Empowering the Future: Exploring the Construction and Characteristics of Lithium-Ion Batteries

Lithium element has attracted remarkable attraction for energy storage devices, over the past 30 years. Lithium is a light element and exhibits the low atomic number 3, just after hydrogen and helium in the periodic table. The lithium atom has a strong tendency to release one electron and constitute a positive charge, as Li . Initially, lithium metal was employed as a negative electrode, which released electrons. However, it was observed that its structure changed after the repetition of charge-discharge cycles. To remedy this, the cathode mainly consisted of layer metal oxide and olive, e.g., cobalt oxide, LiFePO4, etc., along with some contents of lithium, while the anode was assembled by graphite and silicon, etc. Moreover, the electrolyte was prepared using the lithium salt in a suitable solvent to attain a greater concentration of lithium ions. Owing to the lithium ions’ role, the battery’s name was mentioned as a lithium-ion battery. Herein, the presented work describes the working and operational mechanism of the lithium-ion battery. Further, the lithium-ion batteries’ general view and future prospects have also been elaborated.

Research on the railway construction process quality model based on the state space method

In the ISO9000"input-output"process model,the concept of process quality is difficult to get the correct interpretation. From the"white box"theory of process,this paper puts forward the scientific meaning of the concept of process quality and the process quality model by taking the basic operating unit of 6M1E in the railway construction project for example. The basic operating unit system consists of technological natural process,operation process and management process;the process quality of the basic operating unit system depends on the interrelation and interaction among those three sub-processes,and also subjects to the impact of the external disturbance input factors. Finally,the cast-in-situ prestressed concrete continuous box girder construction process is utilized to elaborate the specific application of this theory in the quality management of the railway construction project.

State Key Laboratory of Environmental Aquatic Chemistry (SKLEAC) is under construction

A new State Key Laboratory named Environmental Aquatic Chemistry is establishing in the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It asso-ciates with other three Iaboratories in universities to make up an Joint State Key Laboratory of Environmental Simulation and Pollution Control. They are supported by Chinese Government with the loan from World Bank for about 2.5 million US dollars and the same amount of RMB.

Free State Constructions

This paper attempts to investigate Free State （FS） in Hijazi Arabic. This structure is not used in Modem Standard Arabic. It was introduced into the Arabic dialects later on as a competing structure to the Construct State （CS）. First, we discuss the characteristics of this structure in comparison to its counterpart： the CS. we show that semantically FS can express only three semantic relations out of the five semantic relations CS can convey. Furthermore, the paper shows that the FS genitive exponent in HA ＂hagg＂ agrees with the head noun of the matrix DP in phi-features. The discussion then shifts to the origin of the genitive exponent hagg. The paper argues that it is originally a noun that has acquired a new meaning： an anaphor that means something like ＂one of＂. Hence, we gloss hagg as ANAPH. Contrary to previous analyses for the FS genitive exponent, the paper proposes that hagg, the noun, heads its own CS and it is linked to the preceding DP by a binding relationship, which involves feature agreement in gender and number. Consequently, we propose that hagg-headed CS has the same structure of the nominal CS. Finally, we investigate the occurrence of both FS and CS structures in HA and show when one structure is preferred to the other.

In recent years, the Western-led globalization has been on the horns of dilemma with endemic political crises occurring in the United States and European countries. Digital Twin-Driven Intelligent Construction:Features and Trends

Digital twin(DT)can achieve real-time information fusion and interactive feedback between virtual space and physical space.This technology involves a digital model,real-time information management,comprehensive intelligent perception networks,etc.,and it can drive the rapid conceptual development of intelligent construction(IC)such as smart factories,smart cities,and smart medical care.Nevertheless,the actual use of DT in IC is partially pending,with numerous scientific factors still not clarified.An overall survey on pending issues and unsolved scientific factors is needed for the development of DT-driven IC.To this end,this study aims to provide a comprehensive review of the state of the art and state of the use of DT-driven IC.The use of DT in planning,design,manufacturing,operation,and maintenance management of IC is demonstrated and analyzed,following which the driving functions of DT in IC are detailed from four aspects:information perception and analysis,data mining and modeling,state assessment and prediction,intelligent optimization and decision-making.Furthermore,the future direction of research,using DT in IC,is presented with some comments and suggestions.This work will help researchers gain in-depth and systematic understanding of the use of DT,and help practitioners to better promote its implementation in IC.

Folklore is an important carrier to show local culture and express people’s emotions in the way of oral transmission.Tradition holds that folklore loses its vitality without oral narration.However,it is difficult to find the traditional context of telling and disseminating folklore only by word of mouth.More often,under the impetus of multiple contexts and different forces,folklore in multiple media is widely spread through mutual reference and integration.The current situation of the water Margin theory circulating in Liangshan area is enough to illustrate this point.Water Margin has a very long history of inheritance,from government officials to ordinary people,under the influence of different media,dissemination and inheritance,become a rich local cultural capital.In the current social development context,the spread of the outlaws of the Marsh is no longer a simple word of mouth.The emergence of high-tech means such as Television and the Internet,as well as the promotion of cultural tourism,has reconstructed the legend of the contemporary water Margin figures.In the process of the reconstruction of the local legend of the water margin in Liangshan,the joint efforts of national forces and market factors have promoted the blending and exchange of three different levels of literature,such as elite literature dominated by the legend of the water margin,popular literature represented by folk quyi and folk literature spread orally by the general public,forming a communication situation of mutual learning,mutual tolerance and interaction between elegance and customs.

更好的治理能力会促进国家认同吗?——基于非洲十二国的实证研究

国家认同受到历史、政治、经济等多种因素的影响,国家治理能力可能也影响着国家认同。对于国家治理能否促进非洲的民族认同,已有的研究并没有给出明确的答案。首先从理论上探讨了国家认同提升的机制,通过运用有序逻辑回归模型实证方法对非洲晴雨表、世界银行和UNCTAD机构记录的国家认同和国家治理数据以及非洲国家的贸易开放程度进行了调查。研究发现,非洲国家的国家治理与人民的国家认同之间存在正相关关系。这一发现进一步扩展了对国家治理影响的理解,对加强非洲的国家认同以及非洲现代国家构建具有一定的启示。

A System Status Definition to Improve Behavior Description in Specifications Based on Constructal Law

System behavior description using states faces problems like state explosion, lack of clear definition of state, state identification and coordination between multiple agents. The goals of this work are to ease design activity, to reduce engineering efforts, and to mitigate project risks. The proposed way is to improve information flow during design by adding definitions and some protocols or rules for communicating a specification or design description. This work presented an objective definition of system status (way of interaction with the rest of the world) along other concepts. This work focused in definitions as mind entities and their importance to rationalize work and mitigate project risks during design. This article presented some simple examples to illustrate the advantages of each aspect of proposed definition of system status and discussed limits and exceptions for such definition. The key finding was the proposed definition which was the simplest while keeping completeness at a given product breakdown level. Such definition of status enforced formal segregation of needs and solutions, and eased the inclusion of behavior definition in specifications.

The state of the Mind in a Revolutionary state of the State

The article epitomises its foundations by providing definitional and explanative dichotomy among the State, Nation, and Nation State. It affords a depiction of the centrality of the mind, the interface of the body and mind in behavioural manifestations. It furthermore acknowledges that nothing occurs in a vacuum but in the context of the fullness of the mind. The visible manifestations of human behaviour are contended to be informed by the noiselessness invisible aspects of the mind. The same noiseless mind that informs the behavioural visibility that becomes somewhat active and busier in its conspicuousness. The dual existence of things and events in a revolutionary context that transcends to other behavioural undertones is discoursed. National Cybersecurity Strategy of the U.S. and lts Constructive Implication for China

Deteriorating continuously, cybersecurity issue has become the focal point of global attention and the grave concern from countries of the world since around 2010. The United States, a country of most developed internet technology, is also the most serious victimized country subjected to cyber attacks. After more than 10 years of tremendous funding and energy investment, the United States, at present stage, has built a relatively impeccable, government-led system of cybersecurity strategy. This strategic system is characterized by a full-fledged combination of offensive and defensive capabilities which takes full advantage of America＇s technological superiority, and the primary purpose of this system is forming strategic deterrence. This paper is designed to provide an interpretation of the specific components and nature of this strategy and hopes to reveal the possible enlightenment on how to manage cybersecurity discrepancy between China and America and its constructive implication to China＇s construction of cybersecurity strategy.

高校智慧教育生态体系构建

基于多维能力和知识图谱-多层感知机的变压器运行状态画像构建方法

利用大数据和画像技术对电力变压器运行状态进行准确评价有利于保障电力系统的安全稳定运行。针对电力变压器运行状态传统评价方法存在的评价维度过于单一、主观性较强等不足,提出了一种基于多维能力和知识图谱-多层感知机的变压器运行状态画像构建方法。首先,构建了由绝缘水平、负载能力、抗短路能力、能效等级和调压能力五个能力构成的变压器运行状态画像体系;然后,融合知识图谱(knowledge graph,KG)与多层感知机(multilayer perceptron,MLP),建立了一种变压器运行状态画像分析模型;最后,基于某地区1368台110kV变压器的实际运行数据,开展了变压器运行状态画像的实例分析,并与随机森林(random forest,RF)和支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)方法的画像分析结果进行对比。研究结果表明,所提方法对变压器运行状态画像的准确率达到96.35%,优于RF算法(准确率89%)和SVM算法(准确率77%),为电力变压器的运行状态评价提供了一种新思路。

面向一统的都城规划——再论隋大兴的空间形制建构及其历史意义

隋大兴是在一统全国过程中规划建设的新都城。其营建不仅在于都城空间本身,也包括以都城为核心面向整个疆域的一系列空间建构。本文分析了中国古代“大一统”思想的发展演变以及隋大兴的建设背景,认为隋初围绕大兴城在疆域范围、近畿区域、都城形态三个层面的一系列空间建构是中国古代“大一统”思想与全国一统进程实际需要相结合的空间政治实践,呼应了当时的军事、政治、经济、文化等需求,丰富和发展了“大一统”理念在都城规划中的表达,提高了都城在国家秩序建构和国家认同形成方面的作用,推动了隋唐“大一统”时代的形成和巩固。

国家翻译学是超学科综合性应用型研究,逻辑起点是国家翻译实践,研究任务是揭示国家翻译实践的本质规律,探索国家翻译实践的有效路径,最终落实到应用层面,是服务国家治理的战略需求。国家翻译学研究架构包含理论和应用研究两大面向。应用研究体现国家翻译学关怀现实、服务国家战略的价值追求。目前国家翻译学已基于国家翻译实践现实场景和未来发展态势,沿循“国家翻译+”知识生产路径,形成宏观、中观、微观三位一体的应用研究层次,产出了较为丰富的学术成果。本文结合国家翻译学研究现状和新时代国家翻译实践的现实需求与发展趋势,围绕国家翻译学应用研究本体、国家翻译治理和国家翻译价值问题,提出十个研究议题,旨在推动国家翻译研究的应用研究体系建设。

美欧日建筑机器人项目资助特点研究

以建筑机器人为主要研究对象,基于美国国家科学基金会(NSF)的项目数据库、欧盟框架计划项目数据库以及日本竞争性研究经费与科研费(KAKENHI)数据库中的建筑机器人项目数据,从项目数量、承担机构、资助金额、技术方向、项目类型等角度考察美国、欧洲和日本对建筑机器人的政府资助情况。结果表明,三个国家和地区表现出不同的建筑机器人项目资助特点,美国为高度密集、鼓励前沿探索,欧洲为高投入、重视应用开发,日本为长周期、以基础研究为主。

美国营利性高校发展制度体系建设探析

二战后,美国政府(包括联邦政府和州政府)以地位平等、鼓励竞争、追求质量为主要价值取向,从支持性制度、监管性制度、约束性制度、引导性制度等几方面入手,通过政府与社会组织协同推进这一基本路径,逐步建立了一套对营利性高校发展既有促进又有规范与引导作用的制度体系。在该制度体系下,美国营利性高校实现了快速发展并逐渐呈现理性发展态势。当然,目前这一制度体系仍需进一步完善,以进一步巩固营利性高校的平等地位,加强对“非认证”营利性高校的质量监管,提升营利性高校的市场竞争力,完善消费者权益保护等。综合其建设成果与面临的问题可以看出,美国营利性高校发展制度体系建设正逐步走出“创建”阶段,走向“深化完善”阶段。

国有建筑业企业发展效率的评价与优化

为助力国有建筑业企业高质量发展,提升企业及行业发展效率,通过分析建筑业发展现状,认知行业转型升级趋势,对国有建筑业企业发展效率进行概念界定.利用超效率SBM-Malmquist模型测算了不同所有制建筑业企业、不同地区国有建筑业企业的静态、动态发展效率.研究结果表明,2012—2020年建筑业企业整体发展效率相对有效,但受制于技术的创新与进步,发展效率有所下降;国有建筑业企业的发展效率相对有效,且呈上升趋势,并与所在地区的综合发展水平呈正相关.通过剖析研究过程中发现的问题和结论,从政策和企业两方面给出优化国有建筑业企业发展效率的对策建议.
