Formulate Social Media into Media Information Literacy

The dawn of media literacy education was seen around the mid-1960s. And, developed curriculums introduced media awareness in schools. Continuously, the Grtinwald Declaration （1982） was the first to state the necessity of media education to promote ability of critical understanding. After dissemination of Internet, information and communication technologies were introduced into media education. And, media literacy and information literacy were intertwined as a MIL （Media and Information Literacy） in the Alexandria Proclamation （2005）. Besides, the proclamation defined that information literacy and lifelong learning were the precondition of the information society. Featured importance of applied skill was explained by a disaster case that a girl saved 100 people when the Tsunami hit the coast in Phuket, 2004. Thus, the definition of MIL was frequently up-dated. On March 11 2011, we had a giant earthquake with the Tsunami： Tohoku region pacific coast earthquake. We observed severe damage even under our well prepared disaster prevention drill, earthquake-resistant construction, and communication networks. Through investigation, authors could select records of successful and unsuccessful cases concerning MIL. Then, this study aims to propose expecting what additional competency needs to be introduced in MIL. As a result, the authors could extract ＂Curation Literacy＂ that involved decision making process by a user.

Analysis on the Approach of College Students’Innovation and Entre-preneurship Education under the New Media Environment

With the steady rise of China’s economy,new media technology is gradually applied in various industries,giving enterprises more possibilities and opportunities.Compared with other entrepreneurs,college students with broad knowledge and novel ideas can better adapt to the changing market environment.In order to bring new vitality to all walks of life and deal with the dilemma of college students’employment,colleges and universities must pay attention to the improvement and cultivation of students’ability to innovate and start their own businesses.This paper will analyze the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities under the background of new media,and look for effective innovative ways and methods.

The research of Chinese karst ecological hydrology

Karst environment is very common in southwest China. Soil and vegetation are the most sensitive elements for the variation of karst environment. The weathering of carbonate is important soil formation mechanism in karst area, but its soil forming ability is so poor that the thickness of soil layer becomes thin by the water erosion, though the soil loss is insignificant but serious. The karst process, the ecology process, the hydrology process are three important circulation mechanisms in the karst multiple media environment. In the Chinese North and South karst area, the eco-environmental protection and restoration has already been the important part as the national territorial resources and the environmen- tal comprehensive development and management. The character of karst plants mainly depends on the environmental conditions, i.e. lack of water, richness of Ca, poor soil and shortage of organic matter. The plants have low growth pace and low life-form resource; it is vulnerable under the disturbance of irrational human activities. Therefore, the rocky desertification is the final result of karst ecosystem degradation. But ecological condition is severe in the North and South karst area, especially in the south karst stone mountainous area and the north arid karst area. There are many problems with the eco-environmental protection and restoration. This paper takes the karst multiple media environment as a core, comprehensively discusses the relations of the three processes – karst, hydrology, and ecology, and puts forward the direction of the research on karst ecology hydrology and the future.

Research on Issues in Ideological and Political Education of“Post-2000”College Students in the New Media Environment
