First, a linguistic assessment standard is set up to deal with the uncertain linguistic attributes, and the operation laws of uncertain linguistic variables and the uncertain linguistic weighting average(ULWA)operator are introduced. Although a broker plays an important role in e-marketplaces, theory and guidelines for matching between buyers and sellers in multi-attribute exchanges are limited. Therefore, a challenge for a broker's responsibility is how to maximize a buyer's total satisfaction degree as its goals under the consideration of trade-off between a buyer's buying quantity and price paid to a seller, and other attributes. To solve this challenge, this paper proposes an economic model-based matching approach between a buyer's requirements and a seller's offers. The major contributions of this paper are that (i) a broker can model a seller's price policy as per a buyer's buying quantity through communication between a broker and a seller; (ii) due to each buyer's different quantity demand, a broker models a buyer's satisfaction degree as per a buyer's buying quantity based on communication between a broker and a buyer; and (iii) to carry out a broker's matching processes, an objective function and a set of constraints are generated to help a broker to maximize a buyer's total satisfaction degree. Experimental results demonstrate the good performance of the proposed approach.展开更多

In the threat sequencing process of multiple UCAVs,due to the strong confrontation and high dynamics of the air combat environment, the weight coefficients of the threat indicators are usually time-varying. Moreover, the air combat data is difficult to be obtained accurately. In this study, a threat sequencing method of multiple UCAVs is proposed based on game theory by considering the incomplete information. Firstly, a zero-sum game model of decision maker( D) and nature(N)with fuzzy payoffs is established to obtain the uncertain parameters which are the weight coefficient parameters of the threat indicators and the interval parameters of the threat matrix. Then, the established zero-sum game with fuzzy payoffs is transformed into a zero-sum game with crisp payoffs(matrix game) to solve. Moreover, a decision rule is addressed for the threat sequencing problem of multiple UCAVs based on the obtained uncertain parameters. Finally, numerical simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.展开更多

Based on the generalized dominance-based rough set approach (G-DR- SA), a synthetic security evaluation method is presented. With-the grey MAGDM security evaluation model as its foundation, the extension of technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) integrates the evaluation of each decision-maker (DM) into a group's consensus and obtains the expected evaluation results of information system. Via the quality of sorting (QoS) of G-DRSA, the inherent information hidden in data is uncovered, and the security attribute weight and DMs' weight are rationally obtained. Taking the computer networks in a certain university as objects, the example illustrates that this method can effectively remove the bottleneck of the grey MAGDM model and has practical significance in the synthetic security evaluation.展开更多

Taking the computer networks in a certain university as samples, this paper, with the information system security assessment model as its foundation, proposes a multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) security assessment method based on a variable consistency dominance-based rough set approach (VC-DRSA). This assessment method combines VC-DRSA with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), uncovers the inherent information hidden in data via the quality of sorting (QoS), and makes a synthetic security assessment of the information system after determining the security attribute weight. The sample findings show that this method can effectively remove the bottleneck of MAGDM, thus assuming practical significance in information system security assessment.展开更多

For IllS with preference information, combining with dominance-based rough set approach (DRSA), the effect of incomplete interval-valued information on decision results is discussed. For the imprecise judgment matrices, the security attribute weight can be obtained using Gibbs sampling. A numerical example shows that the proposed method can acquire some valuable knowledge hidden in the incomplete interval-valued information. 文摘Design for remanufacturing(DfRem)is the process of considering remanufacturing characteristics during product design in order to reduce the number of issues during the remanufacturing stage. This decisionmaking in DfRem is influenced by the designers'subjective preferences owing to a lack of explicitly defined remanufacturing knowledge for designers, which can lead to indecisive design schemes. In order to objectively select the optimal design scheme for remanufacturing,a nonempirical hybrid multi-attribute decision-making method is presented to alleviate the impacts of subjective factors. In this method, design characteristics and demand information are characterized through the matter-element theory.Coupled with design principles, some initial design schemes are proposed.Evaluation criteria are established considering the technical, economic, and environmental factors. The entropy weight and vague set are used to determine the optimal design scheme via a multi-attribute decision・making approach. The design of a bearing assembly machine for remanufacturing is taken as an example to illustrate the practicality and validity of the proposed method. The results revealed that the proposed method was effective in the decision-making of DfRem.
文摘With the development of the offshore fossil energy industry, the designing life of many offshore oil and gas facilities will end.The decommissioning of these facilities has become an urgent task due to unpre-dictable costs, high risks, and environmental protection issues of public concern.Decision-making,as the core in the pre-decommissioning stage, plays a decisive role in the cost, risk, and impact of the entire de-commissioning.Therefore,the multi-attribute decision-making model has attracted much attention from industry and academia. An efficient, accurate, and simply using multi-attribute decision-making model can enable governments, energy companies, other marine users, and environmental protection organi-zations to reasonably fulfill their concerns. It is of great significance to all parties. This review mainly studies the multi-attribute decision-making models that have been used in the decommissioning of off-shore oil and gas facilities, and conducts a more detailed interpretation of them, including the relevant regulations, frameworks, methodology, preferences and advantages and disadvantages of different mod-els.In addition,a more comprehensive review of the cost assessment model,an important part of the decision-making model,is carried out, including the general framework and methodology of the cost as-sessment model, and the accuracy of the models is explored. And then the current evaluation method of accuracy of the cost assessment model raises the author’s personal doubts. At the end of the article, this paper names two core problems of the current decision-making model, that is,the lack of basic data and the incomplete MCDA(Multi-criteria Decision Analysis)method. This review can provide a comprehen-sive reference and feasible research directions for future scholars who aims to study the decommissioning of offshore oil and gas facilities especially in the North Sea in the UK and point out the direction for the industry to improve its current multi-attribute decision-making models.
文摘A broker in an open e-marketplace enables buyers and sellers to do business with each other. Experimental results demonstrate the good performance of the proposed approach.

文摘The threat sequencing of multiple unmanned combat air vehicles(UCAVs) is a multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)problem. Finally, numerical simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
文摘The model of grey multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) is studied, in which the attribute values are grey numbers. Taking the computer networks in a certain university as objects, the example illustrates that this method can effectively remove the bottleneck of the grey MAGDM model and has practical significance in the synthetic security evaluation.

文摘Security assessment can help understand the security conditions of an information system and yield results highly conducive to the solution of security problems in it. The sample findings show that this method can effectively remove the bottleneck of MAGDM, thus assuming practical significance in information system security assessment.

文摘In order to understand the security conditions of the incomplete interval-valued information system (IllS) and acquire the corresponding solution of security problems, this paper proposes a multi-attribute group decision- making (MAGDM) security assessment method based on the technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). The effectiveness of the proposed method in the synthetic security assessment for IIIS is verified.

文摘In response to many multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)problems involved in chemical processes such as controller tuning, which suffer human's subjective preferential nature in human–computer interactions,a novel affective computing and preferential evolutionary solution is proposed to adapt human–computer interaction mechanism.Based on the stimulating response mechanism,an improved affective computing model is introduced to quantify decision maker's preference in selections of interactive evolutionary computing. In addition, the mathematical relationship between affective space and decision maker's preferences is constructed.Subsequently,a human–computer interactive preferential evolutionary algorithm for MADM problems is proposed, which deals with attribute weights and optimal solutions based on preferential evolution metrics. To exemplify applications of the proposed methods, some test functions and, emphatically, controller tuning issues associated with a chemical process are investigated, giving satisfactory results.
文摘Although fuzzy set concepts have evolved, neutrosophic sets are attractingmore attention due to the greater power of the structure of neutrosophic sets. The ability to account for components that are true, false or neither true nor false is useful in the resolution of real-life problems. However, simultaneous variations render neutrosophic sets unsuitable in specific circumstances. To enable the management of these sorts of issues,we combine the principle of multi-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic sets and complex fuzzy sets to develop the principle of multivalued complex neutrosophic uncertain linguistic sets.Multi-valued complex neutrosophic uncertain linguistic sets can contain grades of truth, abstinence, and falsity, and uncertain linguistic terms, which are expressed as complex numbers whose real and imaginary parts are limited to the unit interval. Some important Dombi laws are elaborated along with Bonferroni mean operators, which offer a flexible general structure with modifiable factors.Bonferroni means aggregation operators perform a significant role in conveying the magnitude level of options and characteristics. To determine relationships among any number of attributes,we develop multi-valued complex neutrosophic uncertain linguistic Dombi-normalized weighted Bonferroni mean operators and discuss their important properties with some special cases.By using these laws,we can deploy themulti-attribute decisionmaking(MADM)technique using the novel principle of multi-valued complex neutrosophic uncertain linguistic sets.To determine the power and flexibility of the elaborated approach,we resolve some numerical examples based on the proposed operator. Finally, the work is validated with the help of comparative analysis,a discussion of its advantages, and geometric expressions of the elaborated theories.
