BACKGROUND Heterogeneous ribonucleoprotein A1(hnRNPA1)has been reported to enhance the Warburg effect and promote colon cancer(CC)cell proliferation,but the role and mechanism of the miR-490-3p/hnRNPA1-b/PKM2 axis in CC have not yet been elucidated.AIM To investigate the role and mechanism of a novel miR-490-3p/hnRNPA1-b/PKM2 axis in enhancing the Warburg effect and promoting CC cell proliferation through the PI3K/AKT pathway.METHODS Paraffin-embedded pathological sections from 220 CC patients were collected and subjected to immunohistochemical analysis to determine the expression of hnRNPA1-b.The relationship between the expression values and the clinicopathological features of the patients was investigated.Differences in mRNA expression were analyzed using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,while differences in protein expression were analyzed using western blot.Cell proliferation was evaluated using the cell counting kit-8 and 5-ethynyl-2’-deoxyuridine assays,and cell cycle and apoptosis were detected using flow cytometric assays.The targeted binding of miR-490-3p to hnRNPA1-b was validated using a dual luciferase reporter assay.The Warburg effect was evaluated by glucose uptake and lactic acid production assays.RESULTS The expression of hnRNPA1-b was significantly increased in CC tissues and cells compared to normal controls(P<0.05).Immunohistochemical results demonstrated significant variations in the expression of the hnRNPA1-b antigen in different stages of CC,including stage I,II-III,and IV.Furthermore,the clinicopathologic characterization revealed a significant correlation between hnRNPA1-b expression and clinical stage as well as T classification.HnRNPA1-b was found to enhance the Warburg effect through the PI3K/AKT pathway,thereby promoting proliferation of HCT116 and SW620 cells.However,the proliferation of HCT116 and SW620 cells was inhibited when miR-490-3p targeted and bound to hnRNPA1-b,effectively blocking the Warburg effect.CONCLUSION These findings suggest that the novel miR-490-3p/hnRNPA1-b/PKM2 axis could provide a new strategy for the diagnosis and treatment of CC. 展开更多

Background:Ischemia-reperfusion can worsen myocardial damage and increase the risk of death.Studies have revealed that ischemic preconditioning provides the best endogenous protection against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI),and the principle of electroacupuncture(EA)preconditioning is comparable to that of myocardial ischemic preconditioning adaption.Our earlier research demonstrated that EA pretreatment inhibits the expression of calmodulin-dependent protein kinase IIδ(CaMKIIδ),sodium/calcium exchanger 1(NCX1),and cyclophilin D,hence providing protection against MIRI.However,the exact mechanism is still unknown.The expression of NCX1 mRNA is directly regulated by microRNA-214(miR-214).Moreover,it suppresses the levels of CaMKIIδand cyclophilin D.Whether these variables contribute to EA preconditioning to improve MIRI needs to be investigated,though.This study aimed to preliminarily determine whether EA pretreatment ameliorates MIRI by modulating the miR-214-3p/NCX1 axis.Methods:We used a rat MIRI model to investigate the effect of EA pretreatment on MIRI and the expression of miR-214-3p.In addition,adenovirus injection inhibited miR-214-3p expression in the rat MIRI model,and the influence of EA pretreatment towards MIRI was observed in the context of blocked miR-214-3p expression.Both the myocardial histological abnormalities and the alterations in the ST segment of the rat electrocardiogram were analyzed.NCX1 mRNA,cyclophilin D,and CaMKIIδexpression levels were also analyzed.Results:EA pretreatment improved MIRI.In rats with MIRI,EA administration increased miR-214-3p expression while decreasing NCX1 mRNA,cyclophilin D,and CaMKIIδproteins in cardiac tissues.The beneficial effect of EA pretreatment against MIRI was reversed,coupled with elevated levels of NCX1 mRNA,cyclophilin D,and CaMKIIδprotein expression,when an adenovirus injection disrupted the expression of miR-214-3p.Conclusions:Our findings preliminarily show that EA pretreatment inhibits the expression of NCX1 mRNA,cyclophilin D,and CaMKIIδproteins via miR-214-3p,hence exerting MIRI protection. 展开更多

天然裂缝是深层-超深层致密储层的有效储集空间和主要渗流通道,影响着致密储层油气的运移、富集、单井产能、开发方式及开发效果。通过对近年来致密储层裂缝研究成果总结和文献综述,分析了深层-超深层致密储层天然裂缝分布特征及发育规... 天然裂缝是深层-超深层致密储层的有效储集空间和主要渗流通道,影响着致密储层油气的运移、富集、单井产能、开发方式及开发效果。通过对近年来致密储层裂缝研究成果总结和文献综述,分析了深层-超深层致密储层天然裂缝分布特征及发育规律。将致密储层天然裂缝分为大尺度裂缝、中尺度裂缝、小尺度裂缝和微尺度裂缝4个级别。不同尺度裂缝分布具有幂律分布的特点,裂缝尺度越大,数量越少;裂缝尺度越小,数量越多。大、中尺度裂缝主要起渗流作用,小尺度裂缝主要起渗流和储集作用,而微尺度裂缝主要起储集作用。在地层埋藏过程中的应力体制演化决定了不同时期天然裂缝的类型、产状及其力学性质;构造应力大小、岩石力学层的力学性质和厚度差异控制了多尺度裂缝的形成分布及其发育程度。构造变形导致不同构造部位的局部应力和应变分布产生差异,增强了裂缝发育的非均质性。逆冲断层通过控制其上盘地层变形控制了“裂缝域”的分布规律;走滑断层的组合样式、活动方式和岩石力学层共同控制了相关裂缝的三维空间展布。裂缝形成演化过程中的开启-闭合规律决定了裂缝的储集空间,记录了裂缝有效性的演化历史。 展开更多

煤炭及其伴生资源是地质体的重要组成部分,大规模和高强度开采会引起近地表岩石圈、土壤圈、水圈的联动响应,进而反向制约煤炭及其伴生资源的安全开采与开发。围绕煤矿区的煤-水-土多资源协调开发,基于多学科知识交叉的地球关键带理念,... 煤炭及其伴生资源是地质体的重要组成部分,大规模和高强度开采会引起近地表岩石圈、土壤圈、水圈的联动响应,进而反向制约煤炭及其伴生资源的安全开采与开发。围绕煤矿区的煤-水-土多资源协调开发,基于多学科知识交叉的地球关键带理念,阐述煤-水-土协调开发的必要性以及多圈层、多过程、多尺度、多目标的耦合关系,为煤炭安全绿色开发和生态环境可持续发展提供战略思考。(1)立足煤炭安全高效开采、土壤-水资源安全和生态环境保护多目标多维度角度,剖析大规模、高强度开发背景下采前、采中、采后地质条件动态演化、多资源时空关系、生态环境响应特征,提出煤炭资源开发生命周期条件下的煤炭资源区的地质调查战略和开发策略。(2)开展煤-水-土多资源量的系统调查和地质结构精细表征,全面理解和综合评价煤-水-土赋存特征和相互依存关系,形成集资源禀赋、生态环境、人口经济等于一体的地质调查评价体系和方法,提出基于煤炭开发、多资源利用、水土保护、生态屏障、土地安全等一体化的全链条调控措施和开发策略与开发政策。(3)监控开发过程中地层地质功能结构变化,理解煤-水-土空间组合结构及分层界面效应和煤(岩)-水-土相互作用的动态演化规律,构建复杂地层结构煤炭安全开采和水-土资源协调开发覆岩变形的演化模型,厘清煤-水-土空间结构及其对开采活动的约束效应,发展地球科学、采矿学、生态学、水文学等多学科交叉的煤炭绿色开发地质保障理论与技术。煤-水-土协调开发研究服务于煤炭安全开采与地质环境保护协调发展,破解多资源开发瓶颈及其地质环境制约之间矛盾,通过对煤炭开采全生命周期内的地质条件和环境效应的关键影响因素、状态参数阈值、演化驱动机制的理解,构建地质环境约束、开采模式调控、系统规划利用的煤-水-土多资源协调开发时空格局。 展开更多

针对当前遥感影像水体信息提取存在细节水体提取能力较弱、重要特征损失较大的问题,文章提出一种基于改进的U-Net网络实现遥感影像水体信息提取的方法。该方法首先通过引入Resnet残差卷积模块深化传统U-Net网络架构提升特征挖掘能力,并... 针对当前遥感影像水体信息提取存在细节水体提取能力较弱、重要特征损失较大的问题,文章提出一种基于改进的U-Net网络实现遥感影像水体信息提取的方法。该方法首先通过引入Resnet残差卷积模块深化传统U-Net网络架构提升特征挖掘能力,并引入Respath残差连接模块减少跳跃连接过程中的语义差距,同时引入PSConv多尺度卷积模块、Eca有效通道注意力机制模块,提高网络特征学习能力,构建PS-Eca-Multiresunet网络模型,弥补传统U-Net网络存在的细节特征提取能力较弱问题。选择“2020年第四届中科星图杯高分遥感图像解译软件大赛”数据集进行实验,结果表明,与传统U-Net网络模型相比,该方法水体提取的平均交并比提高了9.08,像素精度提升了7.4%。改进的网络提取结果能够有效避免阴影影响,提高对细节水体的提取精度,实现遥感影像水体信息的高精度提取。 展开更多

A unified mathematical model is established to simulate the nonlinear unsteady percolation of shale gas with the consideration of the nonlinear multi-scale effects such as slippage, diffusion, and desorption. The continuous inhomogeneous models of equivalent porosity and permeability are proposed for the whole shale gas reservoir includ- ing the hydraulic fracture, the micro-fracture, and the matrix regions. The corresponding semi-analytical method is developed by transforming the nonlinear partial differential governing equation into the integral equation and the numerical discretization. The nonlinear multi-scale effects of slippage and diffusion and the pressure dependent effect of desorption on the shale gas production are investigated. 展开更多

税收对国内外经济都有着重要影响。本文基于税收竞争理论,从区域间产业关系的视角探讨减税降费的溢出效应。先构建数理模型,从理论层面分析区域间复杂的产业关系对税收竞争结果的不确定性影响,继而进一步基于多区域投入产出模型,模拟我... 税收对国内外经济都有着重要影响。本文基于税收竞争理论,从区域间产业关系的视角探讨减税降费的溢出效应。先构建数理模型,从理论层面分析区域间复杂的产业关系对税收竞争结果的不确定性影响,继而进一步基于多区域投入产出模型,模拟我国减税降费对其他经济体的影响,验证了数理模型的论断。研究发现,在产品内分工模式下,区域间产业互补的税收竞争不再是“损人利己”的恶性竞争,反而实现互利共赢。因此,我国采取减税降费政策不仅有利于本国经济增长,也有利于其他经济体的经济增长。 展开更多

The shielding effect of the front pile-row on the ice force acting on the back pile-row is studied by ice force model tests. In the tests, the front pile-row is designed to model jacket legs and the back pile-row to model the water resisting pipe-phalanx within the jacket. The shielding factor for ice force corresponding to different conditions are given in this paper. The research indicates that there are many factors, including the longitudinal and lateral spacing between the front and back pile-row, ice attacking angle and the ratio of pile diameter to ice thickness, that influence the shielding effect on ice force. 展开更多

Objective To compare the acute hemodynamic effects of five different pacing modes in patients with cardiac function NYHA class Ⅰ to Ⅱ without bundle branch block (BBB). Methods This study included 12 patients (SSS 7, Ⅲ°AVB 5) undergoing pacemaker implantation. Right ventricular apex (RVA), right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT), right ventricular bifocal (RV-Bi), left ventricular base (LVB) and bi -ventricular (Bi-Ⅴ) pacing at 60 -80 ppm were done in VVI mode prior to implantation of DDD pacemaker. The cardiac index (CI), mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) and pulmonary capillary wedge pressure (PCWP) were measured with Swan - Ganz thermodilution catheter after 5 minutes of each pacing mode. Results (1) Comparing to pacing at RVA (CI: 2. 41± 0. 38 L/min per m2, PCWP: 16. 7 ±3.3 mmHg), the CI increased and the PCWP decreased significantly in pacing at RVOT(CI: 2. 63 ± 0.46, PCWP: 13. 8±2. 3), LVB(CI: 2. 78±0.52, PCWP: 14. 4±3.1), RV-Bi(CI: 2. 83±0.57, PCWP: 12. 8± 2. 5) and Bi -Ⅴ pacing (CI: 2. 94± 0.60, PCWP: 12. 7±2. 5), P < 0. 01, respectively. (2) The CI of RV-Bi and Bi-Ⅴ pacing was higher than that of RVOT and LVB pacing, the PCWP was lower, P < 0. 05, respectively. (3) There was no significant difference between RV - Bi pacing and Bi-Ⅴ pacing in CI and PCWP. Conclusion There is no significant difference between RV - Bi pacing and Bi -V pacing in the acute hemodynamic effects; however,dual - site pacing is much better than single site pacing in that aspect for patients with cardiac function NYHA class Ⅰ to Ⅱ without BBB. Among single site pacing, the RVOT and LVB pacing is better than RVA pacing in cardiac function. 展开更多

We investigate experimentally multi-orbital effects in high-order harmonic generation(HHG) from aligned CO2 and N2O molecules by intense femtosecond laser fields with linear and elliptical polarizations.For either of the aligned molecules, a minimum in the harmonic spectrum is observed, the position of which shifts to lower-order harmonics when decreasing the intensity or increasing the ellipticity of the driving laser.This indicates that the minimum originates from the dynamic interference of different channels, of which the tunneling ionization and recombination are contributed via different molecular orbitals.The results show that both the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) and low-lying HOMO-2 in CO2(or HOMO-1 in N2O) contribute to the molecular HHG in both linearly and elliptically polarized strong laser fields.Our study would pave a way for understanding multi-electron dynamics from polyatomic molecules irradiated by strong laser fields. 展开更多

The spin superconductor state is the spin-polarized triplet exciton condensate,which can be viewed as a counterpart of the charge superconductor state.As an analogy of the charge Josephson effect,the spin Josephson effect can be generated in the spin superconductor/normal metal/spin superconductor junctions.Here we study the spin supercurrent in the Josephson junctions consisting of two spin superconductors with noncollinear spin polarizations.For the Josephson junctions with out-of-plane spin polarizations,the possibleπ-state spin supercurrent appears due to the Fermi momentum-splitting Andreev-like reflections at the normal metal/spin superconductor interfaces.For the Josephson junctions with in-plane spin polarizations,the anomalous spin supercurrent appears and is driven by the misorientation angle of the in-plane polarizations.The symmetry analysis shows that the appearance of the anomalous spin Josephson current is possible when the combined symmetry of the spin rotation and the time reversal is broken. 展开更多

We perform an experimental study of the multi-orbital effect on the high-order harmonic generation(HHG) from aligned N_2 molecules in both linearly and elliptically polarized intense laser fields.Measured by a home-built extreme ultraviolet(XUV) flat grating spectrometer with the pump-probe method, the angular distributions of different orders of HHG are obtained, which show distinctive behaviors for harmonics in the plateau and the cut-off regions.The ellipticity dependence of HHG is investigated by aligning the molecular axis parallel or perpendicular to the laser polarization.Our results indicate that both the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) as well as the lower one(HOMO-1) contribute to the HHG of N2 molecules, in either linearly or elliptically polarized intense laser field.The study paves the way for understanding the ultrafast electron dynamics of molecules exposed to an intense laser field. 展开更多

In the study on functional low-carbon ergonomic validity in buildings,ergonomic validity is different from resource validity which is easy for quantitative analysis. To eliminate the complexity and uncertainty impacts of human factors on quantitative study,it proposes a method of building a parameter of ergonomic validity—multi-effect time by using cardiotachometer to record heart rate change,being used to evaluate the functional low-carbon ergonomic validity targeting at the ontological characteristics of kitchen. This method is used to determine the physical consumption intensity( multi-effect) through heart rate incremental relation based on the principles of physiology and ergonomics,and to confirm the ergonomic validity of environmental factors by the time to complete standard work as well as multi-effect quantitative analysis. The test results show that,under the kitchen operating conditions,the multi-effect( ME) can properly reflect the real-time status of the operator and is easily operated; the parameters obtained are not significantly related to the physiological status of the operator,and multi-effect time( MT) is sensitive to the physical consumption brought about to the operator due to kitchen environmental factors; thus,it can be taken as an objective index,which is simple and easy to operate in residential kitchen functional low-carbon evaluation. 展开更多

High harmonic generation(HHG) driven by intense frequency-comb laser fields can be dramatically enhanced via multiphoton resonance by tuning the carrier-envelope phase(CEP) shift, without increasing the driving intensity. However,the multiphoton-resonant enhancement(MRE) factor in the realistic atomic hydrogen is much smaller than that in a twolevel system. To study the deviation, we present a theoretical investigation of the multiphoton resonance dynamics of three-level systems driven by intense frequency-comb laser fields. The many-mode Floquet theorem(MMFT) is employed to provide a nonperturbative and exact treatment of the interaction between the quantum system and the laser fields. The investigations show that the dipole interaction of a two-level system with the third level affects the multiphoton resonance dynamics and enhances the HHG spectra. It is the dipole interaction of the excited level of the two-level system with other levels that results in the smaller MRE factor in the realistic atomic system. 展开更多

The paper bulids a countercurrent multi-effect drying process model which can be expressed as a linear programming(LP) problem with the minimum total energy consumption as target function. Based on the model it can be conventient to solve the heat load , degree of drying and other drying parameters of each effect. And it realizes the mathematical simulation an analysis of multi-effect drying process. Such process not only reuses the secondary steam but also utilizes the high energy grade. Drying silica sand using 1-effect drying to 5-effect drying is presented as an example. The energy consumption and energy saving rate are compared by using co-current multi-effect drying and countercurrent multi-effect drying. As a summary, the countercurrent multi-effect drying is better than co-current drying. Considered the equipment investment and energy conservation, the study also concluded that the countercurrent 4-effect drying is the optimum selection, and it can save 57.6% energy compared to countercurrent 1-effect drying. 展开更多
