The construction of archives in colleges and universities in China is in the process of development and improvement.With the development information technology,the informatization of college archives has been accelerated.Network technology is developing rapidly in our country,and the number of network users has increased significantly.The use of network technology in university archives management can improve the management efficiency and quality of archives,but the safety factor has dropped significantly.For example,the archival system may face many problems such as virus infection,system paralysis,or cyberattacks,which affects the security of the university archives.Therefore,this paper presents an analysis of these problems in detail,and proposes corresponding solutions,so as to optimize and improve the information security management of college archives. 展开更多

In order to support the future digital society,sixth generation(6G)network faces the challenge to work efficiently and flexibly in a wider range of scenarios.The traditional way of system design is to sequentially get the electromagnetic wave propagation model of typical scenarios firstly and then do the network design by simulation offline,which obviously leads to a 6G network lacking of adaptation to dynamic environments.Recently,with the aid of sensing enhancement,more environment information can be obtained.Based on this,from radio wave propagation perspective,we propose a predictive 6G network with environment sensing enhancement,the electromagnetic wave propagation characteristics prediction enabled network(EWave Net),to further release the potential of 6G.To this end,a prediction plane is created to sense,predict and utilize the physical environment information in EWave Net to realize the electromagnetic wave propagation characteristics prediction timely.A two-level closed feedback workflow is also designed to enhance the sensing and prediction ability for EWave Net.Several promising application cases of EWave Net are analyzed and the open issues to achieve this goal are addressed finally. 展开更多

For swarm robots moving in a harsh or uncharted outdoor environment without GPS guidance and global communication,algorithms that rely on global-based information are infeasible.Typically,traditional gene regulatory networks(GRNs)that achieve superior performance in forming trapping pattern towards targets require accurate global positional information to guide swarm robots.This article presents a gene regulatory network with Self-organized grouping and entrapping method for swarms(SUNDER-GRN)to achieve adequate trapping performance with a large-scale swarm in a confined multitarget environment with access to only local information.A hierarchical self-organized grouping method(HSG)is proposed to structure subswarms in a distributed way.In addition,a modified distributed controller,with a relative coordinate system that is established to relieve the need for global information,is leveraged to facilitate subswarms entrapment toward different targets,thus improving the global multi-target entrapping performance.The results demonstrate the superiority of SUNDERGRN in the performance of structuring subswarms and entrapping 10 targets with 200 robots in an environment confined by obstacles and with only local information accessible. 展开更多

With the increasing sharing and reuse of personal information resources for better public services, the effective protection and management of personal information as organizational and individual assets as well as social resources are becoming more and more important in networked Chinese public sectors. Existing studies of personal information protection in China is mainly conducted from the legal perspective with a focus on the development of appropriate legislation and policies at the national level. There is little research on how specific legislation and polices can actually be implemented in an effective manner and what impacts such legislation and policies have on individuals, organizations, and the society. To adequately address this issue, this study investigates the legal requirements for personal information protection based on the relevant laws, regulations, and standards in China. It proposes a comprehensive regime for personal information protection in the networked public sectors in China. Such a regime takes the advantages of existing discipline-based approaches, legal requirements, and control mechanisms for personal information protection. It can be used to facilitate the provision of public services in the networked Chinese public sectors through the adequate protection of personal information and the effective management of personal information. 展开更多

本文基于镶嵌理论和声誉理论,以2007—2020年沪深A股上市公司为样本,研究独立董事所处网络中心度对所任职企业数字化转型的影响。研究发现,独立董事所处的网络中心度越高,企业数字化转型的程度越大,说明董事网络显著促进了企业数字化转... 本文基于镶嵌理论和声誉理论,以2007—2020年沪深A股上市公司为样本,研究独立董事所处网络中心度对所任职企业数字化转型的影响。研究发现,独立董事所处的网络中心度越高,企业数字化转型的程度越大,说明董事网络显著促进了企业数字化转型。经稳健性检验后,该结论仍然成立。机制检验表明,独立董事网络中心度通过降低代理成本、缓解融资约束推动企业数字化转型进程。进一步研究发现,对于制度环境较差地区的企业、信息透明度较高的企业以及民营企业,独立董事网络中心度对企业数字化转型的推动作用更显著。研究结论对于如何推动数字经济与实体企业深度融合,实现企业高质量发展有重要的参考价值。 展开更多

The environmental quality of livestock houses is key to livestock breeding and directly affects the growth and health of animals.To target the characteristics of long application cycles and large coverage areas for environmental monitoring in large-scale livestock breeding,the current study designed a remote monitoring system to provide livestock environmental information based on LoRa wireless ad hoc network technology.The system consisted of collection terminals,control terminals,LoRa gateways,and Alibaba Elastic Compute Service.It realized real-time collection,wireless transmission,storage of multi-sensor node data,and remote control.The system was not limited by the selected time or region,because data interaction was achieved by accessing cloud servers using GPRS technology.Users could browse and obtain data from computers and a WeChat mini program from any location with network coverage.Additionally,the system used the improved receiver-based auto rate(RBAR)rate-adaptive algorithm in the LoRa wireless communication component.After application on a dairy farm,the results showed that the whole system collected 6140 sets of environmental data from four dairy houses.The packet loss rate was less than 1%within a communication distance of 604 m,and the communication success rate was greater than 99%.The control instructions were real-time and accurate,and the response time was less than 10 s,which met the remote control needs of large farms.The system provided powerful data and technical support for precision animal production. 展开更多

[Method] The architecture of wireless sensor network, network nodes, hardware design as well as principle for the program structure of software operating system and corresponding parameters were analyzed to illustrate the characteristics of monitoring system for field soil water content based on wireless sensor network, and the advantages in application of this system. [Result] Sensor nodes could correctly collect and transmit soil water content, realize stable data transmission of soil water content, indicating that wireless sensor network is suitable for real-time monitoring of field soil water content. [Conclusion] This study indicates that wireless sensor network possesses a widely application foreground in the development of agriculture. 展开更多

为了探究非正式组织视角下煤矿工人不安全行为的形成路径,找寻影响煤矿工人不安全行为的因素,在现有研究基础上,提出组织环境和社会网络关系对煤矿工人不安全行为具有导向性的假设,通过编制量表、发放问卷的方式收集数据资料,运用SPSS... 为了探究非正式组织视角下煤矿工人不安全行为的形成路径,找寻影响煤矿工人不安全行为的因素,在现有研究基础上,提出组织环境和社会网络关系对煤矿工人不安全行为具有导向性的假设,通过编制量表、发放问卷的方式收集数据资料,运用SPSS分析软件、AMOS建模工具进行数据处理和模型拟合,确定了煤矿工人不安全行为的形成路径。结果表明:组织环境和社会网络直接或间接作用于煤矿工人不安全行为;不安全行为形成有2条主路径,分别是组织影响→不安全监督→不安全行为前提条件→煤矿工人不安全行为、关联程度→依赖关系→煤矿工人不安全行为;通过对改善的组织环境和行为监管社会网络关系,提升煤矿工人非正式组织氛围,可以有效减少煤矿工人不安全行为的发生,为煤矿企业管理决策提供新思路。 展开更多

Aiming at this situation, by using the method of T-S fuzzy neural network model to analyze the characteristics of the data transmission in network, it has obtained corresponding threat information. By processing these threat information, it completes the construction of three-dimensional power security defense system. The paper carries on the corresponding data training methods by using T-shirt model fuzzy neural network, which has certain reference significance for the data analysis of other similar fields. Integrated with GIS and remote sensing(RS) technology,a systematic analysis and its methodology for human-settlements social environment has been introduced.This methodology has been called spatial trend field model(STFM).STFM's application history in the field of human-settlements social environment has been discussed at first.Then,some index data models have been created through STFM,which include population density trend field,human activity strength trend field,city-town spatial density trend field,urbanization ratio trend field,road density trend field,GDP spatial density trend field and PER-GDP spatial density trend field.With all above-mentioned indexes as input data,through Iterative Self-Organizing Data Analysis Techniques Algorithm(ISODATA),this paper makes a verification study of Chongqing municipality.The result of the case study confirms that STFM methodology is credible and has high efficiency for regional human-settlements study. 展开更多
