The conjunction weights of the neural network were continuously modified from output layer to input layer in the process of neural network training to reduce the errors between the anticipated and actual outputs. The results from an example show that this method is reliable and feasible. The production and operation abilitv of an enterorise with assessed result of 0.833 is fairly oowerful, and that with assessed result of 0.644 is average.展开更多

In addition, the author also provides some tactics concerning the original motivation, technological market, innovation talents and innovation system, which aim at offering some consultation for the government decision, optimize industrial structure, implement the innovation strategy and propel to the medium and small-sized enterprises' development.展开更多
基于级联H桥型功率变换的链式电池储能系统(cascaded H-bridge energy storage system,CHB-ESS)适用于无变压器中高压直挂式大容量应用场合,具有电池“分割管控”、高效、可靠、模块化、易扩展等优势。而现有的CHB-ESS为单中压交流端口...基于级联H桥型功率变换的链式电池储能系统(cascaded H-bridge energy storage system,CHB-ESS)适用于无变压器中高压直挂式大容量应用场合,具有电池“分割管控”、高效、可靠、模块化、易扩展等优势。而现有的CHB-ESS为单中压交流端口的设计,只能挂接在单个交流配电网。随着分布式发电及快速充电桩等大规模接入,需要在配电网中大量ESS分散式接入,导致建设成本高,占地面积大等问题。为拓展ESS在配电网中的应用场景,文中基于CHB-ESS,提出具有多中压交流端口的ESS拓扑,该结构实现了多条中压交流馈线与同一ESS的柔性互联,具有储能共享、能量多向流动、网间功率互济以及馈线间潮流可控等功能。文中围绕所提出的ESS结构,分析其工作原理、能量平衡机制,提出中压交流端口功率解耦控制、能量均衡控制以及电池单元SOC均衡控制策略,最后,通过仿真和小功率样机实验验证所提出拓扑及控制策略的可行性及有效性。展开更多
