The establishment of teacher-pupil relationships based on comfortable mutual trust and equal rights is the direct effect of proper and expedient use of innovative training technologies. Teaching technologies' features are explored, experiment examples are listed, and all these results are analysed in this article. In the article, modem teaching technologies' characteristic features are explored and the need of these features in teaching process with the teacher-pupil relationship is substantiated.
