An improvement strategy which controls the shift effort and the power summing planetary gear set of steering clutches and brakes have been proposed based on the dynamic model of synchroniser in order to decrease the w...An improvement strategy which controls the shift effort and the power summing planetary gear set of steering clutches and brakes have been proposed based on the dynamic model of synchroniser in order to decrease the wear of synchroniser inserts, make gear shift easy and reduce the shock noise for a positive independent mechanical split path transmission which attached an auto- matic shift system when shifting. A kinetics model for the process of synchroniser engagement is built and analyzed in the paper. Thus for optimizing the gear shift process which is divided into three phases a model reference fuzzy self-adaption system is adopted. Through a 6 000 km road experiment, the control strategy has proved feasible and dependable.展开更多
When building an experimental platform for light propagation along an inhomogeneous turbulent path,it is very essential to set up the reasonable distribution of phase screen.Based on multi-layered model of phase scree...When building an experimental platform for light propagation along an inhomogeneous turbulent path,it is very essential to set up the reasonable distribution of phase screen.Based on multi-layered model of phase screen,an iterative optimization algorithm of phase screen position is given in this paper.Thereafter,the optimal position of phase screens is calculated under the Hufnagel-Valley5/7 and Hefei-day turbulence profile.The results show that the positions of phase screen calculated by the iterative algorithm can fit well with the turbulence profile rather than mechanically placed phase screens at equal distance.Compared with the uniform distribution of phase screens position,the residual phase error of the iterative algorithm decreases very significantly.The similarity degree between them is minimal when number of layers is equal to two.展开更多

During the in vitro expression, the dilution of heart nuc...It is observed by in situ stain that LDH (1 5) ...nNAD + can probably enter the nucleopore and can be bound bound specifically with the genes that encode them. During the in vitro expression, the dilution of heart nuclear DNA fragments could enhance the expression activity of LDH/DNA and the amount of expressed LDH (1 5) is in proportion to the amount of dissociable LDH (1 5) on the LDH/DNA. With the integration of 14C Leu to the proteins, it is also observed that the addition of LDH (1 5) ...nNAD + can suppress the in vitro expression activity of LDH/DNA. AFM observation shows that the regulation sequence at the both ends of active genes may be bound with such active factors as proteins encoded by the genes which probably is the main molecular switch of gene expression and regulation we have been always searching for. Our work shows the prospective application of the combination of AFM and isotope labeling in the research of biological reaction.展开更多
