We introduced a decision tree method called Random Forests for multiwavelength data classification. The data were adopted from different databases, including the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) Data Release five, USNO, FIRST and ROSAT. We then studied the discrimination of quasars from stars and the classification of quasars, stars and galaxies with the sample from optical and radio bands and with that from optical and X-ray bands. Moreover, feature selection and feature weighting based on Random Forests were investigated. The performances based on different input patterns were compared. The experimental results show that the random forest method is an effective method for astronomical object classification and can be applied to other classification problems faced in astronomy. In addition, Random Forests will show its superiorities due to its own merits, e.g. classification, feature selection, feature weighting as well as outlier detection. 展开更多

甲氨蝶呤及来氟米特联合应用在类风湿性关节炎治疗中的临床效果评估 被引量:21

目的探索甲氨蝶呤与来氟米特联合用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的效果。方法在该院于2014年2月—2016年6月间收治的类风湿性关节炎患者中随机抽取出170例为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分入到观察组(87例)和对照组(83例)中,对照组患者采用甲... 目的探索甲氨蝶呤与来氟米特联合用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的效果。方法在该院于2014年2月—2016年6月间收治的类风湿性关节炎患者中随机抽取出170例为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分入到观察组(87例)和对照组(83例)中,对照组患者采用甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组患者采用甲氨蝶呤+来氟米特治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗总有效率、CRP水平、临床症状缓解状况等指标。结果观察组患者的总有效率97.70%比对照组的86.75%高(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗12周后的血清CRP水平[(6.54±1.25)mg/L vs(8.75±1.32)mg/L]明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗12周后的关节肿胀个数[(5.2±0.7)vs(8.5±1.0)]、晨僵时间[(27.4±5.3)min vs(40.5±6.5)min]比对照组少,关节压痛个数[(6.5±1.2)vs(9.2±1.5)]比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论类风湿性关节炎患者采用甲氨蝶呤联合来氟米特治疗效果确切,有助于提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。 展开更多

Complications Related to Transcatheter Occlusion of Atrial Septal Defect with Amplatzer Septal Occluder in Children

Objectives To investigate the causes, theraputic and preventive methods of com- plications associated with transcatheter occlusion of at- rial septal defect ( ASD) using the Amplatzer septal oc- cluder (ASO) in children. Methods 289 cases un- derwent transcatheter closure of ASD with ASO. Com- plications occurred in 9 cases. The complications in procedure included systemic circulatory systemic air embolism in 2, pulmonary air embolism in 1, pericar- dial tamponade in 1, ASO malposition requiring emer- gency surgical removal in 1, transient atrial extrasysto- les in 1 and sizing balloon rupture in 1 case. 2 cases with postoperative complications were found in the fol- low-up studies. These included perforation of mitral valve and ASO partially dislodged. In this study, 5 children with intraoperative complication received e- mergency therapy including surgical intervention, and others needed only follow-up, as the complications were transient or asymptomatic. Results There were no children death in this study. The 5 cases who re- ceived treatment were completely healing, and the oth- ers with intra - procedure complications were also had no sequela existed. Cases with mitral valve and ASO partially dislodged were still in follow-up studies, as the 2 patients having no symptoms. Conclutions Air embolism were occurred easily in atrial septal defect cases who received ASO therapy. Complications mainly caused by inappropriate operative procedure and some complications needed emergency treatments. Follow-up studies were important to cases with transcatheter oc- clusion therapy. 展开更多

目的采用复乳冻干法制备非离子表面活性剂囊泡,研究囊泡对水溶性药物甲氨蝶呤的包封作用。方法以非离子表面活性剂Span60、胆固醇、聚乙二醇6000为囊材,采用复乳冻干法制备甲氨蝶呤囊泡,通过正交实验设计优化其制备工艺,并利用光散射技... 目的采用复乳冻干法制备非离子表面活性剂囊泡,研究囊泡对水溶性药物甲氨蝶呤的包封作用。方法以非离子表面活性剂Span60、胆固醇、聚乙二醇6000为囊材,采用复乳冻干法制备甲氨蝶呤囊泡,通过正交实验设计优化其制备工艺,并利用光散射技术测定其粒度分布及Zeta电位值,考察了载药囊泡的包封率、稳定性及其体外释放情况。结果采用复乳冻干法制备出的非离子表面活性囊泡粒度分布均匀、具有良好的稳定性及复溶性,对甲氨蝶呤包封率可高达83.71%。体外释放实验显示,5 h时,游离药物释放完全,而囊泡中甲氨蝶呤的累计释放率仅达到50%,囊泡具有明显的缓释性能。结论复乳冻干法是制备非离子表面活性剂囊泡的一种可靠、有效的方法,为囊泡载药体系的储存、运输及推广应用奠定了基础。 展开更多

In this work, the enhanced dewaterabing characteristics of waste activated sludge using Fenton pretreatment was investigated in terms of effectiveness and statistical optimization. Response surface method (RSM) and central composite design (CCD) were applied to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of important operational parameters, i.e., H202 concentrations, Fe2+ concentrations and initial pH values. A significant quadratic polynomial model was obtained (R2= 0.9189) with capillary suction time (CST) reduction efficiency as the response. Numerical optimization based on desirability function was carried out. The optimum values for H202, Fe2, and initial pH were found to be 178 mg-g-1 VSS (volatile suspended solids), 211mg.gI VSS and 3.8, respectively, at which CST reduction efficiency of 98.25% could be achieved. This complied well with those predicted by the established polynomial model. The results indicate that Fenton pretreatment is an effective technique for advanced waste activated sludge dewatering. The enhancement of sludge dewaterability by Fenton's reagent lies in the migration of sludge bound water due to the disintegration of sludge flocs and microbial cells lysis. 展开更多

A multisymplectic Fourier pseudo-spectral scheme, which exactly preserves the discrete multisym- plectic conservation law, is presented to solve the Klein-Gordon-SchrSdinger equations. The scheme is of spectral accuracy in space and of second order in time. The scheme preserves the discrete multisymplectic conservation law and the charge conservation law. Moreover, the residuals of some other conservation laws are derived for the geometric numerical integrator. Extensive numerical simulations illustrate the numerical behavior of the multisymplectic scheme, and demonstrate the correctness of the theoretical analysis. 展开更多
