Both the carboxymethyl groups and the hydroxyl groups of the CMC par-ticipated in the interaction with mineral surface, with the carboxymethyl groups interacting with metal and metal hydroxyl species, and hydroxyl groups interacting with metal hydroxide species, respectively.展开更多
