Thomas Hobbes(1588-1679)put forward"state of nature",a term of political theory which had completely changed the Western political philosophy. Deeply influenced by this concept, Daniel Defoe(1660-1731) showed us an island of the state of nature in his Robinson Crusoe. A print of man's foot on the sand, which evoked Robinson's fear, had become a symbol of the state of nature for Robinson's life on the island, and finally brought him a"state of war". 展开更多

[ Objective] The paper was to explore the residual dynamics and degradation rule of high concentration carbendazim in natural condition. [ Method J The earbendasim solutions with mass fractions of 0.2% ( recommended concentration), 0.4% (2 times of the recommended concentration) and I. 0% (5 times of the recommended concentration) were sprayed on plant leaves, and the residual amount of earbendazim in natural condition was determined. The dynamic models of carbendazim residues Under 3 concentrations were also studied. [ Result~ The degradation of earbcndazim under recommended concentration was accorded with Kinetic model for degradation, but the degradation Kinetic model for samples under 2 times and 5 times concentration appeared dissimilation. The residue of carben- dazim on plant was affected by absorption capacity of plants and weather conditions. The absorption capacity was affected by application concentration and growth condition of plant, higher concentration application and slow growth stage of p]ant were not conducive to the absorption of carbendazim; weather condition was mainly referred to temperature and humidity, higher temperature and dry weather were not conducive to the degradation of earbendazim. [Condusion ] The paper provided theoretical basis for guiding the application of carbendazim under different growth stages of crops and different weather conditions in agricultural production. 展开更多

This article is the continuation of article [1] where the experimental facts of observation of the electroscalar radiation in the spectrum of the Sun have been presented [2]. This radiation comes into the world having a long wavelength, being longitudinal and extraordinarily penetrating. In accordance with the principle of least action, the Lagrangian of the electroscalar field and the tensor of energy-moment are determined using the variation the potential and coordinates. The equation of motion the charged particle in electroscalar field is determined and the energy of particle has the negative sign with respect to the mechanical energy of particle and the energy of electromagnetic field. So, this is decreasing the electrical potential of particle during the propagation. The electroscalar energy of charged particle and field’s force acting on the particle during their motion change the particle’s electrical status which, in its turn, may trigger the transition of the particle into a compound state during interaction with any object. Due to the continuity this process can lead the particle to the state which enters into a compound state with a negative energy for a different particle’s velocity. This state is the physical vacuum’s state. Analysis of the solar spectrum demonstrates that scattering and absorption of electroscalar wave go on the cavities of solids. The spreading out of electroscalar field obeys to the law of plane wave and the transfer the energy and information can occur in vacuum and any medium. 展开更多

The law "Trial and Error Ordinance" enacted in 2006 and spreading throughout China especially since 2016 is the best starting point for China's democratization, because Chinese government officials cannot be confronted with their new challenges directly without the right to trial and error. This study has tried to build a new democratic theory, mistake-tolerant democracy based on the right to trial and error with Chinese characteristics and Western value to guide Chinese democratized way. The right theory of mistake-tolerant democracy is the new right paradigm, "the right to trial and error as an original right and mutual empowerment theory" proposed by the combination of the state of nature and the scientific method of trial and error rather than natural right theory and social contract theory. Mistake-tolerant democracy emphasizes that the people have the equal right to trial and error as an original right, and the officials' right to trial and error are granted "from the people and should empower the corresponding rights to them, which is the meaning of mutual empowerment theory. 展开更多

Headwater streams play a major role for provision of ecosystem services,e.g.drinking water. We investigated a high-altitude headwater catchment of the Kharaa River(including 411st-order rivers)to understand the impact of land cover(especially forest cover),environment and human usage on runoff, chemical water quality and macroinvertebrate fauna in a river basin under discontinuous permafrost conditions in an arid, sparsely populated region of Mongolia. To verify our hypotheses that different landuses and environmental impacts in permafrost headwaters influence water quality,we investigated 105 sampling sites,37 of them at intermittent stream sections without water flow.Discharge was positively impacted by land cover types steppe, grassland and forest and negatively by shrubland, forest burnt by wild fires(indicating a reduction of permafrost)and slope.Water quality was affected by altitude, longitude and latitude, shrub growth and water temperature.Shannon diversity of macroinvertebrates was driven by water temperature, iron content of the water, flow velocity, and subbasin size(adjusted R^(2)=0.54).Sample plots clustered in three groups that differed in water chemistry, macroinvertebrate diversity, species composition and bio-indicators.Our study confirms that steppes and grasslands have a higher contribution to runoff than forests, forest cover has a positive impact on water quality, and diversity of macroinvertebrates is higher in sites with less nutrients and pollutants. The excellent ecological status of the upper reaches of the Kharaa is severely threatened by forest fires and human-induced climate change and urgently needs to be conserved. 展开更多

The political philosophy of Thomas Hobbes is one of the cornerstones of modern liberalism. Resting on controversial doctrines of freedom, perception, human nature, and history, the foundations of Hobbesianism presuppose an emergence of reason from matter-in-motion that Hobbes never adequately explains. In this paper I explore the motivations and consequences of his neglect of fundamental philosophical problems through a series of ambiguous uses of key terms manifested his work: nature, necessity, and God in metaphysics and theology; freedom in politics; intelligible unity in epistemology; and imagination in ethics. These show up, respectively, in his doctrines of naturalism, political science, phenomenalism, and the state of nature. While it may be that Hobbes's metaphysical ideas are finally incoherent, this only raises a further question: Might Hobbes have recognized that the goal of a liberal state-a common human war against death-can only be grounded on sketchy and inadequate metaphysics, to be suppressed and avoided so far as possible? Primarily through a reading of the Leviathan, I explore this question and tentatively propose that an affirmative answer is warranted. 展开更多
