Using the Fractal Theory to establish the fractal structure models, we analyze the complexity and stability of various landscapes’ distribution with fractal dimension value. The spatial distribution characteristics of landscape mosaic structure are also expounded. The mosaic structure in a Ni-based single-crystal superalloy is simulated by molecular dynamics using a potential employed in a modified analytic embedded atom method. From the calculated results we find that a closed threedimensional misfit dislocation network, with index of (011){100} and the side length of the mesh 89.6A, is formed around a cuboidal γ′ precipitate. Comparing the simulation results of the different mosaic models, we find that the side length of the mesh only depends on the lattice parameters of the γ and γ′ phases as well as the γ/γ′ interface direction, but is independent of the size and number of the cuboidal γ′ precipitate. The density of dislocations is inversely proportional to the size of the cuboidal γ′ precipitate, i.e. the amount of the dislocation is proportional to the total area of the γ/γ′ interface, which may be used to explain the relation between the amount of the fine γ′ particles and the creep rupture life of the superalloy. In addition, the closed three-dimensional networks assembled with the misfit dislocations can play a significant role in improving the mechanical properties of superalloys. 展开更多

A basic concept in chain-particle cluster-motion, from frozen glassy state to melt state, is the 2D soft nano-scale mosaic structure formed by 8 orders of 2D interface excitation (IE) loop-flows, from small to large in inverse cascade and rearrangement structure in cascade along local one direction. IE has additional repulsive energy and extra vacancy volume. IE results from that the instantaneous synchronal polarized electron charge coupling pair is able to parallel transport on the interface between two neighboring chain-particles with antiparallel delocalization. This structure accords with de Gennes’ mosaic structure picture, from which we can directly deduce glass transition temperature, melt temperature, free volume fraction, critical entangled chain length, and activation energy to break solid lattice. The por- Si samples had high-ordered mosaic structure, which was received under long anodic etching p-Si(100) in electrolyte with an internal current source. The photoluminescence spectra were monitored at room temperature before and after annealing in air and vacuum. Comparative analysis of photoluminescence spectra of the por-Si samples annealed at different temperatures in air and vacuum shows that the thermal annealing conditions has significant effect on the intensity and spectral content of the photoluminescence spectra. The nature of the luminescence emission centers at different temperatures and annealing conditions was discussed. 展开更多

This paper investigates the major structural parameters, such as crystal quality and strain state of (001)-oriented GaN thin films grown on sapphire substrates by metalorganic chemical vapour deposition, using an in-plane grazing incidence x-ray diffraction technique. The results are analysed and compared with a complementary out-of-plane x- ray diffraction technique. The twist of the GaN mosaic structure is determined through the direct grazing incidence t of (100) reflection which agrees well with the result obtained by extrapolation method. The method for directly determining the in-plane lattice parameters of the GaN layers is also presented. Combined with the biaxial strain model, it derives the lattice parameters corresponding to fully relaxed GaN films. The GaN epilayers show an increasing residual compressive stress with increasing layer thickness when the two dimensional growth stage is established, reaching to a maximum level of-0.89 GPa. 展开更多

A commercial epi-ready(201)β-Ga_(2)O_(3) wafer was investigated upon diamond sawing into pieces measuring 2.5×3 mm^(2).The defect structure and crystallinity in the cut samples has been studied by X-ray diffraction and a selective wet etching technique.The density of defects was estimated from the average value of etch pits calculated,including near-edge regions,and was obtained close to 109 cm^(-2).Blocks with lattice orientation deviated by angles of 1-3 arcmin,as well as non-stoichiometric fractions with a relative strain about(1.0-1.5)×10^(-4)in the[201]direction,were found.Crystal perfection was shown to decrease significantly towards the cutting lines of the samples.To reduce the number of structural defects and increase the crystal perfection of the samples via increasing defect motion mobility,the thermal annealing was employed.Polygonization and formation of a mosaic structure coupled with dislocation wall appearance upon 3 h of annealing at 1100℃ was observed.The fractions characterized by non-stoichiometry phases and the block deviation disappeared.The annealing for 11 h improved the homogeneity and perfection in the crystals.The average density of the etch pits dropped down significantly to 8×10^(6) cm^(-2). 展开更多

花斑病是近年来中华鲟(Acipenser sinensis)养殖过程中出现的一种新型疾病。为探索用于监测中华鲟健康状况的菌群标志物,通过高通量测序,分析比较了健康和患花斑病中华鲟幼鱼皮肤黏膜层微生物菌群的结构特征。结果显示,与健康中华鲟相比... 花斑病是近年来中华鲟(Acipenser sinensis)养殖过程中出现的一种新型疾病。为探索用于监测中华鲟健康状况的菌群标志物,通过高通量测序,分析比较了健康和患花斑病中华鲟幼鱼皮肤黏膜层微生物菌群的结构特征。结果显示,与健康中华鲟相比,患病中华鲟皮肤黏膜层微生物多样性和丰富度均显著下降(p<0.001)。在属分类水平上,健康中华鲟皮肤黏膜层的优势菌属为乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)、不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)、norank_f_Muribaculaceae、明串珠菌属(Leuconostoc)和假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas);患病中华鲟皮肤黏膜层的优势菌属为黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)和不动杆菌属,其中黄杆菌属占比78.38%。通过差异显著性分析,获得了5种反映中华鲟健康状态的敏感菌群。研究表明,与健康中华鲟相比,花斑病破坏了中华鲟皮肤黏膜层正常的微生态稳态结构,优势菌群由乳杆菌属、不动杆菌属等转变为黄杆菌属;因此黄杆菌属可作为监测中华鲟花斑病病原的菌群标志物,其相对丰度可用于评估中华鲟的患病风险。 展开更多

基于局部特征匹配的井下管柱图像智能拼接融合技术

井下电视成像测井可以直观地监测井下管柱是否异常,但采集的井下管柱图像存在纹理低、光照不足、背景重复等问题,传统的尺度不变特征变换(Scale-Invariant Feature Transform,SIFT)等算法很难稳定地检测出高质量的特征点,导致图像拼接... 井下电视成像测井可以直观地监测井下管柱是否异常,但采集的井下管柱图像存在纹理低、光照不足、背景重复等问题,传统的尺度不变特征变换(Scale-Invariant Feature Transform,SIFT)等算法很难稳定地检测出高质量的特征点,导致图像拼接融合鲁棒性差。为此,基于局部特征匹配的思路,先利用反向像素映射算法将管柱图像展开成平面图,并对径向误差进行精确修正,再利用卷积神经网络提取局部特征,利用注意力机制在粗略层面上建立像素级匹配,最后引入最佳拼接线和平滑函数来消除拼接误差,实现了井下管柱大尺度图像的智能拼接融合。研究结果表明:(1)基于局部特征匹配的井下管柱图像智能拼接融合技术,通过图像预处理、特征匹配和图像融合,解决了井下管柱图像拼接融合的稳定性问题;(2)图像智能融合质量的平滑权重因子(k)为0.05时融合效果最佳,k值越小融合图像拼接缝越明显,k值过大则容易在重叠区域产生重影;(3)通过计算待拼接图像的最佳拼接线来消除角度倾斜带来的误差,达到了稳定智能拼接融合的目的;(4)与SIFT算法相比,该算法能检测出的特征点数量平均增加了74.6%,平均智能匹配正确率由83.9%增加到了98.8%。结论认为,该算法检测到的特征点数量和正确率都得到了明显提升,智能融合图像的结构相似性、峰值信噪比和均方误差等指标均优于传统算法,为解决井下管柱探测难题提供了新思路和技术手段。 展开更多

In China, a soil-borne virus causing a disease of winter wheat and associated with Polymyxa graminis, has been reported for many years and is now recognized as a new species, Chinese wheat mosaic virus(CWMV). Since the determination of its genomic sequence, more progress has been made in understanding its genomic structure and functions. Molecular and serological methods have been developed to help survey the distribution of the virus and to provide the basic information needed for disease forecasting and control. At present, the best countermeasure is cultivation of resistant wheat varieties. In addition, development and application of some auxiliary countermeasures, such as rotation of non-host crops, delayed seed-sowing, reasonable application of nitrogen fertilizer, and treatment of imported seeds with fungicides before sowing, may be helpful for controlling the disease. The viral distribution and damage, virion properties, genome organization and spontaneous mutation, temperature sensitivity, and disease management options are here reviewed and/or discussed to help in developing more cost-effective countermeasures to control the disease in the future. 展开更多

It is found that (103) plane and (101) plane, among the lattice planes not perpendicular to the sample surface, are the best choices to measure the depth profiles of tilt and twist for a GaN epilayer with a thickness of less than 2 μm according to the diffraction geometry of SAXRD. As an illustration, the depth-sensitive (103)/(101) ω-scans of a 1.4-μm GaN film grown by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition on sapphire substrate are measured and analyzed to show the feasibility of this approach. 展开更多

煤层作为岩石圈重要的碳库,被岩浆破坏和吞噬,直接加速了地质历史上岩石圈的碳循环。为揭示该过程中接触变质煤微形貌的变化过程和原因,本研究采集了皖北袁店二矿岩体外围不同热变质程度的接触变质煤样品,进行了煤质分析、可溶有机组分... 煤层作为岩石圈重要的碳库,被岩浆破坏和吞噬,直接加速了地质历史上岩石圈的碳循环。为揭示该过程中接触变质煤微形貌的变化过程和原因,本研究采集了皖北袁店二矿岩体外围不同热变质程度的接触变质煤样品,进行了煤质分析、可溶有机组分分离、气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)、偏光显微镜(PLM)、扫描电镜(SEM)等实验。结果显示,趋近岩体,样品挥发份、氢、氮、可溶有机质含量减少;灰分产率和镜质组反射率增加;可溶芳烃当中萘系列相对含量降低,菲系列相对含量升高。未受影响煤和浅热变质煤显微组分主要由胶质结构体组成,后者裂隙发育。天然焦主要由镶嵌结构体组成,局部发育形状不规则的脱挥发孔,孔径多介于20μm×50μm至50μm×150μm。火夹焦主要由多孔炭和炭微球组成:多孔炭富含圆形-椭圆形气孔,孔径多介于0.5~3μm,炭微球群发育在裂隙以及气孔内壁上。分析表明,趋近岩体,煤层热变质程度持续增加:浅热变质煤是煤层受较弱热变质而脆性断裂的产物;天然焦是浅热变质煤脱挥发份、塑性形变所致;火夹焦是天然焦被岩浆进一步中间相化的结果。因此,本文认为,接触变质煤消失过程中微形貌的变化是煤岩组分热蚀变、脱挥发份、中间相化的过程。 展开更多

遥感图像镶嵌是遥感图像解译的一项重要研究内容,然而受成像时间、角度及地物纹理的影响,镶嵌图像经常会有颜色不一致、地物结构错位等情况。针对遥感图像镶嵌缝两侧出现的颜色差异、地物结构错位等质量问题,设计了双分支网络进行遥感... 遥感图像镶嵌是遥感图像解译的一项重要研究内容,然而受成像时间、角度及地物纹理的影响,镶嵌图像经常会有颜色不一致、地物结构错位等情况。针对遥感图像镶嵌缝两侧出现的颜色差异、地物结构错位等质量问题,设计了双分支网络进行遥感图像镶嵌质量的盲评价,2个分支网络分别用于镶嵌缝两侧颜色差异评价和结构错位评价,综合2个网络的输出实现遥感图像镶嵌质量的综合评价。由于获得图像的质量真值需要耗费大量的人力物力,为了减少训练卷积网络所需要的数据量,提出了一种基于两阶段训练的弱监督学习策略,第1阶段在仿真的镶嵌数据集上以颜色差异量和结构错位量为客观真值对网络进行预训练,学习与质量评价有关的先验知识,第2阶段在有主观质量真值的数据集上进行微调。在建立的带有质量真值的仿真数据集和真实数据集上的实验结果表明:所提方法能够有效评价遥感图像镶嵌的质量,性能优于对比方法。 展开更多

Mosaic structure ZrC-SiC coatings were fabricated on low-density, porous C/C composites via thermal evaporation and an in-situ method. ZrC was packed in a typical lamellar mode, and the mosaic structure was formed by the deposition of Zr and Si atoms on the shallow surface of the porous C/C composites.Ablation analysis showed that the defects in the coatings originate from the boundary between the ZrC and holes created by the consumption of SiC at 2500℃. After ablation for 200 s at 3000℃, a dense ZrO2 layer formed on the coating surface, and the defects were sealed owing to the continuous supply of ablative components. The mass and line ablation rates of the Zr C-SiC coatings were-0.46 ± 0.15 mg cm^-2·s^-1 and-1.00± 0.04 μm s^-1, respectively. 展开更多

针对已公布的18个甘蔗花叶病毒(SCMV)全基因组序列,利用MEGA 5.1分析了其11个蛋白(P1、HC-Pro、P3、6K1、CI、6K2、VPg、NIa-Pro、Nib、CP-C和多聚蛋白)编码基因所受的选择压,并结合其编码蛋白的功能,预测了部分基因在SCMV进化过程中的... 针对已公布的18个甘蔗花叶病毒(SCMV)全基因组序列,利用MEGA 5.1分析了其11个蛋白(P1、HC-Pro、P3、6K1、CI、6K2、VPg、NIa-Pro、Nib、CP-C和多聚蛋白)编码基因所受的选择压,并结合其编码蛋白的功能,预测了部分基因在SCMV进化过程中的角色和变异位点.结果显示:P1和CP-N端的变异性程度较大,P1蛋白多样性最高;CP-C端变异性和多样性均较低;PIPO受到的选择压最小,但多样性最低,可能是由于PIPO与P3共用一段编码序列.来源于甘蔗的SCMV多聚蛋白的第2 853、2 897和2 904个氨基酸位点(在CP中部)分别为T、R和E,而来源于玉米的SCMV多聚蛋白对应的氨基酸位点分别为S、K和D,表明这3个位点具有寄主依赖性. 展开更多
