The optimum radiation dose was 50-60 Gy / 5-6 weeks. Chemotherapy with CCNU following the radiotherapy facilitated the healing of lesion, reduced local recurrence and distant metastasis, improved the therapeutic effect and raised the survival rate.展开更多
