An additional potential energy distribution function is introduced on the basis of previous D3Q25 model,and the equilibrium distribution function of D3Q25 is obtained by spherical function.A novel three-dimensional(3D)shifted lattice model is proposed,therefore a shifted lattice model is introduced into D3Q25.Under the finite volume scheme,several typical compressible calculation examples are used to verify whether the numerical stability of the D3Q25 model can be improved by adding the shifted lattice model.The simulation results show that the numerical stability is indeed improved after adding the shifted lattice model. 展开更多

A series of “H-shaped” organic dimers (azobenzene derivatives) exhibit linear absorption red shift compared with their corresponding monomers experimentally. Dipolar interaction model is not appropriate for the azobenzene derivatives due to the small distance between two “D-π-A” chains. Energy transfer model is suggested for explanation of the absorption red shift. Two necessary conditions for energy transfer were verified. In addition, bi-exponential florescence-delay behavior of the dimer as well as Bella's quantum chemistry calculation shows evidence of energy transfer. 展开更多

Light is an important external factor that affects human circadian rhythms.This study aimed to explore the effects of different dimensions of diurnal light exposure on the physiological circadian phase shift(CPS)of the human body.A strict light exposure experiment with different timing schemes(8:00-12:00,13:00-17:00,18:00-22:00),durations(4 h,8 h)and effective circadian stimulus levels(circadian stimulus:0.35,0.55)was performed in an enclosed laboratory.Fourteen participants,including seven males and seven females,with a mean age of 24.29±2.43(mean±standard deviation),participated in this experiment and experienced all six lighting schemes.The results showed that both time factor(F_(3,40)=29.079,p<0.001,the power of the sample size=0.98)and circadian stimulus levels(T_(20)=−2.415,p=0.025,the power of sample size=0.76)sig-nificantly affect the CPS.On this basis,a diurnal circadian lighting accumulation(DCLA)-CPS model was proposed in the form of the Boltzmann function,and was validated by experimental data with high correlation(R^(2)=0.9320,RSS=0.1184),which provides strong support for rationally arranging the light level at different times of the day. 展开更多

Ordinary differential equation(ODE) are widely used for quantifying HIV viral dynamics.It is interesting but challenging to estimate ODE parameters from noisy data, especially when the data have some outliers. In this study, the authors use the Mean Shift Outlier Model(MSOM) to detect outliers in HIV model based on the two-step estimation of ODE. Approximate formula for shift parameter is derived. Furthermore, a score test statistic is constructed and its approximating distribution is established. The simulation results show that: 1) The boundary points have more impact on the parameter estimation relative to interior points. 2) The proposed procedure can detect the outliers effectively. The authors illustrate the proposed approach using an application example from an HIV clinical trial and find similar pattern to the simulation studies. 展开更多
