Compared with the widely used small target enhancement methods which only deal with bright targets, the proposed technique can enhance the infrared small target, whether it is bright or dark. Experimental results verify that the proposed technique is efficient and practical.展开更多

The solution shows t...Based on the single sensor Kalman filtering equations, this paper presents two-level and three-level optimal centralized and distributed estimation algorithms for hierarchical multisensor systems. The solution shows that when the correlated matrix, the mean of noise, the control input, and the measurement error are all zero, the result in this paper turns out to be the standard algorithm discussed. Simulation shows that the mean of noise, the control input, and the measurement error will not change the estimation covariance and the estimation covariance fluctuates greatly when the cross-correlated matrix is similar to the covariance of process noise.展开更多
模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)-并联式有源滤波器(shunt active power filter,SAPF)能够补偿大电压时电能中的电流质量,但若采用单一控制方法难以很好地对电流质量进行补偿。为此,提出了无源性控制(passivity-b...模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)-并联式有源滤波器(shunt active power filter,SAPF)能够补偿大电压时电能中的电流质量,但若采用单一控制方法难以很好地对电流质量进行补偿。为此,提出了无源性控制(passivity-basedcontrol,PBC)与滑模控制(sliding mode control,SMC)相结合的无源性滑模控制补偿方法,用以提升电流质量。首先,推导出不平衡电网下MMC-SAPF的数学模型,并对电压和电流进行正负序分离;然后,针对单一控制方法存在的问题,提出了基于MMC-SAPF的无源性滑模控制方法;最后,搭建了MMC-SAPF系统实验平台,将无源性滑模控制与PID和PBC 2种控制方法进行比较,结果表明无源性滑模控制的精度更高、鲁棒性更强、响应更快,且能够快速、准确地补偿电流。展开更多
提出红外图像小目标检测多级滤波算法的一种ASIC体系结构实现方案.该结构有三个数据通道,分别级连不同数量的1×3基本滤波模板;每路数据通道采用流水线结构,其中乘法电路由移位相加电路构成以提高运算速度;采用定点运算,计算精度为...提出红外图像小目标检测多级滤波算法的一种ASIC体系结构实现方案.该结构有三个数据通道,分别级连不同数量的1×3基本滤波模板;每路数据通道采用流水线结构,其中乘法电路由移位相加电路构成以提高运算速度;采用定点运算,计算精度为8位二进制小数,可处理位宽为8~16位的数据,吞吐量5 M pixel/s^10 M pixel/s,支持128×128,256×256,320×240三种帧格式的图像滤波.设计采用SMIC 0.35μm工艺,芯片面积为3.2 mm×2.7 mm,芯片内部工作频率为50 MHz.芯片滤波实现方式相对软件实现的方式,最大绝对误差0.483 3,可满足实际精度的要求.该芯片可以用于同时检测大小不同小红外小目标.展开更多
