Systematic Review of Community Type 2 Diabetes Structured Health Education (CT2DSHE)

Aim: This paper aims to evaluate disparities of type 2 diabetes structured health education programmes that is utilised within the communities. Design: systematic review, (a type of secondary research design) aiming to summarize the results of prior primary research studies on available evidence Community type 2 diabetes structured education (CT2DSHE). Methods: Research question: Type 2 diabetic structured health education within a community how effective is it? Qualitative Systematic review, defined as a way to get reliable and objective picture of current available evidence on the specific topic—(CT2DSHE), (Denscombe, 2021) through reflexivity synthesis of available data as an example. This is valuable in time constraints such as project assignments that must be met within specific time and also to bring together available evidence together [1]. Results: This review has shown that CT2DSHE is effective with seven out of the eleven authors supporting, three authors against and one was neutral, further showed that knowledge and skills acquired can last longer with patient activation improved among T2DM patients ideal for sustaining their self-management of T2DM. Conclusion: This research provides suggestive answers to the research question: “Type 2 diabetic structured health education within a community how effective is it?”, This has demonstrated CT2DSHE effectiveness in knowledge acquisition and improving T2DM awareness among T2DM patients, whilst evidencing long effects beyond the study times of 3 - 9 months period in relation to patient activation. Also Identified diabetes education self-management on newly diagnosed (DESMOND) patient as CT2DSHE program for recommendation. Patient or Public Contribution: This work aspires to contribute to CT2DSHE in these areas;Influencing policy decision-making for community diabetes care within the UK and world at large., Contributing to already vast knowledge on diabetes self-management and reasons why?, Influencing educators on how CT2DSHEP are designed, delivered by putting the patient at the Centre and bringing different perspectives on CT2DSHEP in one place that is serving users time of having to consult several resources especially busy clinicians [2] [3].

Professional Development of County-level Physical Education Teachers from the Perspective of the New Curriculum Standards:A Case Study of Huaiji County

Using methods such as questionnaire survey and literature review,a survey was conducted on the professional development of physical education teachers in Huaiji County under the background of the new curriculum standards.The research results found that physical education teachers in Huaiji County have a relatively good distribution structure in terms of teaching experience,age,and education level,but the gender ratio and professional title ratio need to be improved.In terms of professional competence,teachers have shown good performance in teaching implementation ability,but there is still room for improvement in teaching design ability.A certain proportion of teachers still express dissatisfaction with professional title promotion,hardware configuration satisfaction,salary and benefits,and school reward mechanisms.Based on this,this study proposes some measures to improve the professional development level of county-level physical education teachers,such as enhancing teachers teaching design and implementation abilities,strengthening the cultivation of technical action demonstration abilities,improving hardware configuration satisfaction and teaching effectiveness reflection level,strengthening guidance and support for teachers professional development,and enhancing the promotion and implementation of post employment training.

Research on the Ideological and Political Education in the Curriculum of Human Resource Management in China

Based on the teaching concept of “Ideological and Political Education in the Curriculum”, taking the curriculum of “Human Resource Management” as an example, this paper explores the reform of ideological and political education design from the perspective of moral education objectives and teaching contents. The course takes “carrying forward the craftsmanship spirit” as the main line, and takes” constructing a pattern of high-quality education” as the main task, which not only cultivates students’ professional skills in human resource management, but also integrates ideological and political elements into all modules of human resource management, pays attention to students’ ideological trends and attaches importance to students’ ideological education. In the teaching content, the course introduces ideological and political elements such as craftsmanship spirit, entrepreneurship spirit and Chinese traditional culture. In the recruitment and selection section, the importance of craftsmanship spirit is emphasized, and talents who strive for excellence and excellence are advocated for selection. In the performance management section, combined with entrepreneurial spirit, the value of innovation driven and efficient execution is explored. When discussing about employee development, it is important to integrate socialist core values and balance individual and collective interests. Enhancement of Innovation Competence of College Students Majoring in Mathematics Education through Curriculum Optimization

The innovation competence of K-12 education teachers undoubtedly plays a crucial role in fostering the innovation abilities of their students.K-12 mathematics education equips students with the critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for their future studies in colleges and universities,helping them grasp complex techniques to address challenges in everyday life and their careers.Therefore,it is of great significance to study strategies for improving the innovation competence of college students majoring in Mathematics Education,as they will likely become K-12 education mathematics teachers directly after graduating from colleges or universities.In this paper,we study strategies for enhancing the innovation competence of college students majoring in Mathematics Education through curriculum optimization.We analyze and explain in detail the importance of innovation competence for college students majoring in Mathematics Education and the difficulties encountered in enhancing college students’innovation competence.With the help of the analysis of the importance and challenges of enhancing college students’innovation competence,we propose several strategies to improve the innovation competence of college students majoring in Mathematics Education based on curriculum optimization.The findings presented in this paper can be applied to develop strategies for college students majoring in Physics and Chemistry Education.

The Insights and Influence of the Sydney Accord on the Teaching Reform of Vocational Education in China: A Case Study of Professional Curriculum Achievement Evaluation

Scientific curriculum evaluation methods are critical for achieving talent training objectives.The Sydney Accord,one of the three major engineering education certification agreements,focuses on the training of“engineering technologists.”Its logical system and three core principles align well with the connotation development of professional construction in China’s higher vocational colleges,offering significant insights for promoting reform and development in engineering education in Chinese colleges and universities.By incorporating the core principles,elements,and graduate quality defined in the Sydney Accord and focusing on the evaluation of curriculum achievement against“graduation requirements,”the quality of vocational education can be enhanced,making it an important direction for future teaching reforms in vocational education.

Exploration of the Integration of Curriculum Ideology and Politics into the Educational Pathway of Standardized Training for General Practice Residents

In recent years,the national higher education reform has proposed the concept of curriculum ideological and political education as a major element.This integration into the standardized training of general practice residents(commonly referred to as general resident training)is an unavoidable trend in the teaching field.Based on the actual situation of our unit at The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University,this paper emphasizes the necessity of incorporating ideological and political education into the general resident training curriculum,despite the absence of pertinent practical experience in how to effectively incorporate such courses into comprehensive residential training.In our hospital,we must assess the ideological and political education in the curriculum of general resident training,proposing a scientific,reasonable ideological and political education concept system for general practice courses,integrating ideological and political education with general practice resident training,and strengthening the team of ideological and political education physicians to teach them to carry out such education,this would foster enthusiasm and initiative.Strengthening admission education and training for general practice resident training,as well as regularly hosting symposiums to share ideas and understand the mission of doctors can provide effective experience for ideological and political education in general resident training courses.

Discussion on the Construction and Application of Virtual Reality-Based Curriculum Resources for Kindergarten Education

The construction of early childhood curriculum resources serves as a vital vehicle and precondition for the implementation of collective teaching activities in kindergartens.However,traditional curriculum resources based on graphic language or the linguistic descriptions of early childhood educators often fail to provide children with an immersive experience during collective teaching activities,leading to a lack of initiative and interest in learning.This paper discusses the methods for building a kindergarten curriculum resource library and,based on this foundation,employs virtual reality technology for three-dimensional modeling of the library to enrich the curriculum resources in kindergartens.Furthermore,this paper proposes to train early childhood educators in virtual reality technology to enhance their abilities to operate and utilize virtual reality equipment,which can emphasize the children’s central role in the learning process,better achieve educational goals,and improve teaching outcomes.

Since the new curriculum reform,labor education has gradually shed its marginalized position in the“five educations,”and the labor curriculum has become an independent course officially separated from comprehensive practical activity courses.Exploring the practical path of labor curriculum in compulsory education in China has become the primary task of labor education in China.Based on the practical situation of labor curriculum in compulsory education in China,drawing on the theory of overlapping influence domains,and from the perspective of collaborative education among family,school,and community,this paper proposes a curriculum practical path of“school-led”family-school-community collaboration and a curriculum practical path guided by“student-centered”sentiment,in order to provide references for the practice of labor curriculum in compulsory education in China.

This paper firstly analyses the due evaluation indexes of curriculum civics and politics in physical education of higher vocational colleges and,based on the indexes,puts forward suggestions to improve the quality of teaching curriculum civics and politics in physical education of higher vocational colleges and universities in Chongqing.It involves maintaining steadfast adherence to professional attributes,unwavering commitment to Sanquan education,and thorough exploration of professional civics and political elements.This approach also entails supplementing extracurricular civics and political resources and utilizing a variety of methods such as contextual teaching and role-modeling to the fullest extent.At the same time,we increase the opportunities for civics and political practice inside and outside the classroom and develop teaching evaluation and assessment in civics and politics.

The Influence of Physical Education Curriculum Reform on Students’Physical Fitness:Taking Guangdong University of Foreign Studies as an Example

The purpose of this study is to deeply explore the impact of physical education(PE)curriculum reform on students’PE test results.By comparing the data of students’PE tests before and after the reform,analyzing the results of the questionnaire survey,and interviewing teachers and students,this paper reveals the significant effect of curriculum reform in improving students’PE test results.It is found that the curriculum reform effectively stimulates students’interest and participation in sports through optimizing teaching content,innovating teaching methods,improving evaluation systems,and increasing extracurricular sports activities,thus improving students’physical fitness and physical test scores.This study provides an empirical basis and suggestions for further promoting PE curriculum reform.

Analysis of the Application Effect of Structured Healthcare Education in Brittle Diabetic Patients

Objective:To explore the application effect of structured healthcare education in patients with brittle diabetes mellitus.Methods:188 brittle diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=94)and the observation group(n=94)according to the random number table method.The control group used conventional nursing intervention and the observation group used structured healthcare education.The general information,glycemic indexes,self-efficacy,compliance,and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed.Results:There was no statistical significance in the basic information of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after the intervention,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and HbA1c of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.001);after the intervention,the self-efficacy scores of the patients in the two groups increased,and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001);the total adherence rate of the patients in the observation group(90/95.75%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80/90.10%)(χ^(2)=6.144,P<0.05);and the total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group(92/97.87%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78/82.98%)(χ^(2)=12.042,P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with brittle diabetes mellitus,structured healthcare education can effectively control patients’blood glucose levels,improve patients’self-efficacy and adherence,and enhance patient satisfaction.

Application of Structured Health Education and Combined 5A Nursing Model in Self-control of Vulnerable Chronic Diseases: Take Coronary Heart Disease as an Example

Objective:To explore the intervention effect of the Structured Health Education course and 5A nursing model for self-control of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Using the random sampling method,124 elderly CAD patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The control group line routine health education,experimental group take structured health education combined with 5A nursing before and after the intervention using a coronary heart disease assessment questionnaire,coronary heart disease self-control scale evaluation of two groups of intervention,compare two groups before and after intervention blood pressure,blood sugar,body mass index,lipid index level and complications within 8 months after discharge.Results:After the course intervention,the disease cognition and self-behavior of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.1).Conclusion:This course is suitable for elderly patients with coronary heart disease.The 5A model improves the cognitive and management ability of elderly patients to a certain extent,which is worthy of clinical application.

Curriculum critique and change paper on English curriculum for English major students in Chinese higher education

English-language schooling has become a focal point for the Chinese education sector,since English has become the communicative means for global political,cultural and economic exchanges.This new reality means that more is expected from tertiary-level English majors who become increasingly crucial as cross-cultural communicators.Considering the importance and popularity of English major programs,efforts relating to improvements in the existing 2000 Curriculum for English Major Chinese tertiary students Studies for Chinese universities are constantly being discussed.The Curriculum,in turn,attracts the attention of educators,as it is closely connected to teaching context,teaching method,evaluation of language programs,and so on.As such programs are never perfect and always require change and adaptation to changing contexts,what is needed is critique and innovation.This paper aims at analysing the existing 2000 Curriculum and putting forward some innovations and extrapolating the educative values of these reforms.The structure of the paper consists of four major sections.It begins with an evaluation of the existing 2000 Curriculum,both the positive and the problematic aspects of the program.The second section maps out three proposed innovations: Problem-Based Learning(PBL),Task-Based Language Teaching(TBLT) and the inclusion of Chinese cultural material.I then elaborate the advantages of the reform in contrast to the existing system.The final part of the paper extrapolates the various educative values of these reforms.

Developing a curriculum model of English teaching for master's degree nursing education in a Chinese medicine university

Objective:English for Specific Purpose(ESP)is the essence for developing scientific research capacity,which is a core component for postgraduate education.The objective of this article is to develop a curriculum model for ESP of Master's level nursing education in a Chinese medicine university.Method:A three-year action research approach with continuous reflection and modification was used to develop an ESP curriculum based on the RICH model.A total of 78 students of Master's Science in Nursing enrolled in 2016-2018 and three course teachers in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine participated in the study.The ESP curriculum based on the RICH model involved research-based learning topics(R),integrated curriculum(Ⅰ),cooperative learning methods(C),and humanistic outcome(H).Results:The passing rate of the students was 100%,the excellent rate was 79.5%,with an average score of 83.16±3.43.All students were satisfied with the ESP course design and acknowledged the process of"growing up under the pressure".Four students have published five articles in the journals included by Science Citation Index(SCI).Conclusions:The study exerted a positive effect on the ESP teaching and learning and provided new ideas for the ESP curriculum integration of Master's Science in Nursing in China.

Challenge, opportunity and development： Influencing factors and tendencies of curriculum innovation on undergraduate nursing education in the mainland of China

Background： As the deep influence of traditional medical education, many undergraduate nursing colleges and universities in China still keep the traditional disease-focused curriculum system. However, it became outdated as the Chinese high nursing education developed. Meanwhile, the increasing demand of nursing human resources stimulates the enrollment expansion of colleges. All of these bring more difficulties and opportunities for nurse educators who are endeavoring to reform the undergraduate curriculum. Methods： The authors retrospectively reviewed the related literature, illustrated the existing challenges and opportunities during the curriculum renewal process in China. This paper also analyzed the ten- dencies of Chinese baccalaureate curriculum innovation. Results： Chinese current undergraduate nursing curriculum has larger proportion of basic medical courses, which brings great challenge for nursing educators. In the meantime, the expansion of enroll- ment brings conflicts with existing nursing education resources in China. Integration, humanization, internationalization and diversification are main tendencies leading the future nursing curriculum innovation in China. Conclusions： The more effective teaching innovations in the nursing education system are in great demand.
