Based on the questionnaire survey for 431 new generation minority migrant workers in Kunming City,we carried out empirical research on education demands of these migrant workers and its influence factors.Survey results show that their education demands have significant features in learning purposes,contents,expenses,willingness,and manners,which are subject to subjective mentality,economic income,social relation network,as well as shortage in social supply of education and training.Therefore,apart from solving training problem of new generation minority migrant workers,government should also highly value their demands of training and arouse their enthusiasm for participation in training in accordance with cultural and psychological characteristics and living environment of these migrant workers. 展开更多

Under the direction of theory of human resources development,this thesis analyzes the impact of rural human resources development oncultivating new-type farmers.Firstly,it increases the input of rural basic education;secondly,it reinforces the vocational education and technologytraining;thirdly,it promotes the rural medical and public health services;fourthly,it quickens the rural labor transfer.The status quo of China's ruralhuman resources has been analyzed as follows:in terms of the quantity of rural human resources,the status quo is large and quick-developed baseof rural human resources,high labor participatory rate,and constitution of low age;in terms of the quality of rural human resources,the status quois the ubiquitous low quality of rural human resources,low technological level of rural human resources,and overall low physical quality of farmers;in terms of the structure of rural human resources,the status quo is the irrational industrial structure distribution and imbalanced regional structuredistribution.The thesis also discusses the edification of theory of human resources development in cultivating new-type farmers.First,in terms ofthe control over quantity of rural human resources,it is to keep the stability of family planning policy,and expedite the transfer of rural surplus la-bor;second,in terms of promoting the quality of rural human resources,it is to bolster the development of reserve rural labor force resources,toconstruct the adult educational training system with Chinese characteristics,and to build rural primary health care system;third,in terms of adjus-ting the structure of rural human resources,it is to perfect rural human resources market,and adjust rural economical structure and talents struc-ture. 展开更多

Purpose:The number of international students in China has been increasing over the recent decades.The rapid expansion of the international student population aroused concerns over the capacity of Chinese universities to fulfill international students’expectations toward academic development.Perceiving student learning experiences as an important indicator of higher education quality,this article focuses on undergraduate international students in China and discusses their learning experiences from three perspectives,i.e.,perceived learning environment,academic engagement,and student development.Design/Approach/Methods:Data were generated by a survey involving 1,428 international students studying for an undergraduate degree at 34 universities in China.Descriptive statistics were calculated,and the structural equation model was applied.Findings:The research showed the respondents’academic development in a range of skills and abilities,while their learning experiences at the Chinese higher education institutions(HEIs)were largely unsatisfactory.Specifically,the research revealed the respondents’moderate-to-low-level evaluation of perceived classroom learning environment,their low level of academic engagement,and the significant negative influences of the perceived classroom learning environment and academic engagement on their academic development.Originality/Value:The analysis holds implications for the enhancement of positive learning experiences of international undergraduate students in China and the improvement of the quality of Chinese international student education.Student learning experiences are an important indicator of the quality of college teaching.Drawing on the data generated by a survey involving 1,428 international students studying for an undergraduate degree at 34 universities in China,this presentation explores the characteristics of international undergraduate students’learning experiences in Chinese universities and analyzes the relationship among the three dimensions of their learning experiences. 展开更多

The turn towards using domestic experience in contemporary Chinese educational studies has led to the development of theoretical frames rooted in the reality of Chinese society.This article identifies four ways of understanding and reforming Chinese society that have been developed by 20th century Chinese educators.By reflecting on these four approaches,and on the modern value oriented reactions to social transformation expressed by contemporary Western educational scholars,this article argues that Chinese educational scholars face two essential tasks when developing theories based on domestic experience so as to make positive contributions to China's unfinished project of modernity.The first is to study the phenomena of imbalance,alienation,and backwardness caused by all kinds of economic and cultural movements and forces in the huge space of Chinese society,and the second is to develop progressive educational ideas that are robust enough to counter these phenomena. 展开更多

Digital and smart education has become the new orientation of educational reform.Further promoting the application of the pilot Smart Education of China platform is one of the effective means to implement the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Informatization,an essential deployment of China’s strategic decision on digital education and a pivotal move to stimulate the construction of digital China.With the Smart Education of China as the research object and based on its strategic superiority and connotation of construction,the paper analyzes the current status and development of the construction and application of smart education platforms and resources,explores the patterns and methods of provincial promotion with Jiangsu Province as an example,and puts forth countermeasures and suggestions in terms of platform interconnection,resources construction,innovation mechanism,digital transformation,and safety specification.This paper aims to provide reference and experience for the provincial promotion,application,and practice of the Smart Education of China.It also targets at facilitating the interconnected promotion and innovative application in different places,establishing the“extensively accessible”smart resource public service system at the country,province,city,county,and school levels. 展开更多

目的探讨以目标为导向的计算机教育改革-构思、设计、实施、运行(target oriented project centered authenticity enhanced reform of computer education based on-conceive,design,implement,operate,TOPCARES-CDIO)理念结合目标导... 目的探讨以目标为导向的计算机教育改革-构思、设计、实施、运行(target oriented project centered authenticity enhanced reform of computer education based on-conceive,design,implement,operate,TOPCARES-CDIO)理念结合目标导向管理在手术室新进护士教育培训中的应用效果。方法采用前后对照研究设计,选取2019年1月—2023年6月于河北大学附属医院手术室工作不足1年的60名新进护士,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组30名。对照组采用传统的教育培训模式,试验组采用TOPCARES-CDIO理念结合目标导向管理的教育培训模式。比较2组新进护士培训前后的核心能力、护理实践行为、职业获益感、技能能力、护理质量和医患满意度等指标的变化。结果培训后,2组新进护士的核心能力、护理实践行为、职业获益感、技能能力、护理质量和医患满意度得分高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TOPCARES-CDIO理念结合目标导向管理的教育培训模式能有效提高手术室新进护士的核心能力、护理实践行为、职业获益感、技能能力、护理质量和医患满意度,有利于促进手术室新进护士的专业发展和团队协作。 展开更多
