The modi-fied IgG showed substantial changes in properties as compared with the unmodified IgG. The mod-ified IgG showed increase in molecular weight, increase of tolerance to temperature and PH, de-crease of immunogenicity and retaining most of its immunoactivity. The CD spectra showed no ap-parent changes in its main structure. IgG with 50. 3% of its amino groups modified by PEG had its immunogenicity completely re-moved ,while maintaining 53.7% of its immunoactivity.展开更多
