Quality Assessment by Evaluation of Network-based Teaching Environments

This paper introduced the objectives, instruments and methods for the evaluation firstly, Then the paper exemplified the criteria to evaluate the learntng management system and online courses. At the end, the author came the conclusion that the results of evaluation should be implemented continuously to implore the systems services and submitted to the scientific community to check their rigidity and validity.

基于Co-Teaching的噪声标签深度学习

大规模数据在人为标记时易出现标记误差,导致数据集存在噪声标签,影响深度神经网络模型的泛化。Co-teaching等现行研究方法中的样本选择机制易使噪声样本流入被选的干净标签样本子集,在训练中难以较好地控制深度神经网络模型对被选干净样本子集的拟合。因此,文中提出一个基于Co-teaching改进的新算法。该方法通过增加两个正则化损失来分别避免模型过于信任某单一类别和陷入局部最优解中。此外,引入大学习率衰减训练方法使模型在训练初期更倾向学习干净标签样本特征以得到较好的模型参数。与Co-teaching结果相比,文中模型在20%和50%对称噪声以及45%非对称噪声环境下,在MNIST、CIFAR-10合成噪声数据集及Animal10N现实数据集上的性能均取得了提升。

Experimental Study of Primary School Students’Independent Reading Based on the Network Teaching Platform

The development of information technology, especially the rise of online teaching platforms, has changed the way people read and the methods they use. Under this influence, primary school students’ independent reading has also been changed. However, due to limited self-control and understanding, primary school students face certain difficulties when using online teaching platforms for independent reading. Advantages and disadvantages of distance learning based on the network teaching platform were summarized in this paper. A one-year experiment study was carried out on our school fifth-grade students in independent reading using WeChat campus platform considering their current situation and existing problems of independent reading. In experiment study an independent reading mode was introduced. The results show that this reading mode can significantly improve students’ independent reading ability.

Application Status and Promotion Strategy of Integrated Network Teaching Platform——Taking Northwest A&F University as an Example

The construction of an integrated network teaching platform based on Internet technology brings new opportunities for the development of higher education. Taking the construction of the integrated network teaching platform of Northwest A&F University as an example,the current situation and existing problems in the construction of the integrated network teaching platform of the Northwest A&F University are explained. By proposing the promotion strategies for the application of the integrated network teaching platform,the construction of the integrated network teaching platform is improved,thereby facilitating the online and offline mixed teaching and further promoting the improvement of teaching level and teaching effect.

Adaptive Learning with Large Variability of Teaching Signals for Neural Networks and Its Application to Motion Control of an Industrial Robot

Recently, various control methods represented by proportional-integral-derivative （PID） control are used for robotic control. To cope with the requirements for high response and precision, advanced feedforward controllers such as gravity compensator, Coriolis/centrifugal force compensator and friction compensators have been built in the controller. Generally, it causes heavy computational load when calculating the compensating value within a short sampling period. In this paper, integrated recurrent neural networks are applied as a feedforward controller for PUMA560 manipulator. The feedforward controller works instead of gravity and Coriolis/centrifugal force compensators. In the learning process of the neural network by using back propagation algorithm, the learning coefficient and gain of sigmoid function are tuned intuitively and empirically according to teaching signals. The tuning is complicated because it is being conducted by trial and error. Especially, when the scale of teaching signal is large, the problem becomes crucial. To cope with the problem which concerns the learning performance, a simple and adaptive learning technique for large scale teaching signals is proposed. The learning techniques and control effectiveness are evaluated through simulations using the dynamic model of PUMA560 manipulator.

Improved Neural Network Prediction on Electrochemistry Properties of AB_5-Based Alloy

A traditional neural network was improved in two ways. An improved algorithm is associated into the network in order to enhance the optimization rate and predictability of the network. Two different methods were supplied to improve the generalization of the network. With this improved neural network, the properties of the AB_5-based hydrogen-storage alloys, the initial discharge capacity and capacity retention ratios after charge-discharge cycles, were predicted. A better prediction result was obtained by using the network.

WinoNet:Reconfigurable look-up table-based Winograd accelerator for arbitrary precision convolutional neural network inference

To solve the hardware deployment problem caused by the vast demanding computational complexity of convolutional layers and limited hardware resources for the hardware network inference,a look-up table(LUT)-based convolution architecture built on a field-programmable gate array using integer multipliers and addition trees is used.With the help of the Winograd algorithm,the optimization of convolution and multiplication is realized to reduce the computational complexity.The LUT-based operator is further optimized to construct a processing unit(PE).Simultaneously optimized storage streams improve memory access efficiency and solve bandwidth constraints.The data toggle rate is reduced to optimize power consumption.The experimental results show that the use of the Winograd algorithm to build basic processing units can significantly reduce the number of multipliers and achieve hardware deployment acceleration,while the time-division multiplexing of processing units improves resource utilization.Under this experimental condition,compared with the traditional convolution method,the architecture optimizes computing resources by 2.25 times and improves the peak throughput by 19.3 times.The LUT-based Winograd accelerator can effectively solve the deployment problem caused by limited hardware resources.
