This paper presents the research progress for constructing the system in the department of the radiation oncology at Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and its system diagram based on IHE-RO technical framework, digital imaging and communication in medicine with radiotherapy (DICOM RT) data flow standard, and emphasizes the importance of DICOM RT in constructing the system and describes the generation process of DICOM RT objects. The longitudinal ve...The effect of the information delay, which was caused by thc naturc of the distance sensors and wireless communication systems, on the string stability of platoon of automated vehicles was studied. The longitudinal vehicle dynamics model was built by taking the information delay into consideration, and three typical information frameworks, i.e., leader-predecessor framework (LPF), multiple-predecessors framework (MPF) and predecessor-successor framework (PSF), were defined and their related spacing error dynamics models in frequency domain were proposed. The string stability of platoon of automated vehicles was analyzed for the LPF, MPF and PSF, respectively. Meanwhile, the related sufficient string stable conditions were also obtained. The results demonstrate that the string stability can be guaranteed tbr the LPF and PSF with considering the information delay, but the ranges of the control gains of the control laws are smaller than those without considering the information delay. For the MPF, the "weak" string stability, which can be guaranteed without considering the information delay, cannot be obtained with considering the information delay. The comparative simulations further demonstrate that the LPF shows better string stability, but the PSF shows better string scalable performance.展开更多
For the constant distance spacing policy,the existing researches of the string stability focus on the single-predecessor information framework(SPIF) and predecessor-successor information framework(PSIF).The resear...For the constant distance spacing policy,the existing researches of the string stability focus on the single-predecessor information framework(SPIF) and predecessor-successor information framework(PSIF).The research results demonstrated that the string stability could not be guaranteed with the SPIF,and then the PSIF was proposed to resolve this string instability.But the issue,whether the string stability can be guaranteed when applying the PSIF,is still controversial.Meanwhile,most of the previous researches on the string stability were conducted without consideration of the parasitic time delays and lags.In this paper,the practical longitudinal vehicle dynamics model is built with consideration of the parasitic time delays and lags existing in the actuators,sensors or the communication systems.Secondly,the detailed theoretical analysis of string stability in frequency domain is conducted to demonstrate that the classical linear control laws can not ensure the string stability when applying both the symmetrical PSIF(SPSIF) and asymmetrical PSIF(APSIF).Thirdly,a control law,which adds the position and velocity information of the leading vehicle,is proposed to guarantee string stability for small/medium platoon,and the other control law,which adds the acceleration information of the controlled vehicle,is proposed to guarantee string stability for large platoon as well as small/medium platoon.Finally,the comparative simulation is conducted to confirm the conducted analysis and the proposed control laws.The conducted research completes the means to analyze the string stability in frequency domain,provides the parameters' reference for the design and implementation of the practical automatic following controllers,and improves the reliability and stability of the platoon of automatic vehicles.展开更多

This paper highlights some of those significant advances in the informationization of accounting information systems in China. As China has become a major industrial power in the international economy, further improvements for these information systems are critical to the continued successes of China. To additionally improve these systems, China can draw upon the systems from other world economic leaders. With its fully developed capital markets, the United States offers development experience for the external reporting components of a fully integrated information system. This paper discusses a typical integrated information system in the United States and addresses the regulatory milestones that were instrumental in the development of those external components of accounting information systems. Recommendations are presented for improving informationization of systems in China based on U.S. systems' responses to those milestones.展开更多
In African countries,regulations on the management of WTE(Waste from Information Technology Equipment)are non-existent or sometimes insufficient,if they exist.This study shows how to mention waste from information tec...In African countries,regulations on the management of WTE(Waste from Information Technology Equipment)are non-existent or sometimes insufficient,if they exist.This study shows how to mention waste from information technology equipment in a country that does not have a regulatory legislative framework or organized management channels.A methodological approach based on documentary research and semi-directed interviews was adopted in this work.The results showed that 54.55%of institutional managers are unaware of the existence of regulations for the management of WTE,both at the national and international levels;72.72%of these managers do not have a specific implementing text for this management;72.73%of institutions have adopted an acquisition policy based on the needs of workers and 81.82%of institutions store WTE in warehouses.Relations with waste collection SMEs(Small and Midsize Enterprises),especially for IT equipment,are limited for 72.73%of institutions.In terms of improving the capacity to manage WEEE(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment),90.91%of institutions do not offer training or awareness raising.Overall,no significant indicators are in place to assess WEEE management in institutions,which reflects a lack of commitment and awareness among institutional managers.In addition,there are no financial means for ecological and sustainable management.Although 27.27%of managers are aware of the dangers to human health and the environment related to IT equipment,they are often unaware of the harmful consequences of abandoning it in nature.展开更多
At present,the process of digital image information fusion has the problems of low data cleaning unaccuracy and more repeated data omission,resulting in the unideal information fusion.In this regard,a visualized multi...At present,the process of digital image information fusion has the problems of low data cleaning unaccuracy and more repeated data omission,resulting in the unideal information fusion.In this regard,a visualized multicomponent information fusion method for big data based on radar map is proposed in this paper.The data model of perceptual digital image is constructed by using the linear regression analysis method.The ID tag of the collected image data as Transactin Identification(TID)is compared.If the TID of two data is the same,the repeated data detection is carried out.After the test,the data set is processed many times in accordance with the method process to improve the precision of data cleaning and reduce the omission.Based on the radar images,hierarchical visualization of processed multi-level information fusion is realized.The experiments show that the method can clean the redundant data accurately and achieve the efficient fusion of multi-level information of big data in the digital image.展开更多

It is obvious that production of a...Healthcare information systems are crucial components for better coordination of healthcare. They focus on the proper generation, transmission, storage, and retrieval of health data. It is obvious that production of accurate, relevant, and timely health information is foundation of good decision making. Rapid progress in wireless communications and embedded systems result in wireless sensor networks to be employed even in biomedical applications as well as their prominent deployment options. This study proposes a healthcare information system framework which consists of such components as;wireless sensor networks, cellular networks, a MATLAB interface, a database, and a web based monitoring interface. A case study that includes sensing, transferring, storing and web based monitoring processes of ECG signal is also introduced in the study, so that the behavior of the system developed can be tested. The results show that the framework presented here can not only be employed as a healthcare information system, but it can also be used as an infrastructure in related research activities and consequently, lots of time can be saved from creating an experimental environment.展开更多

The Virt-BLP model is the theoretical basis of this MAC framework,and this MAC framework is the implementation of Virt-BLP model. Our last paper focuses on Virt-BLP model,while this paper concentrates on the design and implementation of MAC framework. For there is no MAC framework applicable to MLS in virtual machine system at present,our MAC framework fills the blank by applying Virt-BLP model to Xen,which is better than current researches to guarantee the security of communication between virtual machines(VMs) . Purpose: The aim of this paper is to develop a standardized and reliable measurement tool for assessing information-seeking behavior of undergraduate students.Design/methodology/approach: Based on information literacy...Purpose: The aim of this paper is to develop a standardized and reliable measurement tool for assessing information-seeking behavior of undergraduate students.Design/methodology/approach: Based on information literacy and information-seeking behavior theories, expert advice and students' interview, items of undergraduates' informationseeking behavior indicators were selected. With the analysis of homogeneity reliability, item analysis and factor analysis, this study constructs an assessment system to evaluate reliability and validity of the scale.Findings: The information-seeking behavior scale for undergraduates has divided undergraduates' information-seeking behavior into seven dimensions, which include 46 items. The reliability analysis of Cronbach's α was 0.910, and the coefficient of split-half reliability was0.817. The results of factor analysis showed that Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin(KMO) was 0.864,which indicates 55.536% of the total variation could be explained by the above seven dimensions.Research limitations: Due to a small sample size and limited sample distribution, further research need be conducted in an expanded sample size in order to explore the application scope of this evaluation system; in addition, the stability of the scale also need be confirmed.Practical implications: The paper sets up an information-seeking behavior evaluation system for undergraduates and explores the characteristics of their information-seeking behavior.This study provides guidance for the development of future information literacy education and the improvement of the information literacy level of undergraduates.Originality/value: An information-seeking behavior scale for undergraduates has been developed, which comprehensively covers information need, information source, information evaluation, information retrieval, information management, information utilization and information morality. The scale is proved to have good reliability, validity, popularity anddiscrimination that it is qualified to be an assessment tool of information-seeking behavior for Chinese undergraduates.展开更多

The construction of ASTICM has started from the proposed elements of the DCMI (Dublin Core Metadata Initiative), and has expanded the DC and SDBCM with related expanding principles. ASTICM finally includes 75 metadata elements, five expanded principles, and seven application profile creation methods. According to the requirement analysis of a large number of users of agricultural information, a register system based on ASTICM was developed. Spectrum access approach and power allocation scheme are important techniques in cognitive radio(CR) system,which not only affect communication performance of CR user(secondary user,SU) but also play decisive role for...Spectrum access approach and power allocation scheme are important techniques in cognitive radio(CR) system,which not only affect communication performance of CR user(secondary user,SU) but also play decisive role for protection of primary user(PU).In this study,we propose a power allocation scheme for SU based on the status sensing of PU in a single-input single-output(SISO) CR network.Instead of the conventional binary primary transmit power strategy,namely the sensed PU has only present or absent status,we consider a more practical scenario when PU transmits with multiple levels of power and quantized side information known by SU in advance as a primary quantized codebook.The secondary power allocation scheme to maximize the average throughput under the rate loss constraint(RLC) of PU is parameterized by the sensing results for PU,the primary quantized codebook and the channel state information(CSI) of SU.Furthermore,Differential Evolution(DE) algorithm is used to solve this non-convex power allocation problem.Simulation results show the performance and effectiveness of our proposed scheme under more practical communication conditions.展开更多

文摘The evolution of the society and economy has stimulated the development of Knowledge Service(KS), making it an indispensable solution to address future challenges facing libraries and information institutions. However at present, academic research on knowledge service is falling short and its definition is far from clear and complete. As such,this article proposes the Three-dimensional Framework Knowledge Service(TdFKS) for libraries and information institutions based on the knowledge value chain model. By making reliability analysis and mean value analysis of a questionnaire survey result, the article clarifies the structure of the three-dimensional framework and verifies the rationality of the TdFKS.
文摘Healthcare information systems are crucial components for better coordination of healthcare. They focus on the proper generation, transmission, storage, and retrieval of health data. It is obvious that production of accurate, relevant, and timely health information is foundation of good decision making. Rapid progress in wireless communications and embedded systems result in wireless sensor networks to be employed even in biomedical applications as well as their prominent deployment options. This study proposes a healthcare information system framework which consists of such components as;wireless sensor networks, cellular networks, a MATLAB interface, a database, and a web based monitoring interface. A case study that includes sensing, transferring, storing and web based monitoring processes of ECG signal is also introduced in the study, so that the behavior of the system developed can be tested. The results show that the framework presented here can not only be employed as a healthcare information system, but it can also be used as an infrastructure in related research activities and consequently, lots of time can be saved from creating an experimental environment.

文摘This paper is a continuation of our last paper [1] which describes the theory of Virt-BLP model. Based on Virt-BLP model,this paper implements a mandatory access control(MAC) framework applicable to multi-level security(MLS) in Xen. The Virt-BLP model is the theoretical basis of this MAC framework,and this MAC framework is the implementation of Virt-BLP model. Our last paper focuses on Virt-BLP model,while this paper concentrates on the design and implementation of MAC framework. For there is no MAC framework applicable to MLS in virtual machine system at present,our MAC framework fills the blank by applying Virt-BLP model to Xen,which is better than current researches to guarantee the security of communication between virtual machines(VMs) . The experimental results show that our MAC framework is effective to manage the communication between VMs.

文摘Purpose: The aim of this paper is to develop a standardized and reliable measurement tool for assessing information-seeking behavior of undergraduate students.Design/methodology/approach: Based on information literacy and information-seeking behavior theories, expert advice and students' interview, items of undergraduates' informationseeking behavior indicators were selected. With the analysis of homogeneity reliability, item analysis and factor analysis, this study constructs an assessment system to evaluate reliability and validity of the scale.Findings: The information-seeking behavior scale for undergraduates has divided undergraduates' information-seeking behavior into seven dimensions, which include 46 items. The reliability analysis of Cronbach's α was 0.910, and the coefficient of split-half reliability was0.817. The results of factor analysis showed that Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin(KMO) was 0.864,which indicates 55.536% of the total variation could be explained by the above seven dimensions.Research limitations: Due to a small sample size and limited sample distribution, further research need be conducted in an expanded sample size in order to explore the application scope of this evaluation system; in addition, the stability of the scale also need be confirmed.Practical implications: The paper sets up an information-seeking behavior evaluation system for undergraduates and explores the characteristics of their information-seeking behavior.This study provides guidance for the development of future information literacy education and the improvement of the information literacy level of undergraduates.Originality/value: An information-seeking behavior scale for undergraduates has been developed, which comprehensively covers information need, information source, information evaluation, information retrieval, information management, information utilization and information morality. The scale is proved to have good reliability, validity, popularity anddiscrimination that it is qualified to be an assessment tool of information-seeking behavior for Chinese undergraduates.
文摘To construct the Agricultural Scientific and Technical Information Core Metadata (ASTICM) standard and its expanding principles, and to develop a register system based on ASTICM, the policy and methods of DC (Dublin Core) and SDBCM (Scientific Database Core Metadata) were studied. The construction of ASTICM has started from the proposed elements of the DCMI (Dublin Core Metadata Initiative), and has expanded the DC and SDBCM with related expanding principles. ASTICM finally includes 75 metadata elements, five expanded principles, and seven application profile creation methods. According to the requirement analysis of a large number of users of agricultural information, a register system based on ASTICM was developed. The ASTICM standard framework and its register system supported the search, sharing, integration exchange and other applications, effectively.
文摘On the basis of the digital Weifang geospatial framework,Smart Weifang spatio-temporal information cloud platform(WFCP)integrated legal person information,population,place name and address data,macroeconomic data and so on.And it also expanded the data contents,such as the indoor and outdoor data,the overground and underground data,panoramic data and real data.It also introduced the contents of historical geographical information in different periods and real-time location information,address information of sensing equipment,real-time perception and interpreting information.It has overcome the difficulties of real-time access of Internet of Things(IoT)perception,multi-node collaboration,64-bit support,cluster deployment and has the characteristics of spatio-temporal management,ondemand service,large data analysis and micro-service architecture.It built spatio-temporal information big data center and spatio-temporal information cloud platform,realized the convergence and management of the distributed big data,deeply applied for land,transportation,environmental protection,police and subdistrict five areas,by supporting the integrated application of multi-source information and supporting intelligent deep application.In the aspect of hardware environment construction,according to the top-level design and unified arrangement of Smart Weifang,the WFCP was migrated to Weifang cloud computing center,to achieve the on-demand computing resources and dynamic scheduling load-based computing resources,to support the generalizing load map application.

文摘Spectrum access approach and power allocation scheme are important techniques in cognitive radio(CR) system,which not only affect communication performance of CR user(secondary user,SU) but also play decisive role for protection of primary user(PU).In this study,we propose a power allocation scheme for SU based on the status sensing of PU in a single-input single-output(SISO) CR network.Instead of the conventional binary primary transmit power strategy,namely the sensed PU has only present or absent status,we consider a more practical scenario when PU transmits with multiple levels of power and quantized side information known by SU in advance as a primary quantized codebook.The secondary power allocation scheme to maximize the average throughput under the rate loss constraint(RLC) of PU is parameterized by the sensing results for PU,the primary quantized codebook and the channel state information(CSI) of SU.Furthermore,Differential Evolution(DE) algorithm is used to solve this non-convex power allocation problem.Simulation results show the performance and effectiveness of our proposed scheme under more practical communication conditions.
文摘Before Information Systems are developed, they must have undergone a process called Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using appropriate methodology. The SDLC consists of phases varying from author to author. However, an information systems project can only be successful with intense interaction amongst project manager, systems analyst, system designers and the end users. Viewed from the project manager’s perspective, the SDLC lacks the essence of project management activities. Similarly, end users involvement is not clearly specified. The main aim of this paper is to propose a framework for information systems management and development process which accommodates the views of the different participants. Furthermore, the paper sharpens the concept of conventional SDLC, on the basis of the proposed framework. In addition, tools and methods that are appropriate for the implementation of the framework are herein discussed.
文摘In view of the problems such as backward production mode,poor quality stability,high safety risk and incomplete control system during erection of the reinforcement framework of simply-supported box girders for high-speed railway(HSR),and in combination with the key points and main challenges in the reinforcement framework construction of Guangzhou-Zhanjiang HSR,the overall technical route for the intelligent manufacturing of reinforcement framework of simply-supported box girders is put forward.The component design of reinforcement framework of simply supported box girder is carried out based on BIM,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified through segment assembly test.The assembly techniques are studied in combination with the mesh design scheme to achieve rapid forming of the reinforcement framework.R&D of automatic processing equipment for components,material transshipment equipment,automatic hoisting equipment and technological equipment for assembly clamping fixture are carried out to realize the overall design of equipment production line.An intelligent control system is developed for the whole-process intelligent construction of reinforcement framework to realize the full life-cycle applications for the workshop production and visual management including intelligent layout and quality traceability.The research results systematically optimize and innovate the assembly and forming technologies of reinforcement framework in the prefabrication beam yard of high-speed railway,realize the component processing,automatic assembly and information technology management,improve the construction quality,efficiency and information technology level of intelligent manufacturing of reinforcement framework of railway prefabricated beam as a whole,and reduce the construction cost of the project.The research has realized a major breakthrough in the construction technology of railway prefabricated box girders,which has the extensive technical and market promotion values.
文摘针对大数据环境下并行深度森林算法中存在不相关及冗余特征过多、多粒度扫描不平衡、分类性能不足以及并行化效率低等问题,提出了基于互信息和融合加权的并行深度森林算法(parallel deep forest algorithm based on mutual information and mixed weighting,PDF-MIMW)。首先,在特征降维阶段提出了基于互信息的特征提取策略(feature extraction strategy based on mutual information,FE-MI),结合特征重要性、交互性和冗余性度量过滤原始特征,剔除过多的不相关和冗余特征;接着,在多粒度扫描阶段提出了基于填充的改进多粒度扫描策略(improved multi-granularity scanning strategy based on padding,IMGS-P),对精简后的特征进行填充并对窗口扫描后的子序列进行随机采样,保证多粒度扫描的平衡;其次,在级联森林构建阶段提出了并行子森林构建策略(sub-forest construction strategy based on mixed weighting,SFC-MW),结合Spark框架并行构建加权子森林,提升模型的分类性能;最后,在类向量合并阶段提出基于混合粒子群算法的负载均衡策略(load balancing strategy based on hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm,LB-HPSO),优化Spark框架中任务节点的负载分配,降低类向量合并时的等待时长,提高模型的并行化效率。实验表明,PDF-MIMW算法的分类效果更佳,同时在大数据环境下的训练效率更高。
