Non-invasive prediction of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis in Japanese patients with morbid obesity by artificial intelligence using rule extraction technology 被引量:2

AIM To construct a non-invasive prediction algorithm for predicting non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH), we investigated Japanese morbidly obese patients using artificial intelligence with rule extraction technology.METHODS Consecutive patients who required bariatric surgery underwent a liver biopsy during the operation. Standard clinical, anthropometric, biochemical measurements were used as parameters to predict NASH and were analyzed using rule extraction technology. One hundred and two patients, including 79 NASH and 23 non-NASH patients were analyzed in order to create the predictionmodel, another cohort with 77 patients including 65 NASH and 12 non-NASH patients were analyzed to validate the algorithm.RESULTS Alanine aminotransferase, C-reactive protein, homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance, albumin were extracted as predictors of NASH using a recursive-rule extraction algorithm. When we adopted the extracted rules for the validation cohort using a highly accurate rule extraction algorithm, the predictive accuracy was 79.2%. The positive predictive value, negative predictive value,sensitivity and specificity were 88.9%, 35.7%, 86.2% and 41.7%, respectively.CONCLUSION We successfully generated a useful model for predicting NASH in Japanese morbidly obese patients based on their biochemical profile using a rule extraction algorithm. 展开更多

在无线通信系统中,智能反射面(intelligent reflecting surface,IRS)可以调控反射单元的相移来反射信号,用于增强用户信号并抑制窃听者信号,解决基站和用户之间的安全通信问题。针对该问题,以系统加权和保密速率最大化为目标提出一种多... 在无线通信系统中,智能反射面(intelligent reflecting surface,IRS)可以调控反射单元的相移来反射信号,用于增强用户信号并抑制窃听者信号,解决基站和用户之间的安全通信问题。针对该问题,以系统加权和保密速率最大化为目标提出一种多IRS辅助多用户多输入单输出(multi user-multiple input single output,MU-MISO)系统的安全通信方案。该方案首先将最大化加权和保密速率问题分解为发射波束形成和人工噪声向量优化、多IRS相位矩阵优化的两个子问题;其次,采用半定松弛、引用文献定理、辅助变量替换、一阶泰勒近似等方法,将每个子问题转换为简单凸问题进行求解;最后,基于交替优化算法依次求解两个凸优化子问题。数值仿真结果表明,与另外三个方案相比,所提方案可以有效增强系统的安全通信性能,并表明了多IRS部署比单个IRS可以实现更好的系统安全性。 展开更多

The construction and competition, disinfection mode of intelligent disinfection robot, the setting of disinfection point built on area and number of isolation ward, can be introduced below. Frequency can realize remote control when staff uses a table to give instruction and set disinfection mode, and then the intelligent disinfection robot returns automatically to the charging pile to charge when the instruction is completed. It can also autonomously move to sterilize without human participation, which makes man-machine separation and accurate disinfection come true. The chance of contact infection and exposure is decreased when an intelligent disinfection robot is used to sterilize the environment and object surface in an isolation ward, which can also reduce occupational exposure, achieve occupational protection of medical workers and ensure there is no hospital infection. 展开更多

Healthcare security and privacy breaches are occurring in the United States (US), and increased substantially during the pandemic. This paper reviews the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) publication base as an effective solution. The NIST Special Publication 800-66 Revision 1 was an essential standard in US healthcare, which was withdrawn in February 2024 and superseded by SP 800-66 Revision 2. This review investigates the academic papers concerning the application of the NIST SP 800-66 Revision 1 standard in the US healthcare literature. A systematic review method was used in this study to determine current knowledge gaps of the SP 800-66 Revision 1. Some limitations were employed in the search to enforce validity. A total of eleven articles were found eligible for the study. Consequently, this study suggests the necessity for additional academic papers pertaining to SP 800-66 Revision 2 in the US healthcare literature. In turn, it will enhance awareness of safeguarding electronic protected health information (ePHI), help to mitigate potential future risks, and eventually reduce breaches. 展开更多

IRS-NOMA辅助多用户协作中继系统性能分析

随着第五代(The Fifth Generation,5G)通信技术的大规模应用,在网设备的数量迅速增长,带来了巨大的数据流量和连接需求。尽管5G通信技术已经显著提高了传输速率和网络容量,但随着物联网(Internet of Things,IoT)设备的普及和高速数据业... 随着第五代(The Fifth Generation,5G)通信技术的大规模应用,在网设备的数量迅速增长,带来了巨大的数据流量和连接需求。尽管5G通信技术已经显著提高了传输速率和网络容量,但随着物联网(Internet of Things,IoT)设备的普及和高速数据业务的增加,现有的频段资源已经难以满足未来的需求。预测显示,第六代(The Sixth Generation,6G)通信技术的峰值传输速率将提升到1太比特每秒,约为5G的100倍。这种大幅度的速率提升将进一步加剧对带宽的需求,使得现有频段无法满足新型高速业务及大规模物联网终端的需求。因此,未来通信技术向更高频段拓展成为必然。在这种背景下,本文提出了一种将智能反射面(Intelligent Reflecting Surface,IRS)技术引入到非正交多址接入(Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access,NOMA)中继网络的新型多用户中继系统的方案,将IRS控制器与中继器整合,构建一个新的中继节点,实现对信号的中继转发,并发挥IRS的辅助通信作用,重构中继节点,使其不仅能够进行信号放大和转发,还可以通过IRS对信号质量和系统容量进一步提升。本文对下行侧的理论分析和仿真结果表明,加入IRS后系统性能平均提升了30%。这一显著的性能提升证明了IRS技术在NOMA中继网络中的应用潜力,为未来智能反射面的推广应用提供了新的思路和方法。随着6G时代的到来,智能反射面技术有望在更高频段的通信系统中发挥更大的作用,进一步推动无线通信技术的发展与进步。 展开更多

This is mainly because humans may be overtaken by machines in intelligence through which humans gain dominance over all other natural objects. On the ethical thinking of the man-machine relationship, an idea is to be inclined to do subtraction rather than addition. Specifically, we should give priority to and focus on limiting the means and abilities of intelligent machines rather than how to cultivate and set the value judgments of their friendliness. Because of the military intelligence with opposability, it is inevitable that intelligence personnel take some deceptive information released by the rival as intelligence data in the process of intelligence gathering. Since the failure of intelligence is likely to lead to a serious aftereffect, the recognition of intelligence is a very important problem. An elementary research on recognizing military intelligence and puts forward a systematic processing method are made. First, the types and characteristics of military intelligence are briefly discussed, a research thought of recognizing military intelligence by means of recognizing military hypotheses are presented. Next, the reasoning mode and framework for recognizing military hypotheses are presented from the angle of psychology of intelligence analysis and non-monotonic reasoning. Then, a model for recognizing military hypothesis is built on the basis of fuzzy judgement information given by intelligence analysts. A calculative example shows that the model has the characteristics of simple calculation and good maneuverability. Last, the methods that selecting the most likely hypothesis from the survival hypotheses via final recognition are discussed. 展开更多
