目的:了解non-HDL-C和remnant cholesterol与肥胖儿童亚临床动脉粥样硬化(AS)的关系。方法:根据甘油三酯(TG)水平将65例肥胖儿童(肥胖组)分为I组(TG≥2.3 mmol/L)32例,II组(TG<2.3 mmol/L)33例,与肥胖组儿童性别年龄相匹配的正常体... 目的:了解non-HDL-C和remnant cholesterol与肥胖儿童亚临床动脉粥样硬化(AS)的关系。方法:根据甘油三酯(TG)水平将65例肥胖儿童(肥胖组)分为I组(TG≥2.3 mmol/L)32例,II组(TG<2.3 mmol/L)33例,与肥胖组儿童性别年龄相匹配的正常体质量儿童30例为III组(对照组)。比较3组儿童血脂指标,对肥胖组各项血脂指标与血浆致动脉粥样硬化指数(AIP)进行相关性分析,肥胖患儿体质指数、血脂指标与颈动脉内径、内膜-中层厚度(c-IMT)、血流参数进行相关性分析。结果:I组、II组的TG、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、non-HDL-C、remnant cholesterol、AIP均较对照组升高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)较对照组降低,且I组的remnant cholesterol、AIP均较II组升高。肥胖组儿童AIP与TG、non-HDL-C、remnant cholesterol呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关。37例行颈动脉超声检查的肥胖儿童的c-IMT较正常儿童的增厚。结论:non-HDL-C、remnant cholesterol在肥胖儿童亚临床AS中有重要作用,在肥胖儿童血脂异常的治疗中应关注non-HDL-C、remnant cholesterol的变化。 展开更多

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with gemcitabine plus cisplatin(GP) in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: we performed a systematicsearch in the electronic databases such as Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Embase, Chinese Journal Full-text Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Full-text Database andWanfang Database up to 30 January 2017. Randomized controlled trials (RCT) of Shenqi Fuzheng Injectioncombined with GP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced NSCLC were searched, and all the RCTs wereconducted on methodological quality assessment. Data extraction and data analysis were according to standards ofCochrane systematic review. Results: Eight trials were included including a total of 701 patients. Meta-analysisresults: Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with GP chemotherapy could significantly improve the functionalstatus of patients with NSCLC (OR = 3.44, 95% CI [2.26, 5.25], P 〈 0.0001) and clinical treatment efficacy (OR =(OR = 0.31, 95%CI [0.20, 0.47], P 〈 0.0001. The rate of leukopenia (OR = .31, 95%CI [0.20,0.47], P 〈 0.0001),thrombocytopenia (OR = 0.58, 95%CI [0.37, 0.91], P = 0.020), hemoglobin decline ((OR = 0.31, 95%CI [0.16,0.59], P = 0.0004) and incidence of gastrointestinal reactions (OR = 0.58,P 〈 0.05) could be reduced. Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with GP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced NSCLC obtainedsignificantly clinical efficacy. The quality of the literature incorporated is low, the conclusion requires high-qualityresearch to further prove. 展开更多

Under an additional condition, a characterization is given for all entrance laws for the superprocess, generalizing the results of Dynkin (1989). CYFRA 21-1 as an early predictor of first line chemotherapy response in advanced non small cell lung cancer

We evaluated early variations in CYFRA 21-1 serum... Objective: In an era of ever evolving, promising new therapies for advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), early predictors of response to therapy, are needed. We evaluated early variations in CYFRA 21-1 serum levels of patients with advanced NSCLC receiving first line chemotherapy and correlated the results with objective tumor response. Methods: 29 consecutive, previously untreated, patients of advanced non small cell lung cancer, with measurable disease on CT scan were evaluated. All patients were treated with conventional systemic chemotherapy, although the choice of chemotherapy was left to the discretion of the treating physicians. Serum samples were obtained immediately before the start of 1st and 2nd cycles of chemotherapy. CYFRA 21-1 was measured with an electrochemiluminescense immunoassay on an automatic analyzer (Elecsys 2000; Roche Diagnostics). Response was evaluated using Response evaluation criteria in solid tumors (RECIST) criteria. Results: 10 patients had partial response, 9 patients had stable disease and 9 had progressive disease. None of the patients had complete response. 21/29 (72%) patients had an elevated baseline value of CYFRA 21-1.62% patients (18/29) had a decrease in CYFRA 21-1 after 1 cycle of chemotherapy. The average reduction in the 2nd reading was irrespective of whether baseline value was normal or not. The average reduction was statistically significant (P = 0.002; 95% CI, from 0.8369 to 3.49464; t test). 8 out of 10 (80%) patients with partial response had a reduction in their 2nd reading of. CYFRA (P = 0.019; 95% CI, from 0.81965 to 7.20035; t test) which was significant. We also observed that 6/9 (66%) patients whose disease remains stable also had a decrease in their subsequent reading (P = 0.0106; 95% CI, from -0.44942 to 3.82720; t test), though it was not significant statistically. Although 5 out of 9 (55%) patients, who had an increase in their CYFRA 21-1 level, had progressive disease, but it was not statistically significant (P = 0.537; 95% CI, from -1.20021 to 2.13354; ttest). 14 out of 19 (73%) who either had partial response or had stable disease, had a reduction in their 2nd value of CYFRA 21-1 and was significant statistically (P = 0.004; 95% CI, from 0.74792 to 3.50208; t test). We also observed that except for 1 patient, all patients who had a decrease of 42% or more in their subsequent CYFRA 21-1 level, were those who had either responded to chemotherapy or had stable disease (P = 0.001), which was statistically significant. Conclusion: We can conclude that monitoring of serum marker CYFRA 21-1, early dudng first-line chemotherapy may be a useful prognostic tool for evaluation of early tumor response in patients with advanced NSCLC. 展开更多

Increasing evidence indicates that aberrant expressions of some microRNAs are associated with cancer progression.However,the roles and biological mechanisms of miRNA-16-5p in human non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)are not to be well studied.Here,we validated that the expression of miR-16-5p was decreased significantly in NSCLC samples and cell lines.The correlation between the clinicopathological features of NSCLC and the miR-16-5p expression showed that the expression of miR-16-5p in non-small cell lung cancer was linked with the advanced TNM stage,positive lymph node metastasis,with short overall survival(OS).Also,a negative correlation between miR-16-5p and Fermitin family member 2(FERMT2)was observed,implying there may be a potential link about their regulation.The hypothesis was further confirmed by in-silico analysis and dual-luciferase reporter assay.Moreover,we demonstrated that the transfections of miR-16-5p mimics could alter some biological characteristics of NSCLC cells remarkably accomplished by the expression variance of FERMT2 in vitro and in vivo assays.Summarily,this study demonstrated that miR-16-5p,as a tumor suppression factor in NSCLC by targeting FERMT2,could serve as one promising biomarker in the prediction for NSCLC patients. 展开更多

A new way to construct topological invariants of non-Hermitian systems with the non-Hermitian skin effect

The non-Hermitian skin effect breaks the conventional bulk–boundary correspondence and leads to non-Bloch topological invariants.Inspired by the fact that the topological protected zero modes are immune to perturbations,we construct a partner of a non-Hermitian system by getting rid of the non-Hermitian skin effect.Through adjusting the imbalance hopping,we find that the existence of zero-energy boundary states still dictate the bulk topological invariants based on the band-theory framework.Two non-Hermitian Su–Schrieffer–Heeger(SSH)models are used to illuminate the ideas.Specially,we obtain the winding numbers in analytical form without the introduction of the generalized Brillouin zone.The work gives an alternative method to calculate the topological invariants of non-Hermitian systems. 展开更多

A discriminative local shape descriptor plays an important role in various applications.In this paper,we present a novel deep learning framework that derives discriminative local descriptors for deformable 3D shapes.We use local"geometry images"to encode the multi-scale local features of a point,via an intrinsic parameterization method based on geodesic polar coordinates.This new parameterization provides robust geometry images even for badly-shaped triangular meshes.Then a triplet network with shared architecture and parameters is used to perform deep metric learning;its aim is to distinguish between similar and dissimilar pairs of points.Additionally,a newly designed triplet loss function is minimized for improved,accurate training of the triplet network.To solve the dense correspondence problem,an efficient sampling approach is utilized to achieve a good compromise between training performance and descriptor quality.During testing,given a geometry image of a point of interest,our network outputs a discriminative local descriptor for it.Extensive testing of non-rigid dense shape matching on a variety of benchmarks demonstrates the superiority of the proposed descriptors over the state-of-the-art alternatives. 展开更多

And I would agree with writers such as Gardner and Horwitz et al. (1991)that anxiety may impede learner’s ability to perform successfully in all aspects of learning a foreign language. 为了解决非刚性三维模型簇对应关系计算准确率低、一致性差,且难以实现双射的问题,提出了一种采用优化谱对齐算法和规范一致潜在基的非刚性三维模型簇对应关系计算新方法。首先,利用函数映射的伴随算子实现模型间谱域信息的对齐,计算模... 为了解决非刚性三维模型簇对应关系计算准确率低、一致性差,且难以实现双射的问题,提出了一种采用优化谱对齐算法和规范一致潜在基的非刚性三维模型簇对应关系计算新方法。首先,利用函数映射的伴随算子实现模型间谱域信息的对齐,计算模型簇中每个模型对的函数映射矩阵,解决函数映射与逐点映射方向不一致的问题;其次,使用改进的模型映射集合算法为每个模型对的函数映射矩阵赋予相应权重,降低初始化参数的噪声对模型簇对应关系计算结果的影响;最后,在模型簇的对应关系计算过程中加入极限模型的规范一致潜在基,极限模型可以看成模型簇中所有模型的类型结构,是一个具有几何可变性的中间模型,提高算法的一致性和双射性。实验结果表明:与已有算法相比,本算法在FAUST、SCAPE、TOSCA和SHERC’16 Topology数据集上构建的对应关系测地误差最小,能够减少初始化参数的噪声,解决模型自身对称性影响对应关系计算的问题,更加精确地构建出具有一致性和双射性的非刚性三维模型簇对应关系。 展开更多

目的 探究柚皮苷(naringin, Ng)在腹腔感染(intra-abdominal infection, IAI)小鼠肠黏膜损伤中的治疗作用及其机制。方法 腹腔注射脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide, LPS)建立IAI小鼠肠黏膜损伤模型。64只健康雄性小鼠采用随机数字表法分为4组... 目的 探究柚皮苷(naringin, Ng)在腹腔感染(intra-abdominal infection, IAI)小鼠肠黏膜损伤中的治疗作用及其机制。方法 腹腔注射脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide, LPS)建立IAI小鼠肠黏膜损伤模型。64只健康雄性小鼠采用随机数字表法分为4组(n=16):对照组(Control组,0.2 mL PBS),脂多糖组(LPS组,LPS 10 mg/kg),柚皮苷组(Ng组,Ng 50 mg/kg+LPS 10 mg/kg)和BzATP组(BzATP 5 mg/kg+Ng 50 mg/kg+LPS 10 mg/kg)。Ng和BzATP在造模前1 h进行腹腔注射,Control组予以等量PBS。各组于造模24 h随机选6只小鼠获取回肠。HE染色观察回肠黏膜病理学变化和Chiu’s评分;免疫荧光观察肠黏膜P2X7、焦亡效应蛋白GSDMD、巨噬细胞标记物CD68表达和分布情况;Western blot检测回肠组织P2X7和焦亡效应蛋白NLRP3、Caspase11、GSDMD及GSDMD-N表达量;ELISA检测回肠炎症因子IL-1β、IL-18和IL-10水平。记录7 d内小鼠脓毒症评分(mouse sepsis score, MSS)。结果 LPS组与Control组相比,MSS和Chiu’s评分增高(P<0.05),回肠黏膜炎性损伤;肠黏膜P2X7、GSDMD和CD68免疫荧光分布一致且信号增强(P<0.05);促炎因子IL-1β、IL-18水平上升,抗炎因子IL-10水平下降(P<0.05);回肠组织P2X7、NLRP3、Caspase11、GSDMD和GSDMD-N蛋白表达增加(P<0.05)。Ng组与LPS组相比,MSS下降;HE染色和Chiu’s评分表明肠黏膜炎性损伤减轻;P2X7、GSDMD、CD68荧光信号减弱(P<0.05);IL-1β、IL-18水平下降(P<0.05),IL-10水平上升(P<0.05);P2X7、NLRP3、Caspase11、GSDMD和GSDMD-N蛋白表达下降(P<0.05)。BzATP组实验结果与Ng组相反。结论 IAI小鼠肠黏膜P2X7受体表达升高,Caspase11介导的非经典焦亡发生,加重其肠黏膜损伤;Ng可能通过抑制P2X7受体调控非经典焦亡,改善IAI小鼠肠黏膜损伤。 展开更多

Background:Non–small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is a common malignant tumor with an increasing incidence.PIEZO-type mechanosensitive ion channel component 1(PIEZO1)is a mechanosensitive ion channel whose expression has been implicated in various cancers.However,its expression patterns,prognostic implications,and specific molecular mechanisms of action in NSCLC remain un-clear.This study aimed to characterize the expression profile of PIEZO1 in NSCLC in vitro and using bioinformatics analyses.Methods:To determine the expression profile of PIEZO1 in normal and cancerous human tissues and the mRNA expression of PIEZO1 in NSCLC,we analyzed data from The Cancer Genome Atlas.Various bioinformatics analyses were performed for correlation analyses,construction of survival curves,and identification of upstream mRNA targets and genes coexpressed with PIEZO1.Furthermore,the coexpressed genes were functionally annotated with Gene Ontology and subjected to pathway enrichment analyses.Additionally,we an-alyzed and compared PIEZO1 expression in normal and cancerous human tissue samples in vitro.Results:NSCLC tissue samples had lower PIEZO1 expression than adjacent tissues.PIEZO1 overexpression inhibited NSCLC progres-sion and cell migration and correlated with improved survival outcomes,as revealed by bioinformatics analyses.Additionally,analysis using the OncomiR database revealed that miR-942-5p upregulation contributed to the downregulation of PIEZO1 in NSCLC.Mechanistic in-vestigations suggested that PIEZO1 modulates NSCLC by regulating the mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway,particularly by targeting FLNA,RRAS,and MAP3K6.Bioinformatics analyses highlighted the potential of PIEZO1 as a therapeutic target and prognostic indicator of NSCLC.Conclusions:These novel findings reveal the expression profile of PIEZO1 in NSCLC and highlight the potential of PIEZO1 and miR-942-5p as diagnostic and therapeutic biomarkers of NSCLC and other cancer types. 展开更多
