A Study on the Application of Modem Multi-media Technology to Physical Education

With theoretical research method and literature research method, the application of modem multi-media technology to Physical Education （PE） and the existing weaknesses are analyzed in this paper by comparing the modem and traditional PE modes. The modem multi-media technology features the integration of the audio and video technologies and the simultaneous use of eyes and hands, embodies the inherent inspiration for its simulation, feedback, games, etc., and emanates enormous appeal. Its dynamic integration with physical education brings about a brand-new education approach in the history of physical education reformation. It has been involving to be an important education approach for PE teachers. Nevertheless, there are still a lot of key and difficult points that are not easy for the students to grasp regarding the application of modem multi-media technology to the physical education; and the teachers are weak in this new education approach and their course preparations are of low quality. Therefore, more attention needs to be paid to the integration of the advantages of multi-media teaching and the peculiarities of physical education so that multi-media technology can be made the best use in physical education.

The Quantitative Evaluation of Music Teaching to Introduce Computer Technology in Colleges and Universities

Through the establishment of music teaching effect evaluation model and the multimedia courseware evaluation model, which can effectively avoid the influence of subjective evaluation, the evaluation process will be simple and objective. Through the issuance of assessment questionnaire, each index is divided into four grades of excellent, good, poor, according to percentile scoring, the score of every index multiply corresponding weight, and then addition, and finally we can obtain the evaluation results.

The perception sports can be considered using the Internet of things technology to develop and utilize sports resources, thus realize the wisdom management and effective monitoring of sports system, ultimately to serve the sports powerful nation strategy.

A Study on the Double Semi-Active Vibration Isolation System

This paper puts forward the concept of double semi-active vibration isolation systemutilizing the 'on-off' active damper and the 'on-off' active spring. Applying KBM Asympto-tic method, the vibration of the system in case of weak semi-active control is studied. ln pcactice, there are two types of vibration isolation. One is to isolate the transmitting of the cyclicunbalanced force generated by the revolving machine to the surroundings. The other is to isolatethe transmitting of the vibration displacement of the surroundings to precise equipment. Deduc-ing the influence of the roadway unflatness on vehicles also belongs to this type. For the firsttype of isolation system, the damper always dissipates energy, and the total work done by the spring in a vibration cycle is zero. For the second type of isolation system, the work done by the damper sometimes is positive, and sometimes negative. The damper dissipates less energy. The work done by the spring in a vibration cycle isn't zero, and it is usually positive. ln thispaper, the vibration isolation is refered to the second type. .

Conflicts of Indigenous Farming Practices and Modern Agriculture in Konso Community, Southern Ethiopia

The study attempted to understand indigenous small farming systems and its challenges with the framework of agricultural modernisation in Konso community, Southern Ethiopia. There were 400 household heads from different wealth rank and farming practices considered for in-depth interview. This was completed by focus group discussions and plot level investigations. The findings indicated that the community and landscape are characterized by heterogeneity, implying the challenges of introducing standard modern agricultural technologies. Moreover, the community has wide range of indigenous soil and water conservation （SWC） measures geared to production and protection. For example, in a single plot with a size of less than 0.4 ha, it was possible to produce up to 35 plant spices with multiple functions. The evaluation of the modern agricultural extension services by the community indicates that about 17% was found to be positive in line to diffusion of new technologies and rehabilitation of degraded lands. However, the strengths seem to be offset by the weaknesses （61%） with respect to food security, resilience to drought, synergy with indigenous knowledge, empowerment in decision-making, The findings underlined that to assure food security and sustainable resource management, creating policy environment for holistic and integrated approach, supporting indigenous practices and empowering community in decision making are fundamental.

Learning the English Language the Fun Way Through Virtual Learning Environment： A Proposal

Learning is a difficult concept to define, let alone gauge. While the students are learning, their learning is far from ideal or from what the lecturers had intended. Ramsden＇s findings suggest that there are different levels of learning and that the majority of students are not attaining the level that lecturer＇s judge to be of value. Learning the English language can be fun through the use of a Virtual Learning Environment （VLE）. Obviously, the trend nowadays is the application of modern technology. Students can now get learning applications on their mobile phones, IPhones, IPads, and ITouch to widen their vocabulary and to increase their knowledge in the four skills such as, Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking. The accessibility of learning materials from the library can now be made available anywhere and anytime for students and teachers. This paper seeks to answer the following questions： （I） What is VLE？ （2） What are the purposes of establishing VLE in a university？ （3） How will the contents make student learning possible？ （4） What will its impact on student learning be？ The author believes that learning ＂how to learn＂ （metacognition） can be improved and enhanced for the students. The VLE serves as a supplementary learning tool in attaining such a goal.

English Multimedia Teaching Development Status and Countermeasures

Classroom instruction is mainly the form of implementation of quality education in schools, the main venue of the teachers and students bilateral activities. The students in school spent most of their time in the classroom teaching. Therefore, it is the main front of the school education and students healthy growth. Instead of traditional classroom teaching in the new curriculum reform today, it is the learning being full of joy, independent, cooperate, and exploratory ways of learning, experience of the joy of success, positive evaluation to the diversification students. Vigorous and harmonious classroom learning atmosphere stimulates the students to actively participate in classroom, explore, and apply knowledge to solve problems. In this case, students can gain self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-belief, the courage to cynically express them and to express their unique insight. Therefore, a harmonious classroom teaching can benefit for students.
