Unmanned Technology-Based Civil-Military Intelligent Logistics System:From Construction to Integration

The stockpiling,delivery,and provision of emergency material were in the public gaze of millions of people when the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)broke out.Civil-military integra-tion emergency logistics silently opened up the“second battlefield”of anti-epidemic,and estab-lished a lifeline under that emergency situation.Research on the construction of civil-military integ-rated logistics system plays an extremely important role and occupies a significant position in en-suring social stability and security as well as the stable development of social economy in China.The modern economy driven by the Internet,Internet of Things,and big data demonstrates a rap-id growing trend calling for efficient,fast,and convenient logistics.It is urgent to upgrade or build an intelligent logistics system with intelligent technology and unmanned technology as the core to meet the international and domestic market demand.As mentioned above,this paper analyzes and expounds the construction problem and practical significance of civil-military integration emer-gency logistics system based on unmanned technology,and puts forward the strategy of construct-ing civil-military integration emergency logistics system with unmanned technology under the new system.

Co-integration Analysis of the Relationship between Logistics Transportation and Economic Growth of Agriculture in Zhejiang Province

The thesis selects freight volume and passenger capacity from 1978 to 2008 in Zhejiang Province and the total output value of the primary industry as the object of research, uses quantitative method of co-integration analysis to analyze the freight volume and passenger capacity, and the total output value of the primary industry in Zhejiang Province. After the stationary test of the time sequence, I conduct the regression analysis of the relationship between freight volume and the total output value of agriculture, and the relationship between passenger capacity and the total output value of agriculture. In addition, I conduct Granger causality test of the relationship between freight volume and passenger capacity, and the total output value of agriculture. The results show that the transportation of Zhejiang Province has promoted the development of agricultural economy prominently, and the development of agricultural economy plays indistinctive role in promoting the transportation volume in Zhejiang Province.

社会融合视角下农民工城市定居意愿探赜——基于Logistic模型的实证研究

农民工的城市定居意愿影响农民工市民化进程,进而影响我国新型城镇化建设与乡村振兴。文章基于2023年873份农民工问卷,在社会融合视角下,构建二元logistic回归模型对农民工的城市定居意愿影响因素进行研究。实证研究表明,只有58%的农民工具有城市定居意愿。农民工性别、年龄、婚姻状况、教育水平、家庭随迁人口数量、城市迁移时间长短等因素对定居意愿均没有显著影响;参加本地医保、身份认同、经济收入、健康状况、承包地等因素对农民工的城市定居意愿影响较大;社会参与度、闲暇生活、居住证等在一定程度上提升农民工的定居意愿。如何持续提升农民工的城市定居意愿,文章从社会关系融合、经济收入及公共服务均等化等三个方面提出了对策建议。

Location and allocation problem for spare parts depots on integrated logistics support

In equipment integrated logistics support(ILS), the supply capability of spare parts is a significant factor. There are lots of depots in the traditional support system, which makes too many redundant spare parts and causes high cost of support. Meanwhile,the inconsistency among depots makes it difficult to manage spare parts. With the development of information technology and transportation, the supply network has become more efficient. In order to further improve the efficiency of supply-support work and the availability of the equipment system, building a system of one centralized depot with multiple depots becomes an appropriate way.In this case, location selection of the depots including centralized depots and multiple depots becomes a top priority in the support system. This paper will focus on the location selection problem of centralized depots considering ILS factors. Unlike the common location selection problem, depots in ILS require a higher service level. Therefore, it becomes desperately necessary to take the high requirement of the mission into account while determining location of depots. Based on this, we raise an optimal depot location model. First, the expected transportation cost is calculated.Next, factors in ILS such as response time, availability and fill rate are analyzed for evaluating positions of open depots. Then, an optimization model of depot location is developed with the minimum expected cost of transportation as objective and ILS factors as constraints. Finally, a numerical case is studied to prove the validity of the model by using the genetic algorithm. Results show that depot location obtained by this model can guarantee the effectiveness and capability of ILS well.

An integrated operation mode for green logistics of enterprises

The integrated operation mode of green logistics is a new enterprise’s logistics operation and management mode concerning environment issues based on the traditional integrated mode. Through comparative study on the integrated operation mode of logistics based on self-operation, the operation mode of an integrated logistics of enter- prises based on TPL, the green-supply chain management, and the operation mode of eco-industrial park (EIP), a relatively complete objective system structure is put forward for the integrated operation mode of green logistics of enterprises. Furthermore, the correspondent practical mode is also set up to help enterprises, especially for the manufac- turing companies, not only improve the environment effectively, but support the technological framework for the enterprise’s economic performance and social benefits in order to realize economic, social and environmental benefits are concerned.

后危机时代国际物流与国际贸易的关系研究——基于浙江省数据的Granger与Cointegration检验

从国际贸易与国际物流的关系角度出发,充分考虑后危机时代的经济特点,运用格兰杰因果检验和协整分析的方法,通过对后危机时期浙江省各个月份国际物流以及国际贸易的相关指标,分析二者之间存在的因果关系,根据实证得出的结论,结合浙江省的具体发展情况,因地制宜地提出相应建议。

An Integral Collocation Approach Based on Legendre Polynomials for Solving Riccati, Logistic and Delay Differential Equations

In this paper, we propose and analyze some schemes of the integral collocation formulation based on Legendre polynomials. We implement these formulae to solve numerically Riccati, Logistic and delay differential equations with variable coefficients. The properties of the Legendre polynomials are used to reduce the proposed problems to the solution of non-linear system of algebraic equations using Newton iteration method. We give numerical results to satisfy the accuracy and the applicability of the proposed schemes.

Landslide susceptibility mapping using an integrated model of information value method and logistic regression in the Bailongjiang watershed,Gansu Province,China

Bailongjiang watershed in southern Gansu province, China, is one of the most landslide-prone regions in China, characterized by very high frequency of landslide occurrence. In order to predict the landslide occurrence, a comprehensive map of landslide susceptibility is required which may be significantly helpful in reducing loss of property and human life. In this study, an integrated model of information value method and logistic regression is proposed by using their merits at maximum and overcoming their weaknesses, which may enhance precision and accuracy of landslide susceptibility assessment. A detailed and reliable landslide inventory with 1587 landslides was prepared and randomly divided into two groups,(i) training dataset and(ii) testing dataset. Eight distinct landslide conditioning factors including lithology, slope gradient, aspect, elevation, distance to drainages,distance to faults, distance to roads and vegetation coverage were selected for landslide susceptibility mapping. The produced landslide susceptibility maps were validated by the success rate and prediction rate curves. The validation results show that the success rate and the prediction rate of the integrated model are 81.7 % and 84.6 %, respectively, which indicate that the proposed integrated method is reliable to produce an accurate landslide susceptibility map and the results may be used for landslides management and mitigation.

Social integration: How is it related to self-rated health?

Social integration has well-established health benefits among older adults in observational studies. However, interventions designed to increase social integration have not improved health suggesting important knowledge gaps on how social integration influences health outcomes. This study developed a new measure of social integration, daily social contact, capturing the interpersonal nature of social integration and mobility of individuals, and providing a direct assessment of individuals’ real-time access to companionship and social support. The data used is the 2006-2007 American Time Use Survey (ATUS), which surveyed 25,191 individuals aged 15 years and older (n = 4378 aged 65 years and older). Generalized ordinal logistic regression analyses revealed positive, but non-parallel relationships between daily social contacts and the ordinal categories of self-rated health among older adults. This study may be used to identify populations that experience social exclusion, such that future research can determine more precisely how to intervene to improve health outcomes.

我国综合货运枢纽演进特征及发展对策

为加快建设现代化交通运输基础设施体系,推动降低全社会物流成本、提高经济运行效率,聚焦综合货运枢纽,通过梳理其发展历程,研究了综合货运枢纽的概念内涵、功能定位、演进特点,厘清其定义和空间边界,找出其发展中面临的难点。在此基础上,提出推进综合货运枢纽发展的思路,以及规划布局、建设要求、运营模式和协调机制四个方面的对策建议,旨在推动统一对综合货运枢纽的认识、形成发展合力,为构建现代化综合货运枢纽系统提供基础支撑。

长三角物流业与制造业融合发展水平及影响因素研究

文章基于熵值法和耦合协调度模型测算出2010—2021年长三角物流业与制造业融合发展水平,利用Kernel密度估计图来进行动态演进分析,并在此基础上研究融合发展的影响因素,进行实证分析后得到如下结论:研究期内长三角物流业与制造业融合发展水平呈现上升趋势,其中江苏的融合发展水平最高,安徽最低,但安徽的增加幅度是最大的,区域间的差距在逐渐减少。经济发展水平、政府管制、信息化水平与融合发展水平具有显著相关关系。并提出政策建议。

2023年我国现代物流发展回顾与展望

进入“十四五”时期,特别是新冠疫情三年以来,现代物流在国民经济中的产业地位持续提升,发展模式稳步转换,制度保障更加完善。本文系统回顾了2023年我国现代物流发展取得的丰硕成果,展望2024年及未来一段时期,我国现代物流有望呈现的一些新趋势。

基于物流无人机的应急食物仓配发一体化模型

食物应急物流是指为应对突发事件而组织的满足受灾民众饮食需求的特殊物流保障过程。文章以食物应急物流的需求分析为出发点,将物流无人机和仓配发一体化引入食物应急物流中。以政府、军队、企业、慈善机构等组织为主体,以事先储备与演练、事后配送与派发等活动为过程,以军民深度融合为机制,以物流无人机为手段,以无人机通航物流、低空空域管控和军民融合物流为平台,构建了基于物流无人机的应急食物仓配发一体化模型。目的是提高食物应急物流的效率,为我国突发事件下的食物应急物流提供理论基础和政策建议。

双循环发展格局下广东省制造业和物流业融合发展研究

广东省制造业、物流业均处于转型升级、结构调整的重要阶段。推动制造业和物流业两业融合发展是构建新时代“双循环”新发展格局的重要举措,促进广东省制造业、物流业高质量发展的基本途径。针对当前两业融合发展存在的主要问题,广东省须建立面向支柱性制造产业的专业化物流基地、大力推动制造企业物流业务社会化和不断提高物流企业综合服务能力来推动制造业与物流业双向融合发展,以此促进区域产业升级、转移集聚和产业协调高质量发展。

基于数字化转型的医院后勤“一站式”报修管理研究与实践

随着智慧医院建设的日益深入,医院后勤成为智慧医院建设的重要组成部分,越来越多的医院开始建立并应用后勤报修信息化系统,然而系统的应用效果参差不齐。该文介绍了上海市胸科医院后勤“一站式”报修服务工作及管理经验,针对“一站式”报修服务中出现的医护人员自我报修率低下、报修定位不准、服务商响应积极性不高等问题,通过设置报修位置码、拓展报修范围、升级报修系统、主动预防巡检等措施,持续改进后勤服务质量和效率,更好地满足现代化医院高效、便捷、人性化的管理需求。

集团化医院多院区后勤机电设备设施集成化管理探索与实践

分析了集团化医院多院区后勤机电系统管理信息化的现状,以及医院后勤管理流程存在的问题和挑战。以华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院为例,介绍医院后勤一体化综合管理平台对于后勤机电设备的集成管理实践,包括平台的功能框架、部署方式以及数据标准化和流程优化等。通过平台的部署和集成,实现了多院区后勤机电设备和系统的数据共享和协同管理。实践表明,基于综合管理平台的集成管理是解决集团化医院多院区后勤机电系统管理问题的有效途径。
