A series of photoelastic experiments were performed to determine the maximum strains for the holes in a tensile flat plate subjected to bolt-nut loads. Pertinent strain distributions were examined to determine the roll of the torques on the bolts in mini mizing the strain;hence stress concentration. The experimental determination of maximum strains is needed as a way to validate future theoretical and numerical results, and provide a valuable aid to their application. The emphasis of this paper is on deformation. The results indicate that strains can decrease significantly with the increase of the bolt's pre-load.展开更多

文摘针对车用双层磁钢永磁同步电机转矩波动过大的问题,基于进化算法(evolutionary algorithm,EA)对一台应用于混合动力专用变速箱(dedicated hybrid transmission,DHT)的双层磁钢永磁同步电机的转子斜极角、定子槽高、定子槽宽和双层磁钢的宽度和厚度进行了参数优化设计,通过试验设计法(design of experiment,DOE)法对各项参数的灵敏度进行分析,得出参数对优化目标的影响权重和正负相关性,再结合多轮进化算法得出最优参数组合,结果表明优化后的永磁同步电机转矩波动下降了3.5%。此外,采用联合仿真的方式对优化后的永磁同步电机进行了最大转矩电流比(maximum torque per ampere,MTPA)控制仿真,结果表明优化后的电机在高转矩提速阶段转矩波动明显减小,验证了该优化流程的有效性。该仿真流程能够提高优化过程的效率,减少实物测试的次数,降低混合动力专用变速箱的开发成本和开发周期。
