We focused on the optimization of corn-stalk skin flake-wood shaving composite technology. We studied the effects of material-mixture ratio, glue content, hot- pressing temperature, and hot-pressing time on the appear- ance, physical, and mechanical properties of the composite by the orthogonal experiment method. Our findings yielded highly significant results in all three cases: the effects of the material-mixture ratio on 2 h of thickness swelling (2hTS) and the modulus of rupture (MOR); the effects of glue con- tent on 2hTS, internal bond strength, and modulus of elas- ticity (MOE); and the effects of hot-pressing temperature on MOR and MOE. Product optimization is achieved when the ratio of corn stalk skin flake to wood shaving is 3:7, the glue content is 12 %, the hot-pressing temperature is 150 ℃, and the hot-pressing time is 4.5 min. 展开更多

Micro fabrication of freeform surface parts made of hard and brittle materials is always a tough job in micro machining field. This paper tries to fabricate freeform surface feature by using smooth surface of tool electrode after tool wear in micro EDM. According to the skin effect theory, the tool end shape in the stage of uniform wear can be changed by adjusting the frequency of discharge pulse. The electrical energy distributing rule of tool electrode section in RC circuit has been investigated under the influence of skin effect, and the law of spark location change has been summarized. The experimental studies demonstrate that different shapes of tool ends can be achieved by varying the pulse frequencies of discharge power supply. Additionally, a micro part of freeform surface feature with high precision and good surface quality has been successfully obtained by micro EDM through adopting the smooth surface after tool wear. 展开更多

In this work, we applied two electromagnetic models for the characterization of a planar structure including a flat, thick copper conductor. Indeed the first model is consisted by modeling two metal ribbons without bulkiness, placed one above the other at a distance of h<sub>2</sub> equal to the thickness of the thick conductor. This approach has been implemented and tested by the iterative method. The results of simulations have been compared with those calculated by the Ansoft HFSS software, and they are in good concordance, validating the method of analysis used. The second model is based on the calculation of the effective permittivity of the medium containing the thick conductor. This medium consists of a metallic region of complex relative permittivity , the rest of this medium is filled with air e<sub>r</sub><sub>2</sub> = 1. The effective permittivity e<sub>eff</sub> calculated from these two relative permittivity e<sub>r</sub><sub>2</sub> and . Comparing the simulation results of this new formulation of the iterative method with those calculated by the software Ansoft HFSS shows that they are in good matching which validates the second model. 展开更多

Angiogenesis is a key process in regenerative medicine generally, as well as in the specific field of nerve regeneration. However, no convenient and objective method for evaluating the angiogenesis of tissue-engineered nerves has been reported. In this study, tissue-engineered nerves were constructed in vitro using Schwann cells differentiated from rat skin-derived precursors as supporting cells and chitosan nerve conduits combined with silk fibroin fibers as scaffolds to bridge 10-mm sciatic nerve defects in rats. Four weeks after surgery, three-dimensional blood vessel reconstructions were made through MICROFIL perfusion and micro-CT scanning, and parameter analysis of the tissue-engineered nerves was performed. New blood vessels grew into the tissue-engineered nerves from three main directions: the proximal end, the distal end, and the middle. The parameter analysis of the three-dimensional blood vessel images yielded several parameters, including the number, diameter, connection, and spatial distribution of blood vessels. The new blood vessels were mainly capillaries and microvessels, with diameters ranging from 9 to 301 μm. The blood vessels with diameters from 27 to 155 μm accounted for 82.84% of the new vessels. The microvessels in the tissue-engineered nerves implanted in vivo were relatively well-identified using the MICROFIL perfusion and micro-CT scanning method, which allows the evaluation and comparison of differences and changes of angiogenesis in tissue-engineered nerves implanted in vivo. 展开更多

Effects of Micro Vibration Therapy Nursing Care on Muscle Hardness and Skin Blood Flow: A Pre/Post Group Comparison Study

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Micro Vibrational therapy (MVT) on muscle stiffness and blood flow in the skin before and after Micro Vibrational therapy in healthy subjects in order to scientifically verify the effects of MVT. Methods: Micro Vibrational therapy is nurse care use in Japan. It was performed on the backs of 30 subjects (8 males and 22 females) in their 20 s to 50 s according to the eligibility criteria. The resting state before implementation was set as the baseline for the control group, and after 30 seconds of MVT was set as the intervention group. The effects of the MVT were statistically analyzed by these factors and subjective sensation by Visual Analog Scale. Results: The muscle hardness of the area where the MVT was applied for 30 seconds decreased to 29.54 (SD 5.04) after the application, compared to 30.45 (SD 5.05) before. A corresponding t-test showed a significant difference (p = 0.019). Skin blood flow increased from a median of 0.76 (variance 0.062) before to a median of 0.86 (variance 0.16) after the procedure. The Wilcoxon rank test showed a significant difference (p = 0.000). Circulatory response was confirmed by SBP, DBP, and HR. SBP of 108.6 mmHg (SD 14.8) before the study decreased to 105.7 mmHg (SD 15.0) after the study, and DBP of 65.6 mmHg (SD 11.1) before the study decreased to 62.7 mmHg (SD 11.8) after the study. HR decreased from 71.6 beats per minute (SD 10.3) before to 69.2 beats per minute (SD 11.7) after. There was a significant difference in all cardiovascular indices (p < 0.05). VAS (pain, stiffness, and fatigue) was significantly decreased after MVT (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Micro Vibrational therapy tended to decrease muscle hardness and increase skin blood flow even in the short time of 30 seconds. The results suggest that local vibration stimulation is not likely to cause a sudden increase in blood pressure or pulse rate fluctuation. These results suggest that hand vibration nursing care may be applicable to acute patients with unstable circulatory conditions. 展开更多

Modeling of the roughness in micro-nano scale and its influence have not been fully investigated, however the roughness will cause amplitude and phase errors of the radiating slot, and decrease the precision and efficiency of the SWA in Ku-band. Firstly, the roughness is simulated using the electromechanical coupled(EC) model. The relationship between roughness and the antenna's radiation properties is obtained. For verification, an antenna proto- type is manufactured and tested, and the simulation method is introduced. According to the prototype, a contrasting experiment dealing with the flatness of the radiating plane is conducted to test the simulation method. The advantage of the EC model is validated by comparisons of the EC model and two classical roughness models (sine wave and fractal function), which shows that the EC model gives a more accurate description model for roughness, the maxi- mum error is 13%. The existence of roughness strongly broadens the beamwidth and raises the side-lobe level of SWA, which is 1.2 times greater than the ideal antenna. In addition, effect of the EC model's evaluation indices is investigated, the most affected scale of the roughness is found, which is 1/10 of the working wavelength. The proposed research provides the instruction for antenna designing and manufacturing. 展开更多

Simple HPLC Analysis of Hinokitiol in Skin Lotion with Visible Light Detection after Pre-Column Dabsylation

Hinokitiolis frequently added to personal care products as an antibacterial agent. We previously established an HPLC-UV method for determination of hinokitiol in skin lotion after pre-column derivatization with 4-fluoro-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole. However, the labeling reagent is expensive, and derivatives of degradation products of parabens, which may be added to skin lotion as general preservatives, interfered with the peak of the hinokitiol derivative. In this study, the concentration of hinokitiol in skin lotions was determined by HPLC with a visible light detector (450 nm) after pre-column derivatization with 4-(dimethylamino)azobenzene-4’-sulfonyl chloride (Dabsyl-Cl), a more economical reagent. A standard curve was obtained after derivatization with Dabsyl-Cl in borate buffer (pH 9.5) at 55&deg;C for 10 min. The retention time of Dabsyl-hinokitiol was 6.8 min. The calibration plot was linear in the range of 1.25 to 40 μg/mL with a r2 value of 0.9991, and the lower limit of quantification and detection were 0.60 μg/mL (absolute amount of 0.86 ng/20μL injection, signal-to-noise ratio of 10:1) and 0.18 μg/mL (absolute amount of 0.26 ng/20μL injection, signal-to-noise ratio of 3:1), respectively. The coefficient of variation was less than 8.8%. Seven Dabsyl-paraben derivatives showed little interference with the peak of Dabsyl-hinokitiol. The developed system was used to determine the content of hinokitiol in two skin lotions. Addition-recovery tests gave satisfactory results. 展开更多

In most studies of microstrip circuits, the majority of researchers assume that the microstrip structures studied have flat metallic conductors of finite widths but without thickness. But in reality these types of structures integrate metallic copper conductors of different thicknesses. If we neglect this thickness we introduce error in the electrical parameters of the microstrip structure, which affects the effective permittivity, the characteristic impedance, the adaptation of the circuit, the resonance frequency, etc. Given the importance of this parameter (thickness of the metal of micro rubon structures), rigorous electromagnetic modeling of the thick micro rubon line based on the skin effect phenomenon (In fact at high frequency the skin effect phenomenon occurs and the current only flows on the periphery of the conductor) has been proposed to improve the studied electric model and ensure the increase in the precision of the analysis method used: Wave concept iterative process. 目的分析自体脂肪移植联合水光注射微交联透明质酸在面部年轻化中的应用效果。方法按照随机数字表法将于西安医学院第二附属医院美容科要求面部年轻化的60例患者分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组接受水光注射微交联透明质酸治疗,研究... 目的分析自体脂肪移植联合水光注射微交联透明质酸在面部年轻化中的应用效果。方法按照随机数字表法将于西安医学院第二附属医院美容科要求面部年轻化的60例患者分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组接受水光注射微交联透明质酸治疗,研究组在对照组基础上接受自体脂肪移植治疗。比较两组的手术效果。结果研究组的面部轮廓治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,研究组的皮肤弹性、皮肤含水量、经水皮肤流失、皮脂和黑色素明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,研究组的基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-12(MMP-12)及活性氧簇(ROS)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后,研究组的生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自体脂肪移植联合水光注射微交联透明质酸对于改善面部年轻化有较好效果,能够改善患者的面部轮廓、皮肤状态和血清指标,且治疗相对安全。 展开更多

目的 :探讨micro RNA-582-5p(miR-582-5p)对唾液腺腺样囊性癌侵袭、转移能力的调控作用。方法 :通过q PCR验证腮腺腺样囊性癌与正常组织中miR-582-5p的表达水平差异,以唾液腺腺样囊性癌肺转移细胞株SACC-83为实验对象,通过脂质体介导,将... 目的 :探讨micro RNA-582-5p(miR-582-5p)对唾液腺腺样囊性癌侵袭、转移能力的调控作用。方法 :通过q PCR验证腮腺腺样囊性癌与正常组织中miR-582-5p的表达水平差异,以唾液腺腺样囊性癌肺转移细胞株SACC-83为实验对象,通过脂质体介导,将miR-582-5p的拟似物(miR-582-5p mimics)转染至SACC-83细胞,升高miR-582-5p的表达水平。采用荧光实时定量PCR(RT-PCR)检测转染前、后SACC-83中miR-582-5p的表达变化,通过Transwell实验检测细胞侵袭、迁移能力的改变,通过荧光素酶报告实验验证靶基因,Western印迹检测miR-582-5p的靶基因整合素FOXC1的表达变化,免疫组织化学检测FOXC1在癌与正常组织中的差异表达,应用SPSS 16.0软件包对所得数据进行t检验或单因素方差分析。结果:miR-582-5p在唾液腺腺样囊性癌组织中低表达,在正常组织中高表达。转染miR-582-5p mimics后的SACC-83中,miR-582-5p的表达显著上调(P<0.001),SACC-83细胞的侵袭迁移能力显著降低(P<0.001)。Western印迹检测结果显示,在SACC-83中升高miR-582-5p的表达水平后,FOXC1表达显著降低。FOXC1在唾液腺腺样囊性癌组织中高表达,在正常组织中低表达。结论 :低表达miR-582-5p有助于维持腺样囊性癌的侵袭、转移特性;调高其表达水平,能有效抑制SACC-83的侵袭、迁移能力。miR-582-5p可能通过调控其靶基因FOXC1的表达而发挥作用。 展开更多

目的 探讨皮肤恶性黑色素瘤病理组织中微小核糖核酸-302b(miR-302b)与细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶2(CDK2)的表达关系及其与淋巴结转移和预后关系。方法 选取2016—2020年我院97例皮肤恶性黑色素瘤患者的瘤组织标本为黑色素瘤组,另选取97例... 目的 探讨皮肤恶性黑色素瘤病理组织中微小核糖核酸-302b(miR-302b)与细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶2(CDK2)的表达关系及其与淋巴结转移和预后关系。方法 选取2016—2020年我院97例皮肤恶性黑色素瘤患者的瘤组织标本为黑色素瘤组,另选取97例黑色素痣患者为黑色素痣组。采用实时定量聚合酶链式反应(qRT-PCR)法检测黑色素瘤组织中miR-302b和CDK2 mRNA相对表达量,根据miR-302b、CDK2检测结果分为高表达组与低表达组,观察其与患者临床病理参数的关系,应用Pearson法对miR-302b与CDK2相关性进行分析,采用Kaplan-Meier对黑色素瘤患者3年的生存情况进行分析。结果 与黑色素痣组相比,黑色素瘤组miR-302b表达水平下降,CDK2 mRNA表达水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);miR-302b、CDK2均与淋巴结转移、临床分期、组织分化程度、浸润深度相关(P<0.05);Pearson相关性显示miR-302b与CDK2表达水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.769,P<0.05);Kaplan-Meier法分析显示miR-302b高表达组平均生存时间与总生存率高于低表达组(21.2个月vs. 18.6个月,73.5%vs. 28.6%);CDK2低表达组平均生存时间与总生存率高于高表达组(24.8个月vs. 15.3个月,71.4%vs. 23.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与空白对照组比较,miR-302b组细胞活性均较低(P<0.05),CDK2组细胞活性均较高(P<0.05)。结论 miR-302b在黑色素瘤组织中低表达、CDK2则是高表达,二者呈负相关且均与患者临床病理指标显著相关,可作为有效评估患者预后的重要指标。 展开更多
