The Docking of Talent Training Strategies and Job Market in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Slow and Difficult Employment

Students in higher vocational colleges are faced with difficult problems such as slow employment,which highlights the dislocation between education and the market.This study surveyed thousands of students and hundreds of enterprises,and put forward docking strategies.The analysis shows that the mismatch between skills adaptation and literacy is the main cause of slow employment.To this end,research and design training programs,including curriculum restructuring,school-enterprise cooperation practice platforms,and employment-oriented quality improvement plans are imperative.At the same time,we will develop teaching modules for career planning to enhance competitiveness and ensure that the content is synchronized with industry standards.After the implementation,the employment rate of students increased by 15%within six months,the degree of interconnection increased by 20%,and the degree of enterprise recognition increased by 25%.The research effectively promotes the docking of higher vocational education with the market,and has far-reaching significance for easing slow employment.

Meta-cognitive Strategy Training and the Development of Learners＇ Autonomy in Language Learning

As the ultimate goal of education, autonomy in language learning has aroused a lot of attention from scholars at home and abroad. While in universities of China, students do not have strong autonomy in English language learning. The author tries to adopt specific meta-cognitive strategies to facilitate students＇ autonomy in learning by improving learners＇ capacities in study planning or management, monitoring and evaluating in learning to raise their consciousness and ability in autonomy, and lay a foundation for life-long learning.

基于自适应剪辑与概率参数的Tri-Training算法

半监督学习利用少量标签数据和大量的无标签数据进行学习.Tri-training是一种基于分歧的半监督分类算法,在进行伪标记时会因误标记而使训练集产生噪声,从而导致算法分类性能下降.为了减少误标记对算法分类性能的影响,该文提出一种基于自适应剪辑与概率参数的Tri-training算法(ADPT).新算法利用基于最近邻的RemoveOnly数据剪辑技术对触发自适应剪辑策略的标记数据进行噪声识别及剔除,而未触发自适应剪辑策略的标记数据则用概率参数方法对噪声进行识别及剔除.为验证本文算法的分类性能,采用4个评价指标,在9组UCI数据集上进行实验,并与相关算法进行比较.实验结果表明:该算法在准确率、精度、召回率及F_(measure)等评价指标上与其他算法相比,具有明显优势.

Learning strategies training in classroom teaching

In contemporary English teaching, the study of English learning strategies has become one of the main concerns in teachers＇ teaching and research processes. The necessity of implementation of learning strategies training in the field of English teaching practice still remains disputable. This essay first introduces the different reactions towards the field; then advances the idea of combining English teaching strategies with English learning strategies attempting the implementation of learning strategies training in the classroom teaching. Finally, some thinking produced in the process of practicing the strategies training is raised to reexamine this teaching mode.

Coordinated control strategy for robotic-assisted gait training with partial body weight support

Walking is the most basic and essential part of the activities of daily living. To enable the elderly and non-ambulatory gait-impaired patients, the repetitive practice of this task, a novel gait training robot(GTR) was designed followed the end-effector principle, and an active partial body weight support(PBWS) system was introduced to facilitate successful gait training. For successful establishment of a walking gait on the GTR with PBWS, the motion laws of the GTR were planned to enable the phase distribution relationships of the cycle step, and the center of gravity(COG) trajectory of the human body during gait training on the GTR was measured. A coordinated control strategy was proposed based on the impedance control principle. A robotic prototype was developed as a platform for evaluating the design concepts and control strategies. Preliminary gait training with a healthy subject was implemented by the robotic-assisted gait training system and the experimental results are encouraging.

Automatic Driving Operation Strategy of Urban Rail Train Based on Improved DQN Algorithm

To realize a better automatic train driving operation control strategy for urban rail trains,an automatic train driving method with improved DQN algorithm(classical deep reinforcement learning algorithm)is proposed as a research object.Firstly,the train control model is established by considering the train operation requirements.Secondly,the dueling network and DDQN ideas are introduced to prevent the value function overestimation problem.Finally,the priority experience playback and“restricted speed arrival time”are used to reduce the useless experience utilization.The experiments are carried out to verify the train operation strategy method by simulating the actual line conditions.From the experimental results,the train operation meets the ATO requirements,the energy consumption is 15.75%more energy-efficient than the actual operation,and the algorithm convergence speed is improved by about 37%.The improved DQN method not only enhances the efficiency of the algorithm but also forms a more effective operation strategy than the actual operation,thereby contributing meaningfully to the advancement of automatic train operation intelligence.

LDAS&ET-AD:Learnable Distillation Attack Strategies and Evolvable Teachers Adversarial Distillation

Adversarial distillation(AD)has emerged as a potential solution to tackle the challenging optimization problem of loss with hard labels in adversarial training.However,fixed sample-agnostic and student-egocentric attack strategies are unsuitable for distillation.Additionally,the reliability of guidance from static teachers diminishes as target models become more robust.This paper proposes an AD method called Learnable Distillation Attack Strategies and Evolvable Teachers Adversarial Distillation(LDAS&ET-AD).Firstly,a learnable distillation attack strategies generating mechanism is developed to automatically generate sample-dependent attack strategies tailored for distillation.A strategy model is introduced to produce attack strategies that enable adversarial examples(AEs)to be created in areas where the target model significantly diverges from the teachers by competing with the target model in minimizing or maximizing the AD loss.Secondly,a teacher evolution strategy is introduced to enhance the reliability and effectiveness of knowledge in improving the generalization performance of the target model.By calculating the experimentally updated target model’s validation performance on both clean samples and AEs,the impact of distillation from each training sample and AE on the target model’s generalization and robustness abilities is assessed to serve as feedback to fine-tune standard and robust teachers accordingly.Experiments evaluate the performance of LDAS&ET-AD against different adversarial attacks on the CIFAR-10 and CIFAR-100 datasets.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves a robust precision of 45.39%and 42.63%against AutoAttack(AA)on the CIFAR-10 dataset for ResNet-18 and MobileNet-V2,respectively,marking an improvement of 2.31%and 3.49%over the baseline method.In comparison to state-of-the-art adversarial defense techniques,our method surpasses Introspective Adversarial Distillation,the top-performing method in terms of robustness under AA attack for the CIFAR-10 dataset,with enhancements of 1.40%and 1.43%for ResNet-18 and MobileNet-V2,respectively.These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method in enhancing the robustness of deep learning networks(DNNs)against prevalent adversarial attacks when compared to other competing methods.In conclusion,LDAS&ET-AD provides reliable and informative soft labels to one of the most promising defense methods,AT,alleviating the limitations of untrusted teachers and unsuitable AEs in existing AD techniques.We hope this paper promotes the development of DNNs in real-world trust-sensitive fields and helps ensure a more secure and dependable future for artificial intelligence systems.

Countermeasures to Promote the Training of Prefabricated Construction Talents for Architectural Design Majors in Vocational Colleges

To concentrate on cultivating prefabricated construction talents for architectural design majors in vocational colleges in China,we should adhere to the basic principles of professional coordinated development and integration of production,teaching,and research to determine the teaching objectives and contents,set up a double-teacher teaching team,and provide sufficient resources and funds.Specifically,it is necessary to optimize the curriculum system with the guidance of professional groups,create teaching situations with information platforms,introduce Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology to connect with the actual situation,adhere to the combination of education and training to improve the practice mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,deepen the integration pattern of post-course certificate competition,and follow the ideological and political teaching route of professional course to realize the comprehensive improvement of students’knowledge,skills,and professional quality.

Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Superconducting Electrodynamic Maglev Train

This study considers a superconducting electrodynamic maglev train of MLX01 type.The characteristics of the electromagnetic spring coefficient of a single bogie under different magnetomotive force(MF) of the superconducting coil and standard air gap(Sag) were explored.In view of the small electromagnetic damping,a passive damping control strategy and an active damping control strategy were designed to increase the electromagnetic damping force between the superconducting coil and ground coil.Combined with the coupling numerical model of a single bogie,the vibration characteristics of the bogie in different directions with different damping control strategies were studied when the Sag and MF were fixed.The results can provide important theoretical support for stable operation control of maglev trains.

The Investigation of Relative Efficacy Family Training and Life Strategies on Caring Chronic Mental Illness in Family

This research is a semi-empirical study aiming to examine the effect of family trainings and life skills among the families, if Mashhad with chronic mental disorders. In doing this research, a sample of 300 subjects has been chosen in the stratified random and systematic approach from the families of chronic mental disorders who have been admitted in round the clock centers in Mashhad and who have been in the waiting list and these subjects have been divided to two groups of experiment and control randomly and we introduce family trainings and life skills to the experiment group. There was no training to control group. These two groups were tested in period to the beginning of trainings and post training with instruments such as taking care and mental disorders attitude questionnaire, life skills attitude questionnaire, California social adjustment? questionnaire, Rosenberg self-esteem, general health questionnaire and epidemiological mental disorders questionnaire. The result indicated that training had no effect on the attitude of families toward taking care of mental disorder, but family member’s attitude toward mental disorder had been changed. These trainings have been influential on changing family member’s attitude toward life skills, social adjustment, self-esteem, mental health increase and reducing mental disorders.

Language Learning Strategy Training for Adult English Learners in Continuing Education

Strategy training can help learner to become better and independent learners.The four models of language strategy training,namely Pearson and Dole’s model,Oxford et al.’s approach,Chamot and O’Malley’s framework,and Cohen’strategies-based instruction(SBI)are discussed and found to have features in common.In the hope of enhancing Chinese adult learners’English learning and helping them become independent and autonomous,the three-stage model is proposed by the writer of the paper.With certain features adopted from the models designed by other researchers,the three-stage strategy training model is suitable to English learners of two-year undergraduate program in continuing education.

A framework of the suggested Meta-cognitive Strategy Training model

It is of great significance to carry out Meta-cognitive Strategy Training （MST） in current college English teaching context. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of some sequences and models for strategy training, the authors suggest the Meta-cognitive Strategy Training model which consists of 6 steps with Strategies-Based Instruction （SBI） employed to conduct the concrete strategy training.

The Effects of Web-Based Listening Strategy Training on Thai High School EFL Students＇ Listening Comprehension

This study investigated the effects of a CLSTS （Computer-Assisted Listening Strategy Training Software） program on the development of students＇ ability to use four target listening strategies to enhance their listening comprehension. This study covered an experimental group and a control group. The participants were Grade 10 Thai EFL （English as a Foreign Language） students in a Thai high school in Bangkok, Thailand. Experimental group performance was compared to that of a control group on the five research instruments. Regarding the effect of the CLSTS on the students＇ ability to use the target listening strategies to enhance their listening comprehension, it was found that the CLSTS was significantly effective. The results that made CLSTS effective were categorized into six main aspects.

An Empirical Study on the Effectiveness of Language Learning Strategy Training for Chinese Adult English Learners

This paper explores how to implement effective strategy training for part-time Chinese adult English learners in a tertiary FLT （Foreign Language Teaching） classroom. Through a study of threx~ semesters during which six sessions of learner training workshops and constant, integrated task-based instruction were carried out, empirical evidence was collected via the instrument of questionnaires, interviews, learners＇ regular written reports, and the findings indicate that： （1） The students reported a statistically significant increase of the overaU average frequency of language strategy use over all SILL （The Strategy Inventory for Language Learning） items with 2.95 at the beginning and 3.61 at the end; and （2） Well-organized, explicit, and discrete leaner training workshops combined with frequent, explicit, and integrated task-based strategy instruction are an effective and helpful way to improve learners＇ awareness, selection, and frequency of strategy use, which can further foster learner autonomy.

Metacognitive Strategy Training Outside the Classroom in Higher Vocational English Teaching

In order to remedy individual learner difference in English learning,a brief survey subjects' needs was made before Metacognitive strategy training began.A Metacognitive strategy training is implemented outside the classroom.The method is that the teacher signs contracts with every student.Results from this training indicate that Metacognitive strategy training outside the classroom can improve different sides of different students more effectively in higher vocational English teaching.
