By the contingent value method, we studied the non-use value of wetland ecosystem service of Hongxing National Nature Reserve (HNNR) in Heilongjiang Pro- vince, northeast China. The proportion of respondents willing to pay (WTP) for protection of HNNR was 63 %. The WTP ratio was affected by geographical area, contact nature, personal preferences, and familiar degree of the respondents. The WTP value was affected by age, education level and career of the respondents. The mainly reasons for people rejecting to pay for protecting HNNR were "I am not familiar to HNNR" and "I had no capacity for additional spending because of low income". Weighted average individual WTP value was CNY 59.26 Yuan ind.^-1 year^-1 for all the respondents with WTP. The total non-use ecosystem service value of HNNR was CNY 1430 million Yuan in 2013. The heritage value was highest followed by existence value and option value. From the high ecosystem service value in HNNR, it is very important to construct nature reserve for protecting natural ecosystems and human sustainable use of natural resources. 展开更多

The thermoelectric properties of Sr0.61Ba0.39Nb2O6-δ ceramics, reduced in different conditions, are investigated in the temperature range from 323 K to 1073 K. The electrical transport behaviors of the samples are dominated by the thermal-activated polaron hopping in the low temperature range, the Fermi glass behavior in the middle temperature range, and the Anderson localized behavior in the high temperature range. The thermal conductivity presents a plateau at high- temperatures, indicating a glass-like thermal conduction behavior. Both the thermoelectric power factor and the thermal conductivity increase with the increase of the degree of oxygen-reduction. Taking these two factors into account, the oxygen-reduction can still contribute to promoting the thermoelectric figure of merit. The highest ZT value is obtained to be -0.19 at 1073 K in the heaviest oxygen reduced sample. 展开更多

在乡土社会中,水是构建地方性知识的重要基础。在中国德昂族的佛教信仰体系中,每一种活动最后举行的滴水仪式以及仪式用水指向的功德储备的表意超越了本身的宗教含义,最终进入到保护环境资源的地方性知识体系中———把水滴入土地意味... 在乡土社会中,水是构建地方性知识的重要基础。在中国德昂族的佛教信仰体系中,每一种活动最后举行的滴水仪式以及仪式用水指向的功德储备的表意超越了本身的宗教含义,最终进入到保护环境资源的地方性知识体系中———把水滴入土地意味着滴水者在一系列轮回中会生活在有水滋养的肥沃土地上。在他们对女神Nang Wa SongDe Rui作为土地的化身以水的形式收录着众生各自所累积的功德的解释中,实际上表露出的是他们对生存之本的尊崇和对佛的虔诚。在功德通过生命之源储备于生存之本的过程中,通过舍功德、累积功德和记录功德表现出来,实践着该民族的生态话语权。在环境问题全球化的今天,这种地方性知识对应对当前的环保问题有积极的意义。 展开更多

Lead-free 0-3-type composites:From piezoelectric sensitivity to modified figures of merit

Effective piezoelectric properties,electromechanical coupling factors(ECF)and figures of merit(FOM)are studied in leadfree 0-3-type composites based on novel ferroelectric 0.965(K_(0.48)Na_(0.52))(Nb_(0.96)Sb_(0.04))O_(3)-0.035Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)Zr_(0.15)Hf_(0.75)O_(3) ceramic.Systems of prolate ceramic inclusions are surrounded by a large polymer matrix that can be either monolithic(in the 0-3 composite)or porous(in the 0-3-0 composite).Non-monotonic volume-fraction dependences of the effective piezoelectric coefficients g_(3j)^(*),ECF k_(3j)^(*),squared FOM d_(3j)^(*)g_(3j)^(*)and their modified analogs for stress-driven systems are analysed,and examples of the high longitudinal piezoelectric sensitivity(g33^(*)>100 mV.m/N)are considered.A role of microgeometrical factors,that promote the large effective parameters and anisotropy of properties in the 0-3-type composites,is highlighted.New“aspect ratio-volume fraction”diagrams are first built to describe conditions for high piezoelectric sensitivity,large modified FOM and their anisotropy in the studied composites.These advanced materials can be of value for piezoelectric sensor,energy-harvesting and related applications. 展开更多

Piezoelectric properties and related figures of merit are studied in novel 1-3-type composites based on ferroelectric domain-engineered lead-free single crystal with the relatively large longitudinal piezoelectric coefficient d_(33).Relationships between the piezoelectric properties and the set of figures of merit are analyzed for the 1-3 and 1-3-0 composites that contain the same single-crystal and polymer components.For a composite characterized by 1-3-0 connectivity,an influence of a porous piezo-passive matrix on the figures of merit and their volume-fraction behavior is considered additionally.A large anisotropy of figures of merit is observed in the 1-3-0 composite with specific porous matrices.A diagram is put forward to show volume-fraction regions of the large anisotropy of figures of merit of the studied 1-3-0 composite.Due to large figures of merit and their considerable anisotropy,the studied lead-free composites can be applied in piezoelectric energy-harvesting systems,sensors,transducers,and so on. 展开更多
