基于新版学科专业目录 创新医学人才培养机制

2024年研究生招生、培养工作将按《研究生教育学科专业目录(2022年)》进行。本研究回顾1983年以来我国人才培养学科专业目录历史演变过程,分析新版学科专业目录管理办法内涵,提出创新医学拔尖人才培养机制:一是打破学科专业壁垒,深化学科交叉融合;二是创新学科组织形式,改革人才培养模式;三是加强一流学科建设,提升人才培养质量。

Research on Practice Problems and Strategies for Professional Master's Degree Candidates for Agriculture

Taking the practice status of professional master’s degree candidates for agriculture in Anhui Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the key factors affecting the practical training of graduate students in this major,and puts forward some strategies for improving the practice quality of professional master’s degree candidates.In terms of training professional master’s degree candidates,it is considered that agricultural colleges and universities should start with collaborative education,supervision and assessment mechanism,practice content and form,make full use of a large number of agricultural enterprise resources owned by colleges and universities and a good cooperation foundation in enterprises,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the practice quality of professional master’s degree candidates.

Way to Push Ahead Corporate Social Responsibility Report System in China

According to the analysis and statistics of relevant institution, it is a prominent problem that CSR reports generally become a mere formality. Through the analysis on the causes, it finds that it is inevitable for the phenomenon. Thus, we proposed to improve the cultivation mechanism of corporate responsibility by ex- panding and advancing the subject and the object, as well as the contents, of fi- nancial analysis in order to push ahead with CSR report in China.

Study on Cultivated Land Resource Situation and Its Macro-Driving Forces in Yantai Area

According to the statistics of cultivated land in Yantai area during the Reform and Opening-up over the past 20 years and with the detailed survey and changing data of land use during the recent live years, this paper reveals the basic characteristics of the resource utilization, the basic process of the changes, regional differences, and current direction of cultivated land In addition, this paper makes a preliminary research on the major driving factors and the influence mechanism for the changes in the cultivated land area. and reaches the following conclasions： （1） There was a trend of obvious fluctuant decrease in cultivated laud area during the past 20 years. The changes of cultivated land have undergone the process - slow decrease,steep decrease, slow decrease. And there were three peak periods of cultivated land loss around 1985. 1987-1996 and 1991-1993 respectively （2） The decreased cultivated land was mainly converted into land for industry and mining, residential area. and all kinds of traffic and orchards. The increase of cultivated land mainly came from exploitation and land and arrangement and reclamation of industry and mining land （3） The economic development. population growth and policy are the dominant macro-driving factors for the decrease of cultivated land area in Yantai. The obvious sudden changes during the change process of cultivated land acreage are relevant to the national macro.policies background The rapid decrease of cnltivated land area is synchronous with the overheated economic growth resulting from the direct investment in fixed assets. Spatial distribution of the decrease in cultivated land is congruous with the differences in speed and the scale of economic growth between the different regions of Yantai area. Furthermore. the decrease in cultivated land caused by population increase cannot be ignored.

Thoughts on the Professional Growth of University Teachers in Digital Era

The development of information and technology has changed education namely teaching and learning.This paper analyzed the main characteristic of university teachers’professional growth in digital era by theoretically analyzing the impact on education of information and technology.In the new era,teachers should assume more abundant roles,such as lecturer in the classroom environment,model of students’life,mentor/instructor,teaching evaluator,resource developer,planner,leader and manager,etc.Teachers in the digital era should own the qualities of“foundation”,“growth”,and“expansion”.On this basis,several suggestions for promotion of teachers’professional growth have been given.It is necessary to explore the way of professional growth for university teachers in the IT age by constructing a UGIT collaborative“front and behind continued”teacher cultivation mechanism;exploring a practice-oriented,precise,scientific and demand-driven cultivation model;and strengthening the training of teachers’IT application ability.
