Study on the Construction and Evaluation System of Clinical Midwifery Teaching Faculty under the New Nursing Model

Objective:To explore the impact of the construction of a clinical midwifery teaching faculty and the development of an evaluation system under the new nursing model on the current teaching quality.Methods:From July 2022 to March 2023,10 clinical teaching teachers and 20 midwifery interns from Beijing Anzhen Hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University were selected as the subjects of this study.The clinical teaching teachers and midwifery interns were divided into an observation group and a control group,with each group including 5 clinical teaching teachers and 10 midwifery interns.The observation group received daily management and evaluation under the new nursing model,while the control group received management and evaluation under the traditional nursing model.The teaching quality evaluation of clinical midwifery teaching teachers by midwifery interns,the exit exam scores of midwifery interns,and the scores of clinical teaching teachers’internship lectures and teaching rounds were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the scores for teaching attitude,teaching skills,and teaching management in the teaching quality evaluation of clinical midwifery teaching teachers were higher than those in the control group.The professional theory scores(91.28±3.64)and overall nursing comprehensive scores(92.56±4.38)of midwifery interns in the observation group were higher than those of midwifery interns in the control group(81.58±2.27 and 80.29±3.33,respectively).The scores for internship lectures(89.32±4.15)and teaching rounds(90.64±5.52)in the observation group were also significantly higher than those in the control group(80.46±3.28 and 81.24±4.38,respectively),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The management of the clinical midwifery teaching faculty under the new nursing model effectively improved the quality of clinical teaching.It significantly enhanced the teaching effectiveness of clinical teaching teachers and the proficiency of midwifery interns in clinical operations,making it worthy of promotion and use.

A New Model of Software Engineering Education and Exploration of Professional Curriculum Teaching

This paper focuses on the problems,opportunities,and challenges faced by software engineering education in the new era.We have studied the core ideas of the new model and reform,the specific measures implemented,and the challenges and solutions faced.The new model and reform must focus on cultivating practical abilities,introducing interdisciplinary knowledge,and strengthening innovation awareness and entrepreneurial spirit.The process of reform and innovation is carried out from the aspects of teaching methods,teaching means,and course performance evaluation in the teaching practice of software engineering courses.We adopt a method of“question guiding,simple and easy to understand,flexible and diverse,and emphasizing practical results”,optimizing the curriculum design,providing diverse learning opportunities,and establishing a platform for the industry-university-research cooperation.Our teaching philosophy is to adhere to the viewpoint of innovative teaching ideas,optimizing teaching methods and teaching means,and comprehensively improving the teaching quality and level of software engineering education.

Teaching Model Integrating Online and Offline in Real Time ——An Exploration of New Teaching Mode for Regular Epidemic Prevention and Control

During epidemic,students in medium-risk or high-risk areas are unable to return to school on time.In response to this new challenge,there is an urgent need to create a new teaching mode to offer on-line courses to those absent from the offline classes,and we propose a model integrating online and offline teaching.It is based on“dual-camera”method,which allows off-campus students to virtually build up a physical classroom scenario on campus through computers and mobile phones.Using this model,students can participate in class remotely.In order to enhance the engagement of off-campus online students,emphasis is placed on interactive teaching.Teachers are required to design their teaching in advance and to work in collaboration with multiple departments,then using information technology and suitable teaching methods to enable students to participate in physical classroom teaching.This model has been tested in practice and has been successful in meeting the challenges.Finally,4 areas for improvement and refinement are identified.

Research on the Intelligent Teaching Model of Principles of Economics Course under the New Media

With the rapid development of the internet,smart classroom has become the research interest of modern-day educational informatization.With Tiktok,WeChat,QQ,and other new media,the intelligent teaching model of"new media+education" has been derived.The research subject in this study is the economic and management xmdergraduate course,Principles of Economics.In regard to that,it is expounded based on the new media and an intelligent teaching model is designed in line with the development of colleges and universities in the new era to change the plight of the traditional classroom teaching model,stimulate learners'enthusiasm and interest in learning,as well as improve the teaching effect.

The Construction of Digital Media Art Teaching Model in the New Media Era

In new media era,the network coverage is wider,application of mobile terminals is more convenient,speed of information dissemination is fully accelerated,scope of dissemination is wider and people's access to information is more diversified.Therefore,the current media has become an indispensable part of human’s lives such as changing the way human live,work,learn and communicate daily.In this context,it is compulsory to improve the traditional teaching methods in order to keep in pace with the fast development and promote art education through the combination of technology and art.This paper analyses the current situation of digital media art teaching and the construction path of teaching model in the new media era.

Teaching Reform of Building Construction Course under the Background of New Digital Technology

With the advent of the information age,all walks of life have paid more and more attention to the development and application of digital technology.At the same time,the construction industry,which is a traditionally important industry,is not an exception.A series of high-tech digital technologies have been widely used in architectural design and construction,such as BIM technology,3D printing technology,and VR technology.In view of the teaching link of architectural talent training,it is necessary to keep up with the development trend of the digital age,integrate these three kinds of technology into architectural teaching,and impart knowledge to students from planar 2D textbooks to 3D visual digital models,and further transform it from 3D digital to physical perceive or virtual simulation level,and reform teaching methods in all dimensions and in all dimensions to improve teaching effect.In this paper,the feasibility and necessity of integration of the above three architectural digital techniques into the teaching process of"building construction"from the aspects of teaching content,teaching method and teaching evaluation were discussed,and a new teaching model under the background of digital technology was proposed,which has certain teaching reference significance.

新工科背景下融合“互联网+”模式的应用型人才培养改革

应用型人才教育必须在实践中进行,而学生也应该进行系统的知识学习与能力培养。该文为响应我国加快建设高水平应用型本科人才,以青岛理工大学信息与控制工程学院为试点,研究基于新工科背景下融合“互联网+”新模式的教学理念,充分利用“互联网+”模式对高校实践创新本科教学进行发展优化,培养出适应新工科发展变革下的创新应用人才,并形成了“一中心两融合三维度四平台”的本科应用型人才教育教学改革新模式。

PBL联合TFC教学模式在神经内科规培教学中的应用

目的探讨PBL联合TFC教学模式在神经内科规培教学中的应用效果,评估其对规培医生临床实践能力和专业素养的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2024年1月在我院神经内科轮转的80名规培医生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各40名。实验组采用PBL联合TFC的教学方式,对照组采用传统的LBL教学方式,比较两组规培医生在性别、年龄、学历、出科时的理论及技能考核成绩,教学效果及教学满意度情况。结果两组规培医生的性别、年龄、学历差异性均无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组规培医生的理论考核成绩和技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实验组在临床思维能力、临床诊治能力、理论联系实际能力、医患沟通能力、自主学习能力、团队协作能力及总体教学效果方面的评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实验组规培医生对教学的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合TFC教学模式在神经内科住院医生规范化培训中的效果优于传统教学模式,值得在神经内科住培临床带教中推广应用。

基于互联网+构建药理学课程OTO混合式教学模式

互联网技术的迅速发展和普及,使得教学工作的形式、场所和对象都发生了巨大的改变。传统教学模式需适应技术的发展,进行整体变革与重构,才能克服发展与传统的矛盾掣肘。建立与“互联网+”背景相适应的教学机制,构建新型线上线下课堂教学体系是当今课堂教学改革的重要方向。文章基于教学实践,思考和讨论如何将互联网技术与传统课堂教育相融合,建立以互联网结合课堂的平台为依托,以学生能力培养为核心,符合我国国情,促进师生共同成长发展的药理学教学新模式。

以“项目”为中心的环境科学综合性实验教学模式探索

根据环境科学专业本科生环境监测、仪器分析和环境化学实验课程培养目标,文章阐述了以“项目”为中心的综合性实验教学模式的意义,并从实验教学的对象、方案设计和教学效果3个方面阐述了该教学模式的实施情况。该教学模式激发了学生对环境科学专业实验的学习自主性,强调知识整合而不是割裂,促进了学生将理论学习与实际项目结合,解决实际环境问题,提升了实验课程的教学效果。

“双碳”背景下催化原理及应用教学模式探索与实践

针对“双碳”背景下新能源科学与工程专业人才培养与新时代企业用人要求匹配差、学生上课参与度低及创新实践动手能力差等问题,将“双碳”理念贯入整个教学环节,重点探究了“教师主导、学生为主”的理论授课方法,探索了“虚拟仿真实验-实验室小试实验-企业示范装置”三级驱动实践教学方法,建立了“双碳”背景下基于学为中心的催化原理及应用教学模式,助力绿色低碳理念纳入教育教学体系。

基于新型“1+X+N”人才培养模式的一流本科课程建设探索

为了适应时代的发展需求,响应国务院提出的在应用型本科高校启动“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度(即“1+X”证书制度)的试点工作,民办本科院校积极探索“1+X+N”人才培养新模式。在人才培养新模式下,省级一流本科课程光纤通信技术课程组从明确课程定位、推动教学改革、加大资源建设、优化教学内容与实施过程、推进课程思政、改善课程成绩评定等方面开展工作,努力提升学生在光纤通信方面的综合应用能力,培养出满足新时代通信发展需求的高质量人才。

“新农科”背景下土壤肥料学线上线下混合式教学的应用

在当前信息化技术快速发展的背景下,基于互联网的在线教育为教育教学改革和教学体系的构建带来了新的机遇与挑战。融合线上线下的混合式教学模式是对网络教学和传统课堂教学两种教学方式的优势互补与整合。本文以黑龙江八一农垦大学专业基础课土壤肥料学为例,依托超星学习通平台,构建线上线下混合式教学模式,实现课前预习、课中互动、课后复习、实验操作、全方位考核评价等多个教学环节有机结合,不仅有效提升学生学习主动性和积极性,而且强调过程性考核的重要性。新型教学模式有效促进网络教育与传统教育深度融合,进一步探索和强化课程内容,强调学以致用,为新时期现代农业建设培养具备坚实的理论基础和富有创新能力的农业应用型人才。

肿瘤学新型教学模式的应用探讨

肿瘤学是一门专业性强、涉及面广的独立学科。我国肿瘤学教学虽已取得长足的发展,但是仍存在许多问题。本文从肿瘤学教学的现状切入分析,介绍当前肿瘤学教学中所应用到的新型教学模式,具体包括基于SPOC的翻转课堂教学模式、规范化临床试验教学模式、多学科综合治疗(MDT)教学模式、案例式教学模式、以问题为基础(PBL)教学模式、双语教学模式、循证医学与案例式(CBL)教学模式、思政教育教学模式等,并简要指出应用新型教学模式的要求,以期为肿瘤学教学提供可靠参考,有效提升医学院校肿瘤学专业的教学质量,并为培育更多的高素质医学人才提供强大助力。

新工科背景下食品类专业硕士培养方式的研究与实践——以河南科技大学食品加工与安全专业为例

目前,我国未能形成具体的、适合专业硕士的培养方式,不能满足社会对复合型、高层次、应用型人才的需求,构建符合现代发展需求的专业学位研究生培养方式势在必行。以河南科技大学食品加工与安全专业为例,针对新工科背景下专业硕士的培养方式,从思政教育与专业课程融合、加强顶层设计、完善导师教学和考核制度、扩展专业知识、加强理论与实践结合等多个方面进行探讨。

高职院校分层创业教育体系研究——基于TPB和教学方法-教学影响综合模型

文章基于计划行为理论,结合教学方法与教学影响,提出高职院校创业教育课程体系建设,必须根据学生的背景特点进行分层教育、专创融合,采用行为主义和体验式教学方法,着重培养机会型创业人才,将教学计划内外的教育行为,都纳入创业教育课程体系的“广义课程”,为大学生设定“创业遗传代码”,促进新创企业的产生,从而服务于国家社会的经济增长。

中外合作办学人才培养新模式研究——以“混凝土结构”课程为例

随着国家对中外合作办学的支持,越来越多的高校致力于对中外合作办学模式的探讨。青岛理工大学土木工程学院以“混凝土结构”课程为例,针对中美合作办学培养新模式构建了经济全球化背景下源源不断培养国际人才的教学体系:中外教师先后对同一门课程进行线下课堂与远程授课紧密结合的“三位一体”教学,实行“分步走一体化”的流程,保证学生能够立足于国内外的混凝土建筑案例,夯实专业基础,充分拓宽国际视野。与传统中外合作办学模式相比,新型模式避免了赴外求学可能面临的种种风险,提高了学生对外文专业知识的了解程度。最终达到培养着眼于国际视野的高素质技术人才的目标,保证各种突发情况下国际化人才教育培养不停摆。

新工科背景下数据库原理课程改革探究——以河北科技师范学院为例

结合我校数据库原理课程的教学现状,按照新工科的人才培养目标,提出了以农业信息化为基础构建教学内容,通过具体实验实现成果导向的人才培养要求,并“以学生为中心”开展线上线下混合式教学的课程教学方案。实践证明,该课程改革能够培养学生对数据库的全局性思维,增强学生对数据库系统具体应用场景的认知,启发学生主动思考,从而提高课程学习的有效性,培养新工科背景下数据库专业人才。

“任务链+研学支架”教学模式的建构——新工科视角下“遥感数字图像处理”课教学改革

目前,传统教学在内容的系统性、认知活动高阶性、价值引领实效性、促学效果等方面存在着较严重的问题,为此,“遥感数字图像处理”课程基于新工科教学理念,以遥感技术的综合应用情境重构课程体系,开启“任务链+研学支架”教学模式,加强培养学生遥感应用能力和创新能力,以遥感技术服务社会需求为育人路径。新模式的构建,实现了应用与研学互动、研学与研教并举、育人与育才同构的效果,对同类型新工科课程具有借鉴意义。
