基于p-n异质结CuO/TiO_(2)复合物高效的载流子分离能力构建超灵敏AFP光电化学分析

将TiO_(2)纳米粒子与Cu(pta)MOFs复合,通过高温煅烧策略制得CuO/TiO_(2)复合物.在最优实验条件下,基于复合物对可见光更强的吸收利用效率,CuO/TiO_(2)修饰的ITO电极展现出显著的光电化学(PEC)响应信号,其光电流值(59.4μA)分别是单组分T... 将TiO_(2)纳米粒子与Cu(pta)MOFs复合,通过高温煅烧策略制得CuO/TiO_(2)复合物.在最优实验条件下,基于复合物对可见光更强的吸收利用效率,CuO/TiO_(2)修饰的ITO电极展现出显著的光电化学(PEC)响应信号,其光电流值(59.4μA)分别是单组分TiO_(2)和CuO粒子的15.5和7.4倍.线性扫描伏安法(LSV)测试结果证实CuO/TiO_(2)/ITO电极比CuO和TiO_(2)材料具有更大的LSV响应强度.这可归因于获得的薄片层状CuO粒子及其兼有的多孔隙特征促进了光的多重散射/反射效应,同时CuO/TiO_(2)复合材料具有的典型p-n异质结构(能级带隙匹配)大幅促进了光生电荷载流子(e^(-)/h^(+))的分离与转移.选用戊二醛(GA)作为交联手臂分子,通过温和的醛胺反应将壳聚糖(CS)和anti-AFP抗体组装于CuO/TiO_(2)/ITO电极表面,再用牛血清蛋白(BSA)封闭活性位点,构建出PEC传感平台(BSA/anti-AFP/GA-CS/CuO/TiO_(2)/ITO),实现了对不同浓度甲胎蛋白(AFP)的高灵敏检测(检出限达到2.63×10^(-4) ng/mL).制备的传感电极同时展示出良好的稳定性和选择性. 展开更多

Exploiting high-efficiency Ni-based materials for electrocatalytic urea oxidation reaction(UOR) is critical for urea-related technologies.The catalytic site density,intrinsic activity,charge transfer,and mass diffusion determine overall electrocatalytic efficiency.Simultaneous modulation over the above four factors promises advanced electrocatalysis,yet challenging.Herein we propose a systematic regulation tactic over composition and geometric structure,constructing a nanocomposite comprising Mn doped Ni_(3)N nanoparticles anchored on reduced graphene oxide(rGO/Mn-Ni_(3)N),achieving elegant integration of four design principles into one,thereby eminently boosting UOR.Particularly,Mn doping in Ni_(3)N can modulate electronic state to induce intrinsic activity regulation.Combining metallic Mn-Ni_(3)N with rGO to engineer hierarchical architecture not only promotes charge transfer,but also enriches active site population.Intriguingly,improved hydrophilicity could impart better electrolyte penetration and gas escape.Consequently,such system-optimized rGO/Mn-Ni_(3)N demonstrates state-of-the-art-level UOR electrocatalysis.This work offers a novel paradigm to create advanced catalysts via systematic and integrated modulation. 展开更多

复合材料层压板S-N曲线模型的综述与评估

S-N模型是分析预测材料及其结构疲劳寿命的重要基础。本文对复合材料层压板的S-N曲线模型进行了全面综述,并将其归纳为基于数据拟合思想的经验模型和考虑损伤机理的半经验模型。研究发现,应力比是S-N模型需要考虑的关键载荷参数,而包含应力比的半经验模型较少、经验模型更为匮乏。拟定了模型评估五个基本标准,选取了两种材料体系、不同铺层结构层合板在不同应力比条件下的八组疲劳数据,对典型S-N模型的表征能力进行了分析评估。结果表明:Weibull模型、Wu模型和Epaarachchi模型在不同疲劳影响因素下均能表现出较强的拟合能力,整体拟合精度较高,而且Weibull模型和Wu模型具有拟合S-N曲线全区间的能力;Basquin模型虽然在理论和工程中经常使用,但预测精度通常并不理想;相较于不包含应力比的模型,包含应力比的模型其表征精度通常比较差,适用范围反而受限;同时,与半经验模型相比,经验模型通常满足边界条件,对不同形式S-N曲线的拟合优度更高,适应能力更强,且适用范围更广。 展开更多

Partial substitution of inorganic fertilizers with organic amendments is an important agricultural management practice.An 11-year field experiment(22 cropping periods)was carried out to analyze the impacts of different partial substitution treatments on crop yields and the transformation of nitrogen fractions in greenhouse vegetable soil.Four treatments with equal N,P_(2)O_(5),and K_(2)O inputs were selected,including complete inorganic fertilizer N(CN),50%inorganic fertilizer N plus 50%pig manure N(CPN),50%inorganic fertilizer N plus 25%pig manure N and 25%corn straw N(CPSN),and 50%inorganic fertilizer N plus 50%corn straw N(CSN).Organic substitution treatments tended to increase crop yields since the 6th cropping period compared to the CN treatment.From the 8th to the 22nd cropping periods,the highest yields were observed in the CPSN treatment where yields were 7.5-11.1%greater than in CN treatment.After 11-year fertilization,compared to CN,organic substitution treatments significantly increased the concentrations of NO_(3)^(-)-N,NH_(4)^(+)-N,acid hydrolysis ammonium-N(AHAN),amino acid-N(AAN),amino sugar-N(ASN),and acid hydrolysis unknown-N(AHUN)in soil by 45.0-69.4,32.8-58.1,49.3-66.6,62.0-69.5,34.5-100.3,and 109.2-172.9%,respectively.Redundancy analysis indicated that soil C/N and OC concentration significantly affected the distribution of N fractions.The highest concentrations of NO_(3)^(-)-N,AHAN,AAN,AHUN were found in the CPSN treatment.Organic substitution treatments increased the activities ofβ-glucosidase,β-cellobiosidase,N-acetyl-glucosamidase,L-aminopeptidase,and phosphatase in the soil.Organic substitution treatments reduced vector length and increased vector angle,indicating alleviation of constraints of C and N on soil microorganisms.Organic substitution treatments increased the total concentrations of phospholipid fatty acids(PLFAs)in the soil by 109.9-205.3%,and increased the relative abundance of G^(+)bacteria and fungi taxa,but decreased the relative abundance of G-bacteria,total bacteria,and actinomycetes.Overall,long-term organic substitution management increased soil OC concentration,C/N,and the microbial population,the latter in turn positively influenced soil enzyme activity.Enhanced microorganism numbers and enzyme activity enhanced soil N sequestration by transforming inorganic N to acid hydrolysis-N(AHN),and enhanced soil N supply capacity by activating non-acid hydrolysis-N(NAHN)to AHN,thus improving vegetable yield.Application of inorganic fertilizer,manure,and straw was a more effective fertilization model for achieving sustainable greenhouse vegetable production than application of inorganic fertilizer alone. 展开更多

【目的】本试验旨在研究蛋鸭饲粮中n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-6/n-3 PUFA)对鸭蛋中脂肪酸组成和咸蛋黄品质的影响。【方法】试验选用健康、体重相近的21周龄福建龙岩山麻鸭180只,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸭。分别饲喂玉米-... 【目的】本试验旨在研究蛋鸭饲粮中n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-6/n-3 PUFA)对鸭蛋中脂肪酸组成和咸蛋黄品质的影响。【方法】试验选用健康、体重相近的21周龄福建龙岩山麻鸭180只,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸭。分别饲喂玉米-豆粕(对照组)和玉米-豆粕-亚麻籽(试验组)饲粮,n-6/n-3 PUFA分别为16和8,试验周期为12周。饲养试验结束后,采集新鲜鸭蛋测定脂肪酸组成,腌制咸蛋,测定咸蛋黄内质特性、质构特性、风味和滋味。【结果】与n-6/n-3 PUFA 16饲粮相比,n-6/n-3 PUFA 8饲粮(1)增加了鲜蛋黄中C18∶0、C20∶0、C22∶0、C22∶1n9、C18∶2n6c、C18∶3n3、C20∶3n6、C20∶4n6、n-6 PUFA以及n-3 PUFA含量,降低了鲜蛋黄中n-6/n-3 PUFA(由10.20降至5.65,P<0.05);(2)降低了咸蛋黄的硬心率和硬心比重(P<0.05),不影响出油率和沙性(P>0.05);降低了咸蛋黄的硬度,增加了弹性(P<0.05),但黏附性、内聚性、胶黏性和咀嚼性无显著变化(P>0.05);降低了咸蛋黄中醇醚醛酮类的气味(P<0.05);降低了咸蛋黄的苦味和鲜味,增加了滋味的丰富性(P<0.05),对涩味和咸味无显著影响(P>0.05)。【结论】蛋鸭饲粮n-6/n-3 PUFA由16降为8时,可降低鲜蛋黄中n-6/n-3 PUFA,改善咸蛋黄品质和风味。 展开更多

The present study was undertaken in Forest Science Faculty, Universidad de Nuevo Leon, Mexico on variability of Wood density and its possible relation to few wood chemical composition and wood fiber cell structure anatomy. The results reveal that among 10 specie studied, there exist a large variation in wood density (0.51 to 1.09), and few wood chemical composition such % carbón (37.14 to 44.07), nitrogen (9.18 to 19.22), sulphur (31.45 to 33/82), lignin (15/28 to 24.35), hemicellulose (19.94 to 27.36%), and % cellulose (33.69 to 45.92). In general, though there was no clear relationship between wood density and other chemical composition of wood. It was observed that the species having moderate to high wood density contained >40% carbón, >30% sulphur and >40% cellulose and more or less 20% lignin. It seems that carbón, sulphur, cellulose and lignin content contribute to greater density. The wood fiber cell with wall lignification seems to be related to higher wood density. 展开更多

目的探究肺部超声与人体成分分析在尿毒症腹膜透析患者容量负荷评估中的价值,分析肺部超声、人体成分分析与血清N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的关系。方法选取2020年6月至2022年12月收治的50例尿毒症腹膜透析高容量负荷患者为观察组,另... 目的探究肺部超声与人体成分分析在尿毒症腹膜透析患者容量负荷评估中的价值,分析肺部超声、人体成分分析与血清N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的关系。方法选取2020年6月至2022年12月收治的50例尿毒症腹膜透析高容量负荷患者为观察组,另选50例尿毒症腹膜透析正常容量负荷患者为对照组。比较2组血压、心率及血生化指标,观察不良反应发生情况;比较2组肺部超声指标、人体成分指标,比较不同NT-proBNP水平患者肺部超声评分、干体质量差值,分析血清NT-proBNP与肺部超声评分、干体质量差值的关系。结果2组血压、心率及血生化指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>005)。观察组不良反应总发生率32.00%(16/50)高于对照组14.00%(7/50,P<0.05)。入组时和3个月后,观察组A线数量少于对照组,B线数量多于对照组,肺部超声评分、水负荷、水肿指数、干体质量差值高于对照组(P<0.05)。透析前,观察组血清NT-proBNP水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。入组时和3个月后,高NT-proBNP亚组肺部超声评分、干体质量差值均高于低NT-proBNP亚组(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关系数法分析,尿毒症腹膜透析患者血清NT-proBNP与干体质量差值、肺部超声评分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论肺部超声与人体成分分析均可评估尿毒症腹膜透析患者容量负荷,高容量负荷患者血清NT-proBNP水平异常升高,且与肺部超声评分、干体质量差值关系密切,肺部超声、人体成分分析可有效指导患者的诊疗方案制订,以改善预后,具有一定的临床应用价值。 展开更多

Formation of a p–n heterojunction rather than p-type or n-type semiconductors can enhance the separation of photogenerated electrons and holes and increase the quantum efficiency of photocatalytic reactions owing to the difference of the electric potential in the inner electric field near the junction,pointing from n toward p. n-Ag3PO4/p-Ag2CO3 p–n heterojunction composites are prepared through a facile coprecipitation process. The obtained Ag3PO4/Ag2CO3 p–n heterojunctions exhibit excellent photocatalytic performance in the removal of rhodamine B(RhB) compared with Ag3PO4 and Ag2CO3. The 40%-Ag3PO4/Ag2CO3 composite photocatalyst(40 mol% Ag3PO4 and 60 mol% Ag2CO3) exhibits the best photocatalytic activity under visible light,demonstrating the ability to completely degrade RhB within 15 min. Transient photovoltage characterization and an active species trapping experiment further indicate that the formation of a p–n heterojunction structure can greatly enhance the separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers and produce more free h+active species,which is the predominant contributor for RhB removal. 展开更多

In order to study the electrodeposition process of iridium in composite ionic liquid, the effects of N, N-dimethylacetamide(DMAC) on the viscosity, conductivity and electrochemical stability of composite ionic liquid BMIC-BMIBF4, as well as the electrochemical behavior of Ir Cl3 in this system were studied. Iridium(Ir) coatings were deposited at different constant potentials and characterized by SEM and XRD. The results show that the addition of DMAC can evidently decrease the viscosity of the composite system, increase conductivity and improve electrochemical stability of the composite system. Cyclic voltammograms of a Au electrode illustrate that the process controlled by diffusion rate is irreversible with the average charge transfer coefficient of 0.170 and average diffusion coefficient of 1.096×10-6 cm^2/s. In addition, SEM image shows that Ir film deposited at the reduction peak potential is dense and even, while XRD pattern shows that Ir deposit is polycrystalline structure. 展开更多

The reasons of the static strength dispersion and the fatigue life dispersion of composite laminates are analyzed in this article. It is concluded that the inner original defects, which derived from the manufacturing process of composite laminates, are the common and major reason of causing the random distributions of the static strength and the fatigue life. And there is a correlative relation between the two distributions. With the study of statistical relationship between the fatigue loading and the fatigue life in the uniform confidence level and the same survival rate S-N curves of material, the relationship between the static strength distribution and the fatigue life distribution through a material S-N curve model has been obtained. And then the model which is used to describe the distributions of fatigue life of composites, based on their distributions of static strength, is set up. This model reasonably reflects the effects of the inner original defects on the static strength dispersion and on the fatigue life dispersion of composite laminates. The experimental data of three kinds of composite laminates are employed to verify this model, and the results show that this model can predict the random distributions of fatigue life for composites under any fatigue loads fairly well. 展开更多

目的分析不同氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平慢性肾脏病(CKD)透析患者人体成分、营养状况及心功能状况,为相关并发症的识别、诊断、治疗及动态监测提供理论依据。方法选择南阳市中心医院2020年10月至2021年12月收治的110例CKD透析患... 目的分析不同氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平慢性肾脏病(CKD)透析患者人体成分、营养状况及心功能状况,为相关并发症的识别、诊断、治疗及动态监测提供理论依据。方法选择南阳市中心医院2020年10月至2021年12月收治的110例CKD透析患者,根据透析前血清NT-proBNP水平将其分为低NT-proBNP组(NT-proBNP<7000 ng·L^(-1))和高NT-proBNP组(NT-proBNP≥7000 ng·L^(-1)),然后以透析模式为亚组分组依据,收集患者一般资料、人体成分分析、血液检查指标和心脏超声检查指标,对比患者的人体成分、营养相关生化指标及心功能相关指标。结果(1)高NT-proBNP组患者水负荷、左室收缩末期内径、左室收缩末期容积水平均高于低NT-proBNP组(P<0.05),体重指数、总蛋白、甘油三酯、左室射血分数水平均低于低NT-proBNP组(P<0.05)。对于差异有统计学意义的变量进行亚组分析,结果显示:在血液透析患者中,低NT-proBNP组与高NT-proBNP组患者水负荷、左室收缩末期内径、体重指数、甘油三酯、左室射血分数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在腹膜透析患者中,低NT-proBNP组与高NT-proBNP组患者仅有左室收缩末期内径差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)Spearman相关性分析和logistic回归分析结果显示:水负荷、左室收缩末期内径、左室收缩末期容积水平与NT-proBNP水平呈正相关(r=0.347、0.234、0.219,P<0.05),甘油三酯、左室射血分数与NT-proBNP水平呈负相关(r=-0.307、-0.218,P<0.05),水负荷与NT-proBNP水平独立相关(OR=1.332,95%CI 1.032~1.720,P<0.05)。结论CKD透析患者血清NT-proBNP水平与容量负荷、营养状况及心功能密切相关,应定期监测人体成分与心功能,加强高NT-proBNP水平患者的营养指导与容量控制,进行个体化精准治疗,以减少相关并发症的发生,提高患者的生存质量。 展开更多

In recent years,environmental pollution and energy crisis have become increasingly serious issues owing to the burning of fossil fuels.Among the many technologies,decomposition of water to produce hydrogen has attracted much attention because of its sustainability and non-polluting characteristic.However,highly efficient decomposition of water that is driven by visible light is still a challenge.Herein,we report the large-scale preparation of step-scheme porous graphite carbon nitride/Zn0.2Cd0.8S-diethylenetriamine(Pg-C3N4/Zn0.2Cd0.8S-DETA)composite by a facile solvothermal method.It was found by UV-vis spectroscopy that 15%Pg-C3N4/Zn0.2Cd0.8S-DETA exhibited suitable visible absorption edge and band gap for water decomposition.The hydrogen production rate of 15%Pg-C3N4/Zn0.2Cd0.8S-DETA composite was 6.69 mmol g^-1 h^-1,which was 16.73,1.61,and 1.44 times greater than those of Pg-C3N4,CdS-DETA,and Zn0.2Cd0.8S-DETA,respectively.In addition,15%Pg-C3N4/Zn0.2Cd0.8S-DETA composite displayed excellent photocatalytic stability,which was maintained for seven cycles of photocatalytic water splitting test.We believe that 15%Pg-C3N4/Zn0.2Cd0.8S-DETA composite can be a valuable guide for the development of solar hydrogen production applications in the near future. 展开更多

The dielectric properties of nano Si/C/N composite powder and nano SiC powder at high frequencies have been studied. The nano Si/C/N composite powder and nano SiC powder were synthesized from hexamethyldisilazane ((Me 3Si) 2NH) (Me:CH 3) and SiH 4 C 2H 2 respectively by a laser induced gas phase reaction. The complex permittivities of the nano Si/C/N composite powder and nano SiC powder were measured between 8 2GHz and 12 4GHz. The real and imaginary parts of the complex permittivities of nano Si/C/N composite powder are much higher than those of nano SiC powder. The SiC microcrystalline in the nano Si/C/N composite powder dissolved a great deal of nitrogen. The local structure around Si atoms changed by introducing N into SiC. Carbon atoms around Si were substituted by N atoms. So charged defects and quasi free electrons moved in response to the electric field, diffusion or polarization current resulted from the field propagation. The high ε″and loss factor tgδ(ε″/ε′) of Si/C/N composite powder were due to the dielectric relaxation. 展开更多

N, O-carboxymethyl chitosan (NOCC) composite nanofiltration (NF) membranes were prepared by coating and cross-linking. The fermentation effluent from a wine factory was treated with the resulting NOCC/polysulfone (PSF) composite NF membranes. The permeate flux and the removal efficiencies of the resulting NF membranes for the color, chemical oxygen demand (CODcr), total organic carbon (TOC), and conductivity of the fermentation effluent were investigated in relation to the driving pressure, the feed flow, and the operation time. The permeate flux and the removal efficiencies were found to increase with the increase of the driving pressure or the feed flow. At 0.40 MPa and ambient temperature the removal efficiencies were 95.5%, 70.7%, 72.6%, and 31.6% for color, CODcr, TOC, and conductivity, respectively. The membrane was found to be stable over a 10-h ooeration for the fermentation effluent treatment. 展开更多

To further improve the charge separation and photocatalytic activities of g-C3N4 and CdMoO4 under visible light irradiation,CdMoO4/g-C3N4 composites were rationally synthesized by a facile precipitation-calcination procedure.The crystal phases,morphologies,chemical compositions,textural structures,and optical properties of the as-prepared composites were characterized by the corresponding analytical techniques.The photocatalytic activities toward degradation of rhodamine B solution were evaluated under visible light irradiation.The results revealed that integrating CdMoO4 with g-C3N4 could remarkably improve the charge separation and photocatalytic activity,compared with those of pristine g-C3N4 and CdMoO4.This would be because the CdMoO4/g-C3N4 composites could facilitate the transfer and separation of the photoexcited electron-hole pairs,which was confirmed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,transient photocurrent responses,and photoluminescence measurements.Moreover,active species trapping experiments demonstrated that holes(h+)and superoxide radicals(?O2?)were the main active species during the photocatalytic reaction.A possible photocatalytic mechanism was proposed on the basis of the energy band structures determined by Mott-Schottky tests.This work would provide further insights into the rational fabrication of composites for organic contaminant removal. 展开更多

Si3N4-Si2N2O composites were fabricated with amorphous nano-sized silicon nitride powders by the liquid phase sintering ( LPS ). The Si2 N2O phase was generated by an in-situ reaction 2 Si3 N4 ( s ) + 1.5 02 ( g... Si3N4-Si2N2O composites were fabricated with amorphous nano-sized silicon nitride powders by the liquid phase sintering ( LPS ). The Si2 N2O phase was generated by an in-situ reaction 2 Si3 N4 ( s ) + 1.5 02 ( g ) = 3 Si2 N2O ( s ) + N2 ( g ) . The content of Si2 N2 O phase up to 60% in the volume was obtained at a sintering temperature of 1 650℃ and reduced when the sintering temperature increased or decreased, indicating the reaction is reversible. The mass loss, relative density and average grain size increased with increasing the sintering temperature. The average grain size was less than 500 nm when the sintering temperature was below 1 700 ℃. The sintering procedure contains a complex crystallization and a phase transition : amorphous silicon nitride→equiaxial α- Si3 N4→ equiaxial β- Si3 N4→ rod- like Si2 N2O→ needle- like β- Si3N4 . Small round-shaped β→ Si3 N4 particles were entrapped in the Si2 N2O grains and a high density of staking faults was situated in the middle of Si2 N2O grains at a sintering temperature of 1 650 ℃. The toughness inereased from 3.5 MPa·m^1/2 at 1 600 ℃ to 7.2 MPa· m^1/2 at 1 800 ℃ . The hardness was as high as 21.5 GPa (Vickers) at 1 600 ℃ . 展开更多
