The movement of vehicles and the three-dimensional (3D) nature of the road network cause the topologicalstructure of IoV to have the high space and time complexity.Network modeling and structure recognition for 3Droads can benefit the description of topological changes for IoV. This paper proposes a 3Dgeneral roadmodel basedon discrete points of roads obtained from GIS. First, the constraints imposed by 3D roads on moving vehicles areanalyzed. Then the effects of road curvature radius (Ra), longitudinal slope (Slo), and length (Len) on speed andacceleration are studied. Finally, a general 3D road network model based on road section features is established. This paper also presents intersection and road section recognition methods based on the structural features ofthe 3D road network model and the road features. Real GIS data from a specific region of Beijing is adopted tocreate the simulation scenario, and the simulation results validate the general 3D road network model and therecognitionmethod. Therefore, thiswork makes contributions to the field of intelligent transportation by providinga comprehensive approach tomodeling the 3Droad network and its topological changes in achieving efficient trafficflowand improved road safety.展开更多

However, the catalyst pellets for DRM are heavily plagued by deactivation by coking, which prevents this technology from commercialization. In this work, a pore network model is developed to probe the catalyst deactivation by coking in a Ni/Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst pellet for DRM. The reaction conditions can significantly change the coking rate and then affect the catalyst deactivation. The catalyst lifetime is higher under lower temperature, pressure, and CH_(4)/CO_(2) molar ratio, but the maximum coke content in a catalyst pellet is independent of these reaction conditions. The catalyst pellet with larger pore diameter, narrower pore size distribution and higher pore connectivity is more robust against catalyst deactivation by coking, as the pores in this pellet are more difficult to be plugged or inaccessible. The maximum coke content is also higher for narrower pore size distribution and higher pore connectivity, as the number of inaccessible pores is lower. Besides, the catalyst pellet radius only slightly affects the coke content, although the diffusion limitation increases with the pellet radius. These results should serve to guide the rational design of robust DRM catalyst pellets against deactivation by coking.展开更多

A new term - 'relative permeability number' (RPN) was firstly defined, and then used to describe the degree of water block. Imbibition process simulations show that the RPN drops in accordance with the extension of the averaged pore throat radius from 0.05 to 1.5 μm, and yet once beyond that point of 1.5 μm, the RPN reaches a higher value, indicating the existence of a critical pore throat radius where water block is the maximum. When the wettability of the samples changes from water-wet to weakly water-wet, weakly gas-wet, or gas(oil)-wet, the gas RPN increases consistently, but this consistency is disturbed by the RPN dropping for weakly water-wet samples for water saturations less than 0.4, which means weakly waterwet media are more easily water blocked than water-wet systems. In the situation where the initial water saturation exceeds 0.05, water block escalates along with an increase in initial water saturation.展开更多

Therefore, thiswork makes contributions to the field of intelligent transportation by providinga comprehensive approach tomodeling the 3Droad network and its topological changes in achieving efficient trafficflowand improved road safety.

文摘Multiphase flow in low permeability porous media is involved in numerous energy and environmental applications. However,a complete description of this process is challenging due to the limited modeling scale and the effects of complex pore structures and wettability. To address this issue, based on the digital rock of low permeability sandstone,a direct numerical simulation is performed considering the interphase drag and boundary slip to clarify the microscopic water-oil displacement process. In addition,a dual-porosity pore network model(PNM)is constructed to obtain the water-oil relative permeability of the sample. The displacement efficiency as a recovery process is assessed under different wetting and pore structure properties. Results show that microscopic displacement mechanisms explain the corresponding macroscopic relative permeability. The injected water breaks through the outlet earlier with a large mass flow, while thick oil films exist in rough hydrophobic surfaces and poorly connected pores. The variation of water-oil relative permeability is significant, and residual oil saturation is high in the oil-wet system. The flooding is extensive, and the residual oil is trapped in complex pore networks for hydrophilic pore surfaces;thus, water relative permeability is lower in the water-wet system. While the displacement efficiency is the worst in mixed-wetting systems for poor water connectivity.Microporosity negatively correlates with invading oil volume fraction due to strong capillary resistance, and a large microporosity corresponds to low residual oil saturation. This work provides insights into the water-oil flow from different modeling perspectives and helps to optimize the development plan for enhanced recovery.

文摘This study investigates the impact of pore network characteristics on fluid flow through complex and heterogeneous porous media, providing insights into the factors affecting fluid propagation in such systems.Specifically,high-resolution or micro X-ray computed tomography(CT)imaging techniques were utilized to examine outcrop stromatolite samples of the Lagoa Salgada, considered flow analogous to the Brazilian Pre-salt carbonate reservoirs. The petrophysical results comprised two distinct stromatolite depositional facies, the columnar and the fine-grained facies.By generating pore network model(PNM),the study quantified the relationship between key features of the porous system, including pore and throat radius, throat length, coordination number, shape factor, and pore volume. The study found that the less dense pore network of the columnar sample is typically characterized by larger pores and wider and longer throats but with a weaker connection of throats to pores. Both facies exhibited less variability in the radius of the pores and throats in comparison to throat length.Additionally,a series of core flooding experiments coupled with medical CT scanning was designed and conducted in the plug samples to assess flow propagation and saturation fields. The study revealed that the heterogeneity and presence of disconnected or dead-end pores significantly impacted the flow patterns and saturation.Two-phase flow patterns and oil saturation distribution reveal a preferential and heterogeneous displacement that mainly swept displaced fluid in some regions of plugs and bypassed it in others. The relation between saturation profiles, porosity profiles, and the number of fluid flow patterns for the samples was evident.Only for the columnar plug sample was the enhancement in recovery factor after shifting to lower salinity water injection(SB)observed.

文摘This study selected the Sino-US route data from the top 30 global container liner companies between December 1,2019,and December 29,2019,as the data source utilizing the complex network research methodology. It constructs a Sino-US container shipping network through voyage weighting and analyzes the essential structural characteristics to explore the network’s complex structural fea-tures.The network’s evolution is examined from three perspectives, namely, time, space, and event influence, aiming to comprehens-ively explore the network’s evolution mechanism. The results revealed that:1)the weighted Sino-US container shipping network exhib-its small-world and scale-free properties.Key hub ports in the United States include NEW YORK NY,SAVANNAH GA,LOS ANGELES CA,and OAKLAND CA,whereas SHANGHAI serving as the hub port in China. The geographical distribution of these hub ports is uneven.2)Concerning the evolution of the weighted Sino-US container shipping network, from a temporal perspective, the evolution of the regional structure of the entire Sino-US region and the Inland United States is in a stage of radiative expansion and de-velopment,with a need for further enhancement in competitiveness and development speed. The evolution of the regional structure of southern China and Europe is transitioning from the stage of radiative expansion and development to an advanced equilibrium stage. The shipping development in Northern China, the Western and Eastern United States, and Asia is undergoing significant changes but faces challenges of fierce competition and imbalances. From a spatial perspective, the rationality and effectiveness of the improved weighted Barrat-Barthelemy-Vespignani(BBV)model are confirmed through theoretical derivation. The applicability of the improved evolution model is verified by simulating the evolution of the weighted Sino-US container shipping network. From an event impact per-spective,the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has not fundamentally affected the spatial pattern of the weighted Sino-US container shipping network but has significantly impacted the network’s connectivity. The network lacks sufficient resilience and stability in emergency situations.3)Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and evolution of the weighted Sino-US con-tainer shipping network, recommendations for network development are proposed from three aspects:emphasizing the development of hub ports, focusing on the balanced development of the network, and optimizing the layout of Chinese ports.

文摘To efficiently predict the mechanical parameters of granular soil based on its random micro-structure,this study proposed a novel approach combining numerical simulation and machine learning algorithms.Initially,3500 simulations of one-dimensional compression tests on coarse-grained sand using the three-dimensional(3D)discrete element method(DEM)were conducted to construct a database. In this process, the positions of the particles were randomly altered, and the particle assemblages changed.Interestingly, besides confirming the influence of particle size distribution parameters, the stress-strain curves differed despite an identical gradation size statistic when the particle position varied.Subsequently, the obtained data were partitioned into training, validation, and testing datasets at a 7:2:1 ratio. To convert the DEM model into a multi-dimensional matrix that computers can recognize, the 3D DEM models were first sliced to extract multi-layer two-dimensional(2D)cross-sectional data.Redundant information was then eliminated via gray processing, and the data were stacked to form a new 3D matrix representing the granular soil’s fabric.Subsequently, utilizing the Python language and Pytorch framework,a 3D convolutional neural networks(CNNs)model was developed to establish the relationship between the constrained modulus obtained from DEM simulations and the soil’s fabric. The mean squared error(MSE)function was utilized to assess the loss value during the training process. When the learning rate(LR)fell within the range of 10-5e10-1,and the batch sizes(BSs)were 4,8,16,32,and 64,the loss value stabilized after 100 training epochs in the training and validation dataset. For BS?32 and LR?10-3,the loss reached a minimum. In the testing set,a comparative evaluation of the predicted constrained modulus from the 3D CNNs versus the simulated modulus obtained via DEM reveals a minimum mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)of 4.43%under the optimized condition, demonstrating the accuracy of this approach. Thus,by combining DEM and CNNs,the variation of soil’s mechanical characteristics related to its random fabric would be efficiently evaluated by directly tracking the particle assemblages.

文摘Understanding the thermal conductivity of granite is critical for many geological and deep engineering applications. The heated granite was subjected to air-,water-,and liquid nitrogen(LN2-)coolings in this context. The transient hot-wire technique was used to determine the equivalent thermal conductivity(ETC)of the granite before and after treatment. The deterioration mechanism of ETC is analyzed from the meso-perspective.Finally,the numerical model is used to quantitatively study the impact of cooling rate on the microcrack propagation and heat conduction characteristics of granite. The results show that the ETC of granite is not only related to the heating temperature, but also affected by the cooling rate. The ETC of granite decreases nonlinearly with increasing heating temperature.A faster cooling rate causes a greater decrease in ETC at the same heating temperature. The higher the heating temperature, the stronger the influence of cooling rate on ETC.The main explanation for the decrease in ETC of granite is the increase in porosity and microcrack density produced by the formation and propagation of pore structure and microcracks during heating and cooling.Further analysis displays that the damage of granite at the heating stage is induced by the difference in thermal expansion and elastic properties of mineral particles. At the cooling stage, the faster cooling rate causes a higher temperature gradient, which in turn produces greater thermal stress. As a result,it not only causes new cracks in the granite, but also aggravates the damage at the heating stage, which induces a further decrease in the heat conduction performance of granite, and this scenario is more obvious at higher temperatures.
文摘This study aims to reveal the spatial structural characteristics of 1,652 Ethnic-Minority Villages(EMV)in China and to analyze the mechanisms driving their spatial heterogeneity.EMV are a special type of settlement space that preserve a large number of historical traces of the ethnic culture of ancient China. They are important carriers of China’s excellent traditional culture and are key to the implementation of rural revitalization strategies. In this study,1652 EMV in China were selected as the research subjects. The Nearest Neighbor Index, kernel density, and spatial autocorrelation index were employed to reveal the spatial structural characteristics of minority villages.Neural network models, spatial lag models, and geographical detectors were used to analyze the formation mechanism of spatial heterogeneity in EMV.The results indicate that:(1)EMV exhibit significant spatial differentiation characterized by“single-core with multiple surrounding sub-centers,”“polarization between east and west,”“decreasing quantity from southwest to east coast to northeast to northwest,”and“large dispersion with small agglomeration.”(2)EMV are mainly distributed in areas rich in intangible cultural heritage, with high vegetation coverage and low altitude, far from central cities, and having limited arable land and an underdeveloped economy and transportation, particularly in shaded or riverbank areas.(3)Distance from the nearest river(X3),distance from central cities(X8),national intangible cultural heritage(X9),and NDVI(X10)were the main driving factors affecting the spatial distribution of EMV,whereas elevation(X1)and GDP(X5)had the weakest influence. As EMV are a relatively unique territorial spatial unit, the identification of their spatial heterogeneity characteristics not only deepens the research content of settlement geography, but also involves the assessment, protection, and development of Minority Villages, which is of great significance for the inheritance and utilization of excellent ethnic cultures in the era.

文摘Dry reforming of methane(DRM) is an attractive technology for utilizing the greenhouse gases(CO_(2) and CH_(4)) to produce syngas. These results should serve to guide the rational design of robust DRM catalyst pellets against deactivation by coking.

文摘The Tibetan Plateau is characterized by complex geological conditions and a relatively fragile ecological environment. In recent years, there has been continuous development and increased human activity in the Tibetan Plateau region, leading to a rising risk of landslides. The landslide in Banbar County,Xizang(Tibet),have been perturbed by ongoing disturbances from human engineering activities, making it susceptible to instability and displaying distinct features. In this study, small baseline subset synthetic aperture radar interferometry(SBAS-InSAR)technology is used to obtain the Line of Sight(LOS)deformation velocity field in the study area, and then the slope-orientation deformation field of the landslide is obtained according to the spatial geometric relationship between the satellite’s LOS direction and the landslide.Subsequently, the landslide thickness is inverted by applying the mass conservation criterion. The results show that the movement area of the landslide is about 6.57×10^(4)m^(2),and the landslide volume is about 1.45×10^(6)m^(3).The maximum estimated thickness and average thickness of the landslide are 39 m and 22 m,respectively. The thickness estimation results align with the findings from on-site investigation, indicating the applicability of this method to large-scale earth slides. The deformation rate of the landslide exhibits a notable correlation with temperature variations, with rainfall playing a supportive role in the deformation process and displaying a certain lag.Human activities exert the most substantial influence on the spatial heterogeneity of landslide deformation, leading to the direct impact of several prominent deformation areas due to human interventions.Simultaneously, utilizing the long short-term memory(LSTM)model to predict landslide displacement, and the forecast results demonstrate the effectiveness of the LSTM model in predicting landslides that are in a continuous development and movement phase. The landslide is still active, and based on the spatial heterogeneity of landslide deformation, new recommendations have been proposed for the future management of the landslide in order to mitigate potential hazards associated with landslide instability.

文摘It is the matter for achievement of the low carbon transport system that the excessive use of private vehicles can be controlled appropriately. Not only improvement of service level of modes except private vehicle, but also consciousness for environmental problem of individual trip maker is important for eco-commuting promotion. On the other hand, consciousness for environment would be changed by influence of other person.Accordingly,it is aimed in the study that the structure of decision-making process for modal shift to the eco-commuting mode in the local city is described considering environmental consciousness and social interaction. For the purpose, the consciousness for the environment problem and the travel behavior of the commuter at the suburban area in the local city are investigated by the questionnaire survey. The covariance structure about the eco-consciousness is analyzed with the database of the questionnaire survey by structural equation modeling. As the result,it can be confirmed with the structural equation model that the individual environmental consciousness is strongly related with the intention of self-sacrifice and is influenced with the local interaction of the individual connections. On the other hand, the intention of modal shift for the commuting mode is analyzed with the database of the questionnaire survey. It can be found out that the environmental consciousness is not statistically significant for commuting mode choice with the present poor level of service of public transport. However, the intention of self-sacrifice for the prevention of the global warming is statistically confirmed as the factor of modal shift with the operation of eco-commuting bus service with the RP/SP integrated estimation method. As the result, the multi-agent simulation system with social interaction model for eco consciousness is developed to measure the effect of the eco-commuting promotion. For the purpose, the carbon dioxide emission is estimated based on traffic demand and road network condition in the traffic environment model. On the other hand, the relation between agents is defined based on the small world network. The proposed multi-agent simulation is applied to measure the effect of the eco-commuting promotion such as improvement of level of service on the public transport or education of eco-consciousness.The effect of the promotion plan can be observed with the proposed multi-agent system. Finally,it can be concluded that the proposed multi-agent simulation with social interaction for eco-consciousness is useful for planning of eco-commuting promotion.

文摘Pore structure is a crucial factor affecting the physical properties of porous materials, and understanding the mechanisms and laws of these effects is of great significance in the fields of geosciences and petroleum engineering. However,it remains a challenge to accurately understand and quantify the relationship between pore structures and effective properties. This paper improves a workflow to focus on investigating the effect of pore structure on physical properties.First,a hybrid modeling approach combining process-based and morphology-based methods is proposed to reconstruct 3D models with diverse pore structure types. Then, the characteristics and differences in pore structure in these models are compared. Finally, the varia-tion laws and pore-scale mechanisms of the influence of pore structure on physical properties(permeability and elasticity)are discussed based on the reconstructed models. The relationship models between pore structure parameters and perme-ability/elastic parameters in the grain packing model are established. The effect of pore structure evolution on permeability/elasticity and the microscopic mechanism in three types of morphology-based reconstruction models are explored. The influence degree of pore structure on elastic parameters(bulk modulus, shear modulus,P-wave velocity, and S-wave veloc-ity)is quantified, reaching 29.54%,51.40%,18.94%,and 23.18%,respectively.This work forms a workflow for exploring the relationship between pore structures and petrophysical properties at the microscopic scale, providing more ideas and references for understanding the complex physical properties in porous media.

文摘The exchanges between cities and counties in the northern slope economic belt of Tianshan Mountains(NSEBTM)are increasingly frequent and the economic linkages are increasingly close, but the spatial distribution of economic development and linkages among the cities and counties within NSEBTM is uneven. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the evolution of spatial-temporal pattern of the economic linkage network of cities and counties on NSEBTM to promote the coordinated and integrated development of the regional economy on NSEBTM.In this study,we used the modified gravity model and social network analysis method to analyze the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of the economic linkage network structure of cities and counties on NSEBTM in 2000,2010,and 2020.The results showed that the comprehensive development quality level of cities and counties on NSEBTM increased from 2000 to 2020,its growth rate also increased, and its gap between cities and counties continued expanding. Both the spatial distribution patterns of the comprehensive development quality level of cities and counties on NSEBTM in 2000 and 2010 were presented as“high in the middle and low at both ends”,while the spatial distribution pattern of 2020 was exhibited as“high value and low value staggered”.The total amount of external economic linkages of cities and counties on NSEBTM showed an obvious upward trend, and its gap between cities and counties continued expanding, presenting a pattern of“a strong middle section and weak ends”.The direction of economic linkages of NSEBTM existed obvious central orientation and geographical proximity. The density of economic linkage network of NSEBTM increased from 2000 to 2020,and the structure of economic linkage network changed from single-core structure centered with Urumqi City to multicore structure centered with Urumqi City,Karamay City,Shihezi City, and Changji City, shifting from unbalanced development to balanced development. In the future,we should accelerate the construction of urban agglomeration on NSEBTM,cultivate a modern Urumqi metropolitan area, improve comprehensive development quality of the cities and counties at the eastern and western ends, strengthen the intensity of economic linkages between cities and counties, optimize the economic linkage network, and promote the coordinated and integrated development of regional economy.

文摘Alzheimer’s disease is a primary age-related neurodegenerative disorder that can result in impaired cognitive and memory functions.Although connections between changes in brain networks of Alzheimer’s disease patients have been established, the mechanisms that drive these alterations remain incompletely understood. This study, which was conducted in 2018 at Northeastern University in China, included data from 97 participants of the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative(ADNI)dataset covering genetics, imaging, and clinical data. All participants were divided into two groups:normal control(n=52;20 males and 32 females;mean age 73.90±4.72 years)and Alzheimer’s disease(n=45,23 males and 22 females;mean age 74.85±5.66).To uncover the wiring mechanisms that shaped changes in the topology of human brain networks of Alzheimer’s disease patients,we proposed a local naive Bayes brain network model based on graph theory. Our results showed that the proposed model provided an excellent fit to observe networks in all properties examined, including clustering coefficient, modularity, characteristic path length, network efficiency, betweenness, and degree distribution compared with empirical methods. This proposed model simulated the wiring changes in human brain networks between controls and Alzheimer’s disease patients. Our results demonstrate its utility in understanding relationships between brain tissue structure and cognitive or behavioral functions. The ADNI was performed in accordance with the Good Clinical Practice guidelines,US 21 CFR Part 50-Protection of Human Subjects, and Part 56-Institutional Review Boards(IRBs)/Research Good Clinical Practice guidelines Institutional Review Boards(IRBs)/Research Ethics Boards(REBs).

文摘A pore network model was used in this paper to investigate the factors, in particular, throat radius, wettability and initial water saturation, causing water block in low permeability reservoirs. In the situation where the initial water saturation exceeds 0.05, water block escalates along with an increase in initial water saturation.

文摘Background Dairy cows’lactation performance is the outcome of the crosstalk between ruminal microbial metabo-lism and host metabolism. However,it is still unclear to what extent the rumen microbiome and its metabolites,as well as the host metabolism, contribute to regulating the milk protein yield(MPY).Methods The rumen fluid, serum and milk of 12 Holstein cows with the same diet(45%coarseness ratio),parity(2–3 fetuses)and lactation days(120–150 d)were used for the microbiome and metabolome analysis.Rumen metabolism(rumen metabolome)and host metabolism(blood and milk metabolome)were connected using a weighted gene co-expression network(WGCNA)and the structural equation model(SEM)analyses. Results Two different ruminal enterotypes, with abundant Prevotella and Ruminococcus, were identified as type1 and type2.Of these,a higher MPY was found in cows with ruminal type2.Interestingly,[Ruminococcus]gauvreauii group and norank_f_Ruminococcaceae(the differential bacteria)were the hub genera of the network. In addition, differential ruminal, serum and milk metabolome between enterotypes were identified, where the cows with type2 had higher L-tyrosine of rumen, ornithine and L-tryptophan of serum, and tetrahydroneopterin,palmitoyl-L-carnitine,S-lactoylglutathione of milk, which could provide more energy and substrate for MPY.Further, based on the identi-fied modules of ruminal microbiome,as well as ruminal serum and milk metabolome using WGCNA,the SEM analysis indicated that the key ruminal microbial module1,which contains the hub genera of the network([Ruminococcus]gauvreauii group and norank_f_Ruminococcaceae)and high abundance of bacteria(Prevotella and Ruminococcus),could regulate the MPY by module7 of rumen,module2 of blood, and module7 of milk, which contained L-tyrosine and L-tryptophan.Therefore,in order to more clearly reveal the process of rumen bacterial regulation of MPY,we established the path of SEM based on the L-tyrosine,L-tryptophan and related components. The SEM based on the metabolites suggested that[Ruminococcus]gauvreauii group could inhibit the energy supply of serum tryptophan to MPY by milk S-lactoylglutathione,which could enhance pyruvate metabolism.Norank_f_Ruminococcaceae could increase the ruminal L-tyrosine,which could provide the substrate for MPY.Conclusion Our results indicated that the represented enterotype genera of Prevotella and Ruminococcus, and the hub genera of[Ruminococcus]gauvreauii group and norank_f_Ruminococcaceae could regulate milk protein synthesis by affecting the ruminal L-tyrosine and L-tryptophan.Moreover,the combined analysis of enterotype,WGCNA and SEM could be used to connect rumen microbial metabolism with host metabolism, which provides a fundamental understanding of the crosstalk between host and microorganisms in regulating the synthesis of milk composition.

文摘The pore structure of coal plays a key role in controlling the storage and migration of CH4/N2.The pore structure of coal is an important indicator to measure the gas extraction capability and the gas displacement efect of N2 injection. The deformation characteristic of coal during adsorption–desorption of CH4/N2 is an important factor afecting CH4 pumpability and N2 injectability. The pore structure characteristics of low-permeability coal were obtained by fuid intrusion method and photoelectric radiation technology. The multistage and connectivity of coal pores were analyzed.Subsequently,a simultaneous test experiment of CH4/N2 adsorption–desorption and coal deformation was carried out.The deformation characteristics of coal were clarifed and a coal strain model was constructed. Finally, the applicability of low-permeability coal to N2 injection for CH4 displacement technology was investigated. The results show that the micropores and transition pores of coal samples are relatively developed. The pore morphology of coal is dominated by semi-open pores. The pore structure of coal is highly complex and heterogeneous.Transition pores, mesopores and macropores of coal have good connectivity, while micropores have poor connectivity.Under constant triaxial stress, the adsorption capacity of the coal for CH4 is greater than that for N2,and the deformation capacity of the coal for CH4 adsorption is greater than that for N2 adsorption. The axial strain, circumferential strain, and volumetric strain during the entire process of CH4 and N2 adsorption/desorption in the coal can be divided into three stages.Coal adsorption–desorption deformation has the characteristics of anisotropy and gas-diference.A strain model for the adsorption–desorption of CH4/N2 from coal was established by considering the expansion stress of adsorbed gas on the coal matrix, the compression stress of free gas on the coal matrix, and the expansion stress of free gas on micropore fractures.N2 has good injectability in low-permeability coal seams and has the dual functions of improving coal seam permeability and enhancing gas fow, which can signifcantly improve the efectiveness of low-permeability coal seam gas control and promote the efcient utilization of gas resources.

文摘The permeability in the methane hydrate reservoir is one of the key parameters in estimating the gas production performance and the flow behavior of gas and water during dissociation. In this paper,a three-dimensional cubic pore-network model based on invasion percolation is developed to study the effect of hydrate particle formation and growth habit on the permeability. The variation of permeability in porous media with different hydrate saturation is studied by solving the network problem. The simulation results are well consistent with the experimental data. The proposed model predicts that the permeability will reduce exponentially with the increase of hydrate saturation, which is crucial in developing a deeper understanding of the mechanism of hydrate formation and dissociation in porous media.

文摘The pore size distribution(PSD)measured by the gas bubble point(GBP)method ofceramic microfiltration(MF)membranes prepared by suspension technique was found to be signifi-cantly influenced by the membrane thickness.A culm-like model for pore structure was introduced tocharacterize the membrane pores instead of the conventional model which does not reflect the radiusvariation along the pore passages and is unable to explain the thickness effect on the membrane PSD.A laminate structure, taking the culm-like model for pore structure into consideration, was hypoth-esized for ceramic MF membranes.A mathematical model was then established to quantitativelydescribe the relationship between the membrane number PSD and the membrane thickness.Goodresults were obtained for the correlation of mean pore size and simulation of the PSD for ceramicMF membranes.

文摘The three-dimensional(3 D) structures of pores directly affect the CH4 flow. Therefore,it is very important to analyze the3 D spatial structure of pores and to simulate the CH4 flow with the connected pores as the carrier. The result shows that the equivalent radius of pores and throats are 1-16 μm and 1.03-8.9 μm,respectively, and the throat length is 3.28-231.25 μm.The coordination number of pores concentrates around three, and the intersection point between the connectivity function and the X-axis is 3-4 μm,which indicate the macro-pores have good connectivity.During the single-channel flow, the pressure decreases along the direction of CH4 flow, and the flow velocity of CH4 decreases from the pore center to the wall.Under the dual-channel and the multi-channel flows, the pressure also decreases along the CH4 flow direction, while the velocity increases. The mean flow pressure gradually decreases with the increase of the distance from the inlet slice. The change of mean flow pressure is relatively stable in the direction horizontal to the bedding plane, while it is relatively large in the direction perpendicular to the bedding plane. The mean flow velocity in the direction horizontal to the bedding plane(Y-axis) is the largest, followed by that in the direction horizontal to the bedding plane(X-axis),and the mean flow velocity in the direction perpendicular to the bedding plane is the smallest.
