Based on the separation principle, the LQG control problem decomposes, or separates, into an optimal state_feedback control problem and an optimal state estimation problem. That is the off_line solution of two sets of Riccati differential equations and the on_line integration solution of the state vector from a set of time_variant differential equations. The present algorithms are not only appropriate to solve the two_point boundary_value problem and the corresponding Riccati differential equation, but also can be used to solve the estimated state from the time_variant differential equations. The high precision of precise integration is of advantage for the control and estimation. Numerical examples demonstrate the high precision and effectiveness of the algorithm.展开更多

In order to construct the trusted network and realize the trust of network behavior,a new multi-dimensional behavior measurement model based on prediction and control is presented.By using behavior predictive equation...In order to construct the trusted network and realize the trust of network behavior,a new multi-dimensional behavior measurement model based on prediction and control is presented.By using behavior predictive equation,individual similarity function,group similarity function,direct trust assessment function,and generalized predictive control,this model can guarantee the trust of an end user and users in its network.Compared with traditional measurement model,the model considers different characteristics of various networks.The trusted measurement policies established according to different network environments have better adaptability.By constructing trusted group,the threats to trusted group will be reduced greatly.Utilizing trusted group to restrict individuals in network can ensure the fault tolerance of trustworthiness of trusted individuals and group.The simulation shows that this scheme can support behavior measurement more efficiently than traditional ones and the model resists viruses and Trojans more efficiently than older ones.展开更多

The system adopts the measuring scheme of double edge s laser-scanned combined with grating displacement measurement. In order to improve the compatibility of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy( LIBS) instrument for different types of parts and optimize the analysis and testing processes,a modularized automatic measurement and cont...In order to improve the compatibility of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy( LIBS) instrument for different types of parts and optimize the analysis and testing processes,a modularized automatic measurement and control system was developed. Based on the characteristics of each LIBS component, the following development steps have been performed:( 1) a summary of characteristic parameters of the component are established;( 2) the integration mechanism of multiple electrical interfaces is designed;( 3) the component control instruction library is developed. The experimental results indicate that the measurement and control system is compatible with most LIBS parts in the market.Spectrometer and laser can be compatible with at least three different types of parts. In addition,a multilayer iterative testing process is designed to improve the efficiency of optimization process of LIBS parameters. The experimental results have shown that the automatic optimization of the delay time compared to the manual testing provides significant gain in testing efficiency. The range of delay time in the experiments is 1. 28 to 10. 28 μs and the step value is 1,0. 5,0. 2 and 0. 1 μs. The gain in testing efficiency has been found to be increased by 73. 76%,75. 93%,78. 81% and 80. 42%,respectively.展开更多

The problems related to an accurate and reliable control and thus an efficient water protection are addressed in the following. Four different crucial points whenever a sampling and control scheme is planned: 1) Where should a sampling and on-line measurement take place? 2) When should sampling take place? 3) How should the sampling and on-line measurement take place? 4) Which variables should be controlled? Examples are given from different plants demonstrating ways to address the questions. Especially the relevance of the adopted parameter BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) is discussed. Water related services of natural infrastructure will help to combat the risk of water crisis, and nature-based solutions involve the management of ecosystems to mimic or optimize the natural processes for the provisi...Water related services of natural infrastructure will help to combat the risk of water crisis, and nature-based solutions involve the management of ecosystems to mimic or optimize the natural processes for the provision and regulation of water. Forested areas provide environmental stability and supply a high proportion of the world’s accessible freshwater for domestic, agricultural, industrial and ecological needs. The present work on “Forestry Interventions for Ganga” to rejuvenate the river is one of the steps toward the Ganga River rejuvenation programme in the country. The consequences of forestry interventions for Ganga will be determined on the basis of water quantity and water quality in the Ganga River. The study conservatively estimated the water savings and sedimentation reduction of the riverscape management in the Ganga basin using the Soil Conservation Service Curve Number (SCS-CN) & GEC, 2015 and Trimble, 1999 & CWC, 2019 methodologies, respectively. Forestry plantations and soil and moisture conservation measures devised in the programme to rejuvenate the Ganga River are expected to increase water recharge and decrease sedimentation load by 231.011 MCM·yr<sup>-1</sup> and 1119.6 cubic m·yr<sup>-1</sup> or 395.20 tons·yr<sup>-1</sup>, respectively, in delineated riverscape area of 83,946 km<sup>2</sup> in Ganga basin due to these interventions. The role of trees and forests in improving hydrologic cycles, soil infiltration and ground water recharge in Ganga basin seems to be the reason for this change. Forest plantations and other bioengineering techniques can help to keep rivers perennial, increase precipitation, prevent soil erosion and mitigate floods, drought & climate change. The bioengineering techniques could be a feasible tool to enhance rivers’ self-purification as well as to make river perennial. The results will give momentum to the National Mission of Clean Ganga (NMCG) and its Namami Gange programme including other important rivers in the country and provide inputs in understanding the linkages among forest structure, function, and streamflow.展开更多

The theory of the kinetic technique of measuring reactivity has been used by this measurement system. The system comprises of indigenous hardware and software for online acquisition of neutron flux signals from reactor console and then computes the reactivity worth accordingly. Here for the TRIGA MARK-II research reactor, the reactivity measurement system was implemented with a dedicated circuit assembly and a conventional personal computer. A high-level Visual Basic real-time programming has been developed for data acquisition, reactivity calculation, online display (numerically as well as graphically), saving data, etc. To measure reactivity worth of TRIGA reactor control rods the rod drop experimental technique has been adopted. The results of tests experiments, carried out with the rod drop method for measuring various reactivity worth of control rods have been presented in the paper. A comparison between this results with the results using period method and that of computation method, demonstrated that the response of this reactivity measurement system is fast enough to monitor and measure the safety-related reactivity and power excursions in the reactor.展开更多
This paper deals with the problem of active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)design for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with sporadic measurements.A novel extended state observer(ESO)is designed in a cascade ...This paper deals with the problem of active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)design for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with sporadic measurements.A novel extended state observer(ESO)is designed in a cascade form consisting of a continuous time estimator,a continuous observation error predictor,and a reset compensator.The proposed ESO estimates not only the system state but also the total uncertainty,which may include the effects of the external perturbation,the parametric uncertainty,and the unknown nonlinear dynamics.Such a reset compensator,whose state is reset to zero whenever a new measurement arrives,is used to calibrate the predictor.Due to the cascade structure,the resulting error dynamics system is presented in a non-hybrid form,and accordingly,analyzed in a general sampled-data system framework.Based on the output of the ESO,a continuous ADRC law is then developed.The convergence of the resulting closed-loop system is proved under given conditions.Two numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control method.展开更多

We propose a quantum state protection scheme via quantum feedforward control combined with environment-assisted measurement to protect arbitrary unknown initial states from the finite-temperature thermal noise(FTTN).T...We propose a quantum state protection scheme via quantum feedforward control combined with environment-assisted measurement to protect arbitrary unknown initial states from the finite-temperature thermal noise(FTTN).The main strategy is to transfer the quantum system to a noise-robust state by weak measurement and feedforward control before the noise channel.Then we apply the environment-assisted measurement on the noise channel to select our desired damped states that are invertible to the initial state.After the noise channel,the reversal operations are applied to restore the initial state.We consider the protection of a single-qubit system,derive the analytical expressions of the success probability and the fidelity,and analyze the influence of key parameters on the performance of the proposed scheme.Unlike previous studies,there is no trade-off between the fidelity and the success probability in the proposed scheme;hence one could maximize them separately.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can greatly improve the fidelity of the quantum state with a certain success probability.Moreover,the proposed scheme is successfully applied to improving the fidelity of controlled quantum teleportation through two independent FTTN channels from the perspective of protecting the shared entanglement.展开更多
The purpose of this study is to reduce the uncertainty in the calculation process on hesitant fuzzy sets(HFSs).The innovation of this study is to unify the cardinal numbers of hesitant fuzzy elements(HFEs)in a special...The purpose of this study is to reduce the uncertainty in the calculation process on hesitant fuzzy sets(HFSs).The innovation of this study is to unify the cardinal numbers of hesitant fuzzy elements(HFEs)in a special way.Firstly,a probability density function is assigned for any given HFE.Thereafter,equal-probability transformation is introduced to transform HFEs with different cardinal numbers on the condition into the same probability density function.The characteristic of this transformation is that the higher the consistency of the membership degrees in HFEs,the higher the credibility of the mentioned membership degrees is,then,the bigger the probability density values for them are.According to this transformation technique,a set of novel distance measures on HFSs is provided.Finally,an illustrative example of intersection traffic control is introduced to show the usefulness of the given distance measures.The example also shows that this study is a good complement to operation theories on HFSs.展开更多

Forestry plantations and soil and moisture conservation measures devised in the programme to rejuvenate the Ganga River are expected to increase water recharge and decrease sedimentation load by 231.011 MCM·yr<sup>-1</sup> and 1119.6 cubic m·yr<sup>-1</sup> or 395.20 tons·yr<sup>-1</sup>, respectively, in delineated riverscape area of 83,946 km<sup>2</sup> in Ganga basin due to these interventions. The role of trees and forests in improving hydrologic cycles, soil infiltration and ground water recharge in Ganga basin seems to be the reason for this change. Forest plantations and other bioengineering techniques can help to keep rivers perennial, increase precipitation, prevent soil erosion and mitigate floods, drought & climate change. The bioengineering techniques could be a feasible tool to enhance rivers’ self-purification as well as to make river perennial. The results will give momentum to the National Mission of Clean Ganga (NMCG) and its Namami Gange programme including other important rivers in the country and provide inputs in understanding the linkages among forest structure, function, and streamflow.
文摘The reactivity worth measurement system for control rods of the TRIGA MARK-II research reactor of Bangladesh has been design and developed. The theory of the kinetic technique of measuring reactivity has been used by this measurement system. The system comprises of indigenous hardware and software for online acquisition of neutron flux signals from reactor console and then computes the reactivity worth accordingly. Here for the TRIGA MARK-II research reactor, the reactivity measurement system was implemented with a dedicated circuit assembly and a conventional personal computer. A high-level Visual Basic real-time programming has been developed for data acquisition, reactivity calculation, online display (numerically as well as graphically), saving data, etc. To measure reactivity worth of TRIGA reactor control rods the rod drop experimental technique has been adopted. The results of tests experiments, carried out with the rod drop method for measuring various reactivity worth of control rods have been presented in the paper. A comparison between this results with the results using period method and that of computation method, demonstrated that the response of this reactivity measurement system is fast enough to monitor and measure the safety-related reactivity and power excursions in the reactor.

文摘This paper deals with the problem of active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)design for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with sporadic measurements.A novel extended state observer(ESO)is designed in a cascade form consisting of a continuous time estimator,a continuous observation error predictor,and a reset compensator.The proposed ESO estimates not only the system state but also the total uncertainty,which may include the effects of the external perturbation,the parametric uncertainty,and the unknown nonlinear dynamics.Such a reset compensator,whose state is reset to zero whenever a new measurement arrives,is used to calibrate the predictor.Due to the cascade structure,the resulting error dynamics system is presented in a non-hybrid form,and accordingly,analyzed in a general sampled-data system framework.Based on the output of the ESO,a continuous ADRC law is then developed.The convergence of the resulting closed-loop system is proved under given conditions.Two numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control method.

Then methods of measurement of marine electrical energy indices are introduced in details and a microprocessor measurement-diagnosis system with the function of measurement and control is designed. Afterwards, estimation and control of electrical power quality of marine electrical power networks are introduced. And finally, according to the existing method of measurement and control of electrical power quality in ship power networks, the improvement of relative method is proposed.

文摘We propose a quantum state protection scheme via quantum feedforward control combined with environment-assisted measurement to protect arbitrary unknown initial states from the finite-temperature thermal noise(FTTN).The main strategy is to transfer the quantum system to a noise-robust state by weak measurement and feedforward control before the noise channel.Then we apply the environment-assisted measurement on the noise channel to select our desired damped states that are invertible to the initial state.After the noise channel,the reversal operations are applied to restore the initial state.We consider the protection of a single-qubit system,derive the analytical expressions of the success probability and the fidelity,and analyze the influence of key parameters on the performance of the proposed scheme.Unlike previous studies,there is no trade-off between the fidelity and the success probability in the proposed scheme;hence one could maximize them separately.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can greatly improve the fidelity of the quantum state with a certain success probability.Moreover,the proposed scheme is successfully applied to improving the fidelity of controlled quantum teleportation through two independent FTTN channels from the perspective of protecting the shared entanglement.

文摘The purpose of this study is to reduce the uncertainty in the calculation process on hesitant fuzzy sets(HFSs).The innovation of this study is to unify the cardinal numbers of hesitant fuzzy elements(HFEs)in a special way.Firstly,a probability density function is assigned for any given HFE.Thereafter,equal-probability transformation is introduced to transform HFEs with different cardinal numbers on the condition into the same probability density function.The characteristic of this transformation is that the higher the consistency of the membership degrees in HFEs,the higher the credibility of the mentioned membership degrees is,then,the bigger the probability density values for them are.According to this transformation technique,a set of novel distance measures on HFSs is provided.Finally,an illustrative example of intersection traffic control is introduced to show the usefulness of the given distance measures.The example also shows that this study is a good complement to operation theories on HFSs.
