The market power mitigation method of the supply-side has become one of the key points affecting the stability of the electricity spot market.Different mitigation mechanisms are used in the current mature electricity markets of the world. However, the same market power mitigation mechanism shows different effects in different market environments.Every market operator in the world needs the most efficient way to mitigate market power.Considering that there is no relevant literature discussing the market power effects of different mitigation methods in detail, the mitigation effects need to be discussed and further researched. So,we analyze the effects of the most utilized market power mitigation mechanisms while considering different market environments.Firstly,we establish a Nash-Stackelberg interactive game model to simulate the competitive strategies of power suppliers.Secondly, the different market power mitigation approaches are modeled. Then,a multi-agent system(MAS)genetic interior-point algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of suppliers. Finally, through the simulation analysis, the market power mitigation effects of different mechanisms while considering three operation states of the system in two market structures are all analyzed. 展开更多

The cold plasma(CP)technique was applied to alleviate the contamination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAH)in this investigation. Two different CP treatments methods were implemented in the production of beef patties,to investigate their inhibition and degradation capacity on PAHs.With 5 different cooking oils and fats addition, the inhibition mechanism of in-package cold plasma(ICP)pretreatment was explored from the aspect of raw patties fatty acids composition variation. The results of principal component analysis showed that the first two principal components accounted for more than 80%of the total variation in the original data, indicating that the content of saturated fatty acids was significantly positively correlated with the formation of PAHs.ICP pretreatment inhibited the formation of PAHs by changing the composition of fatty acids, which showed that the total amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids decreased and the total amount of monounsaturated fatty acids increased.Sensory discrimination tests demonstrated there were discernable differences between 2 CP treated samples and the controls, utilization of the ICP pretreatment in meat products processing was expected to achieve satisfying eating quality. In conclusion,CP treatment degraded PAHs through stepwise ring-opening oxidation in 2 reported pathways, the toxicity of PAHs contaminated products was alleviated after CP treatment. 展开更多

In this study, predictive models are proposed to accurately estimate the confirmed cases and deaths due to of Corona virus 2019(COVID-19)in Africa. The study proposed the predictive models to determine the spatial and temporal pattern of COVID 19 in Africa. The result of the study has shown that the spatial and temporal pattern of the pandemic is varying across in the study area. The result has shown that cubic model is best outperforming compared to the other six families of exponentials(R^(2)=0:996;F=538:334;D_(F1)=3;D_(F1)=7;b_(1)=13691:949;b_(2)=-824:701;b_(1)=12:956).The adopted cubic algorithm is more robust in predicting the confirmed cases and deaths due to COVID 19.The cubic algorithm is more superior to the state of the art of the works based on the world health organization data. This also entails the best way to mitigate the expansion of COVID 19 is through persistent and strict self-isolation.This pandemic will sustain to grow up,and peak to the highest for which a strong care and public health interventions practically implemented. It is highly recommended for Africans must go beyond theory preparations implementations practically through the public interventions. 展开更多
