Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is the most common cause of chronic liver disease worldwide. Currently, the routinely used modalities are unable to adequately determine the levels of steatosis and fibrosis(laboratory tests and ultrasonography) or cannot be applied as a screening procedure(liver biopsy). Among the non-invasive tests, transient elastography(Fibro Scan?, TE) with controlled attenuation parameter(CAP) has demonstrated good accuracy in quantifying the levels of liver steatosis and fibrosis in patients with NAFLD, the factors associated with the diagnosis and NAFLD progression. The method is fast, reliable and reproducible, with good intra- and interobserver levels of agreement, thus allowing for population-wide screening and disease follow-up. The initial inability of the procedure to accurately determine fibrosis and steatosis in obese patients has been addressed with the development of the obese-specific XL probe. TE with CAP is a viable alternative to ultrasonography, both as an initial assessment and during follow-up of patients with NAFLD. Its ability to exclude patients with advanced fibrosis may be used to identify low-risk NAFLD patients in whom liver biopsy is not needed, therefore reducing the risk of complications and the financial costs. 展开更多

In the reliability designing procedure of the vehicle components, when the distribution styles of the random variables are unknown or non-normal distribution, the result evaluated contains great error or even is wrong if the reliability value R is larger than 1 by using the existent method, in which case the formula is necessary to be revised. This is obviously inconvenient for programming. Combining reliability-based optimization theory, robust designing method and reliability based sensitivity analysis, a new method for reliability robust designing is proposed. Therefore the influence level of the designing parameters’ changing to the reliability of vehicle components can be obtained. The reliability sensitivity with respect to design parameters is viewed as a sub-objective function in the multi-objective optimization problem satisfying reliability constraints. Given the first four moments of basic random variables, a fourth-moment technique and the proposed optimization procedure can obtain reliability-based robust design of automobile components with non-normal distribution parameters accurately and quickly. By using the proposed method, the distribution style of the random parameters is relaxed. Therefore it is much closer to the actual reliability problems. The numerical examples indicate the following: (1) The reliability value obtained by the robust method proposed increases (】0.04%) comparing to the value obtained by the ordinary optimization algorithm; (2) The absolute value of reliability-based sensitivity decreases (】0.01%), and the robustness of the products’ quality is improved accordingly. Utilizing the reliability-based optimization and robust design method in the reliability designing procedure reduces the manufacture cost and provides the theoretical basis for the reliability and robust design of the vehicle components. 展开更多

The cross-correlation function of response signal is decomposed into mode functions and residue by EMD method. The identification technique of the modal parameters of single freedom degree is applied to each mode function to obtain natural frequencies, damping ratios and mode shapes. The results of identification of the five-degree freedom linear system demonstrate that the proposed method is effective in identifying the parameters of linear structures under non-stationary ambient excitation. 展开更多

Firstly, the theoretical equation of cycloid tooth is given, and the curvature radius of cycloid tooth profile is derived. Secondly, according to the relationship between the curvature radius and the distribution circle of balls, the non-undercutting condition of cycloid tooth profile is established, and the non-undercutting critical condition is deduced. Finally, the validity of the non-undercutting critical condition is verified by simulation. An investigation of the effects of a uniform current strength direction(following or opposing wave propagation) on the nonlinear transformation of irregular waves over a submerged trapezoidal sill is carried out using SWASH,a non-hydrostatic numerical wave model.The nonlinear parameters(i.e.,asymmetry,skewness,and kurtosis) are calculated,and the empirical formulas for these parameters are presented as a function of the local Ursell number based on the present numerical data measured.In the shoaling area of the submerged sill,the nonlinear characteristics of waves are more obvious when waves propagate in the same direction as the currents than when waves propagate in the opposite direction.Whereas nonlinear parameters grow with the strengthening of the following currents over the crest,they tend to decrease as the adverse current velocity increases over the crest area of the submerged sill. 展开更多

A dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) reactor is introduced to generate H2O2 by non-thermal plasma with a mixture of oxygen and water mist produced by an ultrasonic atomizer.The results of our experiment show that the energy yield and concentration of the generated H2O2 in the pulsed discharge are much higher than that in AC discharge,due to its high energy efficiency and low heating effect.Micron-sized liquid droplets produced by an ultrasonic atomizer in water mist have large specific surface area,which greatly reduces mass transfer resistance between hydroxyl radicals and water liquids,leading to higher energy yield and H2O2 concentration than in our previous research.The influence of applied voltage,discharge frequency,and environmental temperature on the generated H2O2 is discussed in detail from the viewpoint of the DBD mechanism.The H2O2 concentration of 30 mg l^-1,with the energy yield of 2 gkW^-1h^-1 is obtained by pulsed discharge in our research. 展开更多

Every state variable of the response system equals the summation of the hybrid drive systems in the previous hybrid synchronization. However, every state variable of the drive system equals the summation of the hybrid response systems while evolving with time in our method. Complete synchronization, hybrid dislocated synchronization, projective synchronization, non-derivative and derivative coupling, and parameter identification are included as its special item. The method of calculation of damage parameter by the measure of the change of the elastic modulus of concrete specimens is effectively. In this paper, the wedge splitting tests with double bearing of three groups of different initial crack lengths of concrete specimens were conducted, and the stress and the strain of the points with different distance from the initial crack tip measured and calculated, and the damage value with peak stress of the various points were calculated based on the stress-strain curves. From the results of the test, the damage parameter can be confirmed under the non-uniform stress field, and the initial crack length has some influence on the damage parameter, and the longer the initial crack length and the greater the damage parameter. 展开更多

An implicit lower-upper symmetric-gauss-seidel scheme(LU-SGS) is applied for time stepping in pseudo time domains, and the convection items are discretized with the spatial three-order weighted non-oscillatory and non-free-parameter dissipation difference (WNND) scheme. The turbulence model adopts q-co low-Reynolds-number model. The frequency specmuns of lift coefficients and the unsteady pressure-difference coefficients at different spanwise heights as well as the entropy contours at blade tips on different vibrating instants, are obtained. By the analysis of frequency specmuns of lift coefficients at three spanwise heights, it is considered that there exist obvious non-linear perturbations in the flow induced by the vibrating, and the perturbation frequencies are higher than the basic frequency. The entropy contours at blade tips at different times display an intensively unsteady attribute of the flow under large amplitudes. 展开更多

A dynamics-based adaptive control approach is proposed for a planar dual-arm space robot in the presence of closed-loop constraints and uncertain inertial parameters of the payload. The controller is capable of controlling the po- sition and attitude of both the satellite base and the payload grasped by the manipulator end effectors. The equations of motion in reduced-order form for the constrained system are derived by incorporating the constraint equations in terms of accelerations into Kane's equations of the unconstrained system. Model analysis shows that the resulting equations perfectly meet the requirement of adaptive controller design. Consequently, by using an indirect approach, an adaptive control scheme is proposed to accomplish position/attitude trajectory tracking control with the uncertain parameters be- ing estimated on-line. The actuator redundancy due to the closed-loop constraints is utilized to minimize a weighted norm of the joint torques. Global asymptotic stability is proven by using Lyapunov's method, and simulation results are also presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

Main sequence turn-off (MSTO) stars since their ages can be robustly estimated from have advantages as indicators of Galactic evolution atmospheric parameters. Hundreds of thousands of MSTO stars have been selected from the LAMOST Galactic survey to study the evolution of the Galaxy, and it is vital to derive accurate stellar parameters. In this work, we select 150 MSTO star candidates from the MSTO star sample of Xiang that have asteroseismic parameters and determine accurate stellar parameters for these stars by combining asteroseismic parameters deduced from Kepler photometry and atmospheric parameters deduced from LAMOST spectra. With this sample, we examine the age determination as well as the contamination rate of the MSTO star sample. A comparison of age between this work and Xiang shows a mean difference of 0.53 Gyr (7%) and a dispersion of 2.71 Gyr (28%). The results show that 79 of the candidates are MSTO stars, while the others are contaminations from either main sequence or sub-giant stars. The contamination rate for the oldest stars is much higher than that for younger stars. The main cause for the high contamination rate is found to be the relatively large systematic bias in the LAMOST surface gravity estimates. 展开更多

The FCSE controlling equation of pinned thinwalled curve box was derived and the indeterminate problem of continuous thin-walled curve box with diaphragm was solved based on flexibility theory. With Bayesian statistical theory,dynamic Bayesian error function of displacement parameters of indeterminate curve box was founded. The corresponding formulas of dynamic Bayesian expectation and variance were deduced. Combined with one-dimensional Fibonacci automatic search scheme of optimal step size,the Powell optimization theory was utilized to research the stochastic identification of displacement parameters of indeterminate thin-walled curve box. Then the identification steps were presented in detail and the corresponding calculation procedure was compiled. Through some classic examples,it is obtained that stochastic performances of systematic parameters and systematic responses are simultaneously deliberated in dynamic Bayesian error function. The one-dimensional optimization problem of the optimal step size is solved by adopting Fibonacci search method. And the Powell identification of displacement parameters of indeterminate thin-walled curve box has satisfied numerical stability and convergence,which demonstrates that the presented method and the compiled procedure are correct and reliable.During parameters鈥?iterative processes,the Powell theory is irrelevant with the calculation of finite curve strip element(FCSE) partial differentiation,which proves high computation effciency of the studied method. 展开更多

Elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), 1H-NMR, fluorescence spectroscopy, and surface tension methods have been used to characterize the molecular structure and the aggregation behaviors of two asphaltenic fractions derived, respectively, from an Alge- rian petroleum well and a corresponding storage tank deposit. Elemental analysis, FTIR, ~H-NMR, and fluores- cence spectroscopy were used to investigate the chemical composition and structural parameters of asphaltenes, while the surface tension method was used to measure the critical micelle concentration (CMC) in organic solvents with different solubility parameters and polarities in order to characterize the asphaltenes' aggregation behaviors. Results show that the unstable asphaltenes fraction extracted from the storage tank deposit possesses a higher polarity (higher heteroatoms content) and a lower aro- maticity than stable asphaltenes from the petroleum well. The CMC results indicate that asphaltenes with high polarity and low aromaticity have a high solubility in polar solvents such as nitrobenzene, whereas asphaltenes with low polarity and high aromaticity are more soluble in solvents with weak polarity, like toluene. It is concludedthat the difference of structure of asphaltene samples and polarity of solvents can lead to difference of aggregation behaviors. 展开更多

The optimum parameters were determined for synthesizing ZrN-Si3N4 composite powder from zircon by carbothermal reduction-nitridation (CTRN) process. The samples were prepared by mixing the carbon black of an average particle size less than 30 μm and the zircon of 40 μm with C/ZrSiO4 mass ratios of 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, and 0.5. The prepared samples were subjected to the CTRN process at temperatures of 1673, 1723, 1753, and 1773 K for 6, 9, and 12 h. The CTRN process was conducted in an atmosphere-controlled tubular furnace in a nitrogen gas flow of 1.0 L/rain. All the products were examined by X-ray powder diffraction to determine the transformation. The results showed that the proper transformation of ZrN-Si3N4 occurred at 1773 K for 12 h with a C/ZrSiO4 mass ratio of 0.4. 展开更多

胃癌组织中LncRNA LINC00342、miR-596表达变化与临床病理参数和预后的关系

目的探讨胃癌组织中长链非编码核糖核酸(LncRNA)长链基因间非编码核糖核酸00342(LINC00342)、微小核糖核酸-596(miR-596)表达变化与临床病理参数和预后的关系。方法选取胃癌患者93例,术中收集胃癌组织和对应癌旁组织,实时荧光定量PCR法... 目的探讨胃癌组织中长链非编码核糖核酸(LncRNA)长链基因间非编码核糖核酸00342(LINC00342)、微小核糖核酸-596(miR-596)表达变化与临床病理参数和预后的关系。方法选取胃癌患者93例,术中收集胃癌组织和对应癌旁组织,实时荧光定量PCR法检测组织中LncRNA LINC00342、miR-596。通过starBase数据库(https://rnasysu.com/encori/index.php)预测LncRNA LINC00342与miR-596的结合位点,Pearson相关法分析胃癌组织中LncRNA LINC00342、miR-596表达的相关性,分析胃癌组织中LncRNA LINC00342、miR-596表达与临床病理参数的关系。术后对胃癌患者进行随访,根据胃癌组织LncRNA LINC00342、miR-596相对表达量均值将患者分为高/低表达组,比较各组3年生存率,用Cox回归模型分析LncRNA LINC00342、miR-596表达对胃癌患者预后的影响。结果与癌旁组织比较,胃癌组织中LncRNA LINC00342表达高,miR-596表达低(P均<0.05)。经starBase数据库预测,LncRNA LINC00342与miR-596的3'非翻译端存在互补序列。胃癌组织中LncRNA LINC00342与miR-596表达呈负相关(r=-0.777,P<0.05)。不同分化程度、TNM分期及是否淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中LncRNA LINC00342、miR-596表达比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。随访3年,93例胃癌患者死亡36例,3年总生存率为61.29%(57/93)。与LncRNA LINC00342高表达患者比较,LncRNA LINC00342低表达患者3年总生存率高(P<0.05);与miR-596低表达患者比较,miR-596高表达患者3年总生存率高(P<0.05)。胃癌患者预后的独立危险因素为低分化、TNM分期Ⅲ期、淋巴结转移和LncRNA LINC00342≥1.52(P均<0.05),独立保护因素为miR-596≥0.82(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中LncRNA LINC00342高表达、miR-596低表达,二者表达变化与组织分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移和预后有关。 展开更多
