现有商用集总参数校准件电路模型使用简便,但由于校准件电路模型的不完善、电路中参数在提取过程中采用拟合算法等原因,导致其定值准确度受限。从用于高频串扰修正的16项误差模型校准件设计入手,给出了校准件高精度的定值方法——即通... 现有商用集总参数校准件电路模型使用简便,但由于校准件电路模型的不完善、电路中参数在提取过程中采用拟合算法等原因,导致其定值准确度受限。从用于高频串扰修正的16项误差模型校准件设计入手,给出了校准件高精度的定值方法——即通过研制辅助的Multiline TRL校准标准,采用测试加仿真的方式对校准件进行定值,并采用定值文件作为定值样式。采用定值过的16项误差模型校准件校准在片测试系统,并与美国NIST基于Multiline TRL的二次校准方法比较,在110 GHz内,两者S21相差在0.30 dB以内,相位相差1°以内。所不同的是,16项误差模型校准件的个数远低于NIST,并且在校准过程中不需要移动探针。在保证准确度的前提下,大大提高了测试效率。 展开更多

Design and Simulation of a Topology Aggregation Algorithm in Multi-Domain Optical Networks

The aggregate conversion from the complex physical network topology to the simple virtual topology reduces not only load overhead, but also the parameter distortion of links and nodes during the aggregation process, thereby increasing the accuracy of routing. To this end, focusing on topology aggregation of multi-domain optical networks, a new topology aggregation algorithm (ML-S) was proposed. ML-S upgrades linear segment fitting algorithms to multiline fitting algorithms on stair generation. It finds mutation points of stair to increase the number of fitting line segments and makes use of less redundancy, thus obtaining a significant improvement in the description of topology information. In addition, ML-S integrates stair fitting algorithm and effectively alleviates the contradiction between the complexity and accuracy of topology information. It dynamically chooses an algorithm that is more accurate and less redundant according to the specific topology information of each domain. The simulation results show that, under different topological conditions, ML-S maintains a low level of underestimation distortion, overestimation distortion, and redundancy, achieving an improved balance between aggregation degree and accuracy. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To explore the relationship between the efficacy of realgar for the treatment of myelodysplastic syndromes with multilineage dysplasia(MDS-MLD)and arsenic concentration in the peripheral blood of patients.METHODS:In this prospective study,a total of 50 MDS-MLD patients were treated with traditional Chinese drugs containing realgar for 3 months in Xiyuan Hospital from March 2018 to January 2019.Routine blood examination as well as liver and kidney function were monitored before and after treatment.The concentration of arsenic in the peripheral blood was measured using an atomic fluorescence spectrometer after treatment.The correlation between clinical effect and arsenic concentration was analyzed by Spearman’s method.RESULTS:The treatment response rate was 54%.Two patients(4%)achieved complete remission,50%(25 of 50)showed hematologic improvement,and 23 patients had stable disease(23%).No disease progression was observed.Arsenic concentration in the peripheral blood ranged from 14.60 to 85.96μg/L.Clinical efficacy was positively correlated with arsenic concentration(P<0.05).The incidence of mild adverse reactions was 16%.CONCLUSION:A relatively high concentration of arsenic in the peripheral blood may improve the clinical efficacy of realgar in MDS-MLD patients. 展开更多
