The Impact of Destination Image on Tourist Willingness to Revisit:A Case Study of Nanning Garden Expo

The researcher aims to examine the impact of destination image of Nanning Garden Expo on tourist willingness to revisit.In this study,Nanning Garden Expo,a famous comprehensive park in Nanning,Guangxi,is selected as the research object.Based on previous literature and theories,the author analyzes and explores the relationship between the destination image of Nanning Garden Expo and tourist willingness to revisit.The research tool is questionnaire and the sample size of the survey data is calculated by Cochrane formula,and the data collection volume is 385.The statistics used in the data analysis are descriptive statistics including frequency distribution,percentage,mean,standard deviation,and inferential statistic for testing hypothesis.The researcher applies multiple regression analysis models to examine which independent variables have strong or weak relationships with dependent variables.Hypothesis test indicates that destination image has a significant positive impact on tourist willingness to revisit.Based on the results of the empirical study,relevant suggestions are proposed for how to enhance tourist willingness to revisit for Nanning Garden Expo and promote the healthy and sustainable development of tourism.

Research on Flora in Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area in Nanning City

Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area is a famous tourism destination in Nanning City.Based on site survey,identification and data sorting for many years,the features of plant flora in Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area were analyzed as below:① There are totally 1 431 species of vascular plant species,belonging to 752 genera and 174 families(including varieties,cultivated variations and variants,the same as below),among which there are 48 species of fern,belonging to 36 genera and 21 families,42 species of gymnosperm,belonging to 14 genera and 8 families,1 341 species of angiosperm,belonging to 702 genera and 145 families;② There are diversified species dominated by introduced and cultivated species;③ Relatively simple geographical components,mostly are tropical and subtropical regions;④ Being located in the transitional zone of tropical and subtropical regions with obvious tropical marginality;⑤ Most of the introduced species are rare and endangered ones,rarely are unique or ancient species.

Evaluation of Heavy Metals Contamination on Representative Fruits in Nanning

[ Objective] The research aimed to analyze the contents of heavy metals in the typical fruits of Nanning and evaluate the pollution status of heavy metals in fruits of Nanning. [ Method] Five kinds of typical fruits （litchi, longan, dragon fruit, mangosteen and pineapple） in Nanning were collected to measure contents of heavy metals including Cd, Pb, As and Hg. According to standard of pollution-free fruits （GB18406.2 -2001 ）, pollution evaluation was conducted, and cumulative degrees of different fruits on a variety of heavy metals were contrasted. [ Result ] The heavy metal contents of all fruits were qualified. Comprehensive pollution index of dragon fruit was the maximum, and its cumulative capability on various heavy metals was the strongest. [ Conclusion] The pollution degrees of all fruits were safety in Nanning, and pollution level was clean.

Research on Plant Diversity of Street Greening in Nanning

Based on the research of plant diversity of 50 roads and the analysis of the plant species richness and composition,some aspects are compared:the frequency of species occuring,the diversity of evergreen plants and native plants.The ornamental characteristics diversity of plants are analyzed,and the inadequate aspects are proposed to make some countermeasures.

Comparative Analysis on Observation Data of the Transfer Station in Nanning National Weather Station

[Objective] The research aimed to analyze difference of the observation data by transfer station in Nanning National Weather Station. [Method] By using observation data (atmospheric pressure, temperature, relative humidity, wind direction and speed, precipitation, sunshine, etc.) from January to December in 2000 at old and new Nanning National Weather Station, difference of the each meteorological factor was contrasted. Main reason for difference of the each meteorological factor was analyzed from altitude, underlying surface property and station environment. [Result] Atmospheric pressure and temperature at new station were both lower than that at old station, while relative humidity and wind speed were both higher than that at old station. Rainfall and sunshine had big differences at new and old stations, but variation did not have rule. Main reasons for obvious difference of the meteorological factor were that altitude, observation environment, terrain and underlying surface property at new and old stations were different. Influences of the altitude and observation environment were especially significant. [Conclusion] The research provided basis for continuity and homogeneity correction of the data sequence at Nanning National Weather Station.

Correlation between sarcopenia and vital capacity in elderly people in Nanning

To investigate therelationship between sarcopenia and vital capacity(VC)in older adults in Nanning by investigating their humanbody composition and VC.A total of 355 middle-aged and elderly people(male 86,female 269)in Nanning wererandomly selected,their VC and body composition were measured by using the vital capacity tester and bodycomposition analyzer.①VC,BMI,skeletal muscle mass index(SMI)of male were higher than those of female,but the fat mass(FM)and body fat rate(BF%)were lower than that of female.②The VC in the male sarcopeniagroup was lower than that of the control group.③BMI and systemic muscle mass(SMM)in the male and femalesarcopenia group were lower than those in the control group,and the FM and trunk muscle mass(TMM)in thefemale group were lower than those in the control group.

The Seasonal Rainfall Forecast in Nanning City in 2019 with the Method of Trend Comparison Ratio (TCR)

In this paper, the monthly rainfall statistical data of Nanning City, Capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, from 2006 to 2018, were collected. On the basis of qualitative analysis of the rainfall seasonal changing law, the non-linear seasonal rainfall forecast model on Nanning City with the method of Trend Comparison Ratio (TCR) was established by the statistical analysis software Office Excel 2013. The model was used to predict the rainfall in spring, summer, autumn and winter in Nanning in 2019. The results were: 286.41 mm, 695.79 mm, 292.20 mm and 118.11 mm, respectively. It was also found that the predicted results were consistent with the seasonal distribution characteristics, annual distribution characteristics and the trend of historical rainfall time series fluctuation, through the qualitative analysis of figures. Compared with the actual measured rainfall data of Nanning City in 2019 in the China Statistical Yearbook (2020), the predicted values are basically consistent with the measured values.

Late Oligocene Melia(Meliaceae) from the Nanning Basin of South China and it's biogeographical implication

Melia L. is a small genus of only 2–3 species, which is native to Indo-Malesia, India, Pakistan and southern parts of tropical Africa. Fossil records of Melia are known from the early Miocene to the Pleistocene. Here we describe some mummified fossil endocarps of Melia from the upper part of the Yongning Formation(late Oligocene) in Nanning Basin, South China. These well-preserved stony endocarps are 8–14 mm long and 5–9 mm wide, and have 5 locules with a single spindle seed per locule. We interpret these endocarps as the internal remains of a Melia drupe, and assign them as a new species: M. santangensis sp. nov. This is the only fossil record of anatomically preserved Melia found in China, and also the oldest fossil record of Melia so far reported globally. The fossil record confirms the presence of Melia in Asia at the late Oligocene, and provides evidence supporting the distribution and dispersal hypothesis of the Meliaceae.

Experience of Sponge City Master Plan: A Case Study of Nanning City

As a new urban development pattern, the construction of sponge cities has been deeply integrated into the new urbanization and water safety strategy. Nanning City, as one of the first batch of experimental sponge cities in China, has undertaken exploration and practice on sponge city planning, construction, and management. The sponge city master plan of Nanning City establishes an urban ecological spatial pattern in order to protect the security of the sponge base. The sponge city construction strategy has also proposed an overall construction strategy of a sponge city in line with urban development features. Through the systematic analysis and planning, a "23+10+202" pattern of sponge city construction has been formed. "23" represents 23 drainage basins, in which major sponge facilities such as storage facilities, waterfront buffer zones, wetland parks, ecological rainwater corridor and sponge parks are allocated. "10" represents 10 sponge functional zones, which provide important reference for the establishment of sponge city construction index system. Xu Chunfu was a famous medical expert in the Ming Dynasty, who authored the Gu Jin Yi Tong Da Quan and the Yi Xue Zhi Nan Jie Jing Liu Shu. This paper uses the Xu family genealogy, literature catalog, historical records to study the Xu family’s life and deeds. Xu Chunfu was born in the second year of the Jiajing reign of the Ming Dynasty (1523) and passed away in the 24th year of the Wanli reign of the Ming Dynasty (1596). He served as an official in the Tai Hospital for about 20 years. His work Gu Jin Yi Tong Da Quan was written around the 43rd year of the Jiajing reign of the Ming Dynasty (1556), with a lower limit of the fifth year of the Longqing reign of the Ming Dynasty (1571), and the initial engraving time was not earlier than the eighth year of the Wanli reign of the Ming Dynasty (1580). This paper corrects the shortcomings and errors in previous research, and provides a comprehensive and systematic examination of Xu Chunfu’s life and works.
