The reccnt Alcatel Lucent failure is an example of how many mergers run into considerable implementing difficulties in the months following their launch. Despite promising perspectives,no coherent whole seems to come out of the merger,just as anticipated synergies have a hard time materializing.

Robust optimal dispatch strategy of integrated energy system considering CHP-P2G-CCS

Integrated energy systems(IESs)can improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions,essential for achieving peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality.This study investigated the characteristics of the CHP model considering P2G and carbon capture systems,and a two-stage robust optimization model of the electricity-heat-gascold integrated energy system was developed.First,a CHP model considering the P2G and carbon capture system was established,and the electric-thermal coupling characteristics and P2G capacity constraints of the model were derived,which proved that the model could weaken the electric-thermal coupling characteristics,increase the electric power regulation range,and reduce carbon emissions.Subsequently,a two-stage robust optimal scheduling model of an IES was constructed,in which the objective function in the day-ahead scheduling stage was to minimize the start-up and shutdown costs.The objective function in the real-time scheduling stage was to minimize the equipment operating costs,carbon emission costs,wind curtailment,and solar curtailment costs,considering multiple uncertainties.Finally,after the objective function is linearized with a ψ-piecewise method,the model is solved based on the C&CG algorithm.Simulation results show that the proposed model can effectively absorb renewable energy and reduce the total cost of the system.

System integration and innovation of operating 20 kt combined heavy-haul train on Datong-Qinhuangdao line

Datong-Qinhuangdao line, as the first electrified double-track heavy-haul line dedicated to coal transport in China, extends from Datong in the west, and reaches Qinhuangdao in the east, opened to traffic in December, 1992, totaling 653 km with the designed annual traffic volume of 1×108 t. In order to meet the demands of national economic development, the transport capacity of the line must be enhanced greatly. Depending on independent innovation, MOR, for the first time in the world,realizes the integration between GSM-R and Locotrol, the integration between 800 MHz digital radio and Locotrol, and the integration between a single set of Locotrol and SS4 locomotive. Meanwhile, CR develops equipment portfolio for heavy-haul through combining 2 high power locomotives of HXD series (means harmony) with controllable EOT. Relying on integration and innovation, it succeeds in operating 20 kt-level combined heavy-haul train on Datong-Qinhuangdao line, which tripled the annual traffic volume of the line from 1×108 t in 2002 to 3×108 t in 2007.

“As You Wish” A Combination of External Flexibility and Internal Integrity

A phrase often on the Chinese lips is ＂＇As you wish.＂ When there is a visiting guest at someone＇s home, a host asks, ＂What would you like to drink, tea, coffee or something else？＂ The guest may answer ＂As you wish.＂ This does not mean the guest would not mind what you serve. It inadvertently shows their respect for the host.

Hydrate-based carbon dioxide capture from simulated integrated gasification combined cycle gas

The equilibrium hydrate formation conditions for CO2/H2 gas mixtures with different CO2 concentrations in 0.29 mol% TBAB aqueous solution are firstly measured.The results illustrate that the equilibrium hydrate formation pressure increases remarkably with the decrease of CO2 concentration in the gas mixture.Based on the phase equilibrium data,a three stages hydrate CO2 separation from integrated gasification combined cycle （IGCC） synthesis gas is investigated.Because the separation efficiency is quite low for the third hydrate separation,a hybrid CO2 separation process of two hydrate stages in conjunction with one chemical absorption process （absorption with MEA） is proposed and studied.The experimental results show H2 concentration in the final residual gas released from the three stages hydrate CO2 separation process was approximately 95.0 mol% while that released from the hybrid CO2 separation process was approximately 99.4 mol%.Thus,the hybrid process is possible to be a promising technology for the industrial application in the future.

Fractional cyclic integrals and Routh equations of fractional Lagrange system with combined Caputo derivatives

In this paper, we develop a fractional cyclic integral and a Routh equation for fractional Lagrange system defined in terms of fractional Caputo derivatives. The fractional Hamilton principle and the fractional Lagrange equations of the system are obtained under a combined Caputo derivative. Furthermore, the fractional cyclic integrals based on the Lagrange equations are studied and the associated Routh equations of the system are presented. Finally, two examples are given to show the applications of the results.

Planning Method and Coordinated Operation Strategy for Multi-station Integration System

A multi-station integration system(MSIS)integrat-ing other multi-type stations provides a new way to realize an intensive development of resources and promote low-carbon en-ergy and its high-efficiency utilization.To this end,a novel multi-station integration planning method and coordinated operation strategy model for the MSIS are established in a new business model.In this study,a new business model of the MSIS,with substations as the carrier,integrating distributed photovoltaic,energy storage,electric vehicle charging,data center,and 5G base stations is proposed.From the social environment,natural conditions,and complementary characteristics,a comprehensive index system is established to analyze expansion capability of substations and multi-station combination scheme.Scenario reduction is performed by extracting feature vectors and build-ing a comprehensive evaluation function to select the optimal combination scheme under a specific scenario.Moreover,for the combination scheme in a specific scenario,the optimal ca-pacity configuration and coordinated operation strategy chance-constrained programming model of the MSIS are established under different operating conditions.Finally,simulations are performed on a practical MSIS located in Wuxi,China,and simulation results demonstrate the rationality and effectiveness of the planning method and coordinated operation strategy model for the MSIS.

Robust Stability Analysis of a Kind of Combined Integrating Control System

This paper offeres an exact study on the robust stability of a kind of combined integrating control system, and the robust stability belongs to the analysis of a kind of quasi-polynomial with two independent time delays. The parameters of stable space under time delay uncertainty are fixed after Rekasius transformation, and then a new cluster treatment of characteristic roots (CTCR) procedure is adopted to determine the stable space. By this strategy we find that the unstable space is not continuous and both Karitonov vertices theory and Edge theory are unable to be extended to quasi-polynomial under time delay uncertainty.

结构化学是化学专业的专业基础必修课,从微观角度探讨原子、分子和晶体结构,建立微观结构与宏观性能之间的关系,其教学内容较抽象、学生较难理解,且教学时数较少,因此有必要对教学内容进行合理的调整与整合、适当增减知识点、结合多种教学手段并注重教研相长,以期培养学生学习结构化学的兴趣,并激发创新能力。此外,在传授结构化学专业知识的同时将思政元素融入课堂,培养学生家国情怀、创新意识和社会责任感。这些教学措施充分体现了育人为本在结构化学教学中的探索与实践,从而实现立德树人、知识传授和能力培养融为一体,促进科学教育和人文教育的有效融合。

波流共同作用下射流稀释特性的动量积分模拟研究

污水通常以射流的形式向海排放,其在海洋环境水体中的稀释过程是射流与波浪、潮流共同作用的结果。本文基于合理的假设条件,对射流运动的控制方程进行积分处理,结合波流环境下射流的结构特征,引入射流卷吸与拖曳力函数,结合必要的边界条件,形成封闭的控制方程组,建立波流环境下射流动量积分模型。通过与实验资料的对比分析可以看出,该模型可以准确模拟波流环境下射流在近区段的时均运动与稀释过程;相较于单一的横流作用,波流共同作用下射流对周边水体的影响范围更大,射流初始稀释能力更强。基于多个组次的动量积分模拟实验,通过无量纲分析与最小二乘拟合,建立了波流共同作用下射流轨迹中心线位置及最小稀释度的经验公式。相关成果可为排海污水环境影响评估提供快速、准确的分析手段。

新工科背景下专业实习体系探索与实践——以轨道交通信号与控制专业为例

为适应新工科对人才培养的新要求,针对轨道交通信号与控制专业的实习体系在实践过程中存在的主要问题,通过深化产教融合、强化虚实结合、细化考评综合,建立纵向“三阶段”逐级递进、横向“双形式”互补的实习新模式,形成“一平台,双引擎,三大素质”的实习教学新理念,构建“一核心,三过程,九指标”的综合能力评价新机制。在实习组织形式、实习资源整合、实习评价方式等方面进行积极探索和大胆实践,对其他工科专业的实习教学体系建立有一定借鉴和参考意义。

基于SARIMA和SVR组合模型的转向架系统寿命评估

随着地铁运营时间和里程的增加,地铁车辆逐渐接近其理论寿命,为确保车辆运行安全性,需对其重要子系统进行健康状态及剩余寿命评估。文中选取车辆转向架系统作为研究对象,提出了一种基于协方差优选法的季节性回归移动平均(SARIMA)和支持向量回归(SVR)的组合模型对转向架寿命进行评估。首先,将车辆转向架系统历史故障率转化为健康指数,然后基于协方差优选法将SARIMA和SVR进行赋权组合,根据转向架系统历史健康指数进行预测,最后建立历史和预测的健康指数与运行时间的数学模型,分析得到转向架系统的剩余寿命。以某地铁车辆转向架系统为例进行算例分析及验证,结果表明组合模型可更准确地预测其健康状态,为有关维修部门开展维修维护策略提供理论依据,估计得出其剩余寿命,为车辆寿命后期退役及延寿决策提供理论数据分析支撑。

光电信息类应用型人才“学研训赛”协同育人探索与实践

针对工科高校光电信息类专业创新应用型人才普遍存在的“工科偏理化”“学生实践与创新能力不足”等问题,开展多层次、多维度应用型人才培养模式的教学改革与实践。更新教学方法和手段等措施,构建具有特色的光电信息类专业理实融通、学研对接、训赛结合的“学研训赛”实践育人模式,在课程教学中融入课程思政教育,凝练出“一体系、三层次、六结合”理论课程体系,造就一支基础厚、能力强、素质高且全面发展的应用型创新人才队伍。该成果为地方工科院校培养光电信息类应用型人才提供经验和范例。

物流专业“专创融合”特色示范课程建设——以《统计学》为例

在全面深化改革的教育背景下,创新创业教育与专业教育的融合已成为适应知识经济时代发展的必然要求。物流专业应从理论到实践进行多维度深入挖掘,通过创新课程设计、改革教学模式,切实将创新创业教育融入专业教育。首先,文章分析了物流专业课程开展“专创融合”建设的必要性;其次,从提升学生的学习效果出发,基于SC理念,以物流专业重要课程《统计学》为例,阐述了如何进行“专创融合”,以教学设计与方法改革为主线,通过立体化的数字课堂建设更新教学资源,融入产业元素,以课赛结合的方式培养学生的创新创业能力,通过建立多元化的评价体系进行学习效果评价,通过多轮学习数据分析来持续改进。

计及氢能高效利用和热电灵活输出的综合能源系统源荷灵活运行策略

为进一步发挥氢能高效利用优势,构建绿色低碳能源系统,提出一种计及氢能高效利用和热电联产灵活输出的综合能源系统源荷灵活运行策略。首先,对源侧供能模型进行两方面改进:一是引入含风电制氢、燃气混氢、多能用氢和储氢的氢能利用模型,并考虑到电解水和甲烷化反应过程中的热量散失情况,引入热量回收装置,构建计及热量回收的氢能高效利用模型;二是针对常规热电联产灵活性不足的问题,构建含电锅炉和有机朗肯循环的热电灵活输出模型,以解耦常规热电联产“以热定电”和“以电定热”限制。其次,在荷侧引入含可转移、可削减和可平移的电、热柔性负荷,以缓解电、热负荷峰谷差,并与源侧相结合,形成源荷灵活运行模型。最后,综合考虑阶梯型碳交易成本、设备运行维护成本、弃风成本以及购能成本,建立综合能源系统源荷灵活优化运行模型。采用CPLEX求解器对所提综合能源系统源荷灵活运行模型进行求解,并设置不同场景进行对比。结果表明,相比常规氢能利用模型,考虑所提计及热量回收的氢能高效利用模型时,系统的总成本、碳排放量分别降低了1.92%、4.22%,并且引入热电联产改进模型后,其总成本、碳排放量可进一步降低4.08%、7.32%,实现系统低碳、经济和灵活运行。

“虚实结合、课赛融通、创新引领”的单片机实训教学探索

针对传统的单片机实训存在的教学方法单一、实践环节不足、项目不够丰富、资源限制等问题,文章提出了“虚实结合、课赛融通、创新引领”的单片机实训教学改革方案;详细阐述了教学改革策略、教学过程设计等方面的内容。通过这一教学改革方案的实施,提高了学生的实践能力和问题分析解决能力。

基于Blending-Clustering集成学习的大坝变形预测模型

【目的】变形是反映大坝结构性态最直观的效应量,构建科学合理的变形预测模型是保障大坝安全健康运行的重要手段。针对传统大坝变形预测模型预测精度低、误报率高等问题导致的错误报警现象,【方法】选取不同预测模型和聚类算法集成,构建了一种Blending-Clustering集成学习的大坝变形预测模型,该模型以Blending对单一预测模型集成提升预测精度为核心,并通过Clustering聚类优选预测值改善模型稳定性。以新疆某面板堆石坝变形监测数据为实例分析,通过多模型预测性能比较,对所提出模型的预测精度和稳定性进行全面评估。【结果】结果显示:Blending-Clustering模型将预测模型和聚类算法集成,均方根误差(RMSE)和归一化平均百分比误差(nMAPE)明显降低,模型的预测精度得到显著提高;回归相关系数(R~2)得到提升,模型具备更强的拟合能力;在面板堆石坝上22个测点变形数据集上的预测评价指标波动范围更小,模型的泛化性和稳定性得到有效增强。【结论】结果表明:Blending-Clustering集成预测模型对于预测精度、泛化性和稳定性均有明显提升,在实际工程具有一定的应用价值。

4KHZ-330型食葵联合收获机设计与试验

针对食葵机械化收获水平低、损失大、含杂率高及籽粒破损严重等现状,该研究根据成熟期食葵生物特性,在传统联合收获机结构基础上设计一种4KHZ-330型食葵联合收获机,在割台上增设脱粒装置实现葵盘在割台上脱分,可有效缩短葵盘输送路径,提高清选质量。首先阐述食葵联合收获机的总体设计方案及动力传动模式,并对割脱一体式割台、割台升降机构、清选装置及气力输送装置等关键部件进行设计,确定相关参数。机具配套动力113 kW,工作幅宽为3300 mm,可一次完成食葵切割、脱粒、输送、清选、集籽、集草及卸载等工序。田间试验表明,收获机在低、中、高3种工作档位下,总损失率均低于4.0%,籽粒含杂率均低于5.0%,籽粒破损率均低于2.0%,生产率为0.40~0.85 hm^(2)/h,作业性能指标满足食葵机械化收获标准。作业过程中收获机各关键部件之间运动协调关系平稳,食葵喂入顺畅,工作效率高,可以作为食葵联合收获机使用。

高密度集成微惯性导航自主完好性监测

针对多平台、小型化、集群化等未来微小型空天飞行器故障信息自主监测等技术需求,提出了一种高密度集成微惯性导航自主完好性监测算法。该算法依托最优估计理论,分析微惯性导航系统中可能出现的量测误差信息源,通过优选子集数目进行预检验甄选,利用牛顿恒等式优化工程计算方法,达到微惯性导航系统故障信息检测与排除的目的。与传统MHSS算法相比,该算法能够显著降低系统的计算复杂度,并可有效检测小差错和多差错故障观测量,具有较高的故障信息源检测识别概率,增强了高密度集成微惯性导航与制导系统鲁棒性和完备性。
