteristics of agricultural insurance to further explore the necessity of financial support.

Effect of Curing Regime on Degree of Al^(3+) Substituting for Si^(4+) in C-S-H Gels of Hardened Portland Cement Pastes

The effect of curing regime on degree ofAl3＋ substituting for Si^4＋ （Al/Si ratio） in C-S-H gels of hardened Portland cement pastes was investigated by 29Si magic angel spinning （MAS） nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） with deconvolution technique. The curing regimes included the constant temperature （20, 40, 60 and 80 ℃） and variable temperature （simulated internal temperature of mass concrete with 60 ℃ peak）. The results indicate that constant temperature of 20 ℃ is beneficial to substitution ofAl3＋ for Si4＋, and AI/Si ratio changes to be steady after 180 d. The increase of Al/Si ratio at 40 ℃is less than that at 20℃ for 28 d. The other three regimes of high temperature increase Al/Si ratio only before 3 d, on the contrary to that from 3 to 28 d. However, the 20 ℃ curing stage from 28 to 180 d at variable temperature regime, is beneficial to the increase of AI/Si ratio which is still lower than that at constant temperature regime of 20 ℃ for the same age. A nonlinear relation exists between the Al/Si ratio and temperature variation or mean chain length （MCL） of C-S-H gels, furthermore, the amount ofAl3＋ which can occupy the bridging tetrahedra sites in C-S-H structure is insufficient in hardened Portland cement pastes.

From Pythagoras Theorem to Fermat’s Last Theorem and the Relationship between the Equation of Degree <i>n</i>with One Unknown

The most interesting and famous problem that puzzled the mathematicians all around the world is much likely to be the Fermat’s Last Theorem. However, since the Theorem was proposed, people can’t find a way to solve the problem until Andrew Wiles proved the Fermat’s Last Theorem through a very difficult method called Modular elliptic curves in 1995. In this paper, I firstly constructed a geometric method to prove Fermat’s Last Theorem, and in this way we can easily get the conclusion below: If a and b are integer and?a = b, n ∈ Q and n > 1, the value of c satisfies the function an + bn = cn that can never be integer;if a, b and c are integer and a ≠ b, n is integer and n > 2, the function an + bn = cn cannot be established.

Analysis on Observing Results ofVacuum Degree in Soft Groundby Vacuum-Surcharge Preloading

This paper analyzes the observing results of vacuum degree in the the Jialichen bridge-head experimental site .The cause of vacuum degree developing below groundwater table is pointed out. The influence of vacuum degree above the ground water table on pore water pressure is discussed. The results show that vacuum degree decreases along the depth because resistance. The resistance in the PVDS is lowest, in the silt is highest. Vacuum degree below groundwater table is produced mainly by dewatering or by escaping of sealed air from the end of flexible pipe. Vacuum degree above the ground water table in the sand drains makes great effect on pore water pressure. In the silt the pore water pressure does not change with the variation of vacuum degree under membrane in a short time.

A Contrastive Genre Analysis of English Abstracts of Bachelor's Degree Thesis:Economics and Humanities & Social Sciences

The move identification of the present study followed the four-move model of V.K.Bhatia who is the representative personage of ESP.It is composed of four moves(1993):Introducing purpose,Describing methodology,Summarizing results and Presenting conclusions.According to the above theory,Principles of the scientific method of sampling suggested by Nwogu(1997:121)as to the selection of journal were adopted in the study—representativity,reputation,accessibility.The focus is the analysis of move structures of abstract sections of them and contrastive studies between Economics and Humanities&Social Sciences of Lanzhou Jiaotong University in different moves of abstract sections.We find there are some similarities and differences between them.In general,the abstracts of Humanities&Social Sciences are more standard than Economics,which suggested English abstract sections of some Economics bachelor’s degree thesis need to be improved.

超声生物显微镜与IOL-Master测量人眼睫状沟直径的比较性研究

目的:比较分析超声生物显微镜(ultrasound biomicroscopy,UBM)与IOL-Master测量人眼睫状沟直径的差异,为更准确地计算有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术(phakicposterior chamber intraocular lens,PPCIOL)也称为可植入的接触镜(implantable contact lens,ICL)的直径提供客观依据(以下简称ICL),从而有效减少术后并发症。方法:选取植入ICL术后1mo的高度近视眼患者32例(60眼)和正视对照组人群28例(48眼),分别作为实验组和对照组,对照组要求排除任何眼科手术史。应用UBM分别测量实验组和对照组的睫状沟直径;应用IOL-Master测量实验组和对照组的角膜横径即水平白到白的距离(whitetowhite,W-W),将所得的数据进行统计学分析。结果:植入ICL后1mo患者的UBM测得的睫状沟直径与IOL-Master测得的W-W值比较其差异有统计学意义(t=2.023,1.988;P<0.05);健康人眼的UBM测得的睫状沟直径与IOL-Maste测得的W-W值比较其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ICL术后患者与健康眼的UBM测得的睫状沟直径值比较其差异无统计学意义;二者的IOL-Master测得的W-W值比较其差异也无统计学意义。结论:UBM可以作为测量人眼睫状沟直径的工具;应用IOL-Master眼外测得W-W值与UBM测得的睫状沟直径值是有区别的,我们更倾向于应用UBM测得的值;人眼是存在解剖变异的,这些变异会增加ICL植入的危险性。

IOL Master联合A超对3,4级核晶状体进行人工晶状体度数测量

目的 :探讨IOLMaster及A超对 3,4级核晶状体进行人工晶状体度数测量时联合应用的优势。方法 :对4 8例 (6 0只眼 ) 3,4级核患者行术前人工晶状体度数测量 ,测量采用IOLMaster联合A超及单纯使用A超两种方法 ,每组 30眼。另晶状体核分级为 2级的 19例 (30只眼 )单纯使用IOLMaster测量。术后 3月比较 3组人工晶状体度数偏差值。结果 :IOLMaster联合A超组 ,人工晶状体度数偏差为 0 .5 83± 0 .337;单纯使用A超组 ,人工晶状体度数偏差为 1.186± 0 .4 30 ;单纯使用IOLMaster组人工晶状体度数偏差为 0 .5 71± 0 .32 9。结论 :IOLMaster联合A超测量人工晶状体度数偏差小于单纯使用A超组 ,前者可为 3,4级核的人工晶状体度数测量提供更准确可靠的数据。

IOL-Master测量人工晶体屈光度长期稳定性研究

目的通过对白内障超声乳化术的术前及术后IOL-Master测量结果及验光结果比较,了解IOLMaster测量人工晶体屈光度长期稳定性。方法对2011年4~10月我院行白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶状体植入术的年龄相关性白内障11例17眼的白内障进行术前IOL-Master测量人工晶状体度数,术后8~14月复测并与综合验光仪验光结果比较。结果白内障术后眼轴测量均缩短,与术前相比有显著性差异(P【0.01)。术后实际验光球镜度数与术前IOL-Master计算后预留度数相比均减少,有显著性差异(P【0.01);术后角膜曲率及角膜散光无显著性差异;散光轴向改变,有显著性差异(P【0.05)。结论 IOL-Master仪的测量准确性好,重复性高,为达到最佳术后预期,应在检测预期度数上适当增加度数。

Zeiss IOL Master与A超测量人工晶体度数的临床比较

目的比较Zeiss IOL Master与A超测量人工晶体度数的准确性和临床应用价值。方法选取2014-01~2015-09该院眼科116例(119只眼)白内障患者,术前均采用Zeiss IOL Master和A超测量眼部参数,并采用SRK-T公式植入人工晶体度数,同时按照A超测得的眼轴长度分为长眼轴组(L>26 mm)、短眼轴组(L≤22 mm)和正常眼轴组(22 mm<L≤26 mm),均在术后1个月进行屈光状态分析。结果各组患眼经IOL Master测量眼轴长度长于A超测量,各眼轴组组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);IOL Master和A超测量所得术后绝对屈光误差值(MAE)比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);IOL Master和A超术后测得MAE≤0.50 D、MAE≤1.00 D、MAE≤2.00 D患者百分比之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Zeiss IOL Master与普通A超相比,在测量人工晶体度数方面准确性更高,且操作更方便,有较高的临床应用价值。

Master CAM基于SINUMERIK 802S的后置处理程序设计

Mastercam是数控加工中用得非常多的的一种CAD/CAM软件,但该软件未提供针对SINUMERIK802S系统的后置处理程序,本文在作者多年使用SINUMERIK802S系统经验的基础上,提供一种将Mastercam提供的FANUC0-MC系统的后置处理程序修改为SINUMERIK802S系统专用后置处理程序的方法,对使用其它系统的数控铣床也有一定的借鉴作用.

Optimization Algorithm for Operation Comfortability of Master Manipulator of Minimally Invasive Surgery Robot

To evaluate the operation comfortability in the master-slave robotic minimally invasive surgery(MIS), an optimal function was built with two operation comfortability decided indices, i.e., the center distance and volume contact ratio. Two verifying experiments on Phantom Desktop and Micro Hand S were conducted. Experimental results show that the operation effect at the optimal relative location is better than that at the random location, which means that the optimal function constructed in this paper is effective in optimizing the operation comfortability.

Analysis of the necessity of implementing the “dual specialty” training model from the perspective of nursing master students

Objective:The objective is to understand the current situation of clinical practice training for nursing master’s degree postgraduates,and discuss the necessity of implementing the“dual specialty”training mode for nursing master’s degree postgraduates in China.Methods:Phenomenological research method was used to conduct semi‑structured in‑depth interviews with 10 nursing master’s degree graduates,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7‑step analysis method.Results:Four topics were extracted:The objective of clinical practice training for nursing master degree postgraduates was not specific;the cultivation direction is not refined;the ability of clinical practice is weak;the research direction is not consistent with the required position.Conclusion:Implementing special double training mode can solve nursing professional master degree postgraduate education lacking the ability to service the needs of society,graduate students and the existing problems of specialist nurse training and the cultivation of“heavy science,light clinical practice”status quo and the effective way of guiding graduate students career planning,so the implementation of special“double”training mode is necessary.

The DNP: Knowledge and perceptions of students in an accelerated master’s program in nursing

While the nursing community generally agrees that the Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree will strengthen nursing as an academic discipline, there is little known about students’ perceptions of the advanced degree. Nursing students enrolled in an accelerated master’s program in nursing (N = 45) were surveyed to assess their knowledge of the DNP degree while also identifying the perceived effect a DNP might have on their careers, on nursing as a discipline, and on public perceptions of nursing practice. In this study, 51% of participants supported the transition to the DNP as the standard degree for practice nursing while 29% were opposed. The majority of participants (71%) planned to pursue an advanced practice nursing degree/certification with 81% of this group signifying that they would do so even if a DNP is required. The majority of participants agreed that the DNP will improve public perception of advanced practice nursing, but 71% thought the title of “doctor” would confuse patients. While current nursing students are generally informed of the upcoming DNP transition, there is disagreement regarding its implications for their careers and for the extent of public understanding.

基于改进D-S理论的多时刻空中目标威胁评估

针对单时刻空中目标威胁评估存在的抗干扰能力弱、可靠性不足等问题,建立一种基于改进D-S证据理论的多时刻空中目标威胁评估模型。首先,根据空战时间线,定义多时刻空中目标威胁评估时段范围;然后,在单时刻空中目标威胁等级概率分配基础上,利用D-S证据理论融合各时刻证据信息;同时,针对D-S证据理论不能处理高冲突证据的弊端及其现有改进方法计算量较大的不足,引入偏移度的概念,确定各时刻证据源权重,对加权证据进行D-S融合。数值算例表明,该模型算法复杂度低;能有效处理波动数据、稳定性强,并且可减弱高冲突证据融合对威胁评估带来的不利影响,为最终决策提供了更准确的判别依据。
