The degradation mechanism of photocrosslinking products formed by cyclized polyisoprene-diazide system under the influence of the different alkyl benzene sulfonic acids was studied. The effects of alkyl chain length and the concentration of alkyl benzene sulfonic acids on the rate of degradation reaction were discussed. It was found that in the initial stage of degradation, the cyclicity ratio and the average fused ring number did not change considerably, but the percentage of uncyclized parts content varied significantly. This catalyst exhibits much higher catalytic activity in the reaction of esterification of Mono-fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene maleate esters with 1,4-butanediol. The structure of carbon-based solid acid catalyst was charactered by IR and XRD, characterizations showed that this catalyst exhibited high –SO3H loading. Reusability of the carbon-based solid acid catalyst for esterification showed that after recycling five times the activity remained unchanged. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid,simple,precise and sensitive ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) method for determination of paeoniflorin-6'-O-benzene sulfonate(acylated derivative of Pae,CP-25) and its primary metabolite(Pae,M1) in rat plasma,and to investigate the effects of gender,food and disease status on the pharmacokinetics after oral administration in rats.METHODS Plasma samples and calibrators were extracted with methanol after addition of the internal standard solution.After evaporation of the methanol layer,the residue was reconstituted in mobile phase,and a 2 μL of the sample was injected into a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm × 50 mm,1.7 μm) column for separation at a flow rate of 0.5 mL·min^(-1) at 40℃.The mobile phase was composed of 0.1% formic acid in water and methanol(68∶32,V/V).RESULTS The developed UPLC-MS/MS method was linear in the concentration range of 2-800 mg·L^(-1).Validation of the method proved that the method′s precision,selectivity and stability were all within the acceptable limits.Pharmacokinetics study showed that CP-25 could have more extensive distribution in females than that in males but no differences in M1.Food intake could also increase the extent of absorption and decrease the rate of clearance of CP-25 and M1 after oral administration in rats.The disease status would decrease the absorption of CP-25 in rats.Comparing single-and multiple-dosing in adjuvant arthritis(AA) model,absorption of CP-25 and M1 was improved with increasing dosage.CONCLUSION The developed UPLC-MS/MS method is sensitive,specific and was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetics of CP-25 and M1 in rats.And a significant gender,food intake and disease status differences for CP-25 and M1 were observed in this study. 展开更多

Recent Development on Zero-Phosphate Spray Dried Detergent Powders Incorporated with Palm C16 Methyl Ester Sulfonates

Palm C16 methyl ester sulphonate (C16MES)is an anionic surfactant that has the potential as active ingredient in the production of laundry detergent powders. Although C16MES has been successfully applied in the production of high-density laundry detergent powders (HDDP), it coulingd not be employed directly as it is in the spray drying process for the production of low-density laundry detergent powders (LDDP) without compromising the detergency and other significant properties. This research paper highlights the pilot-scale experimental study, which performed to produce phosphate-free laundry detergent (PFD) powders incorporated with binary anionic surfactants of C16MES and linear alkyl benzene sulphonic acid (LABSA). Past laboratory experiments revealed that PFD powders resulted from C16MES/LABSA of 50:50 ratio and of pH 7-8 have good detergency stability upon one-week of continuous heating in an oven at 50~C with 85% relative humidity. Based on these laboratory results, subsequent experiments were carded in a 5 kg/hr capacity co-current pilot spray dryer using PFD formulations comprising six different ratios of C16MES/LABSA (0:100, 20:80, 40:60, 80:20 and 100:0) under the same pH condition. Three PFD formulations were selected for further evaluation based on their characteristics in the spray drying process. The cleaning properties and particle properties of the resulting spray dried detergent powders from these selected formulations were analyzed. Based on the overall evaluation, C16MES/LABSA in 40:60 ratio was selected as the ideal PFD formulation. Further tests confirmed that spray dried detergent powder (SDDP) from the ideal formulation has high level of biodegradability (60% in 13 d), low eco-toxicity properties (LC50 of 11.3 mg/L) and moderate flowability charactedsUcs (Hausner ratio of 1.27 and Carr's index of 21.3). 展开更多

目的:建立顶空-气相色谱法测定芍药苷-6’-O-苯磺酸酯中的6种残留溶剂的测定方法。方法:采用顶空-气相色谱法,HP-INNOWAX(0.530 mm×30 m,1μm)石英毛细管柱,氢火焰离子化检测器,载气为氮气,流速5 mL/min;柱温为程序升温,进样口温度... 目的:建立顶空-气相色谱法测定芍药苷-6’-O-苯磺酸酯中的6种残留溶剂的测定方法。方法:采用顶空-气相色谱法,HP-INNOWAX(0.530 mm×30 m,1μm)石英毛细管柱,氢火焰离子化检测器,载气为氮气,流速5 mL/min;柱温为程序升温,进样口温度为120℃,检测器温度260℃。顶空进样条件:顶空平衡时间为30 min,平衡温度80℃,定量环温度95℃,传输线温度90℃。结果:测定的6种有机溶剂完全分离,在相应浓度范围内线性关系良好。甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和碳酸二甲酯的定量限分别是10.0 mg/kg,5.0 mg/kg,1.0 mg/kg,1.5 mg/kg,1.0 mg/kg和5.0 mg/kg,检测限分别是3.0 mg/kg,1.5 mg/kg,0.3 mg/kg,0.45 mg/kg,0.3 mg/kg和1.5 mg/kg。加标回收率、精密度、重复性和耐用性的RSD均小于10%。结论:本方法可以较好地用于测定芍药苷-6’-O-苯磺酸酯中的残留溶剂,对芍药苷-6’-O-苯磺酸酯的质量控制提供了科学依据。 展开更多

Background Keratinocytes play a crucial role in the biological function of skin barrier.The relationship between sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and keratinocytes has been studied.However,the cytotoxicity and effects of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS),a common detergent similar to SLS,on keratinocytes are still not known.This study aimed to investigate the effects of SDBS on cytotoxicity and expression of proinflammatory cytokines in cultured human keratinocytes.Methods This study was carried out using the keratinocytes cell line,HaCaT cells.The cytotoxicity of SDBS on HaCaT cells was evaluated with cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) and phase-contrast microscopy.After exposure to different concentrations of SDBS,the total RNA of the HaCaT cells was extracted for evaluating the relative mRNA expression of IL-1α,IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α by qPCR.The supernatants of cells were collected for measuring the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results SDBS at concentrations of 20 Jg/ml and over showed direct cytotoxicity and induced morphological changes of the HaCaT cells.The mRNA expressions of IL-1a,IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α in different concentrations of SDBS at different time were comparable with that of controls.SDBS at concentrations of 5,10,and 15 μg/ml had no significant effects on IL-6 and IL-8 excretion from HaCaT cells after 24-hour exposure.Moreover,no significant effects on the IL-6 and IL-8 excretion were found after 10 and 15 μg/ml S DBS stimulations for 6,12,and 24 hours,respectively.Conclusion SDBS at higher concentrations had cytotoxicity on HaCaT cells but had no effects on the mRNA expression of IL-1α,IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α,that was different from SLS. 展开更多

分散剂对羟基磷灰石除氟剂制备的影响

羟基磷灰石(HAP)是经济高效且安全低碳的除氟剂,其制备时存在反应体系颗粒团聚板结导致产品性能不佳问题。该研究以熟石灰和磷酸为原料,采用加入分散剂的反向滴加化学沉淀法在常温下制备HAP除氟剂,探索分散剂对HAP制备的影响。结果表明... 羟基磷灰石(HAP)是经济高效且安全低碳的除氟剂,其制备时存在反应体系颗粒团聚板结导致产品性能不佳问题。该研究以熟石灰和磷酸为原料,采用加入分散剂的反向滴加化学沉淀法在常温下制备HAP除氟剂,探索分散剂对HAP制备的影响。结果表明:十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)/乙二醇组合为最佳分散剂,且SDBS、乙二醇和氢氧化钙的最佳质量比为1∶1∶1 000。在优化分散条件下,制得的产品除氟容量达16.56 mg/g,提高了32.90%。反应体系pH值随着氢氧化钙加入而不断升高,在105 min时达到最高值12.96,之后持续降低至8.13。OH-消耗速率与除氟量增加速率的比值先升高后降低,其在180 min时达到最大值4.98,在235 min后低于1.00。颗粒团聚粒径在60 min后持续减小,360 min时产品的d10、d_(50)和d_(90)分别为7.46、15.65和42.41μm,d_(50)和d_(90)较对照组分别降低了56.83%和52.21%。产品中HAP晶体呈纳米级,以团聚形式存在。产品能快速去除水中氟离子,符合拟二级动力学模型。 展开更多

为有效治理煤尘对生产环境的污染,以润湿性差的焦煤为试验材料,研究阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate, SDBS)对粉尘润湿性及喷雾降尘的影响。通过研究不同质量分数的SDBS溶液表面张力、接触角、反渗... 为有效治理煤尘对生产环境的污染,以润湿性差的焦煤为试验材料,研究阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate, SDBS)对粉尘润湿性及喷雾降尘的影响。通过研究不同质量分数的SDBS溶液表面张力、接触角、反渗透、喷嘴雾滴粒径及降尘效率,展开SDBS强化喷雾降尘试验研究。基于自行设计的喷雾降尘试验平台,采用常用的X形旋流压力喷嘴展开喷雾降尘试验研究。研究结果显示:溶液SDBS质量分数由0逐渐增加至0.005 00%时,溶液表面张力逐渐减小至28.8 mN/m,此后继续增大SDBS质量分数,表面张力减小幅度小于1 mN/m;溶液SDBS质量分数由0逐渐增加至0.500 00%,接触角由75.44°下降至16.71°且呈不断减小的变化规律;煤尘反渗透吸湿量随SDBS质量分数增加呈不断增大的趋势,质量分数为0.500 00%时煤尘吸湿量的增幅最大;随着SDBS质量分数逐渐增加,喷嘴雾滴粒径先减小后增大,降尘效率先增加后降低,且极值点质量分数均为0.005 00%。SDBS最佳喷雾降尘质量分数为0.005 00%。研究结果可为喷雾降尘现场配制SDBS溶液提供理论依据。 展开更多

The molecular non-covalent interaction often originates from the electrostatic attraction and accords with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption. The sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS)-polychrome blue B (PCB)-protein [bovine serum albumin (BSA), ovalbumin (OVA) and myoglobin (MB)] ternary reaction has been investigated at pH 3.88. Protein to replace PCB from the PCB-SDBS binding product was used to characterize the assembly of an invisible-spectral compound, SDBS, on proteins by measuring the variation of PCB light-absorption by the microsurface adsorption-spectral correction (MSASQ technique. The effect of ionic strength and temperature on the aggregation was studied. Results showed that the aggregates SDBS(92)(.)BSA, SDBS(58)(.)OVA and (SDBS15MB)-M-. at 30 degreesC and SDBS(83)(.)BSA, SDBS(39)(.)OVA and (SDBS10MB)-M-. at 50 degreesC are formed. 展开更多

该研究旨在探明十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)胚胎发育毒性和仔鱼神经毒性的影响,科学评估水体中SDBS污染的环境生态风险。将受精后4 h的黄颡鱼胚胎暴露于质量浓度为0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8 mg·L^(-1)的... 该研究旨在探明十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)胚胎发育毒性和仔鱼神经毒性的影响,科学评估水体中SDBS污染的环境生态风险。将受精后4 h的黄颡鱼胚胎暴露于质量浓度为0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8 mg·L^(-1)的SDBS中,观察胚胎孵化累计死亡率、畸形率;并通过检测5日龄仔鱼脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶活性及相关基因的转录水平、5-羟色胺及相关基因的转录水平,探讨其神经毒性的潜在机制。结果显示,与对照相比,暴露处理的黄颡鱼胚胎孵化畸形率提高4.5~14.5百分点(P<0.05),死亡率提高7.8~23.4百分点(P<0.05)。与对照相比,暴露处理正常仔鱼和畸形仔鱼的乙酰胆碱酯酶活性分别显著降低12.0%~50.5%和15.0%~53.9%(P<0.05),暴露处理仔鱼乙酰胆碱酯酶基因mRNA转录水平下降;暴露处理正常仔鱼和畸形仔鱼5-羟色胺含量分别显著降低2.6%~9.9%和3.0%~11.1%(P<0.05),暴露处理仔鱼5-羟色胺基因的转录水平降低。上述结果表明,十二烷基苯磺酸钠暴露显著提高了黄颡鱼胚胎孵化的死亡率和畸形率;SDBS通过抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性和5-羟色胺含量水平影响神经传导,抑制神经递质相关基因表达,从而对黄颡鱼产生胚胎发育毒性及神经毒性作用。 展开更多

为评估十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)的毒性效应,在水温(24.5±0.3)℃下,将体质量(101.4±16.5)g的黄颡鱼饲养在流水充气的水泥池中,暴露于0.0 mg/L、0.2 mg/L、0.4 mg/L、0.6 mg/L和0.8 mg/L质量... 为评估十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)的毒性效应,在水温(24.5±0.3)℃下,将体质量(101.4±16.5)g的黄颡鱼饲养在流水充气的水泥池中,暴露于0.0 mg/L、0.2 mg/L、0.4 mg/L、0.6 mg/L和0.8 mg/L质量浓度的SDBS中10 d后,测定血清溶菌酶(LZM)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、肝胰脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)和补体C3含量、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)等,并用荧光定量PCR仪检测脾脏补体C3和CAT基因相对表达量。结果表明:SDBS暴露后黄颡鱼血清中的溶菌酶和碱性磷酸酶活性、补体C3和免疫球蛋白含量降低,肝胰脏的超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性及总抗氧化能力降低,而丙二醛含量升高。SDBS暴露后黄颡鱼脾脏中补体C3、CAT基因m RNA转录水平下调,在高浓度暴露组(0.8 mg/L)中补体C3基因m RNA转录水平显著下调(P<0.05),在0.4~0.8 mg/L浓度暴露组中CAT基因m RNA转录水平显著下调(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,0.4~0.8 mg/L的SDBS暴露浓度降低了黄颡鱼抗氧化能力和免疫水平。 展开更多

目的:探讨芍药苷-6-氧-苯磺酸酯(CP-25)通过Toll样受体4(TLR-4)/核因子κB(NF-κB)信号通路对卵巢癌细胞增殖、凋亡的影响。方法:CCK-8实验检测人卵巢癌细胞A2780、SK-OV-3、HO8910及正常卵巢细胞HOSEpiC的活性。A2780细胞分为对照组(0.... 目的:探讨芍药苷-6-氧-苯磺酸酯(CP-25)通过Toll样受体4(TLR-4)/核因子κB(NF-κB)信号通路对卵巢癌细胞增殖、凋亡的影响。方法:CCK-8实验检测人卵巢癌细胞A2780、SK-OV-3、HO8910及正常卵巢细胞HOSEpiC的活性。A2780细胞分为对照组(0.01%二甲基亚砜)、CP-25低(0.5 mg/ml CP-25)、中(1 mg/ml CP-25)、高(2 mg/ml CP-25)浓度组和CP-25高浓度+LPS组(2 mg/ml CP-25和0.1μg/ml TLR-4激活剂LPS)。CCK-8和克隆形成实验评估细胞增殖能力;流式细胞术和TUNEL染色分析细胞凋亡情况;Western blot分析增殖蛋白Ki67、凋亡相关蛋白(Cleaved caspase-3、Caspase-3、Bax、Bcl-2)、TLR-4、p-NF-κB p65、NF-κB p65蛋白表达水平;免疫荧光染色观察TLR-4、NF-κB p65蛋白表达。结果:与HOSEpiC细胞相比,A2780、SK-OV-3、HO8910细胞活性随CP-25浓度增加而逐渐减弱(P<0.05),且CP-25在低、中、高浓度下对A2780细胞的生长有50%左右的抑制作用,故采用A2780细胞进行实验。与对照组相比,CP-25低、中、高浓度组A2780细胞克隆形成率显著下降,细胞凋亡率和凋亡指数明显上升,Ki67、Bcl-2、TLR-4、p-NF-κB p65表达水平和细胞核NF-κB p65水平显著降低,Cleaved caspase-3/Caspase-3、Bax表达显著升高(P<0.05),且呈现浓度依赖性。与CP-25高浓度组相比,CP-25高浓度+LPS组细胞活性、克隆形成率明显升高,细胞凋亡率和凋亡指数明显降低,Ki67、Bcl-2、TLR-4、p-NF-κB p65表达水平和细胞核NF-κB p65水平明显升高,Cleaved caspase-3/Caspase-3和Bax表达明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:CP-25通过抑制TLR-4/NF-κB信号通路抑制卵巢癌细胞增殖并促进其凋亡。 展开更多
