Analysis of factors related to postpartum depression in pregnancyinduced hypertension syndrome patients and construction and evaluation of nomograms

BACKGROUND It is positive to integrate and evaluate the risk factors for postpartum depression in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and to detect highrisk patients as early as possible,which has application value for the clinical development of personalized prevention programs and prognosis of patients.AIM To analyze factors related to postpartum depression in patients with pregnancyinduced hypertension and construct and evaluate a nomogram model.METHODS The clinical data of 276 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to Huzhou Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital between January 2017 and April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.We evaluated the depression incidence at 6 wk postpartum.The depression group included patients with postpartum depression,and the remainder were in the non-depression group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis and the LASSO regression model were applied to analyze the factors related to postpartum depression in patients with pregnancyinduced hypertension.After that,a risk prediction model nomogram was constructed and evaluated.RESULTS Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that vitamin A deficiency(VAD)during pregnancy and puerperium,family history of hypertension,maternal intestinal flora imbalance,eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA),and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)were independent risk factors for postpartum depression in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(P<0.05).We constructed the nomogram model based on these five risk factors.The area under the curve,specificity,and sensitivity of the model in predicting postpartum depression in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension was 0.867(95%confidence interval:0.828–0.935),0.676,and 0.889,respectively.The average absolute error was 0.037(Hosmer-Lemeshow testχ2=10.739,P=0.217).CONCLUSION VAD during pregnancy and puerperium,family history of hypertension,maternal intestinal flora imbalance,EPA,and DHA affect postpartum depression in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. 展开更多

The results show that:① Zhuhai City is the main body of the composition of tourists' image perception of Zhuhai coastal tourism, showing the 3S(seafood, sand, scenery) coastal tourism image of Zhuhai characteristics, and the rapid development of Zhuhai City is an important driving force for the transformation of the city's image perception.② The single core and two wings is the hierarchical pattern of tourists' image perception of Zhuhai's coastal tourism, namely Zhuhai as the centre and sand and seafood as the two wings.③ After evaluating the emotions of tourists in Zhuhai's coastal area, it is found that overall the tourists' perceived image is relatively good, with a large proportion of positive emotions, but there are also some negative and neutral emotions. 展开更多

Purpose:To uncover the evaluation information on the academic contribution of research papers cited by peers based on the content cited by citing papers,and to provide an evidencebased tool for evaluating the academic value of cited papers.Design/methodology/approach:CiteOpinion uses a deep learning model to automatically extract citing sentences from representative citing papers;it starts with an analysis on the citing sentences,then it identifies major academic contribution points of the cited paper,positive/negative evaluations from citing authors and the changes in the subjects of subsequent citing authors by means of Recognizing Categories of Moves(problems,methods,conclusions,etc.),and sentiment analysis and topic clustering.Findings:Citing sentences in a citing paper contain substantial evidences useful for academic evaluation.They can also be used to objectively and authentically reveal the nature and degree of contribution of the cited paper reflected by citation,beyond simple citation statistics.Practical implications:The evidence-based evaluation tool CiteOpinion can provide an objective and in-depth academic value evaluation basis for the representative papers of scientific researchers,research teams,and institutions.Originality/value:No other similar practical tool is found in papers retrieved.Research limitations:There are difficulties in acquiring full text of citing papers.There is a need to refine the calculation based on the sentiment scores of citing sentences.Currently,the tool is only used for academic contribution evaluation,while its value in policy studies,technical application,and promotion of science is not yet tested. 展开更多

Previous research suggests that emotional stimuli capture attention and guide behavior often automatically. The present study investigated the relationship between emotion-driven attention capture and motor response inhibition to emotional words in the stop-signal task. By experimental variations of the onset of motor response inhibition across the time-course of emotional word processing, we show that processing of emotional information significantly interferes with motor response inhibition in an early time-window, previously related to automatic emotion-driven attention capture. Second, we found that stopping reduced memory recall for unpleasant words during a subsequent surprise free recall task supporting assumptions of a link between mechanisms of motor response inhibition and memory functions. Together, our results provide behavioral evidence for dual competition models of emotion and cognition. This study provides an important link between research focusing on different sub-processes of emotion processing (from perception to action and from action to memory). 展开更多

This work focuses on the design of the inference engine that will give life to the interface, where the latter is represented by a pedagogical agent. Emotional Support and Well-Being of Adults with Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD): Contributions of a Specialist Nursing Service

Living with a congenital heart condition can require a daunting and uncertain patient journey during which the support of a specialist nursing service is vital. A descriptive, cross-sectional evaluation completed over two years, utilised a postal questionnaire to investigate patient’s satisfaction with aspects of service. Qualitative responses to open questions on satisfaction with emotional support (n = 103) and contributions to well-being (n = 90) were analysed using a framework approach which identified eight themes. Professional knowledge and expertise, service accessibility, caring attributes, enabling patients to cope with anxiety, depression and meeting changing needs contributed positively to both patient well-being and emotional support. Family support was influential on emotional support alone, whilst mediating medical liaison exerted an impact on well-being by enhancing feelings of security. In conclusion, the specialist nursing service contributed positively to well-being and emotional support of patients and thereby to selective aspects of continuity of care. 展开更多

Online video advertising using the English language is a trend in international marketing. While previous studies have pointed out that individuals' motivational orientation in the context of advertising plays a key role in ad preference and effectiveness, few studies have been carried out to investigate the effect of online English advertising on international consumers with different motivational orientations in non-English speaking populations Accordingly, this article examines the effects of motivational orientation and brand familiarity on positive emotions and skepticism in international consumers' responses to online video English advertising. The results imply that participants' positive emotions can be influenced more by their motivational orientation than by their familiarity with the brand, while their skepticism can be affected more by brand familiarity than by motivational orientation toward the ad. Moreover, participants high in English promotion orientation displayed higher positive emotions toward unfamiliar brand online advertising than did the English prevention-orientated participants toward a familiar brand ad. Prevention orientation exhibits a higher level of skepticism towards an unfamiliar brand online video advertisement. The effects are more explicit in motivational orientation in English than general motivational orientation. This research suggests that generating positive emotions and reducing the skepticism of non-English-speaking individuals is essential to build brand image in online marketing. 展开更多

在互动提取过程中,说话者选择性地提取目标信息,会导致听者对非目标信息的遗忘,这被称为社会分享型提取诱发遗忘。本研究基于情绪、动机与记忆之间的密切联系,探索在互动提取范式中,情绪效价与情绪动机维度对社会分享型提取诱发遗忘的... 在互动提取过程中,说话者选择性地提取目标信息,会导致听者对非目标信息的遗忘,这被称为社会分享型提取诱发遗忘。本研究基于情绪、动机与记忆之间的密切联系,探索在互动提取范式中,情绪效价与情绪动机维度对社会分享型提取诱发遗忘的影响。实验1通过操纵情绪效价与项目类型,考察情绪效价对社会分享型提取诱发遗忘的影响;实验2通过操纵积极情绪效价下的动机维度与项目类型,考察积极情绪动机维度对社会分享型提取诱发遗忘的影响。结果发现,在积极情绪(和中性情绪)条件下会产生社会分享型提取诱发遗忘,消极情绪条件下则不会;且高趋近动机积极情绪条件下的社会分享型提取诱发遗忘效应量大于低趋近动机积极情绪。以上结果为了解情绪效价及相应的动机维度对社会分享型提取诱发遗忘的影响提供了实证依据,在社会互动任务中检验了情绪与动机影响记忆表现的关键作用。 展开更多

在线学习已经成为重要的学习方式之一,与之相对应的在线学习力成为一个热点问题。通过收集S校7位大学生的在线讲座信息、对Y校8位优秀网络教育学生进行访谈获取的资料,以自我决定理论为指导,基于扎根理论的三级编码方法,利用NVivo12.0... 在线学习已经成为重要的学习方式之一,与之相对应的在线学习力成为一个热点问题。通过收集S校7位大学生的在线讲座信息、对Y校8位优秀网络教育学生进行访谈获取的资料,以自我决定理论为指导,基于扎根理论的三级编码方法,利用NVivo12.0质性分析软件构建了动机—行为—绩效的在线学习力模型,具体包括学习动机、学习投入、学习技能、学习情绪和学习绩效5个维度。其中,学习动机由目标倾向和价值意义组成;学习投入由意识认知、行为努力和社交支撑构成;学习技能落实在学习策略、信息能力和综合能力3个方面;学习情绪具有积极心态和负面情绪2个类别;学习绩效则体现在学习业绩和学习满意度2个层面。从教育视角来看,提高在线学习力必须强化在线学习体验,加强教师的教学设计和教学干预,完善在线学习绩效评价等。 展开更多

目的 在面向医养结合的智慧养老服务模式下,研究用户对老年陪护机器人情感表达的感知结果和形态偏好,以减少用户的使用障碍和对机器人的不信任感。方法 采用文献分析的方法,对老年陪护机器人CareBot提出6种类童特征的情感表达设计原则,... 目的 在面向医养结合的智慧养老服务模式下,研究用户对老年陪护机器人情感表达的感知结果和形态偏好,以减少用户的使用障碍和对机器人的不信任感。方法 采用文献分析的方法,对老年陪护机器人CareBot提出6种类童特征的情感表达设计原则,通过与机器人的互动实验研究,对调查问卷结果进行统计学分析,形成可视化的数据报告来深入探讨用户对机器人的评估结果。结果 参与者能较好识别其中3种情感表达(热情的、冷漠的和惊讶的),参与者的年龄与熟悉儿童或智能产品的程度对评估结果有明显影响。同时,机器人具有大眼睛表情、可爱动作和儿童声音的类童特征形态,对老年人更具亲和力。而情感表达原则中“表情”“表情与声音的组合”适用性和一致性较高。结论 适当的类童特征可以增强机器人的情感表达能力,增加机器人正面情感表达、减少负面情感表达的设计,有助于提高养老服务机器人的接受度。 展开更多

目的探讨基于保护动机模式的护理对子宫肌瘤患者自护能力、并发症、情绪状态、睡眠及生活质量的影响。方法按照入院顺序对2023年1月-12月福建省妇幼保健院的60例患者进行编码,按照单双数来确定对照组(30例,常规护理)和干预组(30例,基于... 目的探讨基于保护动机模式的护理对子宫肌瘤患者自护能力、并发症、情绪状态、睡眠及生活质量的影响。方法按照入院顺序对2023年1月-12月福建省妇幼保健院的60例患者进行编码,按照单双数来确定对照组(30例,常规护理)和干预组(30例,基于保护动机模式的护理)。比较两组患者自护能力、并发症、情绪状态、睡眠质量、生活质量。结果干预组ESCA 4项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组出现切口感染、恶心、呕吐、高热4项并发症患者低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组及对照组SAS、SDS评分与护理前比均降低,且干预组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组睡眠质量7项PSQI指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组SF-36评分均较护理前提高,干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论干预组方法能够减少子宫肌瘤患者术后并发症的产生,情绪状态更佳,其睡眠质量、自我护理能力均得到了提高,患者生活质量更高。 展开更多

有求必应,还是相“机”而动?员工反馈寻求行为对上级发展性反馈的影响机制研究

员工反馈寻求行为逐渐成为学者们研究的热点话题。已有研究主要从反馈寻求主体的视角探究其对员工自身的影响,但对该行为如何影响领导反馈结果关注不够。基于归因理论和情绪评价理论,本文探讨了员工反馈寻求行为影响上级发展性反馈的过... 员工反馈寻求行为逐渐成为学者们研究的热点话题。已有研究主要从反馈寻求主体的视角探究其对员工自身的影响,但对该行为如何影响领导反馈结果关注不够。基于归因理论和情绪评价理论,本文探讨了员工反馈寻求行为影响上级发展性反馈的过程机制和边界条件。基于310份2时点领导-员工配对数据,本研究采用多水平路径分析和蒙特卡洛模拟的方法对研究假设进行了检验,结果显示:第一,当领导绩效改进动机归因高时,员工反馈寻求行为与积极情绪的正向关系更强;当领导绩效改进动机归因低时,员工反馈寻求行为与消极情绪的正向关系更强。第二,积极情绪对上级发展性反馈具有正向影响;消极情绪对上级发展性反馈具有负向影响。第三,积极情绪和消极情绪在员工反馈寻求行为和绩效改进动机归因的交互上对上级发展性反馈的影响起中介作用,从而表现出有中介的调节作用。研究结果深化了员工反馈寻求行为的作用机制研究,也为企业促进员工反馈寻求行为和上级发展性反馈提供了实践启示。 展开更多
