The article analyzes problems in the agricultural development of non-professional agricultural production villages of Fenghua City.Firstly, low technical and scientific content of production and low standardization level.Secondly, scattered sales and non-fixed marketing channels.Thirdly, difficulties in group cooperation of farm crops with special benefits.Fourthly, imperfect service of rural committees of non-professional agricultural production villages in Fenghua City.A new rural cooperative is to be founded to help villagers in non-professional agricultural production villages of Fenghua City to be engaged in agricultural production and management activities, and to improve their overall incomes. On the one hand,a perfect and scientific cooperative operating system is to be built specifically including three functions.Firstly, fully playing the leading and bridging role of rural primary organizations.Secondly, fully carrying out the pushing role of capable persons in the administrative village.Lastly, fully playing the role of active participation and cooperation of villagers. On the other hand, constructions of normalization, standardization and brand orientation with special emphasis should be achieved under the guidance of local governments. The key of building a cooperative of non-professional agricultural production villages in Fenghua City is discussed. One is that rural cadres should have strong awareness of serving the people. The other is that governments at all levels should energetically support the establishment and management of rural cooperatives. 展开更多

Nowadays, dance education has been popularised at different educational levels,so dance teachers have the opportunity to teach students of different ages and backgrounds. However, this created a problem for me as,although I was teaching different people,I did not alter my teaching style. The pedagogy which aimed to foster professional dancers had no effect to nonprofessional students. In order to combine my experiences and resolve my problem, this paper concentrates on the difference between school-based and vocational dance pedagogy. 展开更多

Both type 2 diabetes and depression are common and are projected to increase. There is increasing evidence for a bidirectional relationship between the two.Diabetes is a risk factor for depression;contrariwise, individuals with depression are at greater risk of developing diabetes. They are a burden for both the individual and the society.Co-existent depression worsens diabetic control because of obesity, insulin resistance and the adverse metabolic effects of anti-diabetes medicines. In addition, compliance to lifestyle measures required for diabetes is also compromised such as following a specific diet, taking proper medications on time, getting metabolic parameters assessed and maintaining a sleep cycle.Depression occurs in many grades;mild depression is more common in diabetes than frank or full-blown depression leading to suicide.Unfortunately, there are not enough trained and accessible mental health professionals such as psychologists or psychiatrists to deal with the increasing burden of depression in diabetes. Therefore, alternate models for management of mild to moderate depression are required. There is evidence that a team-approach by employing health care assistants can lower the risk of cardiac risk factors.INtegrating DEPrEssioN and Diabetes treatmENT study was carried out to determine whether the team-approach using non-health care professionals could be effective in managing mild to moderate depression and to study its effects on metabolic parameters among subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The international study, carried out in four independent centers in India assessed the impact of a trained but not qualified non-psychiatrist in coordinating and forming a fulcrum between the patient, the family and the consultant endocrinologist/diabetologist.The interventions were fine-tuned to be culturally appropriate by qualitative interviews before they began. It was shown that the outcomes of both depression and diabetes could be improved by the employment of a clinical care coordinator. It is possible to scale up the studies to wider geographical areas and health-care organizations. 展开更多

Stock price crash sensitivity refers to the conditional probability of a stock crash when the market collapses. It focuses on individual stocks'sensitivity to the market crash and can affect stock pricing significantly.Although the crash sensitivity of China's stock market is very high as a whole(Weigert,2016),different individual stocks show varying degrees of crash sensitivity. This paper, adopting the perspective of institutional investors, explores the reasons for the difference in crash sensitivity in China's stock market, and finds that:First, institutional investors'shareholdings is positively related to firms'stock price crash sensitivity. However, after dividing institutional investors into professional(represented by financial institutions)and non-professional institutional investors(represented by general legal persons),we find that only professional institutional investors'shareholdings is negatively related to firms'stock price crash sensitivity.Second, the impact of professional institutional investors on the crash sensitivity is influenced by stock liquidity and media sentiment:when the stock liquidity of listed companies is good or the media sentiment is strong, the negative impact of professional institutional investors on the crash sensitivity is accordingly high. This paper,by highlighting the investor structure, attempts a pioneering exploration of the influencing factors of the difference in stock price crash sensitivity in China. Our empirical results enrich research on stock price crash sensitivity and the heterogeneity of institutional investors. They can also serve to guide regulatory authorities'development of institutional investors and efforts to maintain market stability. 展开更多
